LASERSHIP LEGACY / ONTRAC ROUTING

LaserShip Tracking

If a retailer, tracking link, legal reference, or shipping platform still says LaserShip, use the current OnTrac tracking and support surfaces. LaserShip remains a current legal/platform/search label, but current first-party consumer branding and tracking are OnTrac.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not LaserShip, OnTrac, or your retailer and cannot create carrier scans, access private shipment records, contact the carrier for you, change a delivery, file a claim, issue a refund, or guarantee delivery.

If a retailer, shipping platform, tracking link, or legal reference still says LaserShip, use the current OnTrac consumer tracking system. LaserShip remains a current legal, platform, and search label, but the current public consumer brand is OnTrac, the current first-party tracker is OnTrac, and the evidence reviewed here does not establish a separate current LaserShip delivery network.

Start with the official OnTrac tracking page. If the shipment record is already clearly branded OnTrac and you need status, delivery-attempt, support, investigation, or claim guidance, continue on OnTrac Tracking rather than treating LaserShip as a second operational carrier.

Why does my shipment still say LaserShip?

LaserShip did not simply vanish from every system when the public brand changed. OnTrac's official rebrand guidance says the combined company came together under one name and would be known as OnTrac. At the same time, current January 2026 Terms still use the legal names LaserShip, Inc. and LaserShip, Inc. dba OnTrac Final Mile.

Those are different identity layers:

LaserShip in current legal or platform metadata
= a label that can still be current

current consumer carrier brand and public tracking
= OnTrac

legal-name continuity
!= a separate current LaserShip consumer network

This distinction is the main job of this page.

Where do I track a LaserShip package now?

Use OnTrac Tracking. The current OnTrac page provides the public tracking input, and no separate current first-party LaserShip-branded consumer tracker was identified in the accepted research.

The old root domain also reflects that routing: as of August 26, 2026, https://www.lasership.com/ redirects to the current OnTrac website. That observation applies to the root domain; it should not be generalized into a promise that every historical LaserShip deep link behaves identically.

If an old retailer or software-generated LaserShip link lands on OnTrac, that is consistent with the current first-party routing model. It is not evidence that a physical package was handed from one carrier network to another.

Why can a retailer or shipping platform still show LaserShip?

Current platform metadata has not fully converged on one label. For example:

  • Shopify Protect currently lists Lasership and Ontrac as separate supported carrier names.
  • WooCommerce's current shipping-provider code uses the combined name LaserShip/OnTrac and can generate a LaserShip-domain tracking URL.

These are useful examples of why a shopper can still encounter the old name in 2026. They do not prove that LaserShip and OnTrac operate as two separate current physical delivery networks, and they do not define OnTrac's native tracking rules.

If the retailer's carrier field says LaserShip but the official tracking page and current shipment record say OnTrac, treat the retailer label as identity/routing metadata and use the OnTrac record for current carrier events.

What LaserShip tracking number should I enter?

Enter the carrier tracking number you received with the shipment into the current OnTrac tracking page. If you only have a retailer order number, do not assume it is a carrier tracking number.

Current OnTrac FAQ and Support guidance says an OnTrac tracking number can begin with C, D, 1LS, LS, LX, or BN. The important transition point is that the legacy-looking 1LS and LS families are themselves included in current OnTrac guidance.

Therefore:

1LS or LS prefix
!= proof of a separate current LaserShip lane
!= safe LaserShip-only detector
!= universal LaserShip format rule

No current first-party evidence reviewed for this page establishes a universal LaserShip-specific prefix, fixed length, suffix, checksum, or regex that is separate from current OnTrac guidance. If a number is rejected or cannot be attributed to the shipment, use Tracking Number Not Found or Not Working rather than guessing a format.

Does LaserShip mean OnTrac physically received my package?

No. Brand and data labels are not custody evidence.

retailer says LaserShip
!= carrier possession

tracking record exists
!= physical acceptance by itself

LaserShip-to-OnTrac rebrand
!= shipment-level handoff

Use the actual current tracking events to evaluate what the carrier system recorded. Once that becomes the user's main question, the operational owner is OnTrac Tracking, not this legacy-label page.

LaserShip customer service: who should I contact now?

Current consumer web support is OnTrac. For a shipment that still carries a LaserShip label, use the current OnTrac support page rather than relying on old LaserShip phone numbers, historical emails, directory contacts, or aggregator contact details.

A current legal LaserShip name does not turn a legal or corporate contact into parcel support. If it is unclear whether the next action belongs to the carrier, retailer, marketplace, or another party, use Who Should I Contact About a Package?.

What if a LaserShip-labelled package says Delivered but I do not have it?

First use the current OnTrac tracking record and support route. The word LaserShip in a retailer or platform field does not create a separate recovery process.

For the operational OnTrac context, switch to OnTrac Tracking. For the general evidence and recovery workflow after a Delivered event, use Delivered but Not Received.

A Delivered record is not, by itself, proof that the named recipient personally received the parcel, and it does not decide a retailer refund or replacement.

Keep the product boundary clear

11Tracking can help route a LaserShip-labelled shipment to the current tracking owner and explain what the public evidence does and does not prove. It cannot create a carrier scan, access private OnTrac records, identify a driver or contractor, change a delivery, contact OnTrac or a retailer for you, open or influence an investigation, file a claim, issue a refund or replacement, or guarantee delivery.

LaserShip and OnTrac are referenced for identification. 11Tracking is an independent tracking helper and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnTrac.

Tracking data notice

Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.

Privacy note

After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
