GOFO EXPRESS PACKAGE TRACKING

GOFO Express Tracking (GOFO)

Track one supported GOFO, GOFO Express, or legacy CIRRO Parcel shipment number at a time. Identifier families differ by country, and a recognised record or Shipping Label Created event does not prove physical possession. Read the exact hub, station, vehicle, delivery-object, proof, attempt, warehouse, and return events before deciding who can act.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not GOFO, GOFO Express, CIRRO Parcel, CIRRO E-Commerce, GFS Express, GoGo Xpress, GOFO GROUND, GOFO PickUp, Amazon, Sendcloud, UPS, USPS, DHL, a PUDO operator, customs authority, merchant, marketplace, DSP, or driver and cannot manage a delivery. Enter one supported GOFO, GOFO Express, or legacy CIRRO Parcel shipment number. Country identifier families differ; a GF, CI, GFUS, GFFR, CIFR, GFNL, CINL, GFIT, or CIIT prefix alone does not prove the correct country operator. Order numbers, invoices, names, phones, emails, addresses, postcodes, POD, claim, payment, and account references are not available on this form.

Track one supported GOFO, GOFO Express, or legacy CIRRO Parcel shipment number at a time. Keep every letter and digit exactly as supplied by the sender, merchant, marketplace, or current official country tracker.

GOFO is the current unified brand. GOFO Express remains a widely recognised legacy name, especially for U.S. shipments, while CIRRO Parcel remains relevant to older European references and CI-prefixed numbers. The 2025 acquisition and rebrand did not create one universal legal entity, tracking-number format, provider code, delivery contract, or support rule across every country.

A recognised GOFO record confirms that an electronic shipment record exists. It does not, by itself, prove that GOFO or a Delivery Service Provider physically has the parcel. Shipping Label Created also confirms data creation rather than physical handoff. A later hub, station, vehicle, route, delivery, or proof event supplies stronger but still limited evidence.

11Tracking can display supported public tracking events. It cannot create a missing scan, retrieve a private delivery photograph or signature, identify a driver, expose live GPS, change an address, arrange redelivery or pickup, file a carrier claim, clear customs, approve a refund, or recover a package.

Track a GOFO Express or GOFO package

Use the carrier number shown in one of these places:

  • the merchant’s shipment confirmation;
  • the marketplace order page under carrier information;
  • the current GOFO country tracker;
  • an email or message that you have independently verified as genuine;
  • a linked-number section in another carrier’s tracking record;
  • a legacy CIRRO Parcel record that identifies GOFO as the current delivery network.

Enter one supported carrier number. Do not enter:

  • an order number;
  • invoice number;
  • name;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • full delivery address;
  • postcode;
  • account number;
  • complaint reference;
  • proof-of-delivery reference;
  • photograph;
  • signature;
  • driver ID;
  • payment information.

A tracking number can reveal route, station, delivery-object, exception, proof, and return information. Treat it as private shipment data. Do not publish the full number in a review, forum post, screenshot, page title, metadata field, public URL, analytics event, or unnecessary AI prompt.

GOFO Express, GOFO, or CIRRO Parcel?

The three names belong to one current brand-transition story, but they are not interchangeable in every legal or technical context.

NameCurrent meaningTracking relevance
GOFOCurrent unified customer-facing brandPreferred current brand on official sites and trackers
GOFO ExpressLegacy U.S. brand and still-common search nameMay appear in older merchant records, directories, emails, or integrations
CIRRO ParcelEuropean last-mile business acquired by GOFO ExpressLegacy CI identifiers and older merchant references may remain valid
GOFO Inc.Reviewed U.S. legal entityRelevant to U.S. privacy, website terms, and operations
GOFO France SASFrance legal operatorCountry-specific France identity and recipient guidance
GOFO Netherlands B.V.Netherlands legal operatorCountry-specific Netherlands identity and recipient guidance
GOFO Italia S.R.L.Italy legal operatorCountry-specific Italy identity, support, and complaint framework

On August 20, 2025, GOFO Express announced that it had acquired CIRRO Parcel and that the combined operations would move forward under GOFO.

That confirms the brand transition. It does not prove:

  • one company contracts every shipment;
  • one provider record covers every country;
  • every CIRRO logistics business became GOFO;
  • every old domain redirects identically;
  • every identifier was replaced;
  • one support or claim rule applies worldwide.

Spain

A current official GOFO Spain site and tracking page exist. The reviewed public material did not establish:

  • the local legal operator;
  • an official Spain tracking-prefix family;
  • one complete Spain recipient workflow.

Do not invent a GFES, CIES, or another Spain prefix.

Canada

Current GOFO commercial pages market Canada as part of the network. The reviewed public material did not confirm:

  • a dedicated Canada recipient tracker;
  • a Canada legal operator;
  • a Canada-specific identifier family;
  • a Canada support, attempt, claim, or pickup workflow.

Treat Canada as a marketed geography until shipment-specific and current official evidence confirms more.

GOFO tracking-number formats by country

GOFO does not use one confirmed global tracking-number pattern.

The CI families are consistent with the CIRRO Parcel legacy. The GF families are consistent with the GOFO brand. This does not mean:

  • every CI number belongs to GOFO;
  • every GF number belongs to this carrier;
  • the prefix proves the current physical handler;
  • the same provider code covers every family;
  • lower-case, spaces, punctuation, or copied URLs should be accepted without controlled normalization.

When a number is not recognised, confirm the exact carrier and country with the sender or marketplace before trying another carrier.

One parcel can have several identifiers

A cross-border ecommerce parcel may have:

  • a merchant order number;
  • an origin-carrier tracking number;
  • a consolidator reference;
  • a GOFO number;
  • a legacy CIRRO Parcel number;
  • a local partner number;
  • a return number.

These identifiers can describe different systems or stages.

merchant order
→ origin or consolidation number
→ GOFO or legacy CIRRO number assigned
→ first GOFO-attributed hub or station event
→ local delivery route

A newly assigned GOFO number proves an electronic relationship between records. It does not, by itself, prove physical handoff.

Use Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number when the origin and final-mile numbers differ.

Label creation versus physical possession

Tracking record recognised

A recognised GOFO record confirms:

  • an electronic record exists;
  • a supported public event history may be available;
  • the number is associated with a GOFO or legacy country workflow.

It does not confirm:

  • physical carrier receipt;
  • hub arrival;
  • delivery-station arrival;
  • driver possession;
  • customs release;
  • correct contents.

Shipping Label Created

This event confirms that shipment data and a carrier label exist.

Shipping Label Created
→ electronic shipment data exists
≠ GOFO physical possession
≠ regional-hub receipt
≠ delivery-station receipt
≠ driver possession

The parcel may still be:

  • with the merchant;
  • at an origin warehouse;
  • with another carrier;
  • in export processing;
  • in international linehaul;
  • awaiting destination-network injection.

For the general evidence boundary, see Label Created.

First stronger GOFO-attributed receipt

In the current U.S. event chain, Arrived at GOFO Regional Hub is stronger public evidence of GOFO-attributed processing and possession than label creation.

It still does not prove:

  • the complete earlier journey;
  • the parcel’s current live position;
  • the final delivery station;
  • which DSP or worker handled it;
  • correct contents or condition.

For the cross-carrier possession model, see Carrier Received Package.

Official U.S. GOFO event chain

Current official U.S. examples support this event sequence:

Shipping Label Created
→ Arrived at GOFO Regional Hub
→ Loaded on Vehicle
→ Departed GOFO Regional Hub
→ In Transit to Next Facility
→ Arrived at GOFO Delivery Station
→ Departed GOFO Delivery Station
→ Out for Delivery
→ delivery outcome or exception

Not every shipment must show every event, and event order can vary because of route, scan, correction, or service differences.

`Loaded on Vehicle` does not always mean `Out for Delivery`

Loaded on Vehicle is one of the easiest GOFO events to overinterpret.

In current official U.S. examples, the event can appear before:

  • departure from a regional hub;
  • movement to another facility;
  • arrival at a delivery station.

The safest reading is:

GOFO recorded that the parcel was loaded for a vehicle movement.

It does not automatically mean:

  • a local driver has the parcel;
  • the vehicle is travelling to the recipient;
  • the parcel will arrive today;
  • the next event will be Delivered.

Use the surrounding events.

Loaded on Vehicle
→ Departed GOFO Regional Hub
→ In Transit to Next Facility

This is a network-transfer branch.

Arrived at GOFO Delivery Station
→ Departed GOFO Delivery Station
→ Out for Delivery

This is stronger last-mile evidence.

Do not normalize every vehicle event as Out for Delivery.

Regional hub, delivery station, warehouse, and PUDO

These objects describe different stages.

GOFO Regional Hub

A regional hub is a network-processing point.

It may support:

  • receipt;
  • sorting;
  • consolidation;
  • transfer;
  • vehicle loading;
  • departure to another facility.

It is not automatically:

  • the final delivery station;
  • a recipient pickup location;
  • the parcel’s current live location after departure.

GOFO Delivery Station

A delivery station is closer to the destination route.

Arrived at GOFO Delivery Station confirms destination-area processing. It does not prove:

  • the parcel is loaded for the route;
  • delivery will occur that day;
  • the site accepts recipient collection.

Departed GOFO Delivery Station is stronger evidence that the parcel has left the station, but successful delivery still depends on the route outcome.

Distribution center or warehouse after failed delivery

In reviewed European workflows, a parcel can return to a distribution center after repeated unsuccessful attempts.

returned to distribution center
→ held in a carrier facility after failed delivery
≠ returned to sender

The parcel may still be eligible for another delivery under the applicable country workflow.

PUDO

PUDO means a pickup/drop-off object or location.

Delivered, PUDO records completion to that object.

Delivered, PUDO
→ carrier delivered to the pickup/drop-off object
≠ recipient collected the parcel

Do not treat PUDO delivery and customer collection as the same event.

Where exactly did GOFO record delivery?

The delivery-object wording changes the next action.

Delivered, Door/Yard

This is a placement category.

It supports:

  • a carrier-recorded door or yard placement;
  • review of the property exterior and any delivery photo.

It does not independently prove:

  • the exact legal address;
  • the correct house, unit, or entrance;
  • personal receipt;
  • secure placement;
  • continued possession after delivery.

Delivered, Left with Individual

This records a person-to-person handoff.

It does not universally identify:

  • the named buyer;
  • an authorised household member;
  • a receptionist;
  • a neighbour;
  • the signer or person’s legal identity.

Ask household or building members and request the available evidence through the current official route.

Delivered, Front Desk/Reception

This records a handoff to a reception-type object or person.

Check:

  • front desk;
  • concierge;
  • reception;
  • mailroom;
  • property manager;
  • security desk;
  • building parcel room.

The event does not prove that the intended recipient personally received the parcel.

Delivered, PUDO

This records delivery to a pickup/drop-off location.

It does not prove:

  • the recipient was notified;
  • the pickup code was issued;
  • the parcel is still available;
  • the recipient collected it;
  • the merchant has completed the order remedy.

Use the current official tracking and support route for item-specific pickup information. Do not share pickup codes publicly.

Mailbox or neighbour in reviewed European guidance

Current France, Netherlands, and Italy recipient guidance says a delivery person may leave a parcel in a mailbox or with a neighbour when the recipient is absent.

That is country-scoped guidance. It must not be presented as a universal U.S., Spain, Canada, or product rule.

GOFO proof of delivery: evidence, not a verdict

Current official GOFO materials support several proof objects, depending on country, product, and shipment:

  • delivery-location wording;
  • delivery photograph;
  • photo POD;
  • receipt evidence;
  • delivery event;
  • signature POD in a scoped France merchant service.

A proof object can help reconstruct what the carrier recorded.

POD photograph
→ image associated with a route-specific delivery event
≠ correct legal address independently proved
≠ named recipient proved
≠ package contents or condition proved
≠ no later removal or theft

What a delivery photograph can help show

A photograph may help compare:

  • the door, yard, entrance, reception, or PUDO;
  • visible building features;
  • placement surface;
  • package shape;
  • location description;
  • event time.

What it cannot settle alone

A photograph does not automatically establish:

  • that the pictured property is the correct legal destination;
  • who received the parcel;
  • whether the package was authorised to be left there;
  • whether all items were inside;
  • whether the package was damaged internally;
  • whether somebody removed it later;
  • whether the merchant must refund the order;
  • legal liability.

Use Proof of Delivery: Photo and Signature for the broader evidence model.

Exterior or entrance photographs supplied by recipients

Reviewed European support pages say an exterior or entrance photo may speed an investigation, while the report can still be processed without one.

11Tracking does not request, store, or evaluate such photographs. Submit private evidence only through the current official carrier or merchant process, and remove unrelated people, vehicle plates, access information, and unnecessary address details where possible.

GOFO says Delivered, but the package is missing

Start with the exact delivery object and evidence.

  1. Read the complete raw event.
  2. Check whether it says:
  • Door/Yard;
  • Left with Individual;
  • Front Desk/Reception;
  • PUDO;
  • another exact object.
  1. Review the available POD photograph and location description through the official tracker.
  2. Check:
  • front door;
  • side or rear entrance;
  • yard;
  • mailbox;
  • neighbour;
  • household;
  • front desk;
  • reception;
  • concierge;
  • mailroom;
  • parcel room;
  • property manager;
  • PUDO.
  1. Preserve the tracking timeline and private evidence.
  2. Report the missing parcel through the correct GOFO country support route.
  3. Contact the sender or merchant, because reviewed European workflows route confirmed-loss claims through the sender.
  4. Preserve marketplace and payment-provider deadlines.

Keep these processes separate:

  • GOFO event review;
  • GOFO proof review;
  • carrier investigation;
  • sender claim;
  • merchant refund or replacement;
  • marketplace buyer protection;
  • payment dispute.

A missing parcel and an unhelpful photograph do not, by themselves, prove theft, fraud, deliberate misdelivery, or driver misconduct.

For the complete recovery sequence, see Delivered but Not Received.

`Delivery Exception, No Access to Delivery Location`

This exact current U.S. event confirms that GOFO recorded access as the reason the route did not complete.

It does not prove:

  • the recipient was absent;
  • the address was wrong;
  • a gate code was missing;
  • the driver called;
  • every entrance was tried;
  • the recipient caused the problem;
  • the package is lost.

Possible access conditions can include:

  • locked entrance;
  • gate;
  • secure apartment building;
  • business closure;
  • unsafe access;
  • address ambiguity;
  • missing delivery instruction;
  • restricted reception procedure.

When you dispute the event

Preserve:

  • the exact wording;
  • timestamp;
  • address on the merchant order;
  • access instructions supplied through the official process;
  • lawful doorbell or building evidence;
  • any later event.

Report the disagreement through current GOFO support without presenting one scan as proof that either the driver or recipient acted improperly.

A later event may show:

  • another attempt;
  • address update;
  • delivery;
  • return to a distribution center;
  • return to sender;
  • another exception.

Use Delivery Attempted and Delivery Exception for the general evidence boundaries.

Delivery attempts, two-week holding, and return

The public rules are country-specific.

Reviewed European attempt branch

Current France, Netherlands, Italy, and Spain pages describe:

  • up to three failed delivery attempts;
  • return to a distribution center;
  • secure holding for two weeks.

France, Netherlands, and Italy recipient guidance additionally says:

  • the recipient may contact GOFO to arrange another delivery;
  • if the issue is not resolved within fourteen days, the parcel is sent back to the sender.

This branch must not be automatically applied to:

  • United States shipments;
  • Canada;
  • every GOFO product;
  • every merchant contract;
  • every exception;
  • every PUDO shipment.

State model

failed delivery attempt
→ another attempt may occur under the applicable country workflow

up to three failed attempts in reviewed European guidance
→ return to distribution center

distribution-center holding
→ another delivery may be requested in the supported country workflow

fourteen days without resolution in reviewed France, Netherlands, and Italy guidance
→ return to sender

Warehouse return is not sender return

returned to distribution center
→ held by carrier after failed delivery
≠ returned to merchant or sender

Sender return is not refund

returned to sender
→ reverse logistics exists
≠ sender receipt confirmed
≠ inspection completed
≠ refund approved
≠ money returned

Contact both GOFO and the merchant when a return branch appears. Do not allow a carrier investigation to consume a marketplace or payment deadline.

For the general final state, see Return to Sender.

Address changes, rescheduling, and redirection

Reviewed European address-change route

Current France, Netherlands, and Italy FAQs describe an address-change form supplied through the country support team.

They also state that the delivery address can no longer be changed after handoff to the delivery person.

This creates an evidence ladder:

address-change request submitted
→ request exists
≠ change accepted

request accepted
→ instruction exists
≠ operation executed

new destination or route event
→ stronger evidence that the change was applied

Do not promise that GOFO can change:

  • country;
  • city;
  • postcode;
  • recipient;
  • contractual destination;
  • route after driver handoff.

Rescheduling and pickup-point redirection

The reviewed recipient FAQs say GOFO is currently unable to:

  • reschedule the delivery time;
  • redirect the parcel to a pickup point.

A Netherlands business article separately markets flexible rerouting to:

  • a neighbour;
  • a safe place;
  • a pickup point.

These official surfaces do not support one universal answer. The difference may depend on:

  • country;
  • product;
  • business contract;
  • channel;
  • current operational stage;
  • shipment-level option.

Safe rule:

Treat a redirection or rescheduling option as available only when it is shown or confirmed for the specific shipment.

A marketing statement does not create item eligibility. A request does not prove execution.

For the general action model, see Change Delivery Address, Reroute, or Hold.

Why GOFO tracking may stop or repeat

A tracking gap can occur at different evidence stages.

Only the merchant order exists

The merchant may not yet have created or supplied a GOFO carrier record.

Ask for:

  • exact carrier name;
  • shipment-specific tracking number;
  • linked origin and last-mile numbers.

A GOFO number exists, but only label data appears

The parcel may still be:

  • with the sender;
  • with an origin carrier;
  • in export handling;
  • in linehaul;
  • in customs;
  • waiting for GOFO hub receipt.

The absence of a hub event cannot identify which explanation is correct.

A GOFO hub or station event exists

A later gap can reflect:

  • sorting;
  • transfer;
  • route capacity;
  • delayed scan publication;
  • an exception;
  • a missed or corrected event;
  • return processing.

No current public rule establishes one universal number of hours or days after which an unchanged GOFO event proves loss.

Reviewed European five-working-day guidance

France, Netherlands, and Italy support pages advise contact when tracking has not updated for more than five working days after destination-country arrival or within the European Union.

This is country FAQ guidance, not a global GOFO rule.

The Netherlands and Italy pages also contain copied wording that refers to arrival in France. This page does not treat that sentence as a Netherlands or Italy delivery promise.

Use Tracking Not Updating for the general decision tree.

Estimated delivery dates and service-specific promises

An estimated delivery date is planning information.

estimated date or service lead time
→ current expectation
≠ guaranteed delivery

GOFO’s public surfaces do not establish one universal:

  • worldwide transit time;
  • U.S. delivery window;
  • weekend schedule;
  • holding period outside the reviewed country branch;
  • compensation rule for late delivery.

A current GOFO × Sendcloud France business page describes a scoped domestic merchant service with:

  • home delivery;
  • up to three days;
  • Monday-through-Saturday operation;
  • photo or signature POD.

Those are product-specific business characteristics. They must not be applied to:

  • every France parcel;
  • another GOFO service;
  • the United States;
  • Netherlands;
  • Italy;
  • Spain;
  • Canada.

Use the service selected by the sender, the current tracking record, and the applicable transaction terms.

Damage, missing contents, loss, and claims

The party that can act depends on the outcome sought.

Confirmed loss in reviewed European workflows

Current France, Netherlands, and Italy recipient guidance routes a confirmed-loss claim through the sender.

This means the recipient may still report the issue to GOFO, but the contracting sender or merchant is the party identified for the claim branch in those reviewed workflows.

Missing contents

When the outer packaging appears intact but items are missing, reviewed France, Netherlands, and Italy guidance directs the recipient to the sender.

A delivery scan does not verify:

  • item quantity;
  • item identity;
  • internal packaging;
  • merchant fulfilment accuracy.

Internal damage

The reviewed country guidance also directs internal-damage issues to the sender.

External damage

The public sources reviewed do not establish one complete universal GOFO external-damage claim workflow.

Preserve:

  • package photographs;
  • label;
  • outer packaging;
  • internal packaging;
  • item condition;
  • delivery event;
  • merchant order;
  • communication timeline.

Submit evidence only through the appropriate private carrier or merchant route.

Inquiry is not claim approval

report submitted
→ case or investigation exists
≠ loss confirmed
≠ liability accepted
≠ compensation approved

Do not assume that the recipient, sender, merchant, DSP, or driver has the same contractual role in every country.

Use Package Claim Guide for the general actor and evidence framework.

Italy-specific complaint and AGCOM route

GOFO Italia publishes a country-specific customer-service framework.

The reviewed Italy charter provides:

  • a complaint route through GOFO Italia’s current support channels;
  • a commitment to respond within forty-five days;
  • an AGCOM conciliation route after an unsatisfactory response or missed response deadline;
  • a possible further AGCOM dispute-resolution procedure.

This is Italy-only. It must not be presented as:

  • a France rule;
  • a Netherlands rule;
  • a Spain rule;
  • a U.S. rule;
  • a universal GOFO claim deadline;
  • a guaranteed compensation path.

Open the current GOFO Italia Customer Service Charter before acting because procedures and contact details can change.

GOFO, DSP, and driver responsibilities

GOFO states that its network is powered by Delivery Service Providers.

Current official GOFO driver applications support operations such as:

  • parcel pickup;
  • station processing;
  • parcel signing;
  • exception handling;
  • shipment verification;
  • pickup completion;
  • operational statistics.

This creates distinct actors.

ActorWhat the evidence supportsWhat must not be assumed
GOFO brand and country operatorCustomer-facing tracking network and country supportThat one legal entity performs every physical task
DSPContracted delivery operationsThat the DSP owns the merchant order or refund
DriverPickup, route, attempt, delivery, signing, or exception taskThat the driver controls claims, refunds, customs, or policy
Sender or merchantShipment creation, commercial order, and reviewed European claim routingThat the sender controls every carrier scan
MarketplaceOrder display and buyer-protection workflowThat the marketplace is GOFO
RecipientReceives public tracking and reports a problemThat the recipient is always the carrier’s claimant
11Tracking / USTrackingDisplays supported public tracking eventsThat it can contact the carrier, access private proof, or change delivery

Driver-facing records are not public controls

An official driver app can record:

  • pickup;
  • signing;
  • exception;
  • user information;
  • route or station activity.

That does not prove:

  • package contents were verified;
  • the signer was the named buyer;
  • the exception reason is independently proven;
  • the recipient can access the driver identity;
  • a tracking user can contact the driver;
  • a station is open for pickup.

Privacy and sensitive GOFO tracking data

GOFO’s U.S. privacy policy describes processing that can include:

  • tracking number;
  • routing information;
  • location data;
  • shipment status;
  • delivery location;
  • packaging type;
  • number of pieces;
  • weight;
  • price;
  • parcel photograph;
  • proof of delivery;
  • receipt evidence;
  • sender and recipient names;
  • addresses;
  • phone numbers;
  • email addresses;
  • payment amount and method;
  • driver location and movement;
  • communication content and call recordings.

Not every user sees every field. The list shows why shipment and proof records require careful handling.

11Tracking must not request or expose:

  • names;
  • phone numbers;
  • email addresses;
  • street addresses;
  • postcodes;
  • private GPS;
  • driver identity or location;
  • signatures;
  • POD files;
  • photographs;
  • prices;
  • payment information;
  • claim evidence;
  • account credentials;
  • call recordings.

Use only the shipment-specific carrier number needed for tracking.

Verify suspicious GOFO messages

A real GOFO number, station, event, or delivery image does not automatically authenticate a text, email, or payment page.

Common lures can involve:

  • address correction;
  • failed access;
  • redelivery;
  • a small fee;
  • customs;
  • PUDO pickup;
  • a POD image;
  • account verification;
  • refund.

Evidence boundary:

real GOFO number
≠ authentic message

correct station name
≠ official payment page

real POD image
≠ safe request for identity or card data

Safer verification:

  1. Open the correct official GOFO country site independently.
  2. Enter only the tracking number.
  3. Do not use an unexpected payment or login link.
  4. Do not upload ID, entrance photographs, card details, or account credentials to an unverified site.
  5. Contact the sender when the carrier record is absent or the sender controls the claim.
  6. Preserve suspicious messages privately.

Use Fake Delivery Message for the broader scam-verification workflow.

Frequently asked questions

Is GOFO Express the same as GOFO?

GOFO Express is the legacy U.S. brand name. GOFO is the current unified brand announced after the 2025 acquisition of CIRRO Parcel. Older merchant records and searches may still use GOFO Express.

Is CIRRO Parcel now GOFO?

GOFO Express announced that it acquired the CIRRO Parcel last-mile business and unified the operations under GOFO. Legacy CIRRO names and CI-prefixed identifiers can still remain relevant. This does not mean every CIRRO logistics entity or service should be mapped to GOFO.

What does a GOFO tracking number look like?

The confirmed format depends on country:

Can I track with an order number?

Not unless the current tracking provider explicitly recognises it as a carrier number. A marketplace order number usually belongs to the purchase record, not the GOFO carrier system.

Does Shipping Label Created mean GOFO has my package?

No. It confirms that shipment data and a label exist. A later event such as Arrived at GOFO Regional Hub is stronger evidence of GOFO-attributed physical processing.

What does Loaded on Vehicle mean?

It means GOFO recorded a vehicle-movement assignment. In current U.S. examples it can occur during hub-to-facility movement, so it does not automatically mean Out for Delivery.

What is the difference between a regional hub and a delivery station?

A regional hub supports broader sorting and transfer. A delivery station is closer to the destination route. Neither term alone means the parcel is available for recipient pickup.

Does Departed GOFO Delivery Station guarantee delivery today?

No. It records departure from the station. A later Out for Delivery, exception, or delivery event determines the route outcome.

What does Delivery Exception, No Access to Delivery Location mean?

GOFO recorded access as the reason the attempt did not complete. The event does not independently prove recipient fault, wrong address, missing code, or that every access method was attempted.

What does Delivered, Door/Yard prove?

It proves that GOFO recorded placement at a door or yard object. It does not independently prove the exact legal address, named-recipient receipt, package condition, or continued possession.

What does Delivered, Left with Individual mean?

It records a handoff to a person. It does not universally prove that the person was the named buyer or an authorised recipient.

What does Delivered, Front Desk/Reception mean?

It records a reception-type handoff. Check the building’s front desk, concierge, reception, mailroom, security, or property-management process.

What does Delivered, PUDO mean?

It means GOFO recorded delivery to a pickup/drop-off object. It does not mean the recipient already collected the parcel.

Does GOFO provide delivery photographs?

Current GOFO tracking and support materials support photo POD in relevant workflows. Availability depends on country, product, and shipment. A photo is evidence of a recorded route event, not a complete verdict about recipient, address, contents, condition, or later possession.

How many delivery attempts does GOFO make?

Reviewed France, Netherlands, Italy, and Spain guidance describes up to three failed attempts and a two-week distribution-center holding branch. This is not confirmed as a universal U.S., Canada, or all-product rule.

Can I arrange another delivery?

Reviewed France, Netherlands, and Italy guidance says the recipient can contact GOFO during the holding period to arrange another delivery. Item eligibility and current country workflow still control.

Can I change the delivery address?

Reviewed France, Netherlands, and Italy guidance describes a support-provided address-change form and says the address can no longer be changed after handoff to the delivery person. A request does not guarantee acceptance or execution.

Can GOFO redirect a parcel to a pickup point?

Reviewed recipient FAQs say pickup-point redirection is unavailable, while a Netherlands business article markets rerouting in some contexts. Treat redirection as country-, product-, contract-, and item-specific. Use it only when the option is shown or confirmed for the shipment.

Does return to a distribution center mean return to sender?

No. A distribution-center return can be a holding stage after failed delivery. Return to sender is a later reverse-logistics state.

Does return to sender guarantee a refund?

No. It does not prove sender receipt, inspection, refund approval, or payment completion.

Who files a GOFO loss claim?

Reviewed France, Netherlands, and Italy recipient guidance routes a confirmed-loss claim through the sender. Other countries or contracts may differ. The recipient should still report the carrier event and preserve merchant deadlines.

What should I do if items are missing?

Reviewed European guidance routes missing-contents and internal-damage issues to the sender. Preserve packaging, photographs, labels, and the order record.

Is there a special complaint route in Italy?

Yes. GOFO Italia publishes an Italy-specific charter with a forty-five-day response commitment and an AGCOM escalation path. It does not apply to other countries.

Can 11Tracking retrieve the POD photo or driver location?

No. 11Tracking can display supported public tracking events. It cannot retrieve private proof files, signatures, driver identity, private GPS, or internal carrier records.

Use USTracking as a tracking companion

USTracking may help display supported public GOFO, GOFO Express, or legacy CIRRO tracking events when a shipment moves through multiple networks.

It cannot:

  • infer the country or provider from a prefix without verified mapping;
  • create a missing hub or station scan;
  • identify a private DSP or driver;
  • expose live GPS;
  • retrieve POD photographs or signatures;
  • change an address;
  • schedule redelivery;
  • arrange a hold or pickup;
  • stop a return;
  • file a claim;
  • clear customs;
  • approve a refund;
  • guarantee delivery.

Use it to observe the public event history, then use the responsible GOFO country, sender, merchant, marketplace, or payment process for action.
