How to track a UBI Smart Parcel shipment
- Open the official UBI SmartParcel package tracker.
- Use the Tracking Number field when the shipment record explicitly gives you a tracking number.
- Use the Consignment ID field when the sender, merchant, or shipment record labels the identifier that way.
- Copy the identifier exactly, including letters and leading zeros.
- If no record appears, do not change the number to fit a third-party example. Use the Tracking Number Not Found guide to separate an identifier problem from a carrier or timing problem.
The reviewed current UBI pages do not publish one universal UBI Smart Parcel prefix, fixed length, regex, or checksum. A valid-looking number pattern is therefore not enough to identify the carrier or prove that a shipment belongs to UBI Smart Parcel.
What is UBI Smart Parcel?
UBI Smart Parcel describes itself as a cross-border e-commerce parcel network jointly created by UBI Logistics and logistics partners around the world.
That relationship matters because UBI Logistics is the broader logistics organization. Its current public site separately presents services such as sea freight, air freight, multimodal transport, project logistics and fulfillment, while also exposing separate navigation for:
- UBI Logistics tracking;
- eUBI;
- UBI SmartParcel.
For shipment tracking, use the UBI Smart Parcel identity and tracker when the shipment is explicitly labeled UBI Smart Parcel or UBI SmartParcel.
UBI Smart Parcel
= current parcel-network / recipient tracking identity
UBI Logistics
= related broader logistics integrator
eUBI
= separate business/platform surface
A generic phrase such as UBI tracking is therefore ambiguous. Confirm the name shown on the shipment before choosing the tracker.
Tracking Number and Consignment ID are not automatically the same thing
The official UBI SmartParcel tracker presents Tracking Number and Consignment ID as separate inputs. The reviewed first-party documentation does not state that they are universally interchangeable.
Use the label attached to your actual shipment rather than guessing.
Do not assume:
Tracking Number
=
Consignment ID
one UBI prefix
=
all UBI Smart Parcel shipments
one number length
=
all UBI Smart Parcel services
A service-specific format may exist, but the reviewed current public pages do not establish one universal identifier format across all UBI Smart Parcel services.
Why can another carrier appear later?
UBI Smart Parcel's current first-party material describes a network built with logistics partners. That means the company named at the start of the cross-border journey may not be the company that performs the destination delivery leg.
Do not guess the final-mile carrier from:
- the destination country;
- a partner logo;
- the shape of the UBI number;
- a universal tracking platform;
- a carrier that often handles similar shipments.
Use shipment-specific evidence instead.
A useful sequence is:
UBI Smart Parcel record
→ shipment names a downstream/local carrier
→ local or alternate number appears, if the service exposes one
→ destination carrier's own tracker recognizes the shipment
→ destination carrier records acceptance or local movement
A partner name or a local number can appear before that partner records physical receipt. If you need to identify the destination operator, use How to Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number.
What does the UBI tracking record prove?
The UBI tracker is the current official public lookup surface for UBI Smart Parcel shipments. It can show the record associated with the identifier you enter.
Do not treat the existence of a tracking record as a complete custody ledger. UBI Smart Parcel operates through a cross-border partner network, and the reviewed public material does not define every possible tracking event as proof that one named company physically holds the parcel at that moment.
Similarly:
partner named
≠ shipment-specific physical handoff proven
local number appears
≠ destination carrier has necessarily accepted the parcel
destination carrier records item-level acceptance
= stronger evidence for that local leg
Use the official record from the actor that controls the leg or action you are checking. Compare timestamps when systems disagree, but do not treat the newest timestamp alone as proof of custody or authority.
Does UBI Smart Parcel always use the same last-mile carrier?
The reviewed current first-party evidence does not support one universal last-mile carrier by country.
UBI Smart Parcel publishes a multi-country network and distinguishes its own markets/branches from logistics-partner coverage. That is not a fixed public map assigning one national post or one commercial courier to every shipment.
A destination carrier should be treated as confirmed only when the actual shipment evidence identifies it strongly enough—for example, the original record names the carrier and that carrier's own tracker recognizes the item.
Do not assume that all UBI Smart Parcel shipments in a country go to the same postal operator or courier.
What if the UBI Smart Parcel number is not found?
Check the identifier before concluding that the parcel is lost.
- Confirm the shipment really says UBI Smart Parcel or UBI SmartParcel, not only
UBIorUBI Logistics. - Confirm whether the identifier was labeled Tracking Number or Consignment ID.
- Copy it exactly.
- Try the current official UBI SmartParcel tracker.
- Do not add or remove characters to match a third-party format example.
- If the number still returns no record, use Tracking Number Not Found and contact the party that issued the shipment information if needed.
A no-result response does not, by itself, prove that the package was never shipped, is lost, or is fraudulent.
Who should I contact about a UBI Smart Parcel shipment?
Use the party that controls the unresolved action.
| Situation | Best next owner |
|---|---|
| UBI Smart Parcel tracking lookup or cross-border parcel question | UBI Smart Parcel official tracking/contact route |
| Seller order, refund, replacement, cancellation, or retail promise | Seller, merchant, or marketplace |
| Destination carrier has accepted the parcel and the issue is a local delivery attempt, pickup, or local proof | The attributable destination carrier |
| Customs requests information or makes a customs-specific decision | Follow the authenticated shipment-specific customs request. The responsible customs authority or broker controls the customs process; use a carrier customs channel only when it is the verified operational route for that shipment. |
| You cannot tell which organization should act next | Who Should I Contact About a Package? |
UBI Smart Parcel currently publishes a Contact Us page in addition to its tracking surface. Use the official site rather than contact details copied from an old forum or third-party tracker.
Are UBI Smart Parcel transit times guaranteed?
No universal delivery guarantee is established by the reviewed evidence.
UBI Smart Parcel publishes service-specific transit-time ranges for multiple cross-border routes. Those are service descriptions, not a promise that every individual parcel will arrive inside the published range.
Actual movement can depend on:
- origin processing;
- line-haul schedules;
- customs;
- partner handoff;
- destination-carrier acceptance;
- local delivery conditions.
Use the live shipment record for the individual parcel rather than treating a marketing transit range as a shipment-level SLA.
Can automatic carrier detection confirm the last-mile carrier?
No. Automatic detection or an aggregator result can be a clue, but it is not shipment-specific proof of a destination handoff.
Confirm the downstream carrier from the actual UBI Smart Parcel record and, when available, the downstream carrier's own official tracking record.
Use this evidence order:
automatic candidate
→ UBI Smart Parcel shipment-specific evidence
→ destination carrier's official record
→ item-level acceptance when physical possession matters
11Tracking and USTracking cannot create UBI scans, contact UBI Smart Parcel or another carrier on your behalf, reroute or release a parcel, clear customs, retrieve private proof, file a claim, issue a refund or replacement, or guarantee delivery.

Sources and evidence limits
This page uses current first-party material from UBI Smart Parcel and UBI Logistics.
The reviewed evidence confirms the current UBI Smart Parcel public identity, the first-party-linked tracking surface, the separate Tracking Number and Consignment ID inputs, the relationship to UBI Logistics, the cross-border parcel-service model, and the logistics-partner network.
It does not establish:
- one universal UBI Smart Parcel tracking-number format;
- one universal destination carrier for any country;
- universal public exposure of a second/local tracking number;
- universal photo, signature, GPS, or proof-of-delivery availability;
- a guarantee that every published transit-time range will be met.
Tracking routes, partner assignments, services and contact channels can change. When current first-party UBI information conflicts with older third-party instructions, prefer the current UBI source.
UBI Smart Parcel, UBI SmartParcel, UBI Logistics, eUBI and related names belong to their respective owners. 11Tracking is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by UBI Smart Parcel or UBI Logistics.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
