Which 360Lion does this page cover?
This page covers parcels tracked under the 360Lion Express / 360Lion identity. 360Lion and 360LION are current official shorter brand forms, while 纬狮 / 纬狮物流 is the Chinese brand wording.
WGL Group is the broader group behind several logistics brands. It is not the carrier name a recipient should substitute when tracking a 360Lion Express parcel.
| Name | What it is | How it relates to a 360Lion Express parcel |
|---|---|---|
| 360Lion Express | Current parcel/tracking brand covered here | Use this identity for the parcel-tracking job on this page. |
| 360Lion / 360LION | Official shorter brand form in the same current parcel family | May appear in current first-party branding for the same parcel family. |
| 纬狮 / 纬狮物流 | Chinese brand wording for the same current parcel family | Chinese-language brand context for 360Lion parcels. |
| WGL Group / 美狮物流集团 | Broader group context | Do not substitute WGL Group as the carrier name in the 360Lion tracker. |
| YES-SPEED | Separate WGL first-mile brand | A different service/brand role within the group. |
| APLUS | Separate WGL fulfillment brand | A different fulfillment/warehouse role within the group. |
| LatAm Club | Separate WGL business/community product | Not the parcel-tracking name for a 360Lion Express shipment. |
| LION(BR PRC) | Seller-facing Amazon API/software identity | A seller tool, not the recipient parcel-tracking identity. |
| Envíos 360 | Separate Mexican logistics company | A different company from 360Lion Express. |
The Envíos 360 distinction is unusually explicit: its own current site warns users that it is not 360 Lion Express.
What number should you enter in the 360Lion tracker?
The official 360Lion Query Tool currently calls the input an “order number” and allows up to 50 entries at once. That establishes the interface label and batch limit. It does not establish a universal 360Lion identifier grammar or guarantee that a merchant's internal order number is interchangeable with the carrier shipment identifier.
Use the shipment identifier exactly as supplied by the seller, marketplace or 360Lion shipment record. Do not infer a carrier or service from a prefix alone, and do not add or remove characters to imitate a pattern seen on another parcel.
If you only have a store order number and no carrier shipment identifier, check the seller or marketplace shipment details before assuming the number should work in the 360Lion tracker.
How to read 360Lion status wording safely
The current official tracker groups records into buckets including not found, early warning, in transit, returned, Completed, Wait for the lift, and delivery failure. Those labels do not form a fully documented public glossary.
Two rules matter:
- Do not assign a precise meaning to early warning or Wait for the lift unless the shipment record or an official service instruction explains it.
- Completed is not, by itself, proof that the named recipient personally received the parcel. Treat the underlying delivery evidence as the stronger object.
If tracking has stopped changing rather than reaching a clear terminal event, use Tracking Not Updating to decide what evidence and actor to check next.
What 360Lion tracking evidence does and does not establish
A cross-border parcel can pass through international transport, destination-country arrival, customs and a local delivery leg. Current 360Lion product pages keep some of those stages separate, so the public record should not be read as if every milestone proves the next one.
Keep these evidence boundaries separate:
- Arrival in the destination country does not mean customs has released the parcel.
- A route or partnership that uses local delivery companies does not prove that a particular downstream carrier has accepted this parcel.
- Completed does not prove personal receipt by itself.
When two systems appear to disagree, use the system that owns the current leg and the strongest item-level evidence available for that leg.
Does 360Lion deliver the last mile itself?
There is no safe universal answer. Current 360Lion B2C product pages document destination-country delivery by local logistics companies on some routes. Current WGL Group material also describes last-mile capacity using both a self-operated delivery fleet and accounts with local courier partners.
So do not assume either extreme:
- not every 360Lion parcel is necessarily delivered by 360Lion itself; and
- not every 360Lion parcel is necessarily handed to an outside carrier.
For your parcel, follow the item-level tracking record. If a downstream carrier or local delivery number actually appears, that shipment-specific evidence is more useful than a generic country-level partner list.
How to recognize a real local-carrier handoff
Strong evidence of a handoff can include:
- a downstream carrier named on the individual shipment record;
- a new local tracking or delivery number tied to the parcel;
- an acceptance or movement event in the downstream carrier's own system;
- an explicit item-level handoff or acceptance event.
Weaker evidence is not enough by itself. A general partnership, destination-country arrival, customs release, an aggregator guess or a forum comment does not establish that a particular local carrier has accepted your parcel.
If the local carrier is unclear, use Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number rather than guessing from the destination country.
Delivery attempts are service-specific
Some 360Lion product pages publish exact delivery-attempt limits, but those limits belong to the named product rather than the whole carrier.
For example:
- Peru PE1001 currently publishes 2 free delivery attempts.
- Brazil BR1002 currently publishes 2 free delivery attempts.
Those examples do not create a global two-attempt rule. If your shipment uses another product or local carrier, use the rule shown for that exact service or the current item-level delivery instructions.
Why can a 360Lion shipment get a new delivery number?
A current MX1001 product page describes a scoped redelivery workflow in which a locally returned parcel can be held and a paid redelivery can generate a new delivery number.
That is useful evidence for one question: a number change after a failed delivery can be legitimate in at least that published MX1001 workflow. It does not mean every failed 360Lion delivery gets a new number, and a new number does not tell you which local carrier has the parcel unless the shipment record identifies that carrier.
POD, photo and signature limits
Some exact 360Lion product material documents POD (proof of delivery) availability. That does not establish that every recipient can always obtain a photo, signature, signer name, GPS record or downloadable POD for every 360Lion shipment.
If the parcel is marked completed/delivered but you do not have it, check the item-level delivery evidence and identify the carrier that owns the last delivery event. The Proof of Delivery guide explains what different proof objects can establish. If the parcel is still missing, move to Delivered but Not Received for the next evidence and commercial-routing steps.
Customs: arrival is not release
360Lion's cross-border route material separates destination-country arrival from customs clearance. Treat those as different states.
A carrier or broker may transmit shipment data or documents, but that does not make the carrier the customs authority. Country-specific identity, tax, import and document requirements should be handled through the exact request and authority for the shipment rather than generalized from another 360Lion route.
Who should you contact about a 360Lion shipment?
The correct actor depends on the current leg and the type of problem.
| Problem | Best first actor | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Official tracker does not recognize the number | Seller/marketplace for identifier verification; 360Lion tracker for the carrier record | The order system controls which shipment identifier was issued. |
| Tracking is moving within the 360Lion cross-border leg | 360Lion's current tracking/help surfaces | 360Lion is the visible system of record for that leg. |
| A verified local carrier has accepted the parcel | The downstream carrier for local attempt/delivery evidence | The downstream carrier may now own the physical delivery event. |
| Customs asks for information or payment | The exact customs/broker/carrier route named in the request | Customs authority decisions are separate from carrier tracking. |
| Delivered/completed but parcel is missing | Carrier holding the item-level delivery evidence, plus seller/marketplace for the purchase remedy | Delivery evidence and refund/replacement are different systems. |
| Refund, replacement, wrong item or marketplace dispute | Seller/marketplace order system | These are commercial order remedies, not tracking-status functions. |
The current official 360Lion Contact Us page is primarily a corporate/operations/business contact surface. The reviewed evidence does not establish one global recipient-specific parcel hotline there, so do not treat every listed office or warehouse number as a universal consumer-support line.
360Lion also publishes a formal compensation/claim workflow in its 2026 SEND Air Freight Terms and Conditions, but that document explicitly addresses sellers/service clients using that service. It should not be reused as a universal B2C recipient claim route or as a marketplace refund process.

Evidence limits used on this page
This page uses current official 360Lion and WGL sources for the carrier identity, tracking interface, service boundaries and last-mile model. Exact delivery-attempt, redelivery and POD statements are kept attached to the named service that publishes them.
The official Query Tool currently exposes indexed shipment-specific records. Those records are not used here to publish real tracking numbers, infer a universal prefix/length/regex/checksum, or reconstruct another person's shipment history.
Third-party tracking directories and community complaints are not used here to establish 360Lion policy, tracking-number grammar, status meaning or final-mile partner selection.
360Lion Express, 360Lion, WGL Group and related marks belong to their respective owners. 11Tracking is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by 360Lion Express or WGL Group.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
