How to track an Intelcom shipment
- Start with the tracking number supplied by the merchant or shipment notice. Do not substitute an order number, support case, or another account reference unless the carrier explicitly identifies it as the tracking number.
- Check the shipment context. A Québec destination, Intelcom-branded first-party notice, or
intelcom.caroute supports the current Intelcom path. - Enter the tracking number exactly as supplied in the Intelcom tracker.
- If the shipment is clearly outside Québec under current Dragonfly Canada branding, switch to the Dragonfly Canada tracker rather than assuming the Intelcom route is universal.
If a number is not recognized, first verify the tracking number and where it came from. A Not Found result is a lookup state, not proof that the parcel was never shipped or is lost.
Why do Intelcom and Dragonfly both appear?
Intelcom and Dragonfly are connected parts of the same corporate and Canadian technical family, not unrelated Canadian carriers. Intelcom's current company history says the Dragonfly name is used outside Québec while Intelcom continues in Québec.
The transition is not perfectly clean in every visible label. Current Intelcom guidance says older Intelcom branding can continue to appear outside Québec while the change rolls out. That means a merchant email, vehicle, or older visual identity may say Intelcom even when the current regional consumer brand is Dragonfly.
Use the shipment's destination, verified first-party link, and current regional surface to decide where to track it.
Which Canadian tracking page should I use?
| Shipment context | Current first-party route |
|---|---|
| Verified Québec / Intelcom context | Intelcom tracking |
| Verified non-Québec Canada / Dragonfly context | Dragonfly Canada tracking |
| Intelcom label outside Québec | Verify the destination and first-party shipment route before choosing |
Mixed Intelcom + Dragonfly wording | Use the Dragonfly / Intelcom guide to resolve the transition context |
This page is intentionally narrow. It does not claim ownership of every Dragonfly tracking query.
Does the same tracking number work on both Intelcom and Dragonfly?
The reviewed first-party pages look closely related: both use the same visible Tracking number field pattern, and their business integration pages expose the same family of APIs and the same developer-center lineage.
That is evidence of a shared technical family. It is not enough to guarantee that every Intelcom-labelled tracking number will work on the Dragonfly Canada consumer tracker, or that every Dragonfly-labelled number will work on the Intelcom consumer tracker.
Use the current regional first-party tracker unless shipment-specific evidence gives you a different verified route.
What does “Intelcom Express” mean now?
Intelcom Express is not the preferred current Québec consumer brand name in the reviewed first-party surfaces. You may still encounter the wording in historical or technical contexts. Intelcom's current consumer-facing Québec pages use Intelcom.
Treat Intelcom Express tracking as a qualified retrieval term, not as proof of a separate current Québec carrier.
What should an Intelcom tracking number look like?
Use the tracking number supplied for the shipment exactly as written.
The reviewed evidence does not establish one universal Intelcom-only:
- prefix;
- fixed length;
- suffix;
- checksum;
- regular expression.
Examples shown on a public page or in developer documentation are examples within their own context. They should not be converted into a universal consumer-tracking rule.
What does the tracking record prove?
A tracking record tells you what the tracking system reports for that identifier. It does not automatically prove every physical or commercial fact around the parcel.
Keep these boundaries separate:
merchant carrier label
!= carrier acceptance
tracking record
!= continuous GPS
Intelcom-to-Dragonfly brand migration
!= a physical shipment handoff
shared technical platform
!= proof of the parcel's exact custodian
If the record names another carrier or a handoff, use shipment-specific acceptance evidence before concluding that the other carrier physically has the parcel.
What if Intelcom says Delivered but I do not have the package?
A Delivered event is important tracking evidence, but it does not automatically prove personal receipt by the named recipient, correct-address delivery in every case, intact contents, or refund entitlement.
Use the Delivered but not received guide for the generic recovery workflow. Keep carrier evidence and merchant or payment remedies separate.
Current Intelcom and Dragonfly Canada support routes
For the current Intelcom / Québec parcel context, the Intelcom tracking surface lists:
- (514) 807-6086
- 1-833-640-2301
For the current Dragonfly Canada context outside Québec, the Dragonfly Canada surface lists:
- 1-833-622-1570
These are region-scoped Canadian support routes. Do not treat one Canadian number as universal support for every Dragonfly operation in other countries.
Do not use privacy, corporate, directory, or third-party tracking contacts as parcel support unless a current first-party carrier surface identifies them for that purpose.
When should I switch to the Dragonfly / Intelcom page?
Use the existing Dragonfly / Intelcom tracking guide when:
- the shipment is outside Québec and current Dragonfly Canada branding applies;
- the merchant or tracking evidence uses both Intelcom and Dragonfly;
- you need the broader Canadian dual-brand transition context rather than the narrow Québec Intelcom route.
Stay on the Intelcom route when the shipment is clearly tied to the current Intelcom / Québec context.
11Tracking can help you read tracking evidence and choose the responsible route. It cannot create carrier scans, contact Intelcom or Dragonfly on your behalf, reroute a parcel, retrieve private delivery records, decide a claim, force a refund, or guarantee delivery.
Intelcom and Dragonfly are referenced only to identify the current Canadian brand and tracking contexts reviewed on this page. 11Tracking is an independent tracking helper and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intelcom or Dragonfly.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
