YDH CROSS-BORDER PARCEL TRACKING

YDH Tracking

YDH is the current tracking identity used by YDH Cross Border / 义达跨境. Use the current first-party YDH tracking page with the shipment's YDH waybill or courier tracking number. A tracking record or electronic waybill does not by itself prove physical possession, and another carrier can control a later leg when shipment-specific evidence shows a handoff.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. Use only the shipment waybill or carrier tracking number associated with the YDH shipment. Do not enter YDH account passwords, API credentials, identity-document photos, commercial invoices, customs documents, payment details, full addresses, private delivery photos or signatures, or private merchant messages. 11Tracking is not YDH, the sender, merchant, marketplace, downstream carrier, broker or customs authority and cannot contact them, create scans, recover or reroute parcels, release shipments, clear customs, file claims, force refunds, access private accounts, authenticate private delivery facts, or guarantee delivery.

YDH is the current tracking identity used by YDH Cross Border / 义达跨境. Use YDH's current first-party tracking page with the shipment's YDH waybill or courier tracking number.

A YDH tracking record or electronic waybill shows that shipment information exists. It does not by itself prove physical possession. YDH's current shipper agreement also allows a shipment to be handed to another carrier, so the carrier controlling the next physical leg can change.

Track a YDH shipment

YDH's current English first-party site provides an Express tracking page:

Open YDH's Express tracking page

That page embeds a YDH-linked tracking system. It also lists services such as 17TRACK, 51tracking, AfterShip, Express100 / 快递100 and Trackingyee under a separate third-party logistics query section.

Those third-party services can be useful as secondary lookup tools, but their presence on the page does not establish that they are YDH's backend or the carrier source of record.

Use this sequence:

  1. Find the YDH waybill or carrier tracking number attached to the shipment.
  2. Open the YDH first-party Express tracking page.
  3. Enter the YDH shipment number.
  4. Read the events and any carrier names or secondary numbers that the shipment result actually shows.
  5. If a shipment-specific downstream carrier appears, use that carrier's official tracking action for the local leg.

If you only have an order or purchase reference and no carrier number, current YDH evidence does not establish that a generic order reference works in the public tracking action. First obtain the carrier waybill/tracking number from the shipment or order source. For help distinguishing a carrier number from an order/reference number, use How to Find and Verify a Tracking Number.

YDH, YDH Cross Border and 义达跨境

For tracking purposes, the current identity is:

  • YDH — the query-facing brand.
  • YDH Cross Border — the current English first-party presentation.
  • 义达跨境 — the current Chinese public brand.

YDH's first-party history records a 2023 company-name change from 上海义达国际物流有限公司 to 义达跨境(上海)物流股份有限公司.

The current first-party legal/company name is 义达跨境(上海)物流股份有限公司.

What number should you use?

Current first-party YDH material uses shipment-number concepts including:

  • 快递单号 — courier tracking number;
  • 运单 / 运单号 — waybill / waybill number;
  • electronic waybills for account workflows.

YDH's current site also supports entering multiple waybill numbers.

That batch-input capability is not a tracking-number grammar. Current first-party evidence reviewed for this page does not establish one universal YDH:

  • prefix;
  • fixed length;
  • checksum;
  • regular-expression pattern.

Do not change or remove characters merely to make a number resemble a format shown by a third-party tracker.

A YDH record is not the same as physical custody

The safest way to read YDH evidence is as a custody ladder:

EvidenceWhat it can confirmWhat it does not automatically confirm
Order or purchase referenceA commercial record exists.A YDH carrier shipment exists or YDH has the parcel.
YDH waybill, electronic label or trackable recordShipment information exists in a YDH-linked workflow.Physical pickup or possession.
Signed handover listIn the inspected shipper workflow, the shipment was physically handed to the service provider.Every later transport leg or downstream-carrier possession.
Service-provider staff confirmed receiptStronger contract-scoped evidence of service-provider custody.A universal YDH status definition for every service.
Handoff to an upstream carrierThe next carrier can control the following physical leg.Delivery by YDH itself or one universal final-mile carrier.
Shipment-specific downstream acceptanceThe named downstream carrier has physical possession when its own evidence confirms acceptance.Delivery completion.
Delivered / delivery-success eventThe relevant system or carrier reports delivery completion.Personal receipt, signature, photo, GPS, signer identity or correct-address placement by itself.

This distinction matters when tracking appears to pause around a transfer. If the last reliable event has stopped changing and no downstream acceptance is visible, use Why Has My Package Tracking Not Updated? rather than assuming which company physically has the parcel.

YDH can hand a shipment to another carrier

YDH's current shipper agreement explicitly contemplates the service provider transferring shipments to an upstream carrier. That makes the shipment's current actor evidence-dependent.

Keep these boundaries separate:

carrier or service listed for a route
≠ shipment assigned to that carrier

shipment assigned to a downstream carrier
≠ downstream physical acceptance

destination-country routing
≠ one universal YDH final-mile carrier

When the tracking record exposes a shipment-specific local carrier or local number, verify that carrier's own record before treating the handoff as physical possession. The guide How to Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number explains that transition in more detail.

Delivery time is route and service dependent

Do not treat a single YDH service estimate as a carrier-wide delivery promise.

The current shipper agreement says published transit times are reference information and that the service is not one universal timed or time-limited delivery guarantee. Route changes, transfers and customs processing can also sit outside a simple headline estimate.

Use the current shipment events and the exact service/route evidence rather than a generic YDH delivery-time table.

What does Delivered prove?

A Delivered or delivery-success event means the relevant tracking system or carrier records delivery completion. It does not automatically prove:

  • personal receipt by the intended recipient;
  • a signature;
  • a delivery photo;
  • GPS coordinates;
  • signer identity;
  • correct-address placement.

The current YDH shipper agreement provides one concrete reason for that caution: in a postal-delivery context, the first receiver can be treated as the receiver without the item necessarily being delivered personally to the intended addressee. That contract wording is not a universal rule for every YDH service.

Current evidence also does not establish one universal YDH photo, signature, GPS, signer-name or Proof-of-Delivery field.

If the shipment says Delivered but the parcel is missing, move to Package Says Delivered but I Did Not Receive It for the recovery and evidence workflow.

Who controls the next action?

The strongest current YDH claims/inquiry evidence reviewed for this page is shipper / account-holder scoped.

NeedBest next action
Need the YDH carrier numberObtain the waybill/tracking number from the shipment or order source.
Need YDH-specific tracking evidenceUse the current YDH first-party Express tracking page.
YDH account/shipper transport inquiryUse the applicable YDH account/support workflow.
Shipment-specific downstream carrier controls local deliveryUse the named downstream carrier's official tracking or support action.
Tracking has stopped updatingUse the tracking-not-updating diagnostic and then the actor supported by the shipment evidence.
Delivered but missingPreserve delivery evidence and use the responsible carrier/merchant recovery path.
Retail refund or replacementTreat it as a separate merchant/marketplace commercial process; the inspected YDH shipper agreement does not establish retail refund/replacement rights.
Customs or broker actionFollow the named shipment-specific customs, broker or shipper channel.

The shipper agreement supports YDH/service-provider query paths for missing updates, delays, delivery discrepancies and damage in eligible account workflows. It also describes YDH assistance after handoff to an upstream carrier under the applicable carrier/service rules.

It does not establish one universal unauthenticated-recipient claim route, one universal compensation amount, one universal claim deadline, or marketplace refund rights.

Privacy and 11Tracking limits

For a normal public tracking lookup, use the shipment waybill/tracking number. Do not paste YDH account passwords, API credentials, identity-document photos, commercial invoices, customs documents, payment details, full addresses, private delivery photos or signatures, or private merchant messages into an independent tracking form.

11Tracking can help interpret tracking evidence, identify the likely responsible actor and route you to a current official action. It cannot contact YDH or another carrier, create or backfill scans, recover or reroute a parcel, release a shipment, clear customs, file a claim, force a refund, access a YDH account, authenticate private delivery facts or guarantee delivery.

YDH, YDH Cross Border, 义达跨境 and related marks belong to their respective owners. Third-party tracking platforms and downstream carriers are separate services or companies. 11Tracking is an independent tracking helper and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YDH.

Tracking data notice

Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.

Privacy note

After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
