Track a CNE shipment
- Copy the CNE tracking/waybill number exactly from the seller, sender, marketplace shipment record, or other official shipping record.
- Enter it in 11Tracking or open the official CNE tracker.
- If you have multiple CNE waybills, the current English interface permits space- or comma-separated entries.
- Read only the event text, timestamp, location, carrier name, or linked identifier that the result actually shows for your shipment. Do not infer a field or event that is not present.
CNE's public interface uses both tracking number and waybill language. That does not create a first-party global format rule. There is no current basis here for publishing a universal CNE prefix, fixed length, character pattern, checksum, or regex.
If you are unsure whether you copied the correct carrier identifier, use How to Find and Verify a Tracking Number. If the exact identifier still returns no record, continue with Tracking Number Not Found rather than treating “not found” as automatic proof that the parcel was never shipped or is lost.
CNE, CNE Express and 递一
CNE's current English site leads with CNE and also presents the company as CNE EXPRESS CO LTD. Its Chinese identity page says 递一国际物流有限公司(简称 CNE) and uses 递一物流.
For this page:
- CNE is the canonical English display and page owner.
- CNE Express / CNE EXPRESS are same-identity English query and presentation forms.
- 递一 / 递一物流 are Chinese brand/query labels for the same CNE identity.
- 递一国际物流有限公司 and CNE EXPRESS CO LTD are company-name context, not better replacement H1s for the tracking page.
Do not create a second carrier identity merely because a shipping record uses one of these alternate forms.
What is Ai Track?
The current CNE public tracking interface exposes two actions: Track and Ai Track.
The evidence boundary is important:
- Ai Track is not a carrier name.
- Ai Track is not a CNE alias.
- Current first-party public documentation reviewed for this page does not explain a universal algorithm, additional data source, carrier-detection method, or result-semantic difference for Ai Track.
- CNE separately mentions external tracking sites such as Aitrack and other third-party trackers. Similar wording does not prove that CNE's Ai Track button is the same service as external Aitrack.
Use the result evidence actually displayed for the shipment. Do not treat the button name itself as proof of a different carrier, custody state, or data source.
What CNE tracking evidence can prove
CNE describes cross-border services that include self-operated lines while also describing overseas local partners. That means tracking must be read as an evidence chain, not as proof that one company physically controls every stage.
Use these distinctions:
- Tracking record exists does not by itself prove physical CNE pickup or current CNE custody.
- CNE-visible event proves what the tracking system recorded at that point; it does not automatically identify the legal or physical custodian at every later moment.
- A CNE service page names a partner does not prove that the partner accepted your parcel.
- “Self-operated line” does not safely mean CNE physically holds the parcel during every overseas or final-mile stage.
- Seller or marketplace expectation is not a substitute for carrier-system evidence.
When the shipment record contains more specific evidence—such as a named downstream carrier, a linked local number, or a shipment-specific handoff/acceptance event—that stronger item-level evidence should control the interpretation.
If the record specifically shows a local-carrier handoff, use What Does “Handed to Local Carrier” Mean? to distinguish assignment, data transfer, handoff, and item-level acceptance.
Which local carrier has my CNE package?
Do not guess the final-mile carrier from destination country alone. Current first-party CNE evidence does not support one universal rule such as “all CNE parcels in country X go to carrier Y.”
Use the strongest shipment-specific evidence available:
- A downstream/local carrier explicitly named in the CNE shipment record.
- A new or linked local tracking number that is tied to a named carrier.
- The destination carrier's own official tracker recognizes the item.
- A shipment-specific handoff or acceptance event confirms the downstream carrier's involvement.
If none of those exists, the local carrier is not confirmed.
Current public CNE documentation also does not establish a stable native result field that always exposes a local carrier or second tracking number. A specific shipment may expose one; this page does not promise that every shipment will.
For a full evidence-based lookup process, use How to Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number. If the destination carrier is identified but its tracking remains silent after the apparent handoff, use Why Is the Local Carrier Not Updating After Handoff?.
Services and partner carriers are not CNE aliases
CNE's public service structure helps explain why the carrier shown later in a shipment can differ from the brand shown at purchase or origin.
CNE describes service families including self-operated cross-border lines, postal-product routes, International Express, FBA-related logistics, and Fulfillment by CNE. It also names external carriers such as EMS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT in its International Express service context.
Treat those names correctly:
- CNE service or product name does not become another carrier identity.
- FBA / FBC are service concepts, not CNE tracking-number types.
- EMS / DHL / FedEx / TNT are not CNE aliases.
- A general partner relationship does not prove shipment-specific acceptance.
- Platform or marketplace relationships shown on corporate pages do not prove which carrier handled a particular order.
This is why the shipment-specific record should outrank a generic service or partner list when you are identifying current responsibility.
If CNE says Delivered
A Delivered-like tracking event is carrier-system evidence that delivery completion was recorded. It does not automatically prove that the named recipient personally received the parcel.
Current first-party public evidence reviewed for this page does not establish one universal CNE native field for:
- a delivery photo;
- recipient signature;
- signer name;
- a downloadable proof-of-delivery document.
A particular shipment may expose additional delivery evidence, but this page does not promise that every CNE shipment does.
If the shipment is marked Delivered and you do not have the parcel, use Package Says Delivered but I Did Not Receive It for the broader recovery and evidence sequence.
Who should I contact?
Use the actor that controls the next transition rather than contacting every party in the shipment story.
| Observable situation | Best next actor or route |
|---|---|
| The CNE identifier appears wrong, belongs to another order, or the seller has not supplied a usable carrier number | Sender / seller / shipper for the order-level shipping record and correct identifier. |
| CNE tracking exists and the question is about a CNE-recorded service, event, route, or network handoff | CNE through its current official tracking/contact routes. |
| A shipment-specific destination carrier is identified and has accepted the parcel | That destination carrier for carrier-controlled last-mile redelivery, pickup, or local delivery evidence. |
| Customs, duties, documentation, importer information, or brokerage is the controlling issue | The named customs authority / broker / CNE or shipper channel specified for that shipment, according to the official request. |
| The required outcome is a refund, replacement, order cancellation, or merchant remedy | Seller / merchant, and the marketplace when its order/dispute process controls the remedy. |
| Tracking was active but has stopped updating without a more specific local-carrier state | Use Why Has My Package Tracking Not Updated? to classify the evidence and next actor. |
| The parcel was Out for Delivery but no delivery completion or attempt outcome followed | Use Out for Delivery but Not Delivered rather than assuming a cause. |
CNE currently publishes the national service hotline 400-021-5600. Its contact page also presents 400 021 5600 / 021-5109 6677 and mixes 08:30–18:00 Mon–Sun wording with separate 7 x 24 Hours wording for parts of the contact/facility presentation. That does not establish one universal 24/7 recipient claims desk or prove that every parcel, refund, or claim issue is handled directly through the same number.
Use the current official CNE Contact page when you need CNE's own published contact details.
When another guide owns the problem
This page owns CNE-specific identity, tracking action, identifier context, partner/handoff interpretation, and actor routing. Once the problem becomes a mature generic shipment state, use the specialist owner:
- Wrong or uncertain identifier → How to Find and Verify a Tracking Number
- Exact number returns no record → Tracking Number Not Found
- Explicit destination-carrier handoff → Handed to Local Carrier
- Need to identify the downstream carrier or local number → Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number
- Destination carrier identified but not updating → Local Carrier Not Updating
- Active tracking record has stopped updating → Tracking Not Updating
- Out for Delivery did not resolve → Out for Delivery but Not Delivered
- Delivered record but parcel missing → Delivered but Not Received
What 11Tracking can and cannot do
11Tracking can help you read supported tracking evidence and route the issue to the actor that controls the next step.
It cannot contact CNE or a local carrier for you, create or backfill scans, recover or reroute a parcel, release a shipment, clear customs, file a carrier claim, force a seller or marketplace refund, access private CNE account records, or guarantee delivery.
Protect sensitive information
For a public tracking lookup, use the carrier tracking/waybill number—not account credentials or private case evidence.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, identity documents, tax/importer IDs, customs documents, private addresses beyond what the official process requires, claim files, delivery photos, signatures, access codes, or private seller/carrier messages into an unrelated tracking field.
If an official carrier, seller, customs, marketplace, or account process requires sensitive evidence, submit it only through that verified official process.
CNE and related brand names belong to their respective owner. 11Tracking is an independent tracking helper and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CNE.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
