CORREOS SPAIN PACKAGE TRACKING

Correos Spain Tracking

Track one supported Correos de España shipment code at a time. A recognised code does not by itself prove that Correos has the item: “Pre-admisión” means the shipment was preregistered, while “ADMITIDO” is the clearest published physical-receipt event. Exact Spanish statuses, Modify, office and Citypaq pickup, customs, proof, returns, and claims must be read as separate workflows.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not Correos and cannot manage a Correos delivery. Enter one supported shipment code. Citypaq PIN, parked-shipment PIN, merchant order, Correos Express, Correios Brazil, customs, PEE, and account lookups are not available on this form.

Use this page for Correos de España, Spain’s national postal operator. Enter one supported Correos shipment code to view the latest public events available through the current tracking provider.

A recognised code does not automatically prove that Correos physically has the package. Correos uses Pre-admisión when shipment data and a number have been created but handover is still pending. ADMITIDO is the clearest published event showing that Correos recorded physical receipt.

Track a Correos Spain shipment on this page

Enter the shipment code exactly as shown in the sender’s message, Correos receipt, printed label, arrival notice, merchant shipment record, or return workflow.

Preserve:

  • every letter and digit;
  • leading zeros;
  • the original order of characters;
  • the Correos shipment code rather than the merchant order number.

The reviewed official sources do not establish one universal length for every domestic parcel, registered item, international package, merchant return, Citypaq flow, business product, and legacy Correos service.

The public promise on this page is therefore:

Enter one supported Correos de España shipment code.

Do not substitute:

  • a merchant order number;
  • a merchant return identifier;
  • a Correos Express number;
  • a Brazilian Correios code;
  • a Citypaq point code;
  • a Citypaq pickup PIN;
  • a parked-shipment correction PIN;
  • a customs or ADT reference;
  • a PEE verification code;
  • a complaint or claim case number;
  • a recipient name, phone number, email address, or street address.

Where can I find the Correos shipment code?

Correos says the code can appear in:

  • the sender’s email or SMS;
  • a merchant shipment notification;
  • a Correos receipt;
  • the printed label;
  • a physical arrival notice;
  • the merchant’s return workflow.

An authenticated Correos App account can automatically associate shipments when the user is identified as sender or recipient. That private account feature does not mean a public tracker can search by name, phone, email, address, or identity number.

Correos Spain, Correios Brazil, and Correos Express are different carriers

The names are similar, but the tracking providers and operational rules are not interchangeable.

EntityWhat it isRequired boundary
Correos de EspañaSpain’s national postal operatorThis page owns the Correos Spain user job
Correios BrazilBrazil’s postal operator, normally written with two i charactersUse the separate Brazil carrier page and provider
Correos ExpressA separate urgent-parcel company in Grupo CorreosUse its own tracking and support environment
Grupo CorreosCorporate groupGroup membership does not create one universal tracker
CitypaqCorreos locker and parcel-point environmentDelivery channel, not a separate carrier
Origin postPostal operator that accepted an inbound international itemIts event does not prove Correos possession
Destination postPostal operator controlling a later foreign delivery stageCorreos rules may no longer apply

Keep these distinctions visible:

Correos Spain ≠ Correios Brazil

Correos Spain ≠ Correos Express

same Grupo Correos ≠ same carrier contract or provider

parcel in Citypaq ≠ carrier conclusively Correos Spain

Correos and Correos Express can use related Grupo Correos facilities or point networks. The shipment record and responsible entity still control the tracking, delivery, proof, and claim route.

Correos shipment codes and international S10 identifiers

No universal Correos Spain code length is confirmed

The current official Correos pages describe a shipment or tracking code but do not publish one universal length for every supported service.

Do not reject a code solely because it does not match a popular unofficial domestic pattern.

International S10 codes

Many trackable international postal items use the Universal Postal Union’s S10 identifier:

  • two letters for the service indicator;
  • eight serial digits;
  • one check digit;
  • two letters for the country code.

That creates a 13-character identifier.

The format is useful for international postal tracking, but its limits matter:

valid S10 structure → plausible international postal identifier

valid S10 structure ≠ Correos is the current operator

country-code suffix ≠ current physical country

origin-post event ≠ Correos admitted the item

Not every domestic Correos code is an S10 identifier.

`Pre-admisión` and `ADMITIDO` are different evidence stages

This is the most important Correos possession boundary.

Pre-admisión

Correos uses Pre-admisión when:

  • the shipment was preregistered;
  • the shipment number was created;
  • the package remains pending handover to Correos.

Use this interpretation:

Pre-admisión = shipment data created = number created ≠ physical Correos receipt

The package may still be with the seller, sender, warehouse, marketplace consolidator, or another operator.

Pre-admisión alone does not prove:

  • the sender missed a promised handover;
  • the label is fraudulent;
  • the package is lost;
  • Correos refused the package;
  • the package is physically at a Correos facility.

The evidence that changes the conclusion is ADMITIDO or another comparably clear Correos physical-receipt event.

ADMITIDO

Correos describes ADMITIDO as physical receipt through:

  • a post office;
  • a mass-admission center; or
  • an agreed pickup by a Correos postal worker.

Use:

ADMITIDO → Correos records physical receipt

ADMITIDO does not prove that Correos verified:

  • the contents;
  • item quantity;
  • declared value;
  • packaging condition;
  • package weight;
  • delivery address;
  • customs compliance.

Use What Does “Label Created” Mean? and Carrier Received Package for the wider cross-carrier evidence model.

How to read common Correos Spain status families

Pre-admisión

The shipment was preregistered and a number was created. Physical handover remains unconfirmed.

ADMITIDO

Correos recorded physical receipt. This is stronger possession evidence than preregistration, but it does not verify the contents or condition.

EN TRÁNSITO

Correos uses EN TRÁNSITO in more than one movement context, including movement between logistics, classification, treatment, or delivery units.

Use:

EN TRÁNSITO → recorded movement between Correos units ≠ continuous live position ≠ guaranteed delivery date

Read the nearby facility, city, country, and preceding event before deciding which transfer occurred.

CLASIFICADO

The item was sorted and assigned to transport for the next stage.

Use:

CLASIFICADO → sorting and transport assignment recorded ≠ transport departure ≠ next facility receipt

Alta en la unidad de reparto

The item entered the unit responsible for delivery.

Use:

Alta en la unidad de reparto → responsible delivery unit recorded the item ≠ courier route started ≠ delivery guaranteed that day

En reparto

The courier route was recorded.

Use:

En reparto → item assigned to the delivery route ≠ fixed appointment ≠ guaranteed completion

The next outcome can be:

  • Entregado;
  • a failed attempt;
  • an office or Citypaq branch;
  • an address or access incident;
  • another exception;
  • a delayed event publication.

Use Out for Delivery and Out for Delivery but Not Delivered for the wider action model.

Realizado intento de entrega

Correos recorded an unsuccessful attempt. Official examples include absence, address problems, or another incident.

The event does not independently prove:

  • the recipient was absent;
  • the address was wrong;
  • the bell was used;
  • access was available;
  • a physical notice was left;
  • another attempt will occur;
  • the package is already ready at an office.

The product, arrival notice, notification, and next event control the next action.

A disposición del destinatario

Correos uses this broad status for at least two readiness contexts:

  • the selected post office received the item and it can be collected;
  • the selected Citypaq received the item and it can be collected.

Read the stated location and delivery channel.

Use:

A disposición del destinatario → ready at the named office or Citypaq ≠ recipient collected it

Entregado

Correos recorded completed delivery under the product workflow.

Depending on the product and channel, completion can involve:

  • delivery at the address;
  • collection by the named recipient;
  • collection by an authorized person;
  • release at Punto Elegido;
  • Citypaq release through a one-time PIN;
  • another product-specific completion branch.

Therefore:

Entregado → carrier-recorded completion ≠ named addressee personally received in every product

Unknown or more specific events

The reviewed official status explainer is not a complete dictionary for every:

  • domestic product;
  • registered item;
  • customs event;
  • return;
  • business integration;
  • Correos Express item;
  • international partner event;
  • legacy service.

Preserve the exact wording and do not assign a stronger generic meaning than the event supports.

Correos Modify is conditional and multi-stage

Correos Modify is a recipient-management service for eligible national packages with home delivery.

Current official options can include:

  • changing the delivery address within the same province;
  • redirecting to a post office within the same province;
  • redirecting to a public Citypaq within the same province;
  • selecting a private Citypaq with its point code.

The sender controls which options appear

Correos says the SMS, email, app, or management page shows only the options that the ecommerce sender permits.

An option can be unavailable because of:

  • sender restriction;
  • product ineligibility;
  • the current event stage;
  • address or province limits;
  • Citypaq capacity or availability;
  • customs or special-service restrictions;
  • the item already being En reparto.

The absence of an option does not reveal the exact reason.

Modify state model

product supports Modify → sender permits one or more options → option displayed → recipient submits request → Correos processes request → item is relabelled → new route event appears → delivery or pickup outcome

Keep these boundaries:

option displayed ≠ request submitted

request submitted ≠ accepted

accepted ≠ relabelled

relabelled ≠ physical route completed

office or Citypaq selected ≠ ready

Same-province limit

The current reviewed Modify page limits the described address, office, and public Citypaq changes to the same province.

Do not infer:

  • unrestricted address replacement;
  • cross-province rerouting;
  • international redirection;
  • eligibility for every Correos product.

En reparto cutoff

Correos says delivery changes can no longer be made once the item is En reparto.

A third-party tracker cannot override that official workflow.

11Tracking and USTracking cannot submit, accept, or confirm a Modify request.

Use Change, Reroute, or Hold a Package for the broader cross-carrier decision model.

Correos does not have one universal delivery-attempt rule

The reviewed official sources do not establish one attempt count for every Correos letter, parcel, business service, international item, and recipient-selected delivery channel.

For example, the current Paq Premium page includes two home-delivery attempts. That is a product-specific rule, not a universal Correos promise.

Possible branches after an unsuccessful attempt include:

  • another attempt;
  • office routing;
  • Citypaq routing;
  • address correction;
  • an envío estacionado;
  • return;
  • sender instruction;
  • another product-specific action.

Use the exact:

  • product;
  • arrival notice;
  • SMS or email;
  • next tracking event;
  • official management page.

Do not assume that every Correos item receives two attempts.

Office notifications, readiness, identity, and holding periods

An office route is not the same as office readiness

Correos explains that an early SMS can indicate that an item will be available in the selected office within approximately 24–48 hours according to the product. A later message confirms arrival and supplies office details.

Use this sequence:

office selected or assigned → item routed to office → office receives item → ready notice or A disposición del destinatario → identity or authorization checked → item released → collection event

Therefore:

office selected ≠ item arrived

early office SMS ≠ ready

ready notice ≠ collected

Do not travel to the office solely because an earlier route message exists.

Who can collect an office item?

For ordinary eligible office items, Correos can allow:

  • the named recipient;
  • another authorized person with the required authorization and identity documents.

This does not apply universally. An exclusive-recipient service can prohibit third-party collection even with signed authorization.

How long does Correos hold an office item?

Several current domestic product and Modify pages use 15 days.

The Modify page also says the period can be the one parameterized by the sender during preregistration.

Use this public rule:

Many current Correos domestic parcel and office-delivery workflows use 15 days, but the parcel-specific notice and product control. Do not assume one universal holding period.

Citypaq routing, readiness, the five-day period, and PIN release

Citypaq is Correos’s locker environment for receiving, sending, and returning packages.

Citypaq state model

Citypaq selected → item routed → locker receives and records deposit → ready notice or A disposición del destinatario → one-time PIN supplied → locker opened → package removed → collection event

Keep these distinctions:

Citypaq selected ≠ package at locker

routed to Citypaq ≠ ready

PIN generated ≠ collected

locker opened ≠ contents or condition proved

Current five-calendar-day pickup period

Correos guidance published in April 2026 says the recipient has five calendar days to collect the item after it arrives at the Citypaq and the ready notification is sent.

This is a current, scoped Citypaq rule. It must not be generalized to:

  • post office holding;
  • envíos estacionados;
  • every third-party locker;
  • Correos Express;
  • a future Citypaq policy.

Follow the deadline in the parcel-specific official notification.

The Citypaq PIN is not a tracking number

Correos can send a one-time PIN or code by mobile or email for Citypaq or Punto Elegido release.

The PIN is:

  • a private release credential;
  • separate from the shipment code;
  • separate from the Citypaq point code;
  • not a signature;
  • not government identity verification.

Correos’s office pickup guidance says the scoped Punto Elegido and Citypaq PIN flow can release an item without identifying the recipient and without collecting a signature.

Therefore:

one-time PIN accepted → release credential used ≠ named recipient identified ≠ government identity verified ≠ package contents verified

Do not enter a Citypaq PIN into this tracking form or publish it.

Missing Citypaq PIN

Use the official Citypaq PIN-resend workflow when the item is actually ready.

If the item is only routed to Citypaq, wait for the deposit and ready event before treating the missing PIN as a release problem.

11Tracking cannot retrieve, resend, validate, or use a Citypaq PIN.

Citypaq point code

A private Citypaq can use a point code to identify the locker location.

The point code is not the package’s shipment code.

Citypaq does not always identify the carrier

A shared Punto Correos or Citypaq context can involve Correos or Correos Express. Read the shipment record and responsible entity before choosing the official support route.

`Envío estacionado` is a separate exception workflow

Correos defines an envío estacionado as a shipment with an incident that prevents delivery.

Published causes include:

  • breakage or damage;
  • insufficient recipient data;
  • wrong or unknown address;
  • no one accepting the item;
  • missing electronic preregistration data.

Do not flatten estacionado into:

  • ordinary in-transit delay;
  • customs hold;
  • office pickup;
  • Citypaq holding;
  • return;
  • loss.

Five-calendar-day correction period

Correos says the shipment remains parked for five calendar days while the incident can be corrected.

This is not the same as the current five-day Citypaq collection period.

Citypaq five days = collection period in the scoped locker flow

estacionado five days = incident and data-correction period

same number ≠ same workflow

Who should correct a parked shipment?

SituationOfficial first route
Sender has a Correos accountUpdate through Mi Oficina
Recipient has shipment number and PINUse Gestión de Estacionados
Recipient has no PINContact the company that sent the package
Private sender needs helpContact Correos within the stated correction period

The parked-shipment PIN is a private correction credential. Do not enter it into a public tracking form.

Missing preregistration can coexist with physical handling

Correos includes missing electronic preregistration data among the causes of a parked shipment.

This means a physical package can be in Correos operations while required electronic data is missing.

Do not assume every missing electronic record means the sender never handed over the package.

Delivered, signature, PEE, identity, and PIN are different evidence layers

Evidence layerWhat it can supportWhat it does not automatically prove
EntregadoCorreos-recorded completionNamed addressee personally received
Recorded location or channelAddress, office, point, or locker branchCorrect identity in every product
Ordinary signatureSomeone signed in the product workflowNamed addressee unless identity was matched
PEECertified electronic delivery record with timestamp and signature detailContents, condition, or named identity without the relevant service

Office ID checkCollector identity was checkedNamed addressee if authorized collection is allowed
AuthorizationRecipient permitted another collectorEligibility for exclusive-recipient items
Citypaq or Punto Elegido PINOne-time release credential was usedGovernment identity or signature
Claim investigationEvidence is being reviewedAutomatic carrier fault

What is PEE?

For the researched Paq Premium workflow, Correos describes Prueba de Entrega Electrónica as a certified electronic delivery record that can include:

  • a digital signature;
  • a timestamp;
  • signature detail;
  • a PDF;
  • a secure verification code.

PEE is product-specific. Do not assume every Correos shipment has one or that every third-party tracker can retrieve it.

What is exclusive-recipient delivery?

Correos describes an added service in which:

  • the item can be delivered only to the named addressee;
  • identity must be verified;
  • third-party collection is not permitted even with signed authorization.

This is stronger named-recipient evidence than an ordinary signature, office authorization, or Citypaq PIN.

Delivered but not received

  1. Preserve the exact Entregado event, time, and location.
  2. Identify the product and delivery channel.
  3. Check household members, authorized collectors, reception, the named office, Punto Elegido, and Citypaq where relevant.
  4. Review product-specific proof through the official Correos or sender workflow.
  5. Contact the merchant or sender for a retail order.
  6. Ask the contractual sender to open the Correos inquiry or claim when required.
  7. Keep carrier compensation separate from the merchant’s refund or replacement.
  8. Do not treat Entregado alone as proof of theft, fraud, or named-recipient receipt.

Use Delivered but Not Received and Proof of Delivery, Photo, and Signature for the complete procedure.

Correos complaints, claims, compensation, and merchant remedies are separate

Correos distinguishes three processes:

  • Consulta: a request for information;
  • Queja: a report of a service problem;
  • Reclamación: a formal complaint that can include a request for compensation under the contracted product guarantees.

Claim state model

case registered → opened or assigned → investigation and analysis → resolution → closure

A case number proves that a support process exists. It does not prove:

  • Correos fault;
  • accepted liability;
  • compensation;
  • a merchant refund;
  • replacement.

Who receives Correos compensation?

The researched Correos product and guarantee material identifies the sender as the compensation beneficiary by default. The sender can authorize the recipient to receive it in the scoped process.

Therefore:

recipient has package problem ≠ recipient automatically owns Correos compensation

sender authorization → recipient may receive scoped compensation

carrier compensation ≠ merchant refund or replacement

Deadlines and compensation are product-specific

Correos publishes different complaint windows, damage deadlines, guarantees, insurance rules, declared-value limits, and compensation amounts for different products and international flows.

Do not apply one deadline or amount to every Correos shipment.

Use the exact current product guarantee and submit evidence promptly.

Retail order

When a merchant booked the shipment:

  • the merchant selected the Correos product;
  • the merchant holds the order, contents, value, and dispatch records;
  • the merchant commonly controls the formal carrier inquiry;
  • the merchant controls the purchase refund or replacement.

Correos operational support and the merchant purchase remedy are separate.

Use Package Claim Guide and Who to Contact About a Package for the broader actor model.

Correos return tracking has several evidence stages

A Correos merchant return can begin with an identifier supplied by the seller.

The return portal can then create a Correos shipment code and an optional printable label.

Return state model

merchant authorizes return → merchant supplies return identifier → Correos portal creates shipment code → optional label created → package deposited at office or Citypaq → Correos admits or collects it → return transit → merchant receives it → merchant inspects it → refund or replacement decision → payment completed

Keep these boundaries:

merchant return identifier ≠ Correos shipment code

shipment code created ≠ package handed over

label printed ≠ office acceptance

Citypaq reserved ≠ package deposited

locker deposit ≠ Correos collection

return delivered ≠ merchant refund approved

refund approved ≠ refund paid

No-label returns

The researched return workflow can make the printed label optional. A shipment code can allow the office or Correos workflow to print and attach the label.

The absence of a home-printed label does not automatically make the return invalid.

Best evidence of return handover

Look for:

  • office acceptance receipt;
  • Citypaq deposit confirmation;
  • Correos admission event such as ADMITIDO;
  • later return-network scan.

A code or reservation alone is not physical-handover evidence.

International Correos tracking can involve several postal operators

An international postal package can pass through:

sender → origin postal operator → export processing → international transport → destination customs → Correos or destination postal operator → domestic processing → delivery

Same code, different operator

A UPU S10 code can remain associated with the item while the responsible postal operator changes.

same S10 code ≠ same operator throughout the journey

origin-post event ≠ Correos event

Correos export event ≠ destination-post delivery event

For an inbound item, origin-post events can appear before Correos has received the item in Spain.

For an outbound item, another country’s postal operator can control the final delivery stage.

Why international tracking can become quiet

Possible reasons include:

  • the product has limited event coverage;
  • the origin or destination operator publishes fewer public events;
  • event transmission is delayed;
  • customs interrupts the sequence;
  • another carrier or consolidator is involved;
  • the last mile uses another identifier;
  • the third-party provider does not expose every event.

Do not promise complete door-to-door visibility for every international postal item.

Current product boundary for international registered mail

Current Correos material describes the relevant international registered-letter service as a document product. Goods should use an appropriate international parcel product.

Do not apply one document-service rule to every international merchandise shipment.

Use How International Package Tracking Works and Find the Last-Mile Carrier for the wider handoff model.

Correos customs, taxes, duties, and postal delivery are separate stages

Correos can facilitate customs processing, request information, collect specified charges through official channels, and resume postal handling after the required customs stage.

Correos is not the customs authority.

Customs state model

electronic customs data sent → item enters customs flow → documents requested → documents submitted → taxes, duties, or fees assessed → payment requested → payment completed → customs decision or release → Correos domestic processing → delivery route → delivery outcome

Therefore:

customs status ≠ Correos physical possession always proved

documents submitted ≠ accepted

payment requested ≠ payment completed

payment completed ≠ customs released

customs released ≠ Correos delivery started

delivery started ≠ delivered

Important July 2026 low-value customs change

From July 1, 2026, a temporary European Union customs duty applies in the qualifying low-value distance-sale flow until July 1, 2028.

The reviewed Correos, European Union, and Spanish Tax Agency material establishes the following scope:

  • the relevant intrinsic-value ceiling is EUR 150;
  • the charge is EUR 3 per qualifying product category or item grouping under the rule, not simply EUR 3 per parcel;
  • it applies to qualifying goods from outside the European Union for consumers in Península, Baleares, and Canarias;
  • imports into Ceuta and Melilla are outside this exact scope because those territories are outside the Union Customs Territory;
  • qualifying exports from Ceuta or Melilla into the Union can be treated as coming from outside the Union;
  • the duty is separate from import VAT and other taxes;
  • an IOSS VAT process does not automatically eliminate the customs duty;
  • a paid-duty arrangement such as PDDP or DDP can change who pays and when;
  • Correos can collect the charge through the official workflow before delivery in the scoped conditions.

Do not simplify the current duty into “EUR 3 per parcel”

Unsafe conclusions include:

  • every non-EU package costs exactly EUR 3;
  • every package under EUR 150 avoids customs;
  • IOSS means no other import charge;
  • Correos keeps the entire amount;
  • Península, Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla use identical tax and customs rules.

The final amount and process can depend on:

  • product categories;
  • tariff classification;
  • origin;
  • declaration;
  • VAT treatment;
  • paid-duty arrangement;
  • territory;
  • other taxes and fees.

Península and Baleares

Goods entering Península or Baleares from outside the European Union, Canarias, Ceuta, or Melilla can require import formalities.

Canarias

Correos describes separate import formalities for Canarias, with possible:

  • IGIC;
  • AIEM;
  • special taxes;
  • other controls;
  • the current qualifying low-value European Union duty.

Do not copy mainland IVA wording into a Canarias answer.

Ceuta and Melilla

Ceuta and Melilla are outside the Union Customs Territory for this purpose and use different import-tax and customs treatment.

Do not apply Península, Baleares, or Canarias rules without checking the exact route.

Use Package Stuck in Customs, Customs Processing, and Customs Cleared but No Update for the broader action model.

Verify Correos delivery and customs messages safely

Correos publishes phishing guidance, while its customs pages also confirm that legitimate duties, taxes, and official payments can exist.

Use this procedure:

  1. Do not rely on the original SMS or email link.
  2. Open the official Correos website or app independently.
  3. Enter the shipment code in the official tracker.
  4. Use the official authenticated customs, Mi Oficina, Modify, Citypaq, or parked-shipment workflow only when the item record directs you there.
  5. Verify whether the carrier is Correos, Correos Express, the origin post, or another operator.
  6. Contact the sender when the official system does not recognize the identifier.
  7. Never publish a PIN, arrival notice, proof document, identity document, customs invoice, or payment information.

A fraudulent message can contain:

  • a real shipment code;
  • a correct recipient detail;
  • an authentic-looking Correos logo;
  • a real delivery date;
  • Citypaq language;
  • a customs payment amount;
  • a plausible address correction request.

Therefore:

correct shipment code ≠ authentic message

correct delivery detail ≠ authentic payment link

Correos branding ≠ official website

Legitimate charges can exist. Verify them through an independently opened official channel rather than assuming every payment is fraudulent.

Use Fake Delivery Message for the complete scam procedure.

Protect Correos shipment, PIN, proof, identity, and customs data

Treat the following as sensitive:

  • shipment code;
  • merchant order number;
  • return identifier;
  • sender and recipient names;
  • full address;
  • phone and email;
  • arrival notice;
  • barcode or QR;
  • Citypaq point and pickup details;
  • Citypaq PIN;
  • parked-shipment PIN;
  • office location linked to a private shipment;
  • identity documents;
  • collection authorization;
  • signature;
  • PEE PDF and verification code;
  • customs references;
  • invoices and declarations;
  • national identity or tax number;
  • complaint or claim case;
  • payment information;
  • return-deposit code.

Do not place those details into:

  • a public forum;
  • an unredacted screenshot;
  • a public URL;
  • metadata;
  • JSON-LD examples;
  • analytics;
  • an unverified support form or message.

A public status explanation does not require a PIN, full address, identity document, PEE, customs invoice, or payment data.

No universal length was confirmed for every Correos domestic, international, return, business, and legacy service.

Can I use my merchant order number?

Not unless the merchant explicitly identifies it as the Correos shipment code. Order numbers belong to the purchase system.

Is Correos Spain the same as Correios Brazil?

No. Correos de España and Brazil’s Correios are separate national postal operators.

Is Correos Express the same as Correos?

No. They are related within Grupo Correos but remain separate carrier entities and tracking environments.

Can a Correos Express number work on this page?

Do not assume it will. Use the Correos Express official tracker unless the current runtime explicitly recognizes the correct separate provider.

What is an S10 tracking code?

It is a 13-character international postal identifier defined by the Universal Postal Union for trackable postal items.

Does an S10 code ending in ES mean the package is currently in Spain?

No. The suffix is part of the identifier and does not prove the current physical country or operator.

Can Correos track a shipment automatically in the app?

The authenticated Correos App can associate shipments when the account is identified as sender or recipient. That does not create public tracking by name, phone, email, or address.

What does Pre-admisión mean?

The shipment was preregistered and a number was created, but physical handover to Correos remains pending.

Does Pre-admisión mean the seller definitely still has the package?

Not necessarily. It proves that Correos physical receipt is not established by that event. It does not identify the package’s exact location.

What does ADMITIDO mean?

Correos records physical receipt through an office, mass-admission center, or agreed postal pickup.

Does ADMITIDO prove the contents and condition?

No. It is receipt evidence, not verification of contents, value, quantity, weight, or condition.

What does EN TRÁNSITO mean?

Correos recorded movement between operational units. It is not continuous live GPS or a delivery guarantee.

What does CLASIFICADO mean?

The item was sorted and assigned to transport for the next stage. Assignment does not prove departure.

What does Alta en la unidad de reparto mean?

The responsible delivery unit recorded the item. It does not prove that the courier route started.

Does En reparto guarantee delivery today?

No. It records the delivery route. The final event can be Delivered, attempted, redirected, delayed, or another exception.

What does Realizado intento de entrega mean?

Correos recorded an unsuccessful attempt. The exact cause, number of remaining attempts, and next action depend on the product and notice.

How many delivery attempts does Correos make?

No universal number was confirmed. Paq Premium currently includes two home attempts, but that rule must not be applied to every Correos item.

What does A disposición del destinatario mean?

The item is ready at the stated Correos office or Citypaq. It does not mean the recipient collected it.

Does an office-selection message mean the item is ready?

No. An early message can precede actual arrival. Wait for the ready notice or supported readiness event.

How long does Correos hold a package at an office?

Many current domestic flows use 15 days, but the exact product, sender configuration, and parcel-specific notice control.

Can another person collect my Correos package?

For some ordinary office items, an authorized person can collect with the required documents. Exclusive-recipient items prohibit third-party collection.

Can I change the Correos delivery address?

An eligible national home-delivery item can offer a same-province address change through Correos Modify when the sender permits it.

Can I redirect a package to an office or Citypaq?

Sometimes. The parcel must be eligible, the sender must allow the option, and the requested point must meet the current province and availability rules.

Does submitting a Modify request mean the route changed?

No. Submission, processing, relabelling, route update, readiness, and delivery are separate stages.

Can I change delivery after En reparto?

The current reviewed Correos Modify guidance says no changes can be made after the item reaches En reparto.

Does Citypaq selected mean the package is ready?

No. The item still needs to reach the locker, be deposited, and receive a ready notification.

How long does Citypaq hold a package?

Current Correos guidance reviewed in July 2026 states five calendar days for the described Citypaq pickup flow after arrival and ready notification.

Is the Citypaq PIN a tracking number?

No. It is a private one-time release credential.

Does the Citypaq PIN prove the named recipient collected the package?

No. Correos says the scoped PIN flow can release the package without identifying the recipient or collecting a signature.

What if the Citypaq PIN did not arrive?

First confirm that the item is actually ready. Then use the official Citypaq PIN-resend workflow or Correos support.

What is a Citypaq point code?

It identifies a private Citypaq location. It is not the package’s shipment code.

What is an envío estacionado?

It is a Correos incident state that prevents delivery, such as missing data, a wrong address, damage, refusal, or absent preregistration information.

Is an envío estacionado the same as customs?

No. It is a separate incident and correction workflow.

How long can a shipment remain estacionado?

Correos states five calendar days for the correction period in the reviewed workflow.

What if I do not have the parked-shipment PIN?

Contact the company that sent the package. The sender may need to correct or supply the missing information.

What does Entregado prove?

It proves that Correos recorded completed delivery under the product workflow. It does not always prove personal receipt by the named addressee.

Does every Correos package have a signature or PEE?

No. Signature, PEE, identity control, exclusive-recipient delivery, and PIN release are product-specific evidence layers.

What is PEE?

Prueba de Entrega Electrónica is a product-specific certified electronic delivery record that can include a timestamp, signature detail, PDF, and secure verification code.

Does PEE prove the package contents and condition?

No. It is delivery evidence, not proof of contents or condition.

What is exclusive-recipient delivery?

It is a product-specific service requiring the identified named addressee to receive the item. An authorized third party cannot replace the addressee in that service.

Who should open a Correos claim?

For a retail shipment, contact the merchant or sender first. The sender commonly owns the postal contract and carrier compensation unless the sender authorizes the recipient.

Is a Correos claim the same as a refund?

No. Carrier investigation and compensation are separate from a merchant refund or replacement.

Does a merchant return identifier track the package?

Not necessarily. It can start the return portal, which later creates a Correos shipment code.

Does a generated return code prove Correos received the package?

No. Look for office acceptance, Citypaq deposit evidence, ADMITIDO, or another physical-handover event.

Can I return through Citypaq without printing a label?

The researched Correos return workflow can make the home-printed label optional when the shipment code supports label creation in the official process.

Does return delivery mean my refund is complete?

No. Carrier delivery, merchant receipt, inspection, refund approval, and payment are separate stages.

Why did an international tracking code stop updating?

The item can be between operators, in customs, on a product with limited event coverage, or affected by delayed event exchange. The latest operator-specific event controls.

Does an origin-post event mean Correos has the item?

No. Look for a Correos admission or processing event.

Why is a package under EUR 150 in customs?

Low value does not eliminate customs processing. From July 1, 2026, a temporary European Union duty also applies in the qualifying distance-sale flow.

Is the new duty always EUR 3 per parcel?

No. The reviewed rule applies EUR 3 by qualifying product category or item grouping, not simply once per parcel.

Does IOSS mean no other import charge applies?

No. IOSS concerns VAT in its scope. The temporary customs duty and other taxes or fees are separate.

Do Península, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla use the same customs rules?

No. The territorial and tax treatment differs, and the exact route must be checked.

Does paying Correos customs charges mean the package is released?

No. Payment, customs decision, release, later Correos processing, and delivery are separate stages.

How do I verify a Correos customs-payment message?

Open the official Correos site or app independently and verify the package there. Do not pay through the original message link solely because it contains correct shipment details.

Can 11Tracking change delivery, retrieve a PIN, clear customs, or file a claim?

No. 11Tracking can perform a supported public code lookup and explain the evidence. It cannot access private Correos workflows or act on the package.

Scope and limitations

  • This page explains Correos de España shipment codes, possession evidence, exact Spanish statuses, Modify, office and Citypaq pickup, parked shipments, proof, claims, returns, international handoffs, and customs. It does not diagnose an individual shipment.
  • The public form is intended for one supported Correos Spain shipment code. It does not automatically accept an order number, merchant return identifier, Correos Express number, Brazilian Correios code, Citypaq point code, PIN, customs reference, PEE code, claim case, name, phone, email, or address.
  • No universal Correos Spain shipment-code length was confirmed.
  • A valid international S10 format does not prove that Correos is the current operator or that the package is in Spain.
  • Pre-admisión means preregistration and number creation, not physical Correos receipt.
  • ADMITIDO is the clearest published Correos physical-receipt event, but it does not verify contents, quantity, value, weight, or condition.
  • EN TRÁNSITO, CLASIFICADO, delivery-unit, and route events are recorded operational stages, not continuous live GPS.
  • En reparto does not guarantee delivery that day.
  • No universal delivery-attempt count was confirmed. Product and notice control.
  • Correos Modify is conditional, sender-enabled, limited by product and stage, and currently uses same-province constraints for the described choices.
  • A visible or submitted Modify option does not prove route completion.
  • Office selection and early office notification are not readiness.
  • Many office flows use 15 days, but the exact product, sender configuration, and parcel-specific notice control.
  • Citypaq selection and routing are not readiness.
  • The current five-calendar-day Citypaq period is date- and flow-specific.
  • Citypaq and Punto Elegido PINs are release credentials, not shipment codes, signatures, or government identity verification.
  • An envío estacionado is a separate incident workflow with a current five-calendar-day correction period.
  • Entregado is carrier-recorded completion, not universal named-addressee proof.
  • Signature, PEE, identity service, office ID, authorization, exclusive-recipient delivery, and PIN are different evidence layers.
  • PEE and exclusive-recipient delivery are product-specific.
  • The sender is the default Correos compensation beneficiary in the researched material unless the sender authorizes the recipient.
  • Complaint deadlines, guarantees, and compensation vary by product and route.
  • Carrier compensation is separate from a merchant refund or replacement.
  • A return identifier, shipment code, label, or Citypaq reservation does not prove physical return handover.
  • Return delivery does not prove merchant inspection, refund approval, or payment.
  • Correos Spain, Correios Brazil, Correos Express, origin posts, and destination posts are separate operators or provider contexts.
  • International public event coverage can be incomplete or delayed.
  • Customs data, documentation, payment, release, postal processing, and delivery are separate stages.
  • The temporary low-value European Union duty described here began July 1, 2026 and is scheduled through July 1, 2028 in the scoped flow.
  • The EUR 3 duty is not simply one flat charge per parcel and must retain its product-category, value, declaration, territory, VAT, and paid-duty conditions.
  • Península, Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta, and Melilla do not use identical customs and tax rules.
  • Legitimate official customs charges can exist, but users should independently open official Correos channels rather than trust a message link.
  • Correos services, status wording, Modify, Citypaq, holding periods, PIN workflows, proof, claims, products, provider mappings, and customs rules are highly volatile.
  • 11Tracking and USTracking are not Correos, Correos Express, Citypaq, the sender, merchant, customs authority, origin post, or destination post and cannot act on the physical package.
  • Verify high-stakes delivery, PIN, office, Citypaq, proof, claim, return, customs, tax, and payment questions through the current official shipment-specific workflow before acting.
