SpeedPAK vs Orange Connex
The names can appear together because they describe different parts of the same shipping context:
- SpeedPAK is the eBay shipping-service identity used for the shipment.
- Orange Connex is the logistics provider behind the SpeedPAK solution. Orange Connex also operates fulfillment and multi-channel services beyond the SpeedPAK job.
- eBay is the marketplace/program actor.
- CPaSS is an eBay-developed multi-carrier shipping-service management platform used to choose services and manage shipment of eBay items. It is not a physical carrier.
- The SpeedPAK Seller Portal is an account/service portal accessed through CPaSS in the current eBay program context. It is not a carrier identity.

What number should I enter?
Enter the SpeedPAK tracking number shown for the shipment.
The current eBay SpeedPAK workflow treats several objects separately: eBay order information, package/order fields, a generated tracking number, a printed label, a pickup request, and tracking information uploaded to eBay. Do not assume an eBay order ID, CPaSS reference, account reference, or the label itself is interchangeable with the shipment tracking number.
The reviewed first-party evidence does not establish a universal SpeedPAK prefix, fixed length, suffix, checksum, or regex across all current origins and named-carrier products. Product-specific formats may exist, but they should not be turned into a universal rule.

A tracking number does not mean the parcel was picked up
The most useful way to read early SpeedPAK evidence is as a sequence of stronger records, not as a universal status dictionary.

The acceptance-scan point above is intentionally narrow: the reviewed eBay policy applies to Greater-China and specified direct-shipping transactions. It should not be converted into a global SpeedPAK timing rule or native-status glossary.
Why another carrier can appear
SpeedPAK is not necessarily the company physically carrying every mile.
Current eBay material includes SpeedPAK products named for other carriers, including DHL, FedEx, Emirates Post, and Agility. The available product can vary by origin. The product name alone is not proof that the named carrier has already received the parcel.
The practical rule is evidence-based:
- Treat the SpeedPAK record as the service-level shipment record.
- If the shipment identifies another carrier, check whether that carrier recognizes the shipment or a shipment-specific secondary number.
- Give more weight to the downstream carrier for its leg once it records item-level acceptance or movement.
- Do not infer a handoff merely because a carrier name appears in a product label.
This keeps the service identity, operator relationship, and physical custody evidence separate.
How to find the local carrier or second tracking number
There is no reviewed first-party evidence for one universal SpeedPAK last-mile carrier across the United States, Canada, Europe, or worldwide. The reviewed sources also do not establish that every SpeedPAK shipment receives a second/local tracking number or that such a number is always exposed publicly.
Use shipment-specific evidence instead:
- Look for a named downstream carrier or a local/secondary number in the shipment record.
- If another carrier recognizes that number and begins recording its own acceptance or movement, use that carrier's system for its leg.
- If no downstream carrier or secondary number is shown, do not guess from the destination country.
- Do not assume that a missing second number means the shipment has no downstream partner; the evidence only shows that a universal public second-number rule has not been established.

What a Delivered record confirms
A Delivered record is evidence that the publishing system recorded delivery/completion. The reviewed SpeedPAK sources do not establish a universal rule that this proves personal receipt by the named buyer.
This page does not use a Delivered record as evidence of the package contents or condition, and the record does not by itself decide an eBay buyer-remedy question. At the same time, a missing parcel does not prove that the Delivered event is false.

Does SpeedPAK always use the same local carrier?

Why does DHL, FedEx, Emirates Post, Agility, or another carrier appear?
Current SpeedPAK programs can use named-carrier products, and availability varies by origin. A carrier name in the product does not prove physical acceptance; the carrier's own acceptance or movement record is stronger evidence for that leg.
Can I track SpeedPAK with my eBay order number?
Use the SpeedPAK shipment tracking number. The current CPaSS workflow treats order information, generated tracking numbers, labels, pickup requests, and uploaded tracking information as distinct objects, so an order reference should not be assumed to be the tracking identifier.
