Track an Evri parcel on this page
Enter the shipment number exactly as supplied by the sender, retailer, marketplace, booking platform, receipt, or official Evri notification.
Preserve:
- every digit;
- all letters if present;
- leading zeros;
- the complete original sequence;
- the original number rather than a shortened order reference.
Do not substitute:
- a retailer order number;
- a delivery postcode;
- an eight-digit calling-card number unless the form explicitly accepts it;
- a ParcelShop receipt number unless the form explicitly accepts it;
- a collection PIN or Locker barcode;
- a return authorisation number;
- a photo, map, signature, or claim reference;
- a phone number, email, name, or address.
Evri’s official UK tracker commonly accepts a 16-character tracking number and can also accept an eight-digit calling-card number after an attempted delivery. An Evri return can use a 16-character code, and a specified official return flow can also use a ParcelShop receipt number. International shipments are routed through a separate official tracking surface.
Those official capabilities do not establish what the 11Tracking form supports. This page promises only a supported shipment-number lookup through the current runtime.
Why “We’re expecting it” does not prove Evri has the parcel
A sender, retailer, or booking system can create shipment data before Evri physically receives the parcel.
Use this evidence sequence:
order or label data created
→ Evri is expecting the parcel
parcel collected, accepted at a ParcelShop, or recorded at an Evri facility
→ stronger evidence of Evri possession
later hub, depot, route, attempt, collection, or delivery event
→ evidence of the stated later stage
Therefore:
tracking number recognised
≠ Evri possession
“We’re expecting it”
≠ parcel collected by Evri
retailer says dispatched
≠ carrier-recorded acceptance
no acceptance event
≠ proof the retailer never handed it over
The last point matters. A missing acceptance event can reflect delayed publication, a drop-off dispute, a wrong number, another booking platform, or no physical handoff. The public record does not prove which explanation is correct.
Ask the sender or retailer for the booking or drop-off receipt. A later collection, ParcelShop acceptance, hub, or depot event would change the conclusion.
Use What Does “Label Created” Mean? and Carrier Received Package for the complete cross-carrier distinction.
What an Evri tracking result confirms
Read the latest exact event, timestamp, location, network, and delivery method together.
| Evidence level | What it can confirm | What it does not establish by itself |
|---|---|---|
| Number recognised | A public shipment record can be associated with the input | Physical possession, product, delivery network, or current location |
| “We’re expecting it” / booking data | Shipment data exists and Evri expects a future handoff | Evri possession or sender fault |
| Collection or ParcelShop acceptance | Evri or an authorised acceptance channel recorded receipt | Departure from the acceptance point |
| Hub or depot event | The parcel reached or was processed at the stated facility | Continuous movement, exact shelf position, or loss |
| ETA or delivery window | A route-based estimate is available | Live GPS or guaranteed handover |
| Out for delivery | The parcel entered the local delivery stage | Unconditional same-day delivery |
| Failed attempt | The stated attempt outcome was recorded | One universal reason or one universal number of attempts |
| On the way to ParcelShop or Locker | The parcel is moving toward the selected collection channel | Ready-to-collect status |
| Ready notification | The parcel is available at the named location | Customer collection |
| Collected with PIN / from ParcelShop | The collection event was recorded | Named-addressee collection in every case |
| Delivered | Evri recorded delivery completion | Personal receipt by the named addressee |
| Photo, map, receiver name, or signature | A stronger evidence artifact may be available | Every disputed fact, correct authorisation, or intact contents |
| Return movement | Evri recorded the stated return stage | Retailer receipt, inspection, or refund |
| Contact or claim submitted | A case entered the stated process | Fault, loss, compensation, or merchant refund |
Evri tracking is a published event history. It is not continuous GPS.
The displayed sequence can contain separate times:
physical event
→ Evri recording
→ Evri publication
→ tracking-provider ingestion
→ 11Tracking display
An update that appeared now did not necessarily happen now.
How to read common Evri event families safely
Evri does not publish one complete, current, universal glossary for every core, retailer, international, return, exception, legacy Hermes, and Premium phrase. Preserve the exact wording and classify the evidence family.
“We’re expecting it”
Evri has shipment data and expects the parcel to enter its network.
It does not prove:
- that Evri collected it;
- that a ParcelShop accepted it;
- that the sender still holds it;
- that the sender is at fault;
- that a delivery estimate has started.
A collection, ParcelShop acceptance, hub, or depot event is stronger possession evidence.
Collection or ParcelShop acceptance
Evri or the authorised acceptance channel recorded the parcel entering the stated collection or drop-off stage.
It does not prove:
- immediate departure;
- processing at a hub;
- the parcel was booked under the product the user assumes;
- that every later event will be visible.
Hub or depot event
Evri recorded the parcel at or through the facility shown.
It does not mean:
- that the parcel is lost because no later scan has appeared;
- continuous movement through the building;
- that a courier already has it;
- that the route date is guaranteed.
A later depot, out-for-delivery, attempt, diversion, collection, delivery, or return event would change the conclusion.
Delayed or exception event
Read the exact reason. Do not translate every delay into loss or every attempt into “recipient absent.”
The event can involve:
- route capacity;
- address or access;
- parcel condition;
- weather or network disruption;
- retailer instruction;
- operational processing;
- a failed delivery attempt.
Use Evri’s dynamic service-status page for current network incidents rather than treating a temporary disruption as evergreen policy.
Out for delivery and ETA
Evri recorded entry into the local delivery route and may display a one-hour estimate.
The estimate is set from the courier’s planned route. It is not:
- continuous GPS;
- a fixed stop order;
- a guaranteed handover time;
- proof that no route change will occur.
Use Out for Delivery or Out for Delivery but Not Delivered for the full decision path.
Attempted delivery
Evri recorded the attempt or exception described in the exact event. An eight-digit calling-card number can exist after an attempt in the official UK system.
The card or attempt event does not prove:
- why delivery failed unless the exact event states it;
- that the card was left at the correct property;
- the next attempt time;
- that 11Tracking supports the card number;
- that every service has the same remaining attempts.
On the way to a ParcelShop or Locker
The parcel is moving through the network toward the selected collection channel.
This is not pickup readiness.
Wait for the official ready notification or exact availability event naming the ParcelShop or Locker.
Ready to collect
Evri recorded that the parcel is available at the named collection point.
This does not prove that:
- the customer already collected it;
- any nearby shop can release it;
- the collection period is the same for ParcelShop and Locker;
- another person can collect without the required credentials.
Delivered
Evri recorded a completed delivery outcome.
Under current direct-booking terms, Delivered can include:
- the recipient at the address;
- a neighbour;
- a safe place.
Therefore:
Delivered
≠ named addressee personally received it
Photo, map, receiver name, or signature can add evidence. They do not automatically prove the correct property, authorisation, intact contents, or every disputed circumstance.
On its way back to the retailer
Evri recorded the stated return movement. In a documented Evri return flow, this can be the final Evri event.
It does not prove:
- retailer warehouse receipt;
- inspection;
- return acceptance;
- refund approval;
- refund payment.
The retailer or marketplace owns those later states.
Evri ETA and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
Standard, Next Day, retailer, international, and specialist-network services can have different estimates and late-delivery definitions.
Do not infer a guaranteed date from the service name alone. Drop-off time, working days, destination, retailer contract, disruption, parcel characteristics, customs, and exceptions can change the route.
Evri says its courier sets the expected delivery window on the morning of delivery based on the planned route.
Use this boundary:
one-hour ETA
= route-based estimate
one-hour ETA
≠ live courier GPS
≠ fixed delivery order
≠ guaranteed completion
A later Delivered, attempted-delivery, collection, diversion, exception, or rescheduled event is the stronger outcome evidence.
How many delivery attempts does Evri make?
Current Evri direct-booking terms say a core UK service can include the original attempt plus two further attempts. Evri consumer pages summarize this as up to three attempts or three separate delivery days.
Use the scoped answer:
Core UK Evri services commonly provide up to three delivery attempts. Retailer contracts, specialist networks, parcel type, and international services can differ.
Evri’s current international terms describe at least one attempt, not a universal three-attempt promise.
After an unsuccessful attempt, the next branch can be:
- another attempt;
- a neighbour or safe-place outcome;
- a ParcelShop or Locker diversion;
- an address or access exception;
- return;
- sender or retailer instruction.
The exact service and next event determine the answer.
Use Delivery Attempted for the wider decision model.
Diversions, My Places, and full address changes
Evri can show selected delivery options for an eligible parcel.
Depending on the sender, retailer, service, proof requirement, stage, and current route, those options can include:
- a preferred neighbour;
- a safe place;
- ParcelShop;
- Locker;
- My Places preferences;
- accessibility instructions.
Availability is not completion
Preserve the full state model:
option displayed
≠ request submitted
request submitted
≠ request accepted
request accepted
≠ route changed
route changed
≠ parcel delivered to the selected place
Only a later tracking or delivery event proves what happened.
A diversion is not a full address replacement
A neighbour, safe place, ParcelShop, or Locker option is narrower than changing the address printed on the parcel.
Evri says most full-address changes for retailer parcels are controlled by the sender or retailer. Contact the retailer when the original label address is wrong.
Use Change, Reroute, or Hold a Package and Wrong Address or Address Information Required for the complete action model.
Diversion options can disappear
A parcel can become ineligible because of:
- the sender’s service choice;
- a signature or proof requirement;
- retailer restrictions;
- parcel size or destination;
- route stage;
- operational feasibility.
Current official pages do not provide one perfectly stable universal cutoff. Use the options shown for that parcel rather than relying on a copied time limit.
My Places is a preference layer
My Places can store a safe-place description, photo, notes, and accessibility instructions.
A saved preference does not prove:
- that it applies to every parcel;
- that the courier accepted it;
- that the location was usable;
- that the parcel was left there;
- that the place remained secure.
ParcelShop and Locker are different collection workflows
A home-delivery parcel is not automatically available at a local depot, ParcelShop, or Locker.
A ParcelShop collection normally requires:
- the retailer offered ParcelShop delivery;
- the sender booked delivery to a ParcelShop; or
- an eligible home delivery was successfully diverted there.
A Locker collection normally requires direct Locker delivery or a completed eligible diversion.
ParcelShop state model
ParcelShop selected
→ parcel accepted into the network
→ moving through hubs or depots
→ on its way to the ParcelShop
→ ready notification
→ identity or credential check
→ collected
“On its way” is not “ready.”
Current Evri business material says eligible ParcelShop deliveries can allow up to ten days to collect. Treat this as a scoped current rule, not a promise for every retailer, return, or collection flow. Follow the deadline in the parcel’s official notification.
Locker state model
Locker selected or diversion requested
→ parcel processed toward the Locker
→ ready notification and access barcode
→ Locker door opened
→ parcel removed
→ collected with PIN
Evri’s current Locker FAQ gives three days after the ready notification for collection.
The three-day period does not apply to every ParcelShop, depot, retailer return, or other collection route.
Do not share a collection PIN, barcode, or QR code publicly.
Collection evidence
Collected with PIN or collected from ParcelShop is stronger evidence that the item left the collection location.
It still does not always identify the named addressee. Another authorised person may have used the credentials.
Use Available for Pickup for the full readiness-versus-collection distinction.
Delivered, safe place, neighbour, photo, map, and signature
Evri’s current direct-booking terms define delivery completion broadly enough to include delivery at the address, to a neighbour, or in a safe place.
This creates an evidence hierarchy.
| Evidence layer | What it can support | What it does not automatically prove |
|---|---|---|
| Delivered event | Evri recorded a completed delivery outcome | Named-addressee receipt, correct physical place, intact contents |
| Receiver name | The recorded identity text | Identity verification or authorisation |
| Threshold photo | A parcel-placement scene at an address threshold | Personal receipt, contents, or correct property |
| Safe-place photo | The location where the parcel was left | Continued security or valid authorisation |
| Neighbour photo | Placement or handover at a neighbour address | Recipient approval or later transfer |
| Delivery map | Recorded delivery-location context | Centimetre-perfect handover or live route history |
| Signature | A signature event for an eligible service | Named-addressee receipt unless the service requires it |
| Digital Signature service | An additional purchased proof model | Universal inclusion on every Evri parcel |
A safe-place instruction is not a guaranteed outcome
A safe place should not be exposed on a doorstep or otherwise in public view under current Evri terms.
A preference or photo does not prove:
- the place met the definition;
- the instruction applied to that parcel;
- the parcel stayed secure;
- the image shows the correct property;
- the contents were intact.
No photo does not prove a false delivery
Photo, map, receiver name, and signature availability can depend on the sender, retailer, product, and service.
Therefore:
no photo
≠ delivery definitely false
photo available
≠ delivery dispute automatically resolved
What to do if Evri says Delivered but you do not have the parcel
- Read the exact event.
- Check the delivery photo, map, receiver name, or signature if officially available.
- Check the safe place, household, neighbour, building reception, shared entrance, and delivery address.
- Preserve evidence privately.
- Contact the sender or retailer for the purchase remedy.
- Let the sender, retailer, or booking platform use the carrier-contract route with Evri.
Use Delivered but Not Received and Proof of Delivery, Photo, and Signature for the complete process.
Evri International, gateways, customs, and partner carriers
Evri routes international tracking through a separate official surface. An unfamiliar international tracking domain is not automatically fraudulent when it was reached from Evri’s official UK site.
Use this safe route:
- open
evri.comindependently; - use the official tracking page;
- follow the international link shown there;
- compare the exact shipment number and event;
- do not authenticate a domain only from message text.
What an Evri gateway means
Evri describes a gateway as an international processing location where a parcel is held while customs clearance occurs before onward movement to a hub.
Safe interpretation:
Evri gateway
= international processing or customs stage at an Evri location
Evri gateway
≠ customs cleared
≠ duties paid
≠ immediate hub departure
≠ delivery readiness
International transit estimates can exclude customs time and vary by destination, contents, location, holidays, and partner carrier.
Partner handoffs
An international Evri shipment can involve:
- origin collection;
- an Evri gateway;
- customs;
- air or road transport;
- a destination partner;
- local delivery.
Do not assume:
- that one operator controls every stage;
- that a destination partner accepted the parcel before it publishes an event;
- that a second tracking number always exists;
- that the same proof or attempt rules apply in every country.
Use How International Package Tracking Works and Find the Last-Mile Carrier for the broader handoff model.
Evri return tracking does not prove retailer receipt or refund
Evri returns have a different endpoint from outbound customer delivery.
Use this sequence:
return authorised or booked
→ parcel dropped off or collected
→ Evri return movement
→ On its way back to the retailer
→ retailer receipt
→ retailer inspection
→ refund or replacement decision
→ payment
Evri states that On its way back to the retailer can be the final Evri event in the documented return flow. The retailer then handles its own receipt and refund communication.
Therefore:
On its way back to the retailer
≠ retailer warehouse receipt proved
≠ return accepted
≠ refund approved
≠ refund paid
A marketplace or retailer can also own the return label and dispute workflow.
The 11Tracking form should promise only runtime-tested return identifiers. Do not assume that a ParcelShop receipt number works unless the current form explicitly supports it.
Who should act on an Evri tracking problem?
| Situation | Best first actor | Why |
|---|---|---|
| “We’re expecting it” with no later event | Sender or retailer | They can verify handoff and provide the booking or drop-off receipt |
| Number rejected or no public record | Sender, retailer, or booking platform | The number can be wrong, premature, international, or another reference |
| Core Evri parcel stops after an acceptance or depot event | Evri through the current official route, often via the sender | Evri owns the published carrier stage, while the contract holder often owns escalation |
| Retail parcel is delayed, damaged, or Delivered but missing | Sender or retailer | They own the consumer remedy and can contact Evri |
| Label bought directly from Evri | Sender / Evri account holder | The direct booker owns the carrier claim route |
| Label bought through eBay, Parcel2Go, Post Office, or another platform | Booking platform | The intermediary can own contract access and support |
| Out for delivery does not complete | Check the next event, then Evri or the sender under the current route | The local delivery stage belongs to Evri |
| Parcel moving to ParcelShop or Locker | Wait for the ready notification | Transit toward a collection point is not readiness |
| Parcel is ready at ParcelShop or Locker | Named location and official instructions | Collection credentials and deadline apply |
| Delivered but missing | Delivery location, then sender or retailer and Evri proof route | Delivered can mean neighbour or safe place |
| Evri International gateway or customs issue | Official Evri International or customs/partner route | Core UK support may not control the next stage |
| Return says “On its way back to the retailer” | Retailer or marketplace | Evri’s carrier endpoint can precede receipt and refund |
| Suspicious Evri message | Open Evri independently | Correct parcel data and visible link text do not authenticate the message |
11Tracking cannot contact a courier, retailer, booking platform, customs authority, ParcelShop, Locker operator, or Evri support on your behalf.
Complaints, claims, refunds, and compensation are separate processes
For a retailer parcel, Evri’s complaints procedure directs the recipient to the sender—usually the retailer—for a delay, damage, or Delivered-but-missing problem.
The retailer can:
- provide a refund or replacement under its customer process;
- open an Evri inquiry under its contract;
- submit the carrier claim when eligible.
If the label was bought directly from Evri, the sender or Evri account holder uses the direct claim route.
If the label was bought through a marketplace, Post Office, or shipping platform, that intermediary can be the correct contractual channel.
Seven days is a support trigger, not proof of loss
Evri tells a recipient to notify the sender when a parcel has been with Evri for more than seven days.
That does not mean:
- Evri legally declared the parcel lost;
- every claim can now be filed;
- fault has been accepted;
- compensation is due;
- the retailer must refund immediately.
Direct-booking notice periods are not universal retailer deadlines
Current Evri direct-booking terms contain different UK, international, consumer, and commercial notice periods. They also preserve consumer statutory rights.
Do not apply those terms mechanically to every retailer parcel. Use the current terms for the exact booking relationship and issue.
Preserve the process boundaries
contact submitted
≠ complaint accepted
complaint accepted
≠ investigation completed
investigation completed
≠ fault established
claim submitted
≠ compensation eligible
carrier compensation
≠ retailer refund
Evri can request receipts, value evidence, dispatch proof, parcel details, and damage images in a claim. Do not send those documents to 11Tracking.
Use Package Claim Guide and Who to Contact About a Package for the wider actor and evidence model.
Verify Evri and Hermes messages safely
Evri says:
- its emails typically use
@evri.com,@hermes-europe.co.uk, or@myhermes.co.uk; - its SMS sender appears as
Evri, rather than an ordinary mobile number; - its SMS messages do not ask for payment;
- a tracking link can use
evri.link; - visible
evri.linktext alone does not guarantee authenticity.
This means the safe rule is not “Evri never sends links.”
Use this quote-safe answer:
Evri says its SMS messages do not ask for payment. Do not trust a message only because it contains a real tracking number, an Evri logo, a legacy Hermes domain, or visible
evri.linktext. Open Evri’s official website or app independently and check the parcel there.
International customs duties or taxes can exist. Verify them through the official international, customs, or destination-carrier route—not through an unverified SMS payment link.
Safe verification sequence:
- do not use the original payment or sign-in link;
- open
evri.comindependently; - enter the shipment through the official tracker;
- follow an international route only from the official site;
- compare the exact event;
- contact the sender or retailer when the payment request does not match the official record.
Use Fake Delivery Message for the complete scam process.
Protect Evri shipment and delivery data
Treat the following as sensitive:
- full tracking number;
- delivery postcode;
- address;
- safe-place notes and photo;
- delivery map;
- neighbour identity;
- receiver name;
- signature;
- calling-card number;
- ParcelShop receipt;
- collection PIN or Locker barcode;
- retailer order or return number;
- booking receipt;
- claim file;
- value evidence;
- damage photos;
- customs and payment documents.
Do not put these into:
- a public forum post;
- an unredacted screenshot;
- a public URL;
- page metadata;
- structured-data examples;
- analytics events;
- an unverified message reply.
This page does not need those materials to explain the general evidence or next action.
Frequently asked questions
How do I track an Evri parcel?
Enter one supported Evri-associated shipment number in the form on this page. Preserve every digit and letter. Use Evri’s official site for calling-card, international, account, diversion, proof, and other identity-linked workflows.
What is the 16-character Evri tracking number?
Evri’s official UK tracker commonly uses a 16-character shipment number. It can come from the sender, retailer, receipt, or official notification. The format does not by itself prove which Evri network owns the parcel or that Evri has physically received it.
Can I track with an eight-digit calling-card number?
Evri’s official UK tracker can accept an eight-digit calling-card number after an attempted delivery. The 11Tracking form supports it only if the current input explicitly accepts that format.
Is Hermes tracking now Evri tracking?
Hermes UK rebranded as Evri. Legacy UK Hermes references can belong to Evri. Hermes Germany is a different carrier and is not covered by the Evri UK page.
Is Evri Premium the same as core Evri?
No. Evri Premium is the separate premium network being developed from the former DHL eCommerce UK operation inside Evri Group. Do not assume it uses the core Evri tracker, event meanings, attempts, diversions, proof, or claims process.
What does “We’re expecting it” mean?
Evri has shipment data and expects a future handoff. The event does not prove that Evri collected or physically accepted the parcel.
Does “We’re expecting it” mean the sender has not posted it?
Not necessarily. It can mean no later Evri acceptance event is public. The sender may still have the parcel, may have dropped it off, may have supplied the wrong number, or the event may be delayed. Ask for the booking or drop-off receipt.
What proves Evri has received the parcel?
A collection, ParcelShop acceptance, hub, depot, or another later operational event is stronger evidence than “We’re expecting it.” The exact event determines how strong the conclusion is.
What does “on its way” mean for a ParcelShop delivery?
It means the parcel is moving through the network toward the ParcelShop. It does not mean it is ready to collect.
When is an Evri parcel ready to collect?
Wait for an official ready notification or exact availability event naming the ParcelShop or Locker. A selection, diversion request, or transit event is not readiness.
How long does a ParcelShop hold an Evri parcel?
Current Evri business material says eligible ParcelShop deliveries can allow up to ten days. Scope can vary by retailer and flow. Follow the deadline in the official notification.
How long does an Evri Locker hold a parcel?
Evri’s current Locker FAQ gives three days after the ready notification. This does not apply to every ParcelShop, depot, or return flow.
Can I collect a home-delivery parcel from an Evri depot or ParcelShop?
Not automatically. The parcel must have been booked for ParcelShop delivery or successfully diverted through an eligible official option. A nearby shop or depot cannot necessarily release it.
How many delivery attempts does Evri make?
Core UK Evri services commonly provide up to three attempts. International and specialist services can differ, so check the exact network and event.
What does an Evri ETA mean?
It is a route-based estimate set by the courier from the planned delivery route. It is not live GPS and does not guarantee handover during the displayed window.
Is Evri tracking live GPS?
No. It is a carrier-published event history. A map or ETA can add context but does not provide a continuous route history.
Can I divert an Evri parcel to a neighbour or safe place?
Sometimes. The sender, retailer, service, proof requirement, stage, and current route control the available options. A visible option does not prove the request completed.
Can I divert an Evri parcel to a ParcelShop or Locker?
Eligible parcels can show those options. Wait for a later event confirming the route change and then a ready notification before travelling to collect.
Are Evri diversions guaranteed?
No. Option availability, request submission, acceptance, route change, and final delivery are separate states.
Can I change the full Evri delivery address?
For many retailer parcels, the sender or retailer controls a full address change. A safe-place, neighbour, ParcelShop, or Locker diversion is not a complete label-address replacement.
What is Evri My Places?
My Places stores delivery preferences, including safe-place details, photos, notes, and accessibility instructions. A saved preference is not proof that it applies to every parcel or that the courier completed it.
What does Evri Delivered prove?
It proves that Evri recorded delivery completion. Under current terms, that can include delivery to the address, a neighbour, or a safe place. It does not automatically prove personal receipt by the named addressee.
Does Evri always provide a delivery photo?
No. Photo, map, receiver-name, and signature availability depends on the sender, retailer, product, and service.
What does an Evri delivery photo prove?
It can show a placement or handover scene. It does not automatically prove the correct property, recipient authorisation, parcel contents, or continued security.
What does the Evri delivery map prove?
It adds recorded location context. It is not continuous GPS and does not prove the exact centimetre of handover or every disputed fact.
What is Evri Digital Signature?
It is an optional purchased proof service. Its existence does not mean every Evri parcel requires or includes a signature.
What should I do if Evri says Delivered but I do not have it?
Check the exact event, available photo, map, receiver name, safe place, household, neighbour, reception, shared entrance, and address. Preserve evidence privately and contact the sender or retailer for the purchase remedy and Evri escalation.
Who should contact Evri about a retailer parcel?
Usually the sender or retailer, because it holds the delivery contract and can provide the customer remedy. The recipient can report the problem, but does not automatically own the carrier claim.
When should the sender report an Evri parcel with no update?
Evri tells recipients to notify the sender when a parcel has been with Evri for more than seven days. This is a support trigger, not proof of loss or a universal claim deadline.
How do I track an Evri return?
Use the supported return shipment number. Evri’s official return flow can also use a specified ParcelShop receipt number. 11Tracking support for that receipt format must be confirmed by the form.
Does “On its way back to the retailer” mean the retailer received my return?
No. It can be the final Evri event before the retailer’s own receipt, inspection, and refund process.
Why does Evri International use a different tracking page?
International shipments can involve customs, gateways, and partner carriers. Evri routes them through a separate official surface. Reach it from Evri’s official UK website.
What is an Evri gateway?
It is an international processing location where a parcel can be held while customs clearance occurs before onward movement. The event does not prove customs completion, payment, or delivery readiness.
Does Evri send payment links by text?
Evri says its SMS messages do not ask for payment. Open Evri independently and verify the parcel. International charges can exist, but they should be handled through the relevant official route.
Which Evri or Hermes email domains can be genuine?
Evri lists @evri.com, @hermes-europe.co.uk, and @myhermes.co.uk as typical domains. A visible domain or link is not enough to authenticate the message.
Can 11Tracking divert, claim, or recover an Evri parcel?
No. 11Tracking can perform a supported public shipment lookup and explain the evidence. It cannot contact a courier, change an address, submit a diversion, open a Locker, retrieve private proof, file a complaint or claim, issue a refund, recover a parcel, create a scan, or guarantee delivery.
Keep Evri updates together in USTracking
After identifying the network, exact event, evidence boundary, and correct responsible actor, USTracking can help you:
- save a supported Evri tracking number;
- organise public events in one timeline;
- monitor later recorded updates;
- compare origin, Evri, and destination-carrier events when available;
- keep retailer deliveries and returns organised;
- receive notifications.
USTracking cannot:
- track by delivery postcode, calling-card image, collection PIN, Locker barcode, or ParcelShop receipt unless the supported runtime explicitly accepts that identifier;
- access My Places;
- submit, cancel, or confirm a diversion;
- change the full address;
- contact a courier, ParcelShop, Locker operator, retailer, booking platform, customs authority, or Evri support;
- open a Locker;
- retrieve private photo, map, receiver, or signature data;
- prove continuous location;
- authenticate a message, domain, payment request, or sender;
- investigate, recover, release, or accelerate a parcel;
- create or correct a scan;
- open a complaint or claim;
- obtain compensation, refund, or replacement;
- guarantee delivery.
Use USTracking as a monitoring and interpretation companion, not as a substitute for Evri, the sender, retailer, booking platform, customs authority, destination partner, or delivery location.

Scope and limitations
- This page explains core Evri UK tracking, former Hermes UK terminology, ParcelShop and Locker states, selected international and return workflows, delivery evidence, responsibility, and the Evri Premium transition. It does not diagnose an individual parcel.
- The 11Tracking form is intended for a supported shipment number. It does not automatically accept delivery postcodes, calling-card numbers, ParcelShop receipt numbers, collection PINs, Locker barcodes, return authorisations, or account credentials.
- Evri Premium remains a separate network during a volatile transition from DHL eCommerce UK. Do not apply core Evri rules without current evidence.
- Hermes Germany is not Evri UK.
- The page does not publish a universal Evri status dictionary because the reviewed official sources do not define every visible phrase across all services.
- Diversion availability, timing, proof, attempt counts, collection periods, claim routes, and support options can depend on the sender, retailer, service, network, stage, and jurisdiction.
- ParcelShop “on its way” and Locker routing are not ready-to-collect events.
- A recognised number or “We’re expecting it” update does not prove physical possession.
- Tracking is event-based, not continuous GPS.
- An ETA is not a guaranteed delivery time.
- Delivered can mean delivery at the address, to a neighbour, or to a safe place; it is not automatic proof of personal receipt by the named addressee.
- Photo, map, receiver name, and signature are conditional evidence layers, not conclusive proof of every disputed fact.
- Return movement does not prove retailer receipt, refund approval, or refund payment.
- Seven days is a support trigger, not proof of loss.
- Retailer refund, carrier complaint, investigation, claim, and compensation are separate processes.
- 11Tracking and USTracking are not Evri, Evri Premium, a retailer, booking platform, ParcelShop, Locker operator, customs authority, or destination carrier and cannot act on the physical parcel.
- Verify high-stakes deadlines, network identity, diversion eligibility, collection periods, proof access, international routing, and claim procedures through the current official source before acting.

Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
