Track a SpeedX package on this page
Use the tracking number shown in one of these places:
- the retailer or marketplace shipment notice;
- the carrier section of the order page;
- the shipping label;
- a SpeedX notification;
- the official SpeedX tracking page;
- a logistics-provider record that explicitly maps the number to SpeedX.
Enter only one supported carrier number. Do not enter:
- a merchant order number;
- a marketplace account number;
- a recipient name;
- a full address;
- a phone number or email address;
- a delivery ZIP code;
- a gate or access code;
- a support ticket;
- a customs reference;
- a proof-of-delivery reference or image;
- a claim reference or claim document;
- a return authorization;
- card or payment information.
A tracking number can reveal route, facility, attempt, address-problem, delivery, proof, and return information. Treat it as private shipment data. Do not publish it in a URL, review, screenshot, forum post, analytics field, or unnecessary public AI prompt.
Which SpeedX number should you enter?
| Identifier or reference | What it can identify | What it does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| SpeedX tracking number | A SpeedX-attributed public shipment record when the current provider recognises it | Physical SpeedX possession, delivery eligibility, or ownership of the order |
SPX prefix | A prefix used by current SpeedX tracking numbers | SpeedX identity by itself; SPX is also used in other systems |
| Merchant order number | A purchase in the retailer or marketplace system | A SpeedX carrier record |
| Origin-carrier or consolidation number | An upstream cross-border movement or logistics record | SpeedX induction or final-mile possession |
| Return reference | A merchant or reverse-logistics workflow | SpeedX tracking support, merchant receipt, or refund approval |
| Support, claim, or proof reference | A private case or evidence object | A public carrier tracking number |
No universal SpeedX number length is confirmed
The current official consumer guidance confirms the SPX beginning. It does not publish one universal:
- total length;
- suffix;
- count of digits after
SPX; - country or airport code;
- check digit;
- complete regular expression;
- historical format.
Do not reject or accept a number from an invented length rule. The complete identifier, current provider mapping, and official SpeedX attribution control.
An SPX number is not automatically SpeedX
SPX can refer to Shopee Xpress / SPX Express and can appear in unrelated references. SpeedX is also different from SpeedPAK, SwiftX Express, Speedex, SpeeDx diagnostics, and other similarly named businesses.
Use these identity anchors:
- official public brand: SpeedX;
- current U.S. legal identity: Speed Xpress Inc. trading as SpeedX;
- official website:
speedx.io; - official tracking environment:
tracking.speedx.io; - an attributable carrier record returned by the current provider.
What is SpeedX?
SpeedX is the public delivery brand used by Speed Xpress Inc. in current United States official materials. Its public service model focuses on ecommerce, cross-border injection, sorting, and last-mile package delivery.
The reviewed 2026 agreement describes SpeedX, depending on the service, as a warehouseman, freight broker, and arranger of delivery through a courier network. This matters because the brand, the contracting entity, a facility, an assigned courier, and an upstream carrier are not the same evidence object.
A SpeedX route can involve:
- a retailer or marketplace;
- a fulfillment provider;
- an origin carrier;
- international linehaul;
- customs and a gateway;
- a logistics provider or 3PL;
- SpeedX shipment-data and label systems;
- a SpeedX induction point;
- one or more sorting facilities;
- a contracted courier route;
- the recipient.
Therefore:
SpeedX appearing in tracking does not prove that SpeedX performed every earlier transport stage, and an assigned courier does not prove the courier has physically collected the package.
United States scope and Australia caution
This page’s operational guidance is based primarily on current United States SpeedX sources.
SpeedX has officially announced Australian operations and hubs in Sydney and Melbourne, and an active entity named SPEEDX AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED appears in the Australian Business Register. The reviewed public evidence does not establish that U.S. rules for identifiers, attempts, address changes, proof photos, claims, facility pickup, returns, support hours, or signatures apply in Australia.
For an Australian shipment, follow the current local SpeedX record and official local support route. Do not treat this U.S.-scoped guide as a universal Australian operating manual.
From merchant order to SpeedX delivery
A cross-border package can create several records before SpeedX physically receives it.
merchant order
→ origin fulfillment or carrier
→ international linehaul
→ customs or gateway handling
→ SpeedX shipment data transmitted
→ Shipping Label Created
→ physical delivery to a SpeedX induction point
→ SpeedX induction scan or electronic acknowledgment
→ facility processing
→ destination processing
→ route allocation and courier possession
→ Out for Delivery
→ Delivered, Attempted Delivery, exception, or Return to Shipper
| Visible stage | Strongest fact supported | What the stage does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant order | A purchase exists | A SpeedX shipment exists |
| Upstream carrier event | Another logistics system recorded an event | SpeedX has the package |
SPX-like reference | A SpeedX-like identifier exists | The carrier is SpeedX or the number belongs to this order |
| SpeedX record recognised | A public SpeedX-attributed record may exist | Physical SpeedX custody |
Shipping Label Created | SpeedX shipment data and a label exist | SpeedX has the package |
| Physical induction plus acknowledgment | SpeedX custody is recorded under the reviewed client agreement | Contents, declared value, packaging, condition, or customs compliance were verified |
| Origin or transit facility event | SpeedX recorded network processing | Exact live location or continuous movement |
| Destination facility event | Destination-side processing is recorded | Courier possession or delivery that day |
Out for Delivery | SpeedX says the delivery driver has the package for the route | Same-day completion or exact driver location |
Attempted Delivery | SpeedX recorded a non-completed last-mile event | Recipient fault or independently verified access conditions |
Delivered | SpeedX recorded delivery completion | Personal receipt by the named recipient, correct contents, or later possession |
| Proof photo available | A delivery-image object exists in the SpeedX system | Correct address, named-recipient receipt, contents, condition, or continued possession |
Return to Shipper | Reverse carrier movement is recorded | Merchant receipt, return acceptance, or refund |
Does SpeedX have the package?
Shipping Label Created means SpeedX does not have it yet
SpeedX’s current consumer FAQ is unusually direct: at Shipping Label Created, SpeedX does not yet have the package.
A retailer can generate a SpeedX number and print a label when shipment data enters the SpeedX system. That information event can happen while the package is still:
- with the merchant;
- at a fulfillment center;
- with an origin carrier;
- in international transport;
- at customs or a gateway;
- waiting for a destination injection batch.
The status does not prove that the seller is dishonest. It proves that the visible SpeedX history has not yet reached SpeedX possession.
Before a SpeedX possession event appears, the merchant, marketplace, or upstream logistics provider is normally the best first actor. Ask which company physically has the package, whether the SpeedX number is only pre-advice, and whether another tracking number is active.
What is stronger evidence of SpeedX possession?
The reviewed 2026 client agreement defines custody through two components:
- physical receipt at a SpeedX induction point; and
- a SpeedX induction scan or another electronic acknowledgment of receipt.
That evidence is stronger than:
- the merchant marking the order
shipped; - an
SPXprefix; - label creation;
- a destination-carrier assignment;
- an upstream airport event;
- customs clearance.
A later attributable SpeedX facility event can also support possession. A missing public event, however, does not let 11Tracking reconstruct what happened physically.
Induction does not prove that SpeedX verified the package contents, condition, packaging, declared value, eligibility, or claim outcome.
SpeedX tracking status guide
SpeedX publishes broad consumer statuses and more detailed raw events. Read the complete event, because the exact reason can change the responsible action.
| SpeedX status or event | Strongest meaning | Important limit or next check |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping Label Created | SpeedX has shipment data and a label | SpeedX says it does not yet have the package; ask the merchant or upstream operator about physical handoff |
| Arrived at Origin Facility | An origin-side facility event is recorded | It does not show exact shelf location, contents, or future departure time |
| Processing at Origin Facility | SpeedX records origin processing | It does not guarantee immediate movement |
| Processing at Transit Facility | A transit facility is processing the package | It is not continuous GPS or proof that a vehicle is moving now |
| In transit to destination facility | A destination-directed network stage is recorded | It does not guarantee arrival time or customs completion |
| Arrival at Destination Facility | Destination-side facility arrival is recorded | The driver does not necessarily have the package |
| Processing at Designated Facility | A named facility-processing stage is recorded | It does not establish a mandatory next event or delivery date |
| Dispatch to SPX | A downstream dispatch step is recorded | The wording alone does not prove the exact physical handoff without the surrounding event history |
| Parcel is in transit / In Transit | SpeedX records processing or movement before local delivery | It does not identify an exact live location or guarantee the displayed date |
| Out for Delivery | SpeedX says the delivery driver has the package for the delivery route | It does not guarantee delivery that day, a fixed hour, or driver contact |
| Attempted Delivery: No Access | SpeedX records a failed attempt attributed to an access issue | It does not independently prove recipient fault; check entrance and access information through official support |
| Attempted Delivery: Invalid Address | SpeedX records an address problem | A small correction and a city/state/ZIP change follow different authority paths |
| Attempted Delivery: Building Closed / Weekend / Holiday | SpeedX records that delivery could not be completed in the stated operating context | Check business hours and the next official event; the record is not independent proof of the physical condition |
| Delivery Address is Corrected | A delivery-data correction is recorded | It does not prove the route was updated in time or guarantee completion |
| Delivery instruction added or address updated | The SpeedX system records an instruction or update | It does not prove the driver received it before the route |
| Parcel Re-label | SpeedX records a relabeling event | It does not establish loss, contents, or a new delivery promise |
| Delay in transit | SpeedX records a network delay | The event alone does not identify cause, duration, or liability |
| Exception — parcel not found at sort center or facility | A facility exception is recorded | It is not a final loss determination; preserve the event and contact SpeedX and the merchant |
| Delivered | SpeedX records delivery completion | It does not automatically prove personal receipt by the named recipient or correct contents |
| Return to Shipper | Reverse carrier movement is recorded | It does not prove the merchant has received the item or approved a refund |
Parent status and raw event are not interchangeable
A broad parent status such as Attempted Delivery describes a stage. The raw reason—such as No Access, Invalid Address, or Business Closed—determines what information may resolve the next attempt.
Do not assume one mandatory sequence. Cross-border injection, relabeling, address correction, delayed uploads, duplicate events, route changes, and returns can produce skipped, repeated, corrected, or apparently out-of-order updates.
Why SpeedX tracking may not update
The latest confirmed possession stage determines who can act.
Only Shipping Label Created is visible
SpeedX says it does not yet have the package. Check the merchant and any upstream tracking first.
Current U.S. SpeedX guidance says that when SpeedX tracking has not changed for three business days, the recipient should contact the retailer. This is a retailer-contact trigger in the current U.S. FAQ. It is not a universal definition of loss and does not apply automatically to every country, carrier, contract, marketplace, or upstream route.
A SpeedX induction or facility event is visible
SpeedX possession is now more strongly attributable. Silence can reflect:
- delayed event publication;
- ongoing facility processing;
- route capacity;
- relabeling;
- an address correction;
- an operational exception;
- a package not located at a facility;
- a return workflow;
- synchronization between systems.
The unchanged status cannot identify which explanation applies. Preserve the full timeline, contact official SpeedX support, and keep the merchant informed because the merchant controls the commercial order remedy.
The package is still in a cross-border stage
Compare:
- the seller order record;
- the origin-carrier number;
- the SpeedX number;
- the latest customs or gateway event;
- the expected date;
- any marketplace, merchant, card, or payment-provider deadline.
A SpeedX label can exist before destination injection. Customs clearance can also occur before SpeedX physically receives the package.
For broader decision logic, see Tracking Not Updating and Handed to a Local Carrier.
Estimated delivery dates and service names
SpeedX’s current FAQ says its displayed estimated delivery date is the timeframe supplied by the shipper and may not be the actual expected delivery date.
Therefore:
A SpeedX-displayed EDD is not a delivery appointment, a guaranteed date, or proof that the package has reached SpeedX.
SpeedX also markets named services such as Next-Day Delivery and 2nd Day Delivery. A service name does not establish the start of the delivery clock for one package. Merchant dispatch, customs release, physical SpeedX induction, contract acceptance, and route assignment can occur at different times.
Business marketing about coverage, on-time performance, real-time tracking, next-day service, or second-day service must not be converted into an individual package guarantee.
Out for Delivery and delivery attempts
What does Out for Delivery mean?
SpeedX says the delivery driver has the package and it is on the way to the delivery address.
This is stronger evidence than a destination-facility event. It still does not guarantee:
- same-day completion;
- delivery within a fixed window;
- the driver’s exact location;
- a nearby-driver notification;
- direct driver calling;
- successful access;
- a secure placement location;
- that a required recipient is available.
Possible next outcomes include Delivered, Attempted Delivery, a delay or exception, a facility return, an address correction, or Return to Shipper.
Use Out for Delivery but Not Delivered when the route closes without a final delivery event.
What does Attempted Delivery mean?
SpeedX says the package was loaded into a delivery vehicle but could not be delivered to the final destination.
The event is a carrier record. It does not independently prove that:
- the driver reached the correct property;
- the property was inaccessible;
- the address was wrong;
- the business was closed;
- the recipient caused the failure.
Read the exact reason before acting.
| Attempt reason | First thing to verify | Responsible route |
|---|---|---|
| No Access | Gate, entrance, apartment access, construction, building access | Add accurate private access information through Miles; keep the merchant informed if unresolved |
| Invalid Address | Street and unit details versus city, state, and ZIP | SpeedX may handle a limited street or apartment correction; the merchant controls a city/state/ZIP change |
| Business Closed | Current business hours and next official route event | Add business hours through Miles |
| No Secure Location | Whether an eligible safe-placement instruction can be supplied | Use Miles; do not publish the location or access data |
| Signature recipient unavailable | Whether the exact package actually requires a signature | Contact SpeedX and the merchant; do not assume every SpeedX shipment needs signature |
| Generic or disputed attempt | Full raw event, address record, lawful private camera or building evidence, next scan | Report through official support and preserve evidence without accusing either party from the scan alone |
How many times will SpeedX attempt delivery?
No universal number is safely supported by the reviewed official materials.
The March 2026 client agreement contains inconsistent language: one section describes an initial unsuccessful attempt followed by two later attempts, while another says couriers attempt delivery a maximum of two times and charge for additional attempts. The exact service, current contract, and shipment event control.
Current U.S. consumer guidance says that after relevant corrections or instructions, a package should be redelivered within one to two business days. Treat that as current scoped guidance, not a guaranteed outcome.
For the cross-carrier evidence model, see Delivery Attempted.
Address changes and delivery instructions
SpeedX’s current support workflow uses the Miles virtual assistant for private delivery information such as:
- gate or access codes;
- safe-place or placement notes;
- business hours;
- contact information.
Do not place any of that data in the public 11Tracking form.
Small correction versus material reroute
Current U.S. guidance indicates that SpeedX may be able to update a street address or apartment number if the request arrives in time.
Changing the city, state, or ZIP code requires the merchant.
minor delivery-data correction
→ may be handled through official SpeedX support
material destination change
→ merchant-controlled reroute or order decision
A submitted instruction does not prove that the route was updated before dispatch, that the address was validated, or that delivery will succeed.
Options not supported by current U.S. guidance
- choosing or changing a delivery time slot;
- receiving a notification that the driver is nearby;
- calling the driver directly;
- sending access information through 11Tracking.
Open the official SpeedX Customer Service and Support page independently to use the current Miles or support route.
Facility pickup, signature, and proof of delivery
Can I pick up a SpeedX package from a facility?
Current U.S. SpeedX guidance says recipients cannot pick up packages from SpeedX facilities.
Do not travel to a warehouse because a forum post, map listing, or third-party phone number suggests it. A current shipment-specific instruction from official SpeedX support would be required before any exceptional collection attempt.
Some client claims language includes collection-related status phrases. That does not establish a general public facility-pickup service.
Does SpeedX require a signature?
Current U.S. consumer guidance says most SpeedX packages do not require a signature.
Signature requirements can still depend on the product, sender, goods, service, jurisdiction, or current instructions. The reviewed official materials contain an unresolved scope conflict around age-restricted examples, so this page does not publish a universal alcohol-delivery or adult-signature rule.
A recorded signature confirms that a signature object exists. It does not universally prove that the named recipient signed or that the package contents and condition were correct.
How do I view a SpeedX delivery photo?
SpeedX’s current FAQ says the recipient can use the official tracker and enter:
- the SpeedX tracking number; and
- the delivery ZIP code.
The ZIP protects recipient-specific proof information. 11Tracking does not request it and cannot unlock the SpeedX proof view.
A proof-of-delivery photo can support package placement, visible surroundings, and the existence of a carrier evidence object. It does not automatically prove:
- personal receipt by the named recipient;
- the correct address;
- authorization of the placement;
- the contents;
- the package condition;
- that the package remained there after the image;
- whether theft or misdelivery occurred.
Proof photos can reveal a label, property exterior, entrance, address clues, neighboring properties, and placement location. Do not republish them casually.
Use Proof of Delivery for the broader evidence framework.
SpeedX says Delivered, but the package is missing
SpeedX’s current first checks include looking at:
- the front and back porch;
- a mailroom or mailbox;
- a garage or side entrance;
- another sheltered location;
- other people in the household or building.
Also review the complete event, any placement note, and the official proof photo when available.
If the package remains missing:
- preserve the complete SpeedX timeline;
- preserve the proof photo privately;
- record any visible property mismatch;
- keep correct-address, building, or lawful camera evidence privately;
- report the problem through Miles or the current official SpeedX support route;
- contact the merchant or marketplace for the order remedy;
- do not let marketplace, merchant, card, payment-provider, or legal deadlines expire while waiting for a carrier response.
A SpeedX delivery record and the commercial remedy are separate:
SpeedX delivery event
→ carrier evidence
merchant or marketplace
→ replacement, refund, or order dispute
Delivered but missing does not by itself prove theft, driver misconduct, recipient error, or seller fraud. Possible explanations include alternate placement, household or building receipt, wrong-address delivery, theft after delivery, an incorrect carrier event, later retrieval, or an order-number mismatch.
Use Delivered but Not Received for the complete recovery sequence and Wrong Address or Address Information Required when the evidence points to an address problem.
Cross-border SpeedX handoffs and customs
SpeedX markets customs, airport-hub handling, injection, and United States last-mile services. That does not mean SpeedX controls the entire international route.
A shipment can move through:
seller or marketplace
→ origin carrier
→ international linehaul
→ customs authority or broker
→ gateway or handling provider
→ SpeedX induction
→ SpeedX last mile
Important boundaries:
- SpeedX label created does not equal physical SpeedX handoff.
- SpeedX named as last mile does not equal induction complete.
- A second tracking number assigned does not equal destination-carrier possession.
- Customs documents submitted does not equal customs acceptance.
- Customs clearance does not equal SpeedX induction.
- SpeedX induction does not equal delivery.
Before SpeedX induction, the upstream tracking number may contain the strongest evidence. Preserve both numbers and do not assume that AliExpress, SHEIN, Temu, ECMS, Cainiao, or any other retailer or logistics platform is SpeedX’s universal upstream partner.
Use How International Package Tracking Works, Customs Processing, or Package Stuck in Customs when the main question concerns the international stage rather than SpeedX-specific events.
Returns, claims, refunds, and who can act
These are separate processes.
Returning a delivered purchase
Current SpeedX guidance directs the recipient to the merchant or point of sale. SpeedX says it does not collect consumer returns from the recipient’s address under the reviewed U.S. workflow.
The merchant controls:
- whether the item is returnable;
- the label or return method;
- the drop-off route;
- inspection;
- replacement;
- refund;
- the commercial deadline.
Stopping or returning an undelivered package
The recipient can contact Miles, but a stop or return depends on the shipment stage and merchant authority. A request is not a confirmed interception.
Return to Shipper is not a refund
Return to Shipper
≠ merchant physically received the item
≠ merchant inspection completed
≠ refund approved
≠ refund paid
Who can file a SpeedX transport claim?
Current SpeedX claims terms are written for contractual clients. They depend on physical injection into the SpeedX network and restrict filing to the party that directly pays SpeedX shipping charges.
A consumer recipient is therefore not automatically the SpeedX claimant. The recipient normally contacts the merchant or marketplace, while the eligible merchant, logistics provider, or other direct shipping payer controls the carrier claim.
Do not confuse:
- a SpeedX client claim;
- a merchant refund;
- a marketplace decision;
- a card or payment-provider dispute.
Preserve the tracking history, order record, proof, damage or wrong-address evidence, merchant communication, and applicable external deadlines. Use Package Claim Guide for the broader evidence and responsibility model.
Who should you contact?
| What you can see or need | Best first actor | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant order but no SpeedX number | Merchant or marketplace | SpeedX shipment identity is not established |
SPX-like number not recognised by SpeedX | Merchant | The number may be wrong, inactive, another carrier, or only a merchant reference |
Shipping Label Created only | Merchant or upstream logistics provider | SpeedX says it does not yet have the package |
| Upstream movement but no SpeedX induction | Merchant or upstream carrier | The international or injection stage remains outside proven SpeedX custody |
| SpeedX induction or facility event, then no update | Official SpeedX support and merchant | SpeedX possession is now attributable, while the merchant still controls the order remedy |
Out for Delivery without a final outcome | SpeedX support; merchant if materially overdue | A local route exists but the result is unresolved |
Attempted Delivery: No Access | Recipient through Miles | Accurate access information may change the next route |
Attempted Delivery: Invalid Address | SpeedX for a limited correction; merchant for city/state/ZIP | Authority depends on the size of the change |
Business Closed | Recipient through Miles | Business hours may resolve the next attempt |
| Delivery time-slot or driver-call request | No supported direct route | Current U.S. guidance does not provide these options |
| Facility-pickup request | Official SpeedX support only if expressly authorized | Current U.S. guidance says public recipient pickup is unavailable |
| Delivered but missing | SpeedX/Miles and merchant | Carrier evidence and the commercial remedy are separate |
| Photo shows a different property | Preserve proof; contact SpeedX and merchant | The location dispute needs both carrier review and order remedy |
| Refund or replacement | Merchant or marketplace | SpeedX tracking does not control the sale |
| SpeedX transport claim | Direct SpeedX shipping payer | Current claims terms restrict who can file |
| Return of a delivered item | Merchant | The merchant controls the return method and refund |
Return to Shipper but no refund | Merchant | Reverse movement is not refund approval |
| Customs or upstream delay | Merchant, upstream operator, broker, or official customs route | SpeedX may not yet control the shipment |
| Australia-specific support or attempt question | Current Australian official SpeedX route | U.S. consumer guidance cannot be generalized |

Use USTracking as a public-record companion
USTracking may help you organize supported public tracking records and compare the visible event history over time.
It cannot:
- prove physical events missing from the record;
- contact SpeedX or the driver;
- add delivery instructions;
- change the address;
- submit the delivery ZIP;
- retrieve or authenticate a proof photo or signature;
- arrange facility pickup;
- reroute, stop, or return the package;
- clear customs;
- file a SpeedX claim;
- issue a refund or replacement;
- recover a missing package;
- guarantee delivery.
Use SpeedX, the merchant, marketplace, upstream carrier, customs authority, or payment provider for actions that only those parties control.

Frequently asked questions
How do I track a SpeedX package?
Enter one supported SpeedX tracking number exactly as supplied by the merchant, marketplace carrier record, logistics provider, or official SpeedX tracker.
Do all SpeedX tracking numbers begin with SPX?
Current SpeedX consumer guidance says all SpeedX numbers begin with SPX. It does not publish one universal total length or complete regular expression.
Does an SPX prefix prove the carrier is SpeedX?
No. Shopee Xpress and other systems also use SPX. Use the complete identifier, current provider mapping, and official carrier attribution.
Is SpeedX the same as Shopee Xpress or SPX Express?
No. Do not use Shopee Xpress as a SpeedX alias unless a specific provider record explicitly maps the shipment.
Can I track a merchant order number?
Not automatically. A merchant order identifies a purchase, while a SpeedX tracking number identifies a carrier record.
What does Shipping Label Created mean?
SpeedX has shipment data and a label, but current SpeedX guidance says it does not yet have the package.
What proves SpeedX has received the package?
A SpeedX induction scan, electronic acknowledgment, or later attributable facility event is stronger evidence than label creation.
What does In Transit mean in SpeedX tracking?
SpeedX records processing or movement before local delivery. The status does not show continuous GPS, exact live location, customs completion, or a guaranteed delivery date.
What does Out for Delivery mean?
SpeedX says the delivery driver has the package for the route. It does not guarantee delivery that day or reveal the driver’s exact position.
What does Attempted Delivery mean?
SpeedX records that the package was placed on a delivery route but delivery was not completed. Read the exact reason, such as No Access, Invalid Address, or Business Closed.
How many delivery attempts does SpeedX make?
No universal count is safely supported by the reviewed official materials. The 2026 client agreement contains inconsistent attempt wording, so the exact service and current shipment instructions control.
Can I change my SpeedX address?
SpeedX may be able to correct a street address or apartment number if contacted in time. A city, state, or ZIP change requires the merchant under current U.S. guidance.
Can I choose a delivery time or call the SpeedX driver?
Current U.S. support guidance does not allow time-slot selection or direct driver calling.
Can I collect my package from a SpeedX facility?
Current U.S. consumer guidance says no. Do not visit a facility unless official shipment-specific SpeedX support expressly authorizes collection.
Does SpeedX require a signature?
Current U.S. guidance says most SpeedX packages do not require one. Requirements can vary by package, sender, product, goods, and jurisdiction.
How do I see the SpeedX delivery photo?
Use the official SpeedX tracker and enter the tracking number and delivery ZIP. 11Tracking does not collect the ZIP or retrieve private proof.
Does the photo prove I personally received the package?
No. It can support placement and visible surroundings, but not universally the named recipient, correct address, contents, condition, authorization, or later possession.
What should I do if SpeedX says Delivered but I cannot find the package?
Check alternate locations and people at the property, review the official proof, report the issue through SpeedX/Miles, and contact the merchant for the commercial remedy. Preserve external deadlines.
Does Return to Shipper mean my refund was approved?
No. It records reverse movement, not merchant receipt, inspection, refund approval, or payment.
Can I file a SpeedX claim as the recipient?
Not automatically. Current claims terms restrict filing to the party directly paying SpeedX shipping charges. Recipients normally work through the merchant or marketplace.
Does this page cover SpeedX Australia?
Only as a scope note. SpeedX’s Australian expansion is confirmed, but the operating guidance here is based primarily on current U.S. sources.
