Why we built it
Delivery information is spread across postal operators, couriers, merchants, and international partners. The same journey can use different wording at every step. 11Tracking gives people one place to check a number and understand what the latest event usually means.
What the service does
11Tracking is maintained as a consumer tracking service connected with the USTracking mobile app. We request tracking data from supported providers, organize available events, and present practical explanations for common delivery states.
Independent by design
We do not transport, handle, insure or deliver packages. 11Tracking is not FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Purolator, Colissimo or any other carrier. Carrier names and trademarks identify the relevant delivery services and belong to their respective owners.
How tracking guidance is maintained
Carrier pages and help materials are reviewed against connected API behavior and official carrier sources. Terminology or support links may be updated when carrier services change.
Accuracy and responsibility
Tracking data can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected by the carrier. For address changes, claims, proof of delivery, payments, or urgent shipment decisions, use the sender's support channel or the carrier's official website.
Report a problem
Send website errors, content corrections or privacy questions through the contact address. Avoid including a full tracking number unless it is necessary to reproduce a technical issue.
