Nova Post or Nova Poshta?
Use the shipment's geography and current leg rather than the similarity of the names.
| What you have | Better starting point |
|---|---|
A foreign novapost.com country workflow | Nova Post — this page |
| An ordinary domestic shipment in Ukraine | Nova Poshta Tracking |
| “Nova Post Ukraine” with no stronger foreign-route evidence | Nova Poshta Tracking |
nova.global, NP Global, or NP Shopping context | Nova Global |
| A named partner that has begun shipment-specific handling | That partner for the leg it controls |
Nova Poshta and Nova Post are related, not unrelated companies. Current corporate material says foreign branches were consolidated under the Nova Post brand, while 2026 operating results separately describe Nova Poshta network expansion in Ukraine and Nova Post expansion abroad.
Where should I track a Nova Post parcel?
When the country context is known, use the Nova Post country site that matches the shipment or route. The current Nova Post global site is a country-of-presence entry surface rather than a verified universal result page for every route.
Reviewed current country surfaces include:
- Poland — public parcel-number tracking;
- Germany — public parcel-number tracking;
- United Kingdom — public parcel-number tracking;
- United States — public parcel-number tracking;
- Moldova — public Nova Post tracking.
Country identity matters beyond the tracking box. The reviewed official terms or privacy materials name different operators in these markets: NOVA POST POLAND Sp. z o.o., Nova Post DE GmbH, NOVA POST UK LTD, NOVA POST US INC., and NEW POST INTERNATIONAL MLD S.R.L. in Moldova. That is why one country's support contact, claim process, storage rule, locker model, or delivery policy should not be copied to another country.
What tracking number should I use?
Enter the parcel or shipment number shown by the relevant Nova Post country or service.
The reviewed Poland, Germany, UK, and U.S. country pages use parcel number language. Moldova's reviewed domestic service also uses waybill number for an online-created shipment.
Current evidence does not establish one universal Nova Post:
- prefix;
- fixed length;
- numeric-only rule;
- suffix;
- checksum;
- tracking-number regex.
Do not copy Ukraine-domestic TTN formatting assumptions onto an international Nova Post shipment. If you are unsure which string is the real shipment identifier, use How to Find and Verify a Tracking Number. If a valid-looking number still returns no result, use Tracking Number Not Found rather than treating the lookup alone as proof of loss or fraud.
A shipment record is not the same as physical handover
A created waybill or parcel record is an administrative shipment record. Treat physical handover as a separate evidence step.
For a cross-border route, use this sequence as a classifier:
shipment record created
→ origin handover
→ origin processing
→ export / line haul
→ customs, where applicable
→ destination country/operator
→ partner handoff, where applicable
→ partner acceptance
→ delivery or pickup evidence
The key question is always: what is the strongest item-level event currently visible?
A partner name, pickup point, locker network, or secondary number can show a route relationship or linkage. It does not by itself prove that the partner has accepted that specific parcel. A later partner acceptance or handling event is stronger evidence that the partner controls that leg.
Why DPD, InPost, or another partner can appear
Nova Post does not have one universal final-mile model.
For example:
- in the reviewed Ukraine → Germany pickup-point flow, Nova Post hands the shipment to DPD for partner pickup-point delivery in Germany;
- in the reviewed Ukraine → UK flow, delivery options include Nova Post service alongside InPost lockers and DPD pickup points;
- 2026 operating results report Nova Post partner pickup expansion in New York;
- Moldova has a different reviewed model with domestic Nova Post parcel delivery.
These are scoped examples, not global rules. DPD is not “the Nova Post final-mile carrier,” and InPost does not automatically handle every Nova Post shipment.
If shipment-specific evidence identifies a downstream carrier and that carrier begins item-level handling, use that carrier for operational actions on its leg. The general last-mile carrier and local tracking number guide explains how to make that switch without treating assignment as possession.
Nova Global is different
Use Nova Global tracking when the first-party context is Nova Global / NP Global / NP Shopping, or when the cross-border stage is explicitly owned by Nova Global.
Nova Global has a separate public tracker and the reviewed tracker identifies LLC NP GLOBAL as its legal entity in Ukraine. It is therefore not a Nova Post alias.
Do not assume the opposite either: an international Nova Post shipment does not automatically mean Nova Global is involved. Follow the actor actually named by the shipment record.
What happens when the route reaches Ukraine?
For an inbound foreign route, this Nova Post page can help while the foreign-country operator, export leg, partner handoff, or cross-border classifier is still the main question.
Once the shipment has a clearly Ukraine-domestic Nova Poshta stage, the better owner is Nova Poshta Tracking.
The reverse applies on an outbound route:
Ukraine domestic/origin stage
→ Nova Poshta
foreign Nova Post country stage
→ Nova Post
For foreign-country-to-foreign-country routes, stay with the Nova Post country/operator model, but keep service, partner, support, and legal rules scoped to the actual countries involved.
What does “Delivered” confirm?
Treat Delivered, collected, or another completion record as evidence from the system that recorded it. The exact proof strength can differ by country operator, partner, and proof object.
Do not assume every Nova Post route always includes the same signature, GPS record, locker proof, named-recipient evidence, or photo.
If the tracking record says Delivered but the parcel is not in your possession, move to Package Says Delivered but I Did Not Receive It instead of trying to solve the entire dispute from this carrier page.
Who should I contact?
Use the actor that controls the next transition.
| Need | Better owner |
|---|---|
| Foreign-country tracking, branch, locker, courier, or local service | Relevant Nova Post country operator |
| Ukraine domestic service | Nova Poshta |
| Nova Global / NP Global / NP Shopping | Nova Global |
| Confirmed partner handoff with item-level partner handling | Named partner |
| Customs document, payment, or release issue | Relevant carrier/broker plus the customs authority that owns the customs decision |
| Merchant refund or order problem | Merchant or marketplace |
| Claim or compensation | Exact country/operator process and eligible claimant |
Reviewed Nova Post country sites publish country-specific support contacts, not one universal support phone or email. Do not use a Polish, German, UK, U.S., Moldovan, or Ukrainian contact as if it were global Nova Post support.
If the correct actor is still unclear, use Who Should I Contact About a Package?.
My Nova Post and the Nova Post API
My Nova Post is an account and shipment-management platform. It is not a separate carrier identity.
The official Nova Post API is a technical integration layer. Current documentation describes a unified architecture for local and international deliveries across countries. That technical commonality does not mean every country has the same legal operator, public workflow, partner network, support route, or delivery policy.
For a customer tracking decision, country context and shipment-specific evidence remain more important than API architecture.
What 11Tracking can and cannot do
11Tracking can help you look up a shipment, interpret visible tracking evidence, identify the likely responsible actor, and route you to current official actions.
11Tracking cannot create carrier scans, contact Nova Post, Nova Poshta, Nova Global, a partner carrier, customs, or a merchant on your behalf. It cannot reroute or recover a parcel, clear customs, file a claim, force a refund, or guarantee delivery.
Nova Post, Nova Poshta, Nova Global, NOVA, My Nova Post, and related marks or legal names belong to their respective owners. 11Tracking is an independent tracking helper and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NOVA group companies or their delivery partners.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
