Which CIRRO does this page cover?
Use this page when your merchant, shipment notice or official tracking route identifies the parcel as CIRRO E-Commerce or CIRRO Track.
Do not use CIRRO branding alone to assume one universal carrier identity. CIRRO is also used as a broader umbrella around logistics businesses, and the current CIRRO ecosystem includes separate fulfillment and GOFO-related histories.
A useful rule is:
Route by the shipment's current identity and official tracking record, not by the acquisition headline alone.
That matters most in North America and in the former CIRRO Parcel markets.
CIRRO E-Commerce vs CIRRO Parcel vs GOFO
CIRRO E-Commerce
CIRRO E-Commerce remains a current public e-commerce logistics and tracking identity. Its support flow links ordinary parcel tracking to CIRRO Track.
CIRRO Parcel
CIRRO Parcel was a narrower last-mile business serving France, the Netherlands and Italy. GOFO announced its acquisition on August 20, 2025 and said the acquired operation would be unified under the GOFO name.
The legacy cirroparcel.com domain currently redirects to GOFO France. That is a strong current routing signal for the old CIRRO Parcel job.
It does not mean CIRRO Parcel is a safe alias for every CIRRO E-Commerce shipment.
GOFO
GOFO is a current last-mile carrier with its own tracking routes. It is relevant when:
- the parcel is explicitly branded or tracked as GOFO;
- the legacy CIRRO Parcel route has redirected there;
- a current shipment record identifies GOFO as the controlling final-mile carrier.
Do not turn the corporate relationship into the rule CIRRO = GOFO. Current evidence does not establish that every CIRRO E-Commerce shipment is handled by GOFO.
Is CIRRO E-Commerce still current after the 2026 GOFO acquisition?
Yes, but the North America transition needs careful wording.
In 2026, CIRRO E-Commerce's own announcement described GOFO's acquisition as involving CIRRO E-Commerce North America and emphasized U.S. market expertise. GOFO used broader wording — acquisition of CIRRO E-Commerce — while describing U.S. teams, leadership, integrations and continuity during the transition.
At the same time, CIRRO E-Commerce service, support and CIRRO Track surfaces remained public.
The safe conclusion is not that the acquisition changed nothing, and it is not that every CIRRO E-Commerce shipment globally became GOFO.
For a parcel in the U.S. or another transition market, use the shipment's current official identity:
CIRRO E-Commerce / CIRRO Track record
→ use CIRRO Track first
explicit GOFO record or GOFO-controlled last mile
→ use the relevant GOFO tracking/support route
named local carrier
→ use that carrier for the final-mile action it controls
Do not infer hidden backend ownership from the acquisition announcement.
How to track a CIRRO E-Commerce parcel
- Copy the tracking number exactly as the merchant or shipping notice issued it.
- Open the official CIRRO Track.
- Enter the number without rewriting it to fit a guessed prefix or format.
- Read the latest event and look for any named downstream or local carrier.
- If a local carrier is explicitly named, keep the CIRRO number for shipment context and use the local carrier's own record for depot, attempt, pickup or other final-mile actions when available.
Current first-party evidence does not establish one universal CIRRO E-Commerce prefix, fixed length, regex or checksum.
What “Shipment information received” means
CIRRO E-Commerce gives this status a useful carrier-specific boundary:
Shipment information received means CIRRO has received shipment data and a tracking number has been created.
It does not by itself mean the parcel has been physically handed over to CIRRO E-Commerce.
That distinction matters when an order page says the parcel has shipped but CIRRO Track shows only the information-received state. At that point, the strongest public evidence may still be electronic pre-advice rather than carrier possession.
Avoid reading this sequence as:
tracking number exists
= CIRRO physically has parcel
A later physical acceptance or movement record is stronger custody evidence.
Who has the parcel now? CIRRO vs a local carrier
CIRRO E-Commerce can use downstream delivery partners. Its current support material explicitly discusses local couriers, including DHL and USPS in scoped workflows, and says local-carrier scans can appear in CIRRO tracking.
That proves a partner model, not a universal country-to-carrier map.
| What you can see | What it safely tells you | Best next route |
|---|---|---|
Only Shipment information received | Shipment data exists; physical CIRRO handover is not yet established | Merchant/shipper if dispatch itself is in question |
| CIRRO movement events with no named downstream carrier | CIRRO/CIRRO-visible network remains the strongest public tracking context | CIRRO Track / CIRRO support |
| A named local carrier or local tracking record | A downstream carrier may control the current final-mile transition | That carrier for delivery attempt, pickup, access or local depot action |
| A customs hold or customs request | A customs/broker/import process may control the next transition | Follow the exact official customs/broker/shipper notice |
| Delivered but parcel not found | A delivery record exists, but personal receipt is not proved by the status alone | Check delivery evidence and the controlling final-mile carrier; merchant handles commercial remedy |
| Refund, resend, return, exchange or wrong contents is the main question | This is a commercial order remedy, not a tracking scan | Original shipper / merchant responsible for the sale or dispatch |
Do not assume:
all U.S. CIRRO = USPS
all CIRRO = DHL
all CIRRO = GOFO
Use the carrier actually named in the shipment record.
Tracking not updating
Start with the official CIRRO Track record and identify whether the parcel has already moved to a named local carrier.
CIRRO's current support guidance tells recipients to contact CIRRO Customer Service when tracking has not changed for more than two weeks and the parcel still has not been received.
Treat that as a current CIRRO support trigger, not as a universal delivery SLA and not as proof that every shorter tracking gap is normal.
A practical route is:
no update
→ check CIRRO Track
→ check whether a local carrier is named
→ use the local carrier if it controls the current leg
→ if CIRRO remains the system of record and CIRRO's support trigger applies, contact CIRRO
→ use the original shipper/merchant for commercial remedy decisions
A silent tracker does not by itself prove loss.
Delivered but not received
A Delivered event is important evidence, but it does not automatically prove that the intended recipient personally received the parcel.
CIRRO's current support guidance suggests checking the delivery context, including:
- a neighbor or cohabitant;
- the letterbox for a small parcel;
- any selected delivery preference such as a pickup point, locker, safe place or neighbor;
- an attempted-delivery notice from the local courier.
Then separate the two jobs:
Delivery evidence or final-mile operational problem Use the controlling local carrier or CIRRO, depending on which actor owns the current delivery record.
Refund, replacement or order remedy Use the original shipper or merchant responsible for the sale or dispatch. CIRRO's delivery record does not by itself determine the commercial remedy.
If you need help interpreting a delivery photo, signature or other carrier proof, see How to Get Proof of Delivery, a Delivery Photo, or a Signature.
Can the delivery address be changed?
CIRRO's current support guidance says that once the original shipper has handed the parcel to CIRRO E-Commerce, the address can no longer be changed in that CIRRO support workflow.
Keep that scope precise.
It does not prove that every GOFO or downstream local-carrier product has the same rule. If a named final-mile carrier offers its own delivery-management options, use that carrier's current official rules rather than assuming CIRRO's workflow applies unchanged.
11Tracking cannot change or reroute the address.
Customs and cross-border tracking
CIRRO E-Commerce operates cross-border logistics and its current support material says customs-clearance timing can depend on local customs inspection.
Keep these states separate:
CIRRO is transporting or coordinating the shipment
≠ CIRRO is the customs authority
customs processing
≠ customs release
customs delay
≠ proof the parcel is lost
customs release
≠ out for delivery
If customs, a broker, the shipper or another authorized actor asks for information, use the exact official request and identify who is allowed to provide or correct the required record.
CIRRO cannot force a customs authority to release a parcel, and 11Tracking cannot clear customs.
Lost parcel, damage, refund or replacement: who controls what?
CIRRO's support material separates the carrier relationship from the commercial order relationship.
| Problem | Primary route |
|---|---|
| Tracking event or delivery investigation | CIRRO or the named local carrier, depending on the current leg |
| Lost-parcel complaint/compensation through the CIRRO carrier relationship | The original shipper is the contractual customer in the scoped CIRRO workflow |
| Exchange, return, refund, resend or wrong contents | Original shipper / merchant responsible for the sale or dispatch |
| Final-mile attempt, pickup, local access or local proof | Named local carrier when it controls that leg |
| Customs inspection or document/payment request | The competent customs/broker/shipper route identified by the official notice |
A recipient can have useful evidence without being the party authorized to file the carrier's contractual claim.
For a general actor classifier, see Who Should I Contact About a Package?.
Proof of delivery: use the shipment-specific record
Do not assume that every CIRRO E-Commerce shipment exposes the same photo, signature or proof-of-delivery fields.
If a delivery is disputed, use the proof object actually shown for that shipment and identify which carrier owns the final-mile record. A named downstream carrier may have the most useful delivery evidence for its own leg.
This page does not claim a universal CIRRO Track photo-POD feature and does not treat GOFO proof features as CIRRO Track features.
CIRRO Fulfillment is a different workflow
CIRRO E-Commerce / CIRRO Track is the recipient parcel-tracking job covered by this page.
CIRRO Fulfillment is a separate B2B 3PL, warehouse and order-management business. Its merchant-side tracking and inquiry workflows can involve underlying carriers.
Do not use CIRRO Fulfillment as another name for the CIRRO E-Commerce carrier page.
Official actions
- Track a CIRRO E-Commerce parcel: CIRRO Track
- CIRRO E-Commerce support: Customer Support
- Legacy CIRRO Parcel route: cirroparcel.com — currently redirects to GOFO France; this legacy relationship does not make GOFO a universal CIRRO E-Commerce alias.
- GOFO: use the relevant GOFO regional tracking/support route only when the shipment record or legacy route actually identifies GOFO.
Sources and evidence limits
This page is based primarily on current first-party CIRRO E-Commerce, CIRRO Track and GOFO material.
Key official evidence includes:
- CIRRO E-Commerce About Us for the current CIRRO/CIRRO E-Commerce identity.
- CIRRO E-Commerce Customer Support for the official tracking action,
Shipment information receivedmeaning, local-carrier guidance, the >2-week support trigger, delivered-but-not-received checklist, original-shipper remedy routing, address-change guidance and customs guidance. - CIRRO Track for the current official tracking surface and CIRRO Track identity.
- GOFO's CIRRO Parcel acquisition notice for the 2025 France/Netherlands/Italy last-mile acquisition and GOFO unification.
- CIRRO Parcel legacy domain for the current redirect to GOFO France.
- Official CIRRO E-Commerce and GOFO 2026 acquisition announcements for the North America/USA transition.
Important limits remain:
- no universal CIRRO E-Commerce tracking-number grammar is established;
- corporate acquisition does not prove the current carrier for one parcel;
- current evidence does not justify a universal GOFO handoff rule;
- current evidence does not justify a universal CIRRO Track photo/POD promise;
- current public evidence does not establish a completed universal migration date for all North America or global CIRRO E-Commerce tracking.
Use the shipment-specific current record when it conflicts with a broad corporate history.
CIRRO, CIRRO E-Commerce, CIRRO Track, CIRRO Parcel, CIRRO Fulfillment, GOFO and related marks belong to their respective owners. 11Tracking is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CIRRO or GOFO.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
