JITSU TRACKING

Jitsu Tracking

Jitsu is the current carrier identity; AxleHire is the former name. Use the current Jitsu recipient tracker with the tracking number or tracking ID exactly as issued. Jitsu's own status definitions distinguish delivery information from physical facility receipt and route some actions to Jitsu while leaving cancellation, delivery timing and lost-item investigation with the merchant.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. Enter the Jitsu tracking identifier exactly as issued. Current first-party material does not publish one universal prefix, fixed length, regex, checksum, or merchant-order-number rule. 11Tracking is not Jitsu or the merchant and cannot create scans, change delivery, retrieve private proof, issue refunds, or guarantee delivery.

Jitsu is the current carrier name. AxleHire is the former name. If an older shipping notice, merchant page, or tracking link says AxleHire and it belongs to this carrier continuity, use the current Jitsu tracking identity rather than looking for a separate current AxleHire service.

For the clearest first-party tracking route, open the Jitsu recipient tracker and enter the tracking number or tracking ID exactly as issued. Jitsu also says a merchant-provided SMS tracking link can take you to shipment tracking.

Current Jitsu materials do not publish one universal tracking-number prefix, fixed length, regex, or checksum. Do not rewrite an identifier to fit a guessed pattern, and do not assume a merchant order number works as a Jitsu tracking input.

11Tracking is independent. It cannot create Jitsu scans, change delivery instructions, contact Jitsu or the merchant for you, retrieve private proof of delivery, issue a refund, or guarantee delivery.

Jitsu and AxleHire are one current tracking identity

Jitsu's official rebrand communication says that AxleHire is now Jitsu. The current public brand, recipient FAQ, tracking applications, privacy policy, terms, and support material use Jitsu.

Two old first-party tracking hosts also preserve that continuity:

  • recipient.axlehire.com currently redirects to recipient.gojitsu.com;
  • tracking.axlehire.com currently redirects to tracking.gojitsu.com.

So an old AxleHire reference can still be useful for identifying the carrier, but the current recipient tracking job belongs to Jitsu.

How to track a Jitsu shipment

Use one of the current Jitsu recipient routes:

  1. Open the official Jitsu recipient tracker.
  2. Enter the shipment's tracking number or tracking ID exactly as supplied.
  3. If the merchant sent you a Jitsu tracking link by SMS, that is also a Jitsu-recognized recipient route.
  4. Read the status shown for your shipment rather than inferring physical possession from the existence of a tracking record alone.

Jitsu describes its recipient tracking as milestone tracking, so time can pass between displayed events. If you already have an active tracking history but it has stopped changing, see Tracking Not Updating for the broader diagnostic steps.

Which number should I enter?

Current Jitsu first-party material uses several recipient-facing labels:

  • tracking number;
  • tracking ID number;
  • tracking code.

Use the complete identifier exactly as it was issued for the shipment.

The reviewed Jitsu sources do not establish one universal:

prefix
fixed length
regex
checksum
merchant order-number rule

If the identifier is not recognized at all, first verify that you copied the shipment identifier rather than an order or purchase reference. Then use Tracking Number Not Found instead of changing the number to fit a guessed format.

Jitsu tracking statuses

Jitsu publishes a recipient-facing status set with unusually useful distinctions. The key question is not only what the label says, but what evidence it establishes.

Jitsu statusWhat it meansImportant limit
ProcessingJitsu has received information about the delivery.This does not by itself prove that Jitsu physically has the package.
ProcessedJitsu says the order is confirmed for delivery by a date.The wording does not itself say the parcel has reached a Jitsu facility.
Received at facilityJitsu says the package has been received at a Jitsu facility.This is a stronger custody milestone than Processing or Processed.
FailedJitsu says there may be an address problem or another reason the delivery could not be completed.Do not automatically read every Failed status as the same event as First attempt failed.
First attempt failedA delivery attempt was unsuccessful and Jitsu says it will reattempt delivery.The first failed attempt is not the final undeliverable state.
ReattemptingThe driver is re-attempting delivery.It indicates another delivery effort, not completed delivery.
Undeliverable after reattemptJitsu says the order cannot be delivered after the reattempt and directs the recipient to support.The recipient FAQ does not define one universal next physical disposition from this label alone.
UndeliverableThe package was unable to be delivered.It does not by itself prove that a return has completed.
ReturnedJitsu records the order as successfully returned.A carrier return event does not by itself prove merchant intake, inspection, or refund completion.
CancelledThe order has been cancelled.The label alone does not establish whether Jitsu ever physically held the parcel.
Out for deliveryThe package is on the way for delivery; Jitsu says delivery is generally by 8:00 p.m.Generally is not a shipment guarantee.
DeliveredJitsu records successful delivery.Jitsu has a separate missing-item workflow, so Delivered does not by itself prove personal receipt.

Information received is not the same as physical custody

For Jitsu, these three labels create a useful evidence ladder:

Processing
→ Jitsu has delivery information

Processed
→ Jitsu says delivery is confirmed/planned by a date

Received at facility
→ Jitsu explicitly says the package has reached a Jitsu facility

The distinction matters when a merchant says a shipment is with Jitsu but the recipient record is still only Processing. The tracking record exists, but the public status has not yet established the same physical-receipt fact as Received at facility.

What happens after a failed Jitsu delivery?

Jitsu's recipient statuses distinguish the retry sequence:

First attempt failed
→ Jitsu says it will reattempt

Reattempting
→ another delivery attempt is in progress

Undeliverable after reattempt
→ Jitsu directs the recipient to support

Use the current Jitsu tracking record during this sequence. If the shipment reaches Undeliverable after reattempt, Jitsu's FAQ says to contact support.

Do not assume the recipient-facing status alone proves that the parcel has already returned to a warehouse or merchant. That is a separate physical state unless the shipment record establishes it.

Can I change my Jitsu delivery?

The answer depends on what you want to change and when.

Contact information or address for future deliveries

Jitsu's current FAQ says the Tracking Page Manage Delivery option can update recipient contact information and shipping address for future deliveries.

Address change on the day of delivery

For a day-of-delivery address request, Jitsu currently routes recipients to:

  • Tracking Page chat;
  • contact form;
  • 1-855-249-7447.

A request is not the same as a guaranteed successful address change; use the current Jitsu support route for the shipment.

Cancel the order

Jitsu directs cancellation requests to the merchant or retailer.

Change the delivery day or time

Jitsu says the merchant sets the delivery day/time and that Jitsu cannot change it. Contact the merchant if that commercial scheduling decision needs to change.

Jitsu Delivered but the package is missing

Jitsu's current recipient guidance does not treat a Delivered event as the end of every missing-package question.

Jitsu tells recipients to check reasonable delivery locations first, including the types of safe or household locations where the item may have been placed. If the package still cannot be located, use Jitsu support through the Tracking Page chat, email, or phone.

The important evidence boundary is:

Delivered
≠ automatic proof of personal receipt

Do not jump from a Delivered scan directly to a conclusion about theft, fraud, negligence, liability, or compensation. First reconstruct the placement and delivery evidence.

Does Jitsu take delivery photos?

Current Jitsu driver guidance shows that proof-of-delivery photos are part of Jitsu's operational delivery process. Its guidance includes photo requirements and separate expectations for locations such as apartments and mailrooms.

That establishes an operational photo-proof practice. It does not mean the driver's photo requirement, by itself, tells you exactly what proof will be exposed in every recipient tracking view.

If the delivery evidence itself becomes the main issue, use Jitsu's shipment/support route and see How to Get Proof of Delivery, a Delivery Photo, or a Signature for the broader proof types and evidence limits.

This page does not promise universal:

  • recipient photo access;
  • signature or signer name;
  • GPS history;
  • downloadable ePOD;
  • proof visibility for every shipment.

What kind of carrier is Jitsu?

Current first-party Jitsu material presents the company as a U.S. last-mile delivery provider focused on large metropolitan and urban markets.

Jitsu's current homepage markets coverage of 23 of the 25 largest metro areas. Treat that as current company service positioning, not as proof that every U.S. ZIP code or every shipment is covered.

For a particular package, the shipment record and merchant-selected service are stronger evidence than a broad marketing coverage statement.

Who should I contact about a Jitsu shipment?

The visible carrier is not always the actor that controls the next action.

Official Jitsu actions and independent 11Tracking guidance

Use Jitsu's own systems for actions Jitsu controls:

Use 11Tracking's independent guides when the problem changes from a Jitsu-specific status question to a broader tracking or evidence problem:

11Tracking is not Jitsu, the merchant, the marketplace, or a claims authority. It cannot act on the shipment or authenticate private shipment facts.

Jitsu, AxleHire and related marks belong to their respective owners. 11Tracking is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jitsu.

Tracking data notice

Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.

Privacy note

After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
