COURIERSPLEASE PACKAGE TRACKING

CouriersPlease Tracking

Track one supported CouriersPlease consignment number at a time. A recognised record or “shipping information received from shipper” event confirms electronic shipment data, not physical possession. One consignment can contain several items, and Authority to Leave, signature, Collection Point, redelivery, depot, POD and claim rules depend on the exact service branch.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not CouriersPlease, Couriers Please Pty Ltd, FMH Group, Pacific Equity Partners, SingPost, HUBBED, Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, Aramex, Fastway, Border Express, a retailer, or a marketplace and cannot manage a delivery. Enter one supported CouriersPlease consignment or tracking number. Order numbers, Collection Point PINs, redelivery or claim references, names, phones, emails, addresses, postcodes, POD images, signatures, and account credentials are not available on this form.

Enter one supported CouriersPlease consignment number to view the public tracking events available through the current provider. CouriersPlease uses the terms consignment number and tracking number for the same shipment reference.

A recognised CouriersPlease record confirms that an electronic consignment record exists. It does not, by itself, prove that CouriersPlease physically has every item in the consignment. The exact event matters:

  • shipping information received from shipper confirms that sender data exists;
  • a pickup event is stronger evidence that the carrier network collected the item;
  • depot, route, Collection Point, redelivery, delivery and return events represent later stages;
  • one tracking ID can contain several separately moving items.

CouriersPlease tracking is event-based, not continuous GPS. 11Tracking cannot locate or contact a courier, retrieve a Collection Point PIN, access a private POD photograph or signature, change an address, select Authority to Leave, arrange redelivery or depot collection, stop a return, file a claim, approve Parcel Protect, issue a refund or recover a parcel.

Track a CouriersPlease consignment on this page

Use the consignment number shown in one of these places:

  • the sender’s shipment confirmation;
  • the retailer or marketplace order page under carrier details;
  • a CouriersPlease email or SMS that you have independently verified;
  • the official CouriersPlease tracking tool;
  • a label, pickup record or booking confirmation;
  • a partner-carrier record that explicitly maps the parcel to CouriersPlease.

Enter one supported consignment number at a time. Do not enter:

  • a retailer order number;
  • a recipient name;
  • an address or postcode;
  • a phone number;
  • an email address;
  • a Collection Point PIN;
  • a redelivery reference;
  • a claim number;
  • a return authorisation;
  • a POD image;
  • a signature;
  • an invoice;
  • banking or card information.

A tracking number can expose route, depot, delivery, Collection Point, proof and return information. Treat it as private shipment data. Do not publish the complete number in a review, forum post, screenshot, URL, page title, metadata field, analytics label or unnecessary AI prompt.

What does a CouriersPlease tracking number look like?

CouriersPlease says its consignment numbers:

  • generally begin with CP;
  • contain letters and/or numbers;
  • usually have up to 15 characters.

However, another current official CouriersPlease Help example contains 16 characters. The official material therefore does not support one safe fixed maximum length.

Public-safe conclusion:

Use the complete consignment number supplied by the sender. Do not reject or accept it solely from one prefix or character count.

Do not publish or rely on one universal pattern such as:

CP + fixed number of characters

A CP prefix alone does not prove the carrier. Other systems can use the same letters.

Consignment number and tracking number mean the same thing

CouriersPlease uses both terms for the unique shipment reference.

This number is not the same as:

  • retailer order number;
  • item SKU;
  • Collection Point PIN;
  • proof-of-delivery reference;
  • redelivery request;
  • claim number;
  • sender account reference.

The official tracker can accept several numbers

The official CouriersPlease site supports lookup of up to ten consignment numbers separated by commas.

The 11Tracking carrier form should still be used for one supported number at a time. This keeps the result, carrier identity and privacy boundary clear.

CouriersPlease cannot locate a parcel by personal details

Current official Help says a parcel cannot be located by:

  • recipient name;
  • street address.

Do not submit personal data in place of the consignment number.

One consignment number can contain several items

A CouriersPlease consignment can contain multiple physical items under one tracking ID.

For example, one retailer order may contain:

  • two cartons;
  • several boxes;
  • separately released items;
  • pieces moving through different depots;
  • one delivered item and one pending item.

Always inspect the item-level events.

Consignment viewStrongest supported factWhat it does not establish
One tracking ID appearsA consignment record existsThat it contains only one physical parcel
Several items appearMultiple pieces are associatedThat they will travel or arrive together
One item says DeliveredThat item has a completion eventThat every item is delivered
One item has sender data onlyElectronic data exists for that itemPhysical release or carrier pickup
Other items continue movingThose pieces remain in another stageLoss or merchant error without more evidence

A retailer may also split an order into separate consignments with different numbers. Use the retailer’s item list and each carrier record together.

`Shipping information received from shipper` does not mean pickup

This exact official phrase is particularly important for partial deliveries.

shipping information received from shipper
→ electronic item data exists
≠ physical handoff
≠ CouriersPlease pickup
≠ depot receipt

The sender may have:

  • created the booking;
  • supplied item data;
  • printed or transmitted a label;
  • released some pieces but not others.

If one item remains at this stage while others move, contact the sender or retailer first. CouriersPlease cannot transport an item that has not been physically released into the carrier network.

For the broader electronic-record boundary, see Label Created.

Has CouriersPlease physically received the parcel?

Use an evidence ladder.

A pickup event is stronger public evidence of possession than shipment information.

It still does not prove:

  • that every item under the consignment was collected;
  • the complete route;
  • current live location;
  • contents or condition.

For the cross-carrier possession model, see Carrier Received Package.

CouriersPlease tracking milestones

Current CouriersPlease receiver guidance describes a high-level sequence:

shipment notification
→ picked up from sender
→ arrived at depot
→ out for delivery
→ delivered or taken to Collection Point

Not every consignment will show every event, and exact raw wording can vary by service, depot, partner or item.

Picked up from sender

This records carrier-network collection.

It does not prove:

  • every item was collected;
  • the parcel has reached the destination depot;
  • the next event will appear immediately.

Arrived at depot

This confirms depot processing.

A depot can support:

  • sorting;
  • linehaul;
  • regional transfer;
  • local route preparation;
  • holding after failed delivery.

Arrived at depot does not mean:

  • Out for Delivery;
  • available for walk-in collection;
  • ready at a HUBBED Collection Point;
  • final delivery completed.

Out for delivery

This confirms final-route activity.

It does not guarantee:

  • delivery that day;
  • a particular time;
  • direct courier contact;
  • live GPS;
  • successful access;
  • an Authority to Leave outcome;
  • signature completion.

For the generic evidence model, see Out for Delivery.

Delivered

This is a carrier-recorded completion event.

The next question is how it was delivered:

  • Authority to Leave;
  • signature;
  • person handoff;
  • Collection Point;
  • another recorded branch.

Delivered does not automatically prove personal receipt by the named buyer.

Taken to a Collection Point

This means the parcel reached or was directed to the collection object.

It does not prove:

  • the receiver has the PIN;
  • the point is open;
  • the receiver has collected;
  • the retailer has completed the order remedy.

Why CouriersPlease tracking may not update

CouriersPlease tracking records scans at important operational points. The parcel can move between those events without a new public update.

No information appears

Current official Help gives two common explanations:

  • the number is incorrect or belongs to another carrier;
  • CouriersPlease has not yet received the sender’s data.

Check:

  • every character;
  • whether the number is a retailer order ID;
  • whether the sender has named a different carrier;
  • whether the number was issued very recently.

Official guidance suggests trying again after one business day. That is support guidance, not a guarantee.

Use Tracking Number Not Found when no carrier record appears.

Sender data appears, but no pickup event

The item may still be:

  • with the sender;
  • at a retailer warehouse;
  • awaiting a scheduled pickup;
  • one unreleased piece of a multi-item consignment.

Contact the sender or retailer.

Pickup exists, but no later scan

The parcel may be:

  • travelling to a depot;
  • moving interstate;
  • in a regional route;
  • with an authorised delivery partner;
  • waiting for the next public scan;
  • affected by weather, disruption or peak volumes.

Current official Help says outer-metro, regional and interstate routes can have several days between pickup and destination-depot scans.

A delivery partner is involved

CouriersPlease can subcontract or use delivery partners.

A partner-assisted route can create:

  • delayed updates;
  • different scan timing;
  • another operational handler.

A CouriersPlease-branded record does not prove that an employee of Couriers Please Pty Ltd performed every physical step.

A delayed parcel is not automatically lost

Current receiver guidance says many delayed parcels resume within a short additional period after the original estimate.

Use the exact scan history and current service alerts. Do not treat one generic delay statement as a parcel guarantee or legal loss threshold.

For the broader workflow, see Tracking Not Updating.

Delivery estimates and delivery time

Current official receiver guidance gives broad planning ranges such as:

  • metro-to-metro delivery often taking about one to three business days;
  • additional time across the country;
  • longer delivery for regional and remote areas;
  • longer delays during peak periods.

These are estimates.

route estimate
→ current planning information
≠ guaranteed delivery date

Can I choose a specific time?

Current CouriersPlease Help says a specific delivery time cannot be selected because the delivery route controls timing.

Can I choose another day?

Current official surfaces are not fully consistent:

  • one Delivery Choices page refers to selecting another day within three days of the original date;
  • another Help page says an alternative date is typically within two business days.

Public-safe rule:

Use the actual date choices shown in the parcel’s secure CouriersPlease link. Do not rely on one universal rescheduling window.

The available option can depend on:

  • sender contact data;
  • selected service;
  • current stage;
  • depot;
  • route eligibility.

Authority to Leave

Current May 2026 Terms of Carriage say CouriersPlease handles goods on an Authority to Leave, or ATL, basis unless otherwise agreed.

ATL can allow the courier to leave a parcel at a suitable location when the receiver is unavailable.

The exact parcel still matters

Current Help also describes safe drop as depending on:

  • sender instruction or permission;
  • the location being considered safe;
  • an eligible Leave at the door choice;
  • whether signature service applies.

Therefore, ATL should not be reduced to “every parcel will be left”.

What is a safe place?

Current official Help gives examples such as:

  • near the front door;
  • out of sight;
  • a secure area.

It also identifies situations that may be unsuitable, including:

  • exposed apartment or unit access;
  • high-traffic street frontage;
  • places visible to the public.

The suitability of a location can depend on the property and parcel.

Regional ATL wording

Current Delivery Choices material says regional parcels are always left in a safe place under ATL.

This is a strong service statement but must remain adjacent to:

  • signature-service exceptions;
  • safety limitations;
  • shipment-specific sender instructions;
  • proof limitations.

What an ATL event proves

delivered under ATL
→ CouriersPlease recorded safe-place placement
≠ named receiver was present
≠ correct legal address independently proved
≠ the location remained secure
≠ continued possession

ATL and Parcel Protect

Current Parcel Protect material says its cover does not apply where ATL was selected or instructed.

That is a condition of this cover product. It does not automatically decide:

  • every consumer right;
  • carrier liability under every contract;
  • retailer refund;
  • marketplace protection;
  • a card dispute.

Open the current terms and use the responsible booking party.

Signature-required delivery

CouriersPlease offers a signature service that can override the normal ATL branch.

When somebody is available

Current official material supports capture of:

  • signature;
  • first name.

The proof object records a signature interaction.

It does not automatically establish:

  • that the signer was the named buyer;
  • authority to accept the parcel;
  • item contents;
  • condition;
  • acceptance of every commercial issue.

When nobody can sign

The parcel may:

  • move to a nearby Collection Point;
  • generate a failed-delivery notification;
  • become eligible for redelivery;
  • return to a depot under another branch.

Use the exact tracking options.

Somebody else may sign

A signature is not universal proof of the named addressee. Another person at the address or an authorised person can sometimes receive the parcel.

For proof boundaries across carriers, see Proof of Delivery.

Delivery Choices

CouriersPlease can send an eligible receiver a secure Delivery Choices link when the sender supplies:

  • email address;
  • mobile number.

The current public page lists possible choices such as:

  • require a signature;
  • collect nearby;
  • leave with a neighbour;
  • change the address;
  • choose another day.

Not every parcel receives every option.

A missing notification does not erase tracking

If the sender did not provide usable contact details, the receiver may not receive a direct Delivery Choices link.

The parcel can still have a public tracking history.

Leave with a neighbour

Current marketing guidance refers to a nearby address within approximately three houses on either side.

Treat that as a scoped product description, not a universal legal radius.

Secure option versus formal redirection

Current official pages create an important distinction:

address option displayed in secure link
→ the item may be eligible for a controlled change

request submitted
→ request exists
≠ route change completed

Outside an item-specific secure option, current Help says formal redirection must be requested by:

  • sender;
  • account holder.

It can create:

  • delay;
  • additional sender cost.

`Parcel Requires Additional Address Information`

This exact CouriersPlease status means the carrier considers the current delivery information incomplete.

Official guidance directs the user to the Virtual Agent to provide:

  • the complete address;
  • safe-place information when relevant.

The event does not independently prove:

  • that the sender made the error;
  • that the receiver caused it;
  • that redirection has been approved;
  • that the parcel will immediately return to route.

Preserve:

  • the exact event;
  • the order address;
  • the sender’s record;
  • the submitted correction;
  • any later destination event.

Do not publish the full address in a review or forum.

For the broader problem classifier, use Wrong Address or Address Information Required.

Collection Point and depot are different

CouriersPlease uses HUBBED Collection Points and its own depot network.

HUBBED Collection Point

A Collection Point is a partner outlet that can support one or more of these roles:

  • Drop Off;
  • Redirections;
  • Failed deliveries.

Not every point supports every function.

A Collection Point can be:

  • the original booked destination;
  • a failed-delivery destination;
  • a redirection destination;
  • an outbound drop-off point.

CouriersPlease depot

A depot is a carrier operational facility.

It can support:

  • processing;
  • route dispatch;
  • holding after failed delivery;
  • prearranged collection.

A depot is not automatically open for public walk-in collection.

Why the distinction matters

DepotCarrier operational facilityAutomatic pickup permission
Parcel at Collection PointParcel is at the partner objectReceiver collected
Parcel at depotCarrier processing or holding existsParcel is ready over the counter
Depot collection confirmedPickup arrangement existsParcel can be intercepted immediately

HUBBED Collection Point, PIN and readiness

Taken to Collection Point

This confirms the parcel was delivered or directed to the collection object.

It does not always mean:

  • the collection notification has arrived;
  • the PIN is available;
  • the receiver has collected.

Notification and PIN

When the sender supplies the required contact details, the receiver may receive:

  • email;
  • SMS;
  • unique collection PIN;
  • collection-location information.

If tracking shows the parcel is ready but the PIN is missing, current Help routes the user through the official HUBBED retrieval process.

ID and collection proof

Current Collection Point material says the receiver may need:

  • identification;
  • other proof that the parcel belongs to them.

Requirements can vary by location and workflow.

PIN is not a tracking number

The PIN is a sensitive release credential.

PIN issued
→ collection authority exists
≠ named receiver personally collected

11Tracking must never request or store:

  • PIN;
  • phone number;
  • photo ID;
  • collection proof.

Ready is not collected

at Collection Point
→ collection object has the parcel
≠ collected

PIN or notification issued
→ collection flow is available
≠ receiver attended

collection completed
→ handoff was recorded
≠ contents or condition accepted

Collection Point size and product branches

Current official pages use different size limits for different Collection Point workflows.

Examples include:

  • a stricter failed-delivery diversion branch for heavier or larger parcels;
  • a broader direct booked in-store service limit.

These are different products, not one universal limit.

Do not decide Collection Point eligibility from one number alone. Follow the parcel’s actual tracking options and current official instructions.

Can a Collection Point parcel be redelivered?

Current official CouriersPlease pages are not fully consistent.

One receiver guide says a redelivery request may be available within six days after a Collection Point branch.

Another current Help page says a parcel dropped at a Collection Point cannot be redelivered to the address.

The May 2026 Terms also describe a separate self-service parcel-station branch with its own point and depot holding stages.

These may represent different:

  • Collection Point products;
  • staffed and self-service points;
  • direct bookings;
  • failed-delivery branches;
  • account contracts;
  • policy versions.

Public-safe rule:

Follow the exact tracking portal and collection notice for the parcel. Use a redelivery link only when the current record offers it. When the parcel is committed to a Collection Point without that option, collect it or contact CouriersPlease support.

This page does not publish one universal Collection Point holding period or redelivery right.

Redelivery after a failed attempt

Current official Help supports an eligible redelivery branch.

Portal link

After an attempted delivery, the tracking page may display a redelivery link.

Current guidance says the link remains valid for six business days after the attempt.

One portal redelivery

The current Help article says one redelivery can be organised through the portal.

Expected timing

Current guidance says redelivery is expected within one to two business days after arrangement.

That is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.

Second failed attempt

Current official Help describes this branch:

first failed delivery
→ one portal redelivery may be arranged

second failed attempt
→ parcel moves to local depot

depot holding
→ generally six business days

no further instruction
→ return to sender

This is an eligible redelivery branch, not a universal attempt count for every CouriersPlease product.

No card or email

Depending on the sender service, a failed attempt can produce:

  • delivery card;
  • email notification;
  • tracking link.

If no notification appears, use the official tracking page or Virtual Agent.

An attempt scan does not independently prove:

  • correct address;
  • receiver absence;
  • doorbell use;
  • access failure;
  • receiver fault.

Collecting from a CouriersPlease depot

Current official Help says depot collection is possible in most cases, but only by prior arrangement.

Do not travel without confirmation

A parcel moving through a depot cannot always be intercepted immediately.

Arranging collection can add approximately:

  • one to two business days.

Current collection window

After CouriersPlease confirms the depot collection arrangement, current guidance gives the receiver:

  • five business days;

to collect.

Photo ID

Current guidance requires photo identification.

Depot evidence ladder

parcel at depot
→ depot processing or holding exists
≠ public collection authorised

collection request accepted
→ arrangement exists
≠ parcel immediately ready

collection confirmation
→ pickup window exists
≠ collection completed

→ handoff recorded
≠ contents or condition accepted

Use the current CouriersPlease depot locations only after shipment-specific confirmation.

Proof of Delivery: photograph and signature

Current CouriersPlease Help says a sender or receiver can request POD using the tracking number through the official Virtual Agent.

The proof can be sent privately by email.

Authority to Leave POD

For a safe-place delivery, CouriersPlease can capture a photograph of where the parcel was left.

Signature POD

For signature-required service, the proof can include:

  • signature;
  • first name.

What a POD photograph supports

A photograph may help compare:

  • doorway;
  • porch;
  • gate;
  • reception;
  • parcel placement;
  • surrounding property;
  • timestamp.

What it does not prove alone

POD photograph
→ image associated with the carrier-recorded placement
≠ correct legal address independently proved
≠ named receiver
≠ location remained secure
≠ parcel contents
≠ package condition
≠ no later removal

What a signature does not prove alone

signature and first name
→ carrier-recorded handoff proof
≠ named buyer independently verified
≠ authority universally proved
≠ item completeness or condition accepted

POD is sensitive evidence. It can expose:

  • home exterior;
  • neighbour property;
  • safe place;
  • name;
  • signature;
  • delivery time.

11Tracking cannot retrieve or display it.

CouriersPlease says Delivered, but the parcel is missing

Begin with the exact delivery branch.

  1. Read the full Delivered event.
  2. Check whether the service used:
  • Authority to Leave;
  • signature;
  • person handoff;
  • Collection Point;
  • another outcome.
  1. Request the private POD.
  2. Check:
  • front entrance;
  • side or rear entrance;
  • porch;
  • garage;
  • secure area;
  • household members;
  • neighbour;
  • mailroom;
  • reception;
  • Collection Point.
  1. Compare the POD with the correct property.
  2. Contact CouriersPlease for an investigation.
  3. Contact the sender or retailer for refund or replacement.
  4. Preserve marketplace and payment deadlines.

Keep these questions separate:

  • Did CouriersPlease record delivery?
  • What does the POD show?
  • Was it the correct property?
  • Did the named receiver personally receive it?
  • Can the carrier investigate?
  • Can the retailer provide a commercial remedy?

A Delivered scan does not independently prove:

  • correct legal address;
  • named receiver;
  • contents;
  • condition;
  • secure placement;
  • continued possession.

A missing parcel does not, by itself, prove theft, fraud or courier misconduct.

Use Delivered but Not Received for the complete recovery sequence.

Partial delivery or only part of the order arrived

A multi-item CouriersPlease consignment can split during dispatch or transport.

Check each item for:

  • sender-data event;
  • pickup;
  • depot scan;
  • route event;
  • delivered event;
  • return event.

Item with only sender data

If an item still says shipping information received from shipper, contact the sender.

The sender may not have released that piece.

One item delivered, another moving

This can represent:

  • split transport;
  • different depot timing;
  • separate route;
  • partial release.

It does not automatically prove loss.

Order contents remain a retailer responsibility

CouriersPlease tracking can help show which physical items moved.

It cannot prove:

  • correct product;
  • quantity inside the box;
  • retailer packing accuracy;
  • missing internal contents.

Contact the retailer for the commercial order issue.

Wrong item, missing contents or damage

Wrong or missing item

Start with the sender or retailer.

The carrier can investigate:

  • handling;
  • external package condition;
  • route;
  • delivery proof.

The retailer controls:

  • order contents;
  • packing list;
  • replacement;
  • refund.

Damage

Preserve:

  • outer packaging;
  • internal packaging;
  • shipping label;
  • item damage;
  • tracking history;
  • POD;
  • invoice or order record.

Do not discard the packaging while a claim is being considered.

Booking channel controls the claim route

If the shipment was purchased through a third-party booking agent, current Parcel Protect material says the claim must be lodged through that agent.

For a retailer shipment, the recipient should generally begin with the retailer or sender.

Return to sender and parcel recall

Stop and return

Current official Help says a stop-and-return request is controlled by:

  • sender;
  • account holder.

A receiver should contact the sender or retailer.

Request is not interception

return requested
→ request exists
≠ courier received it in time
≠ parcel intercepted

return in transit
→ reverse movement exists
≠ sender received

sender received
→ carrier return completed
≠ refund approved

Failed-delivery return

A parcel can enter return movement after:

  • redelivery failure;
  • depot holding expiry;
  • Collection Point expiry;
  • incomplete address;
  • another unresolved delivery issue.

Return does not determine the refund

For a retailer or marketplace order, the merchant controls:

  • cancellation;
  • inspection;
  • replacement;
  • refund;
  • buyer protection.

A carrier return is evidence for that process, not the final commercial decision.

Parcel Protect and claims

Current CouriersPlease Parcel Protect material describes complimentary cover for eligible domestic consignments up to:

  • AUD 1,000.

The current product also says:

  • the first AUD 100 of loss is not covered;
  • item, packaging and event exclusions apply;
  • ATL shipments are excluded from Parcel Protect;
  • third-party booking-agent claims must go through that agent.

These statements do not mean every CouriersPlease parcel has the same cover.

Settlement basis

Current material says an eligible settlement can consider:

  • repair;
  • replacement;
  • invoice value;
  • market value;
  • age and condition.

Many goods and events are excluded

The current terms contain detailed exclusions for certain:

  • high-value goods;
  • cash-like items;
  • fragile or specialised goods;
  • prohibited goods;
  • insufficient packaging;
  • consequential loss.

Open the current official terms instead of relying on a shortened list.

ATL exclusion is not a complete legal conclusion

The exclusion concerns Parcel Protect.

It does not automatically determine:

  • rights under Australian Consumer Law;
  • retailer responsibility;
  • marketplace buyer protection;
  • payment-provider dispute rights;
  • liability under another contract.

Claim timing is not one universal deadline

Current CouriersPlease sources use different wording.

The Parcel Protect page refers to notice within:

  • fourteen business days of delivery;
  • or the expected delivery date;
  • whichever is earlier.

The May 2026 Terms of Carriage use:

  • fourteen days;

and also include modifications that can apply to Consumer or Small Business Contracts.

Therefore, this page does not state:

  • everyone has 14 calendar days;
  • everyone has 14 business days;
  • everyone has one year.

Public-safe action:

Contact the contracting sender, account holder or booking agent immediately. Open the current Parcel Protect terms and Conditions of Carriage before relying on any deadline.

A claim submission means a case exists.

It does not prove:

  • eligibility;
  • carrier fault;
  • cover;
  • compensation approval;
  • payment.

Current CouriersPlease support routes

Use the current official:

Contact details and service hours can change. Open the official page before acting.

Prepare:

  • consignment number;
  • item-level events;
  • latest timestamp;
  • delivery or Collection Point outcome;
  • POD request details;
  • retailer order reference for merchant support.

Do not submit unnecessary:

  • banking information;
  • card details;
  • Collection Point PIN;
  • photo ID;
  • passwords;
  • unrelated personal documents.

CouriersPlease privacy and sensitive parcel data

Current privacy material says CouriersPlease can collect information such as:

  • name;
  • address;
  • phone number;
  • email;
  • payment and financial information;
  • preferences;
  • user-submitted information.

It can disclose information to operational parties such as:

  • franchisees;
  • agents;
  • contractors;
  • related bodies corporate;
  • professional advisers;
  • insurers;
  • regulators.

This reflects a network in which the public CouriersPlease brand may involve several operational actors.

Tracking and proof data are sensitive

Carrier and support workflows can involve:

  • consignment number;
  • delivery address;
  • POD photograph;
  • signature;
  • first name;
  • Collection Point PIN;
  • photo identification;
  • item value;
  • invoice;
  • claim evidence.

11Tracking must not request or expose:

  • recipient or sender names;
  • phone;
  • email;
  • address or postcode;

Verify suspicious CouriersPlease messages

CouriersPlease publishes current signals for its notifications, including:

  • email from contact form;
  • SMS sender name Courierspls;
  • a warning that it will not request changes to banking details.

These signals help, but they are not conclusive authentication. Sender names and message appearance can be imitated.

Common lures include:

  • failed delivery;
  • address correction;
  • Collection Point PIN;
  • redelivery;
  • small payment;
  • customs;
  • POD;
  • refund;
  • banking update.

Use this evidence boundary:

real tracking number
≠ authentic message

correct Collection Point
≠ official payment page

official-looking sender name
≠ safe link

real POD photograph
≠ legitimate banking request

Safer verification:

  1. Type couriersplease.com.au independently.
  2. Check the consignment number in the official tracker.
  3. Do not use an unexpected payment or login link.
  4. Never share a Collection Point PIN, ID or banking details.
  5. Contact the retailer through the original order.
  6. Report suspicious messages through the current official Virtual Assistant.

Use Fake Delivery Message for the broader scam-checking process.

Frequently asked questions

Is it written CouriersPlease or Couriers Please?

The public brand is written CouriersPlease. The legal company name is Couriers Please Pty Ltd. Users commonly search both forms.

Is CouriersPlease owned by SingPost?

Not currently. Singapore Post completed the sale of FMH Group, which includes CouriersPlease, to Pacific Equity Partners funds in March 2025.

What is a CouriersPlease consignment number?

It is the tracking number used to identify the shipment in the CouriersPlease network.

Does every CouriersPlease number start with CP?

Official guidance says numbers generally begin with CP, but the prefix alone does not prove the carrier.

How long is a CouriersPlease tracking number?

Current official guidance is internally inconsistent. One page says up to 15 characters, while another official example has 16. Use the complete number supplied by the sender rather than one fixed length.

Can I track by name or address?

No. Current official Help says CouriersPlease cannot locate the parcel using the recipient name or street address.

Can one tracking number contain several parcels?

Yes. One CouriersPlease consignment can contain several items with separate item-level events.

What does shipping information received from shipper mean?

It means the sender transmitted electronic data for the item. It does not mean CouriersPlease physically collected it.

Does Arrived at depot mean I can collect it?

No. Depot arrival records processing or holding. Depot collection requires prior arrangement and confirmation.

Does Out for Delivery guarantee delivery today?

No. It records final-route activity. Access, safe-place suitability, signature, route issues or another exception can prevent completion.

What is Authority to Leave?

ATL is a service branch allowing the courier to leave the parcel at a suitable location when permitted. It does not prove personal receipt.

Does CouriersPlease always leave parcels?

No. Signature service, sender instructions, safety and item-specific choices can change the delivery branch.

Can I require a signature?

An eligible Delivery Choices link may offer a signature option. Signature-required services can also be selected by the sender.

Can I change the delivery address?

Use an item-specific secure address option only when shown. Outside that workflow, current Help says formal redirection must be requested by the sender or account holder.

What is a HUBBED Collection Point?

It is a partner collection or drop-off location used by CouriersPlease. It is not the same as a CouriersPlease depot.

Is the Collection Point PIN my tracking number?

No. It is a private release credential used for collection.

Does delivery to a Collection Point mean I collected it?

No. Point delivery, PIN issue, readiness and collection are separate events.

Can CouriersPlease redeliver from a Collection Point?

Current official pages are inconsistent across product branches. Follow the actual tracking options. Use a redelivery link only when it appears for the parcel.

How many redeliveries are available?

Current Help supports one portal redelivery for an eligible failed-delivery branch. After another failed attempt, the parcel can move to a depot.

Can I collect from the depot?

Usually only after prior arrangement. Current guidance says interception can add one to two business days, photo ID is required and collection is generally within five business days of confirmation.

Can I contact the courier directly?

No. Current CouriersPlease Help directs customers through official support rather than direct courier contact.

Can I see proof of delivery?

A sender or receiver can request POD through the official Virtual Agent using the consignment number. It may include an ATL photograph or signature and first name.

Does a delivery photo prove the correct address?

No. It is carrier evidence associated with the delivery event, not independent proof of the legal address, named recipient, contents, condition or continued possession.

What should I do if only part of the order arrived?

Check each item under the consignment. If an item has only sender data, contact the sender. If it was collected and then stopped updating, contact CouriersPlease and keep the retailer informed.

Does Return to Sender mean I will receive a refund?

No. Return request, reverse movement, sender receipt, retailer inspection, refund approval and payment are separate states.

How much does Parcel Protect cover?

Current official material says eligible domestic consignments can receive cover up to AUD 1,000, with the first AUD 100 not covered and important exclusions. This does not apply automatically to every shipment.

Are Authority to Leave parcels covered by Parcel Protect?

Current Parcel Protect material excludes shipments where ATL was selected or instructed. Other consumer, retailer, marketplace or contractual rights require separate analysis.

How long do I have to file a claim?

Current official sources do not support one safe universal deadline. Contact the sender, account holder or booking agent immediately and open the current Parcel Protect and carriage terms.

Can 11Tracking arrange redelivery or obtain the POD?

No. 11Tracking can display supported public events. It cannot retrieve proof, contact the courier, change delivery, arrange collection, file a claim or issue a refund.

Use USTracking as a tracking companion

USTracking may help display supported public CouriersPlease events alongside retailer, marketplace or partner-carrier records.

It cannot:

  • identify CouriersPlease from CP alone;
  • locate a parcel by name or address;
  • create a missing scan;
  • retrieve a Collection Point PIN;
  • obtain POD;
  • contact or identify the courier;
  • expose live GPS;
  • change an address;
  • select ATL or signature;
  • choose a delivery date;
  • arrange redelivery;
  • authorise depot collection;
  • recall a parcel;
  • file a claim;
  • approve Parcel Protect;
  • issue a refund;
  • recover a parcel;
  • guarantee delivery.

Use it to observe the public record, then use the responsible CouriersPlease, sender, retailer, marketplace, booking-agent or payment process for action.
