CORREIOS PACKAGE TRACKING

Correios Tracking

Track one supported Correios shipment code at a time, including eligible SEDEX, PAC, Mini Envios, and international postal items handled in Brazil. The result is a carrier-published event history, not continuous GPS. A recognized code or pre-posting record does not by itself prove that Correios physically accepted the parcel, customs released it, or the named addressee personally received it.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not Correios and cannot manage a Correios delivery. Enter one supported shipment tracking code. CPF/CNPJ, Meu Correios, Minhas Importações, complaint, payment, AR/CEE, and Locker codes are not available on this form.

Correios is Brazil’s national postal operator. Use the tracking form on this page with one supported shipment code to view the latest public events available through the current tracking provider.

A working result is evidence that the input is associated with a carrier-published shipment record. It is not proof of continuous location, guaranteed movement, customs release, or personal receipt by the named addressee.

Correios also has official CPF/CNPJ, Meu Correios, Minhas Importações, proof, payment, suspension, and complaint workflows. Those are separate official systems. Do not enter a CPF, CNPJ, password, customs document, payment record, complaint protocol, or Locker collection code into this carrier form.

Track a Correios shipment on this page

Enter the shipment code exactly as provided by the sender, merchant, marketplace, booking receipt, or official Correios notice.

Preserve:

  • all letters;
  • every digit;
  • leading zeros;
  • the final country letters when present;
  • the original order of the characters.

Do not substitute:

  • a marketplace order number;
  • CPF or CNPJ;
  • a Pix or payment reference;
  • a customs declaration or tax number;
  • a complaint protocol;
  • an AR, CEE, or Locker code;
  • a phone number, email, or recipient name.

Correios’ official tracking environment can also locate items through a CPF or CNPJ associated with the user’s account. That is an identity-linked official capability. The 11Tracking form on this page is intended for supported shipment codes only.

A commonly used international postal identifier has 13 characters, often two letters, nine digits, and two final letters. The final letters relate to the country that issued the identifier. They do not prove where the parcel is now, which operator currently has it, or whether customs released it.

Which Correios service or workflow are you tracking?

The same Correios brand covers different products and responsibility chains.

Product or workflowWhat it usually representsImportant boundary
SEDEX HojeEligible same-day domestic serviceSpecial coverage and attempt rules; do not generalize to all SEDEX
SEDEX 10Eligible next-business-day timed serviceThe service promise depends on the eligible origin and destination
SEDEX 12Eligible next-business-day timed serviceThe service promise depends on the eligible origin and destination
SEDEXExpress domestic parcel or document serviceExpress does not mean continuous GPS or guaranteed delivery at a chosen hour
PACEconomy domestic parcel serviceIts attempt and transport model differs from SEDEX
Mini EnviosSmall ecommerce-oriented domestic serviceOne failed attempt can move the item quickly into the next branch
Correios PacketA Correios import service used in eligible ecommerce flowsNot every international parcel is Correios Packet
Other international postal itemEMS, parcel, small packet, registered item, or another postal productTracking depth, customs process, pickup period, and proof can differ

The product name matters because delivery attempts, proof services, holding periods, delivery promises, complaint gates, and reimbursement rules are not identical.

A merchant’s logistics page can also display a commercial consolidator, airline, origin post, or marketplace event before Correios publishes a Brazilian event. That earlier event belongs to a different evidence layer.

Why a Correios tracking code can exist before Correios has the parcel

Correios’ pre-posting tools can generate a label and tracking code before the sender physically presents the item at an agency or another authorised acceptance point.

Use this evidence sequence:

code generated
→ electronic pre-posting exists

Objeto postado
→ Correios recorded the posting or acceptance milestone

later processing or transfer event
→ Correios recorded the stated downstream stage

Therefore:

valid code
≠ physical acceptance

label or pre-posting data
≠ current Correios possession

merchant says shipped
≠ carrier-recorded posting

The strongest evidence that Correios recorded physical entry into its network is an item-level posting, acceptance, receipt, or later operational event—not the existence of the number alone.

No public posting event does not prove that the sender never handed over the item. It also does not prove that Correios accepted it. Ask the sender for the booking receipt or wait for a carrier-recorded acceptance event before choosing a fault explanation.

Use What Does “Label Created” Mean? and Carrier Received Package for the full cross-carrier distinction.

What a Correios tracking result confirms

Read the latest exact event, its timestamp, the location shown, and the product or international context together.

Evidence levelWhat it can confirmWhat it does not establish by itself
Code recognisedA public shipment record can be associated with the inputPosting, possession, movement, product, or current country
Pre-posting or electronic dataThe sender or system prepared shipment dataPhysical acceptance
Objeto postadoCorreios recorded the posting/acceptance milestoneDeparture, contents, or future movement
Processing or transfer eventCorreios recorded the stated facility or transfer stageContinuous transit or arrival at the next location
Objeto recebido pelos Correios do BrasilCorreios recorded receipt of the item in BrazilCustoms release or immediate domestic dispatch
Customs or authority eventThe stated review or customer-action stage was recordedA universal physical-custody conclusion
Out for delivery / route eventThe item entered the local delivery stage shownUnconditional same-day delivery
Failed attemptThe recorded attempt outcome occurredOne universal number of remaining attempts
Aguardando retiradaThe item is recorded as available at the named locationCustomer collection or one universal holding period
Objeto entregueCorreios recorded a completed delivery outcomePersonal receipt by the named addressee
CEE, AR, or Mão Própria evidenceA stronger contracted proof layer may be availableEvery disputed physical fact
Complaint registeredCorreios accepted the case into the stated processFault, loss, compensation, or payment

A Correios page may use language similar to “real-time tracking.” Treat the public record as an event timeline, not continuous GPS.

The displayed sequence can also contain separate times:

physical event
→ Correios recording
→ Correios publication
→ tracking-provider ingestion
→ 11Tracking display

An event that appeared now did not necessarily occur now.

How to read common Correios event families safely

Correios does not provide one complete current public glossary for every operational phrase that can appear. Preserve the exact Portuguese wording. Use the following explanations only for the specified event or evidence family.

Objeto postado

Correios recorded the posting or acceptance milestone.

It does not prove:

  • that the item already left the posting unit;
  • that the declared contents were independently verified;
  • that a delivery estimate is guaranteed;
  • that every later event will be visible.

A later processing or dispatch event is stronger evidence of downstream movement.

Objeto em trânsito - por favor aguarde

Correios recorded a transfer or processing movement between the locations shown.

It does not mean:

  • continuous GPS;
  • that a vehicle is moving at this moment;
  • that the destination facility already accepted the item;
  • that one fixed waiting period applies.

Read the origin and destination named in the event. Use Tracking Not Updating if no later event appears.

Objeto recebido pelos Correios do Brasil

Correios recorded receipt of the item in Brazil.

This is stronger than a seller or origin-operator statement that the item “arrived in Brazil.” It still does not prove:

  • customs clearance;
  • payment completion;
  • release by another inspecting authority;
  • immediate domestic processing;
  • a delivery date.

Objeto selecionado para conferência pela autoridade competente

The parcel entered the review workflow of the competent authority named or implied by the event.

The event does not establish:

  • seizure;
  • a specific tax amount;
  • missing documents;
  • a rejection;
  • a completion date.

Check Minhas Importações and the current official authority instructions.

Exact status: Em fiscalização aduaneira

For this exact Correios status, Correios states that the item is not in Correios possession. Receita Federal or another competent authority controls the inspection and its completion time.

Keep the exact-status qualifier attached to the conclusion:

Em fiscalização aduaneira
=
the stated customs-inspection stage;
Correios says the item is not in its possession

other customs-related event
≠ automatically the same custody rule

Correios cannot provide a universal customs completion date. Use Customs Processing or Package Stuck in Customs for the wider decision process.

Fiscalização aduaneira concluída - aguardando pagamento

The stated customs review reached a payment-action stage.

Open Correios or Receita Federal independently. Sign in to Minhas Importações through the official site or app. Do not use a payment link merely because a message contains a real shipment code, recipient name, or CPF.

The event does not prove that payment was already made or that Correios has resumed domestic movement.

Importação autorizada

The import-authorisation milestone shown was recorded.

It does not, by itself, prove:

  • physical arrival in Brazil;
  • current Correios possession;
  • payment completion;
  • release by every other authority;
  • domestic dispatch.

Correios’ own complaint gates distinguish import authorisation from a later Brazil-arrival or carrier-receipt event.

Pagamento confirmado

The official workflow recorded confirmation of the relevant payment.

This is a customer-action or customs-process milestone. It does not establish that:

  • the authority completed every remaining step;
  • Correios already received the parcel;
  • a domestic processing scan occurred;
  • delivery will begin immediately.

A later carrier-processing event is the evidence that changes that conclusion.

Objeto saiu para entrega ao destinatário or Objeto em rota de entrega

Correios recorded entry into the local delivery route or delivery stage.

It does not guarantee:

  • delivery that day;
  • a specific hour;
  • no access or address problem;
  • no further attempt;
  • personal receipt by the named addressee.

Use Out for Delivery or Out for Delivery but Not Delivered for the full next-step guide.

Aguardando retirada

Correios recorded that the parcel is available for collection at the named location.

This is stronger than:

  • a request to redirect;
  • a failed attempt;
  • a transfer toward a unit or Locker;
  • a notice that collection may become necessary.

It still does not prove that the recipient collected the item. Identification, authorisation, location hours, and a service-specific holding period can apply.

Objeto entregue

Correios recorded a completed delivery outcome.

It does not automatically prove:

  • handover to the named individual;
  • delivery at the correct physical place;
  • that Mão Própria was purchased;
  • intact contents;
  • continued security after the handover or placement.

Use the available receiver data, CEE, AR, Mão Própria record, building reception information, or formal complaint route when the outcome is disputed.

Other operational phrases

Do not rely on a large third-party status decoder as if it were an official Correios dictionary. Facility types, exception reasons, customs substates, abbreviations, and historical SRO phrases can change.

The safe method is:

  1. preserve the exact Portuguese event;
  2. classify the evidence family;
  3. identify the responsible actor;
  4. state what the event does not prove;
  5. identify the next event or official action that would change the conclusion.

SEDEX, PAC, and Mini Envios do not have one attempt model

Current Correios domestic-service terms reviewed in July 2026 distinguish the products:

ProductCurrent recorded attempt modelImportant consequence
SEDEX Hoje2Special same-day service; do not transfer its rules to ordinary SEDEX
SEDEX 103Timed eligibility depends on the origin and destination
SEDEX 123Timed eligibility depends on the origin and destination
SEDEX3Express service can still end in an attempt, unit pickup, exception, or return branch
PAC2Economy service has a different attempt model
Mini Envios1One failed attempt can move the parcel into the next product-specific branch

Do not use the blanket answer “Correios always makes three attempts.”

After the last applicable attempt, the next event can be:

  • another product-specific delivery branch;
  • internal delivery at a Correios unit;
  • availability for pickup;
  • an operational exception;
  • return to sender.

Some special products can return immediately after the allowed attempts. Other products can move to internal delivery.

The product and exact event determine the safe answer.

International Correios tracking involves several actors

For an inbound postal shipment, the evidence can move through this chain:

merchant or sender
→ origin carrier or designated postal operator
→ international transport or consolidator
→ arrival and presentation in Brazil
→ Receita Federal and/or another inspecting authority
→ Correios domestic processing
→ local delivery or collection

For an outbound item, Correios can record acceptance and export processing, while the destination postal operator controls later local events.

This creates several boundaries:

merchant says dispatched
≠ origin operator acceptance

origin dispatch
≠ arrival in Brazil

seller says arrived in Brazil
≠ Correios receipt

Correios receipt in Brazil
≠ customs release

customs release
≠ immediate domestic movement

destination-post event
≠ a Correios-created event

Correios Packet is not every imported parcel

Correios Packet is an import-service family used in eligible ecommerce flows. It can involve customs-support activity and express or non-express variants.

Do not infer that:

  • every imported ecommerce parcel is Correios Packet;
  • the product can always be identified from the prefix alone;
  • Correios had origin-country possession;
  • all international products expose the same tracking depth.

The final country letters do not show the parcel’s current country

An international postal identifier commonly follows the UPU S10 structure. The final letters identify the issuing postal administration or origin context.

Therefore:

code ending in BR
≠ parcel currently in Brazil

code not ending in BR
≠ parcel is not handled by Correios

13-character postal code
≠ guaranteed end-to-end public tracking

The same number may continue through the destination network, or a commercial partner may expose an additional reference. Do not assume a second number always exists.

Use How International Package Tracking Works and Find the Last-Mile Carrier for the wider handoff model.

Customs, Minhas Importações, and payment

International postal tracking can involve Correios, Receita Federal, another inspecting authority, the merchant, and the recipient.

ActorMain roleDo not assume
CorreiosPresents and transports postal items, displays events, operates Minhas Importações, and continues eligible domestic processingThat Correios decides every customs outcome or controls every inspection deadline
Receita FederalPerforms federal customs review, assessment, authorisation, and document requestsThat Receita physically delivers the parcel
Other inspecting authorityReviews regulated goods within its legal remitThat one authority controls every other agency or carrier stage
Merchant or marketplaceSupplies transaction and declaration data, may collect prepaid taxes, and controls its buyer-remedy processThat it can create a Correios receipt event
RecipientLinks the shipment where required, supplies documents, pays or requests review when eligibleThat the recipient can force release or carrier movement
11Tracking / USTrackingDisplays supported public tracking events and links to official actionsThat it can upload documents, pay, release, inspect, or contact an authority

Use Minhas Importações for official customs actions

Minhas Importações can be the official place to:

  • associate an international item with a CPF when required;
  • view requirements;
  • upload requested documents;
  • generate an authorised payment;
  • request a tax review when eligible;
  • follow the official customs action path.

11Tracking does not reproduce this identity-linked workflow.

Payment and review deadlines are event-specific

Current Receita Federal guidance reviewed in July 2026 supports a 20-day payment period in specified non-prepaid cases after the relevant authorisation stage. It also describes one tax-review request within the current 20-day period after the specified completed-inspection/payment event. A specified document request can carry a 30-day response period.

These are volatile procedural facts. Before acting:

  1. confirm the exact event;
  2. open the current official Receita Federal or Correios page;
  3. confirm whether the item was prepaid through an eligible program;
  4. follow the official deadline shown for that item;
  5. do not rely on an old screenshot, forum comment, or copied percentage.

This page does not calculate tax, decide admissibility, or provide legal advice.

Customs completion and carrier movement are separate

inspection complete
≠ payment complete

payment complete
≠ Correios domestic movement

import authorised
≠ recorded arrival in Brazil

release by one authority
≠ release by every authority

customs release
≠ immediate delivery

Use Customs Cleared but No Update when an official release or payment milestone is followed by no later carrier event.

Out for delivery, failed attempts, pickup, and Locker

Out for delivery

Objeto saiu para entrega ao destinatário or Objeto em rota de entrega records the local delivery stage. It is meaningful evidence, but not a guarantee of completion that day.

What would change the conclusion:

  • Objeto entregue;
  • a failed-attempt event;
  • Aguardando retirada;
  • an address or operational exception;
  • a return event.

Failed attempt

A failed-attempt event records the stated attempt outcome. Do not translate every attempt into “recipient absent” unless the exact event says that.

The next step depends on:

  • product;
  • number of attempts already used;
  • address or access issue;
  • whether internal delivery is available;
  • whether the product returns immediately;
  • the next published event.

Use Delivery Attempted for the cross-carrier decision path.

Internal delivery at a Correios unit

Internal delivery means the parcel is made available through a Correios unit under the applicable service branch.

It is not automatically:

  • a customer-requested redirect;
  • a completed customer pickup;
  • Locker placement;
  • a home-delivery completion.

Wait for the availability event and named location.

Correios Locker

Use this sequence:

Locker selected or used as the address
→ Correios processes the shipment
→ parcel made available in the Locker
→ official notification or QR-code access
→ collection

The current Correios Locker rule gives 72 hours after the parcel is made available for collection. If the period expires, the return process begins.

Do not apply 72 hours to:

  • post-office pickup;
  • every Clique e Retire point;
  • international-item holding periods;
  • every internal-delivery branch.

Correios unit or pickup point

Use this sequence:

attempt or internal-delivery rule
→ transfer to the authorised location
→ Aguardando retirada
→ identification or authorisation check
→ customer collection

A notice, redirection request, or transfer event is not the same as Aguardando retirada.

Holding periods depend on the service and pickup channel. Check the exact event and current official holding-period page.

Delivery to a neighbour, reception, or authorised third party

Correios can support different receipt arrangements depending on the contracted product and instruction.

Entrega no Vizinho

Entrega no Vizinho is a sender-authorised addressing or service option for eligible shipments. It does not mean Correios can select any neighbour without the required instruction.

A generic Delivered event does not reveal whether this option was used.

Building reception and collective delivery

An authorised third party, building reception, porter, or collective-delivery point can be a valid recipient under a scoped delivery arrangement.

Therefore:

Delivered
≠ named addressee necessarily signed

third-party receipt
≠ automatically unauthorised

generic event
≠ proof of the exact person or location

Mão Própria

Mão Própria is a stronger addressee-specific delivery condition when contracted.

Its existence as a Correios service does not mean it was purchased for a particular parcel.

Delivered, CEE, AR, and Mão Própria are different evidence layers

Evidence layerWhat it can addWhat it does not automatically prove
Objeto entregueCarrier-recorded delivery completionNamed-addressee receipt, correct physical place, intact contents
Receiver dataA recorded receiver name or relationship where availableIdentity accuracy or every disputed circumstance
CEEAdditional electronic delivery evidence under the eligible serviceThat every item includes an image or that the named addressee personally received it
AR ConvencionalA physical Aviso de Recebimento workflow when purchasedUniversal availability or automatic digital access
AR Eletrônico / e-ARElectronic receipt evidence in eligible authenticated workflowsThat the public tracker can expose it anonymously
AR DigitalA digital proof layer under its applicable product or contractThat every retail parcel has it
Mão PrópriaAddressee-specific delivery condition when contractedThat a generic Delivered event alone proves the service existed

A stronger proof artifact can change the conclusion. It still may not establish:

  • parcel contents;
  • condition at delivery;
  • post-delivery theft;
  • correct authorization in a disputed case;
  • legal liability or merchant refund entitlement.

11Tracking does not retrieve private CEE, AR, receiver, signature, identity, or account data.

Use Proof of Delivery, Photo, and Signature for the full proof hierarchy.

Suspension, redirection, and address changes are conditional requests

Correios’ official tools can expose selected recipient or sender actions, including suspension in eligible cases. Availability depends on the product, actor, stage, operational feasibility, and current official rules.

Preserve this sequence:

action shown as available
≠ request submitted

request submitted
≠ request accepted

request accepted
≠ operational change completed

Do not assume that a recipient can freely replace the delivery address after posting.

If the event shows an incomplete, incorrect, or divergent address:

  1. compare the address entered by the sender;
  2. use the current official Correios route;
  3. contact the sender or merchant when the original label needs correction;
  4. do not publish the full address or identity documents;
  5. watch for a correction, attempt, pickup, or return event.

Use Wrong Address or Address Information Required and Change, Reroute, or Hold a Package for the complete action model.

Who should act on a Correios tracking problem?

Compensation or refund disputeSender, contract holder, merchant, or payment-code holder as applicableThe recipient is not automatically the payment beneficiary
Suspicious message or feeOpen Correios/Receita independentlyReal parcel details do not authenticate the message

Do not ask 11Tracking to contact a driver, post office, customs authority, seller, or Correios support channel. It cannot act on the physical parcel.

Correios complaints, investigations, and compensation are separate stages

Correios’ current Fale Conosco process uses product-, event-, role-, and time-specific gates.

Do not use a universal instruction such as “file a claim after seven days.”

Current complaint windows are scoped

The July 2026 official materials support different manifestation windows, including:

  • up to 90 days for specified registered domestic items and Correios Packet cases;
  • 30 days for relevant damage or violation cases;
  • up to 120 days for specified international express or EMS products;
  • up to six months for other defined international categories.

The exact start point and eligibility depend on the product, last event, issue, and user role. Recheck the current Fale Conosco terms before acting.

Correios can also prevent a complaint until an event-specific gate is met. Examples include:

  • a no-update period after the expected delivery date;
  • a divergent-location complaint only after a Delivered outcome;
  • a customs complaint only after the specified received, inspection, payment, or no-update state;
  • no specified customs complaint for Importação autorizada without a Brazil-arrival event.

Registration is not fault admission

manifestation registered
≠ fault established

investigation opened
≠ loss confirmed

compensation requested
≠ compensation approved

compensation approved
≠ payment completed

postal compensation
≠ merchant refund or wider legal remedy

Who may submit, and who may receive payment?

A sender, recipient, or legal representative can submit specified manifestations. Payment can still belong to:

  • the sender;
  • the contract holder;
  • the holder of an authorised payment code;
  • another actor defined by the product or contract.

Complaint authority and compensation entitlement are different questions.

The expected initial response is currently up to five business days, but Correios can extend analysis for complexity, missing information, or foreign-operator contact. Ouvidoria is an escalation route after ordinary service channels, not the first step.

Use Package Claim Guide and Who to Contact About a Package for the wider claim and actor model.

Verify Correios customs, delivery, and payment messages safely

A fraudulent Correios-branded message can contain:

  • a real shipment code;
  • the recipient’s name or CPF;
  • copied Correios branding;
  • a parcel image;
  • a fake customs, redelivery, or storage fee;
  • a Pix or card-payment page;
  • a threat of return or destruction;
  • a lookalike domain.

Correct shipment details do not authenticate the sender or link.

Use this rule:

Legitimate customs, postal, or COD charges can exist. Correios states that it does not send direct payment links by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Open the official Correios site or app independently, sign in to Minhas Importações when applicable, and verify the item there.

Correios may send an alert saying that an official action is pending and directing the user to its official site or app. Therefore, do not use the unsafe statements:

Correios never sends SMS

every payment request is fake

taxes are always paid at checkout

Safe verification sequence:

  1. do not open the link in the original message;
  2. open correios.com.br or the official Correios app independently;
  3. sign in to Meu Correios or Minhas Importações only through that official entry;
  4. compare the exact shipment and event;
  5. check Receita Federal when the action belongs to customs;
  6. do not send a password, CPF image, identity document, card data, AR/CEE file, QR code, or payment proof to an unverified contact.

Use Fake Delivery Message for the complete scam workflow.

Protect Correios shipment and identity data

Treat the following as sensitive:

  • tracking code;
  • CPF or CNPJ;
  • full sender or recipient address;
  • phone number and email;
  • Meu Correios credentials;
  • Minhas Importações documents;
  • customs declaration or invoice;
  • tax statement and payment proof;
  • booking receipt;
  • complaint protocol;
  • CEE, AR, receiver, or signature data;
  • Locker QR code or collection code;
  • government identification;
  • parcel contents and declared value.

This page does not need those documents to explain the general evidence or next action.

Do not put a complete tracking code, CPF, full address, customs attachment, proof image, QR code, or complaint protocol into a public post, screenshot, URL, analytics event, metadata field, or structured-data example.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track a Correios parcel by CPF or CNPJ?

The official Correios environment can locate items associated with a CPF or CNPJ. That is an identity-linked official workflow. The 11Tracking form on this page is intended for a supported shipment code only.

Can I enter my CPF or CNPJ into 11Tracking?

No. Do not enter a CPF, CNPJ, password, identity document, customs file, or payment record into this carrier form. Use Meu Correios or Minhas Importações through the official Correios site or app.

Why does my Correios code exist but show no posting event?

Correios can generate a tracking code during pre-posting before the parcel is physically presented. Wait for Objeto postado or another item-level acceptance event. Ask the sender for the booking receipt if the gap persists.

What does Objeto postado mean?

Correios recorded the posting or acceptance milestone. It does not prove departure from the posting unit, verified contents, later movement, or guaranteed delivery.

What does Objeto em trânsito - por favor aguarde mean?

Correios recorded a transfer or processing movement between the locations shown. It is not continuous GPS and does not prove that the next facility already accepted the parcel.

Do all Correios tracking numbers end in BR?

No. The final letters of a common international postal identifier relate to the issuing country or origin context. An inbound item handled by Correios can retain another country suffix.

Is a 13-character Correios code always fully trackable?

No. The S10-style format identifies a postal item but does not guarantee full public tracking, proof of delivery, a scan at every handoff, or current Correios possession.

What is the difference between SEDEX and PAC tracking?

Both can appear in Correios tracking, but they are different products. Their delivery promises, attempt counts, transport model, additional services, and return branches can differ.

How many delivery attempts does Correios make?

It depends on the product. Current reviewed terms show two for SEDEX Hoje, three for SEDEX 10, SEDEX 12, and SEDEX, two for PAC, and one for Mini Envios. Recheck the current product terms before relying on the number.

What does Objeto saiu para entrega ao destinatário mean?

Correios recorded entry into the local delivery stage. It does not guarantee delivery that day, a particular hour, or personal receipt.

Why did an out-for-delivery parcel not arrive?

A failed attempt, route issue, address or access problem, internal-delivery branch, or later exception can follow. Wait for the next exact event and use the Correios support route when the current gate is met.

What does Aguardando retirada mean?

Correios recorded that the parcel is available at the named unit, Locker, or other authorised location. It does not mean the customer already collected it.

Is the parcel ready for pickup as soon as it is redirected?

No. A request, transfer, attempt, or notice is not pickup readiness. Wait for Aguardando retirada or another exact availability event naming the location.

How long does a parcel stay in a Correios Locker?

The current official Locker rule gives 72 hours after the parcel is made available. This deadline does not apply to every post office, pickup point, or international product.

How long will Correios hold a parcel at a unit?

The holding period depends on the service and pickup channel. Use the exact event and current official domestic or international holding-period page.

What does exact status Em fiscalização aduaneira mean?

For this exact status, Correios states that the parcel is not in its possession. Receita Federal or another competent authority controls the inspection and its completion time.

Does every customs event mean Correios does not have the parcel?

No. The no-possession statement belongs to the exact status Em fiscalização aduaneira. Other customs-related events can represent different administrative or physical states.

What does Importação autorizada mean?

The import-authorisation milestone was recorded. It does not by itself prove arrival in Brazil, current Correios possession, completed payment, release by every authority, or domestic dispatch.

Why is there no update after customs authorisation?

Authorisation, payment, release, carrier receipt, and domestic processing are separate states. Wait for the next Correios event and use the official customs or carrier route based on the exact last event.

What does Pagamento confirmado mean?

The official workflow recorded payment confirmation. It does not prove that customs finished every remaining step or that Correios already resumed movement.

Where should I pay an international parcel charge?

Open the official Correios site or app independently and use Minhas Importações when applicable. Do not pay through a link received by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media.

Does Correios send payment links by SMS or WhatsApp?

Correios states that it does not send direct payment links through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. It can send an alert that directs you to the official site or app. Verify independently.

Can I request a tax review?

Current Receita Federal guidance provides one review request in specified cases and within the current event-based deadline. Use Minhas Importações and verify the exact rule for the shipment. This page does not provide tax or legal advice.

Can I change or suspend Correios delivery?

Some official tools expose scoped actions for eligible users and shipment stages. Availability, submission, acceptance, and completion are different states. A request does not guarantee the change.

Can Correios deliver to a neighbour?

Eligible shipments can use the sender-authorised Entrega no Vizinho option. A generic Delivered event does not prove whether that instruction existed or who received the parcel.

What does a generic Objeto entregue event prove?

It proves that Correios recorded delivery completion. It does not automatically prove delivery to the named addressee, the correct physical place, intact contents, or Mão Própria service.

How do I get proof of delivery from Correios?

Use the official Correios account, tracking, app, or sender/contract route for the product. CEE, AR, and Mão Própria are separate evidence services and are not universally included. 11Tracking does not retrieve private proof.

What is the difference between CEE, AR, and Mão Própria?

CEE is an electronic delivery-evidence layer in eligible services. AR is an Aviso de Recebimento service with applicable physical or electronic variants. Mão Própria requires delivery to the designated addressee when contracted.

What should I do if Correios says Delivered but I did not receive it?

Check the delivery location, building reception, household, authorised third party, neighbour instruction, and available proof. Then use the event-eligible Correios complaint route and contact the sender or merchant for the separate purchase remedy.

Who can open a Correios complaint?

A sender, recipient, or legal representative can submit specified manifestations. Eligibility depends on the product, event, issue, time, and supporting evidence.

What are the current Correios complaint deadlines?

They vary. Current reviewed materials include different windows for registered domestic items, damage, Correios Packet, EMS, and other international products. Use the current Fale Conosco terms rather than one universal deadline.

Who receives Correios compensation?

It can depend on the sender, contract holder, authorised payment-code holder, product, and issue. The person who files the complaint is not automatically the compensation beneficiary.

Is Correios tracking live GPS?

No. It is a carrier-published event history. A timestamp can be recorded and displayed after the physical event occurred.

Can 11Tracking contact Correios, pay customs, or file a complaint?

No. 11Tracking can perform a supported shipment-code lookup and explain public evidence. It cannot use your CPF, access Meu Correios, upload customs documents, pay, request review, suspend delivery, retrieve private proof, contact Correios or Receita, file a complaint, or recover a parcel.

Keep Correios updates together in USTracking

After identifying the product, exact event, evidence boundary, and correct official action, USTracking can help you:

  • save a supported Correios shipment code;
  • organise available public events in one timeline;
  • monitor later recorded changes;
  • compare Correios with origin or destination carriers when those events are available;
  • receive notifications;
  • keep multiple international purchases organised.

USTracking cannot:

  • track by CPF or CNPJ;
  • access Meu Correios or Minhas Importações;
  • determine physical location outside recorded events;
  • create, correct, accelerate, or force a scan;
  • prove that a pre-posted parcel was accepted;
  • authenticate an SMS, WhatsApp message, email, domain, Pix key, QR code, fee, or caller;
  • upload documents;
  • pay customs, tax, COD, or postal charges;
  • request a tax review;
  • contact Correios, Receita Federal, another authority, merchant, sender, post office, or delivery employee;
  • change an address;
  • suspend, redirect, or recall a shipment;
  • open a Locker;
  • retrieve private CEE, AR, receiver, signature, identity, or payment data;
  • open a manifestation, complaint, investigation, claim, or refund;
  • recover, release, clear, or guarantee a parcel.

Use USTracking as a monitoring and interpretation companion, not as a substitute for Correios, Receita Federal, another inspecting authority, the sender, the merchant, or the destination postal operator.

Scope and limitations

  • This page explains Correios public shipment events and product, customs, proof, pickup, and complaint routing. It does not diagnose an individual parcel.
  • The current 11Tracking form is intended for a supported shipment code. It does not accept CPF, CNPJ, account credentials, complaint protocols, customs documents, payment records, or collection codes.
  • Correios product names, service coverage, delivery attempts, proof availability, holding periods, complaint gates, payment rules, tax-review procedures, and links can change.
  • The exact statement that Correios does not possess an item applies to the exact status Em fiscalização aduaneira; it is not a universal rule for every customs-related event.
  • The page does not provide a universal Correios event dictionary because the reviewed official sources do not define every visible phrase.
  • Public tracking is event-based, not continuous GPS.
  • A recognized code or pre-posting record does not prove physical acceptance.
  • A Delivered event does not prove personal receipt by the named addressee.
  • Customs, postal, merchant, complaint, compensation, and buyer-remedy processes are separate.
  • 11Tracking and USTracking are not Correios, Receita Federal, another inspecting authority, a merchant, a customs broker, or a complaint channel and cannot act on the physical shipment.
  • Verify high-stakes deadlines, fees, product eligibility, proof access, customs instructions, and complaint routes through the current official source before acting.
