Service scope
11Tracking provides an independent interface for requesting and explaining package tracking information. We are not a carrier, seller, customs authority, insurer, or delivery agent and do not control a shipment's route, timing, condition, or delivery.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and for tracking numbers you are authorized to check. Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, probe security, or use automated access without written permission.
Tracking information
Carrier and provider data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. It is informational and should be confirmed with the sender or official carrier before making a time-sensitive, financial, or legal decision.
Intellectual property
The 11Tracking website, original copy, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Carrier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
Availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or support for every carrier, country, or tracking number.
Limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, 11Tracking is not liable for delivery delays, lost or damaged parcels, missed events, third-party actions, or decisions based on tracking information.
