Track one supported MRW shipment number
The official non-subscriber MRW tracker asks for a shipment number (Número de envío).
| Reference you have | Use it here? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Supported MRW shipment number | Yes | This is the intended public input |
| Shipment number printed on an MRW office receipt | Yes, when supported by the active provider | Official MRW help identifies this as the tracking reference |
| Merchant or marketplace order number | No | A commercial order is not necessarily an MRW shipment |
| Office number, customer number, or password | No | These are subscribed-customer credentials |
| Phone number or SMS code | No | These belong to Mi MRW identity verification |
| WhatsApp consent or account data | No | This belongs to an official communication workflow |
| MRW Point pickup PIN | No | It can enable collection in a protected workflow |
| Identity document or authorization | No | It belongs only in official pickup processes |
| Return authorization or merchant return code | Not unless explicitly identified as the carrier shipment number | Return creation and carrier acceptance are separate |
| Destination-carrier number | Use the destination carrier’s tracker | It may own the local route |
| MRW Burofax reference | Use the official Burofax process | It is not the ordinary parcel user job |
| Cargo, freight, Mailing, or Exclusive-service reference | Use the relevant official service unless the parcel provider explicitly supports it | Special-service records can use different systems |
| Customs, payment, or complaint case | No | These belong to protected official processes |
Where can I find the MRW shipment number?
Official MRW guidance says that a shipment contracted through an MRW office has the number on the receipt supplied by that office.
For an ecommerce order, the merchant can provide an MRW-generated tracking code.
When no carrier number appears, contact the merchant, sender, or responsible MRW office. Do not guess from an order ID, phone number, amount, or customer account.
Does MRW use one fixed tracking-number format?
No universal current official prefix, suffix, length, or regular expression was confirmed across:
- Spain;
- Portugal;
- Andorra;
- Gibraltar;
- office and online contracting;
- domestic and international services;
- ecommerce integrations;
- returns;
- multi-package shipments;
- destination partners;
- Burofax;
- cargo and special services.
Do not identify MRW from number shape alone. A third-party format claim is weaker than recognition by the correct official carrier system.
Why can an MRW number show no result?
Possible explanations include:
- typing or copying error;
- merchant order entered instead of carrier number;
- shipment number created but not yet active;
- correct number while the parcel is still pending receipt by MRW;
- wrong Spain, Portugal, or provider environment;
- office or subscribed-customer credential;
- phone or SMS code;
- MRW Point pickup PIN;
- return code before carrier activation;
- destination-partner number;
- Burofax reference;
- freight or special-service record;
- older tracking no longer available;
- official or provider outage.
A no-result response does not, by itself, prove fraud, loss, or failed delivery.
Check the reference against the original MRW or merchant record. For the wider diagnostic process, see Tracking Number Not Found or Not Active.
MRW is a franchise, group-company, office, Point, and partner network
The exact contract and responsible actor can depend on how and where the shipment was created.
| Entity or location | Possible role | Important limit |
|---|---|---|
| MRW public network | Shared carrier brand, offices, services, and tracking | One brand does not equal one universal legal company |
| FITMAN, S.L. | Website, tracking communication, data coordination, and selected online domestic contract contexts | Not the universal carrier for every MRW shipment |
| Independent MRW franchise | Office contracting, submission, local operation, support, or claim route | The responsible franchise can be a separate company and data controller |
| INTERLOCK EXPRESS, S.A. | Named entity in selected international online contract terms | Not every international shipment is necessarily contracted with it |
| Other MRW group company | Operational coordination, processing, or network function | A group-company name is not automatically a public tracking alias |
| MRW office | Contracting, submission, collection, local support, and claim routing | Function depends on the shipment and office |
| MRW Point | Associated third-party establishment for deposit or collection | It is not automatically the carrier or contract party |
| Logistics platform or centre | Sorting, transfer, and network processing | Official MRW information says these are not public collection or delivery sites |
| Subcontractor or destination partner | Performs a transport or local-delivery leg | Assignment does not prove physical acceptance |
| Customs authority or broker | Government decision or customs coordination | MRW is not the customs authority |
| Merchant or marketplace | Order, return authorization, refund, and purchase remedy | Commercial remedy is separate from carrier movement |
Is MRW one company?
Not for every operational and contractual question.
Official MRW materials distinguish:
- selected online contracts;
- office contracts with the relevant franchise;
- selected international online contracts;
- independent franchise data controllers;
- group companies;
- subcontractors and collaborators.
Before following a claim or procedural rule, identify:
- origin country;
- destination;
- service;
- whether shipment was contracted online or through an office;
- office or franchise on the receipt;
- sender or merchant;
- operator publishing the latest event.
Similar carriers and services are not automatic MRW aliases
Do not treat the following as MRW solely because they can appear in the same route or market:
- Correos;
- Correos Express;
- CTT;
- SEUR;
- NACEX;
- GLS;
- DPD;
- DHL;
- UPS;
- FedEx;
- InPost;
- Packeta;
- destination postal or commercial carriers;
- MRW Point merchants;
- customs brokers;
- ecommerce platforms.
MRW Burofax is also a separate legal-document service rather than the ordinary parcel-tracking user job.
A correct MRW number does not prove physical receipt
The official MRW tracker can report that a correctly entered shipment is still pending receipt by MRW.
This means:
What can exist before MRW has the parcel?
- merchant order;
- online shipment contract;
- shipment number;
- label;
- ecommerce tracking code;
- pickup request;
- return authorization;
- return label;
- office or Point instruction.
Does pickup booking prove collection?
No.
Does office or MRW Point submission prove later processing?
Submission at the correct office or Point is stronger than electronic creation. It can confirm that the parcel entered the stated handover workflow.
It does not prove:
- later platform processing;
- international departure;
- customs release;
- destination-partner acceptance;
- successful delivery.
What confirms physical receipt?
Look for raw event wording attributed to MRW or the responsible franchise, such as:
- received;
- collected;
- accepted;
- picked up;
- processed at the origin office or platform.
Keep the original wording, timestamp, location, operator, and number. A normalized “In Transit” label can hide the exact evidence stage.
For the broader possession boundary, see Carrier Received Package, Accepted, or Picked Up.
Read MRW tracking as evidence, not exact live location
No complete current public English MRW status dictionary was confirmed.
Official MRW sources provide selected status examples and live tracker events. Use the exact raw event rather than assuming a generic status always has one meaning.
| Evidence stage | What it can confirm | What it does not confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant order | A purchase or return request exists | An MRW shipment exists |
| Shipment number generated | MRW-related shipment data exists | Physical MRW receipt |
| Pickup requested | Collection was ordered | Courier collected the parcel |
| Return code or label created | Reverse workflow exists | MRW accepted the return |
| Office or Point submission | Parcel entered the stated submission workflow | Later network induction |
| MRW or franchise received | The named MRW actor records physical intake | Destination-partner possession |
| Office, franchise, or platform processing | Shipment was recorded at a network node | Continuous movement or public pickup availability |
| Domestic or international dispatch | Transport departure is represented | Import clearance or final delivery |
| Customs data recorded | A customs-related process exists | Government release |
| Customs processing | Review or a dependency exists | Seizure, release, or partner possession |
| Customs released | Authority or responsible system records release | Physical transfer to destination carrier |
| Destination partner assigned | Expected operator or data relationship exists | Physical acceptance |
| Destination partner accepted | Local operator records intake | Delivery completion |
| Out for Delivery | A local route is recorded | Guaranteed delivery that day |
| Recipient absent or business closed | An attempted-delivery outcome is recorded | One universal retry rule |
| Pending collection at destination franchise | An office-collection state is recorded | Any office can release the parcel |
| MRW Point named | A location is selected or planned | Parcel ready |
| Ready notification | Current operator says collection is available | Collection completed |
| Delivered | Publishing system records completion | Named-recipient identity, condition, or independent proof |
| Return delivered | Reverse delivery is recorded | Merchant refund approved or paid |
Does In Transit mean the parcel is moving now?
Not necessarily.
It can cover:
- franchise processing;
- platform transfer;
- domestic linehaul;
- international transport;
- customs-related movement;
- destination-partner routing;
- reverse transport.
It is not continuous GPS or proof of movement at the exact moment you view it.
Does MRW tracking show the exact driver?
No reviewed current official source establishes public continuous GPS or private driver location for ordinary MRW parcel tracking.
11Tracking cannot reveal a private courier, vehicle, route, or unpublished location.
What does “recipient absent or business closed” confirm?
It confirms that the publishing system recorded an unsuccessful delivery outcome with that reason or translation.
It does not prove:
- exact arrival time;
- that a phone call was required or completed;
- one universal second attempt;
- automatic routing to an MRW Point;
- carrier misconduct.
Use the current event and responsible operator.
What does “pending collection at destination franchise” mean?
It can mean that the parcel is waiting for collection through the named franchise or office process.
It does not mean:
- every MRW office can release it;
- a platform is a public pickup location;
- the shipment number alone authorizes collection;
- another person can collect without ID, authorization, or applicable PIN.
MRW office, MRW Point, or logistics platform
These location types are not interchangeable.
MRW office
An MRW office can be the:
- contracting franchise;
- submission point;
- collection point;
- local support contact;
- claim or documentation route.
The office shown on the receipt or shipment can matter more than a general corporate contact.
MRW Point
An MRW Point is an associated establishment where supported shipments can be deposited or collected.
It can be operated by a third-party business. It is not automatically:
- an MRW franchise;
- an MRW group company;
- the transport contract party.
Logistics platform or centre
A platform or logistics centre is a network-processing location.
Official MRW office information says these centres do not provide public customer service or shipment delivery.
Do not travel to a platform merely because it appears in tracking.
Does a Point or office name mean the parcel is ready?
No.
Use separate stages:
Point or office selected
→ parcel routed
→ location receives parcel
→ ready notification sent
→ collection completed
Wait for an SMS, email, or official event confirming availability.
Is the shipment number enough to collect?
Not necessarily.
Depending on the location and workflow, collection can require:
- original identity document;
- authorization and recipient documentation for another collector;
- pickup PIN;
- other official verification.
Do not upload identity documents or PINs to an independent tracking site.
How long does MRW hold a parcel?
No universal current office or MRW Point holding period was confirmed.
The applicable period can depend on:
- office or Point;
- shipment;
- product;
- merchant;
- country;
- responsible franchise;
- notification.
Follow the exact message and contact the named office or Point through official MRW details.
Can another person collect?
Possibly, under the named location’s official rules.
The workflow can require:
- signed authorization;
- recipient ID copy;
- collector ID;
- pickup PIN.
Tracking access does not equal collection authority.
Arrange or change delivery through the official MRW process
MRW provides a protected Concertar entrega workflow for eligible shipments.
The official process can request shipment, identity, phone, or email information. Those fields belong only on the official MRW surface.
Use the official Arrange Delivery page or the responsible office.
Can I change the address or delivery date?
Possibly, depending on:
- product;
- shipment stage;
- responsible franchise;
- sender authorization;
- destination;
- current carrier;
- available route options.
Do not assume the recipient holds the transport contract or can unilaterally change it.
Does opening or submitting the form prove the change succeeded?
No.
Wait for official confirmation or a new carrier event.
Can 11Tracking arrange delivery?
No.
It cannot:
- submit identity or contact details;
- change the address or date;
- redirect to an office or Point;
- request another attempt;
- contact the franchise;
- use an SMS code or account credential.
What happens after a destination partner accepts the parcel?
The destination operator can control local delivery options. An MRW Spain action page may not manage a parcel after another country’s carrier accepts it.
MRW domestic services and delivery estimates
MRW publishes several domestic service categories, including premium clock-time, same-day, next-day, and ecommerce options.
The selected service—not the MRW brand alone—controls the timing rule.
Does MRW always deliver in less than 24 hours?
No.
Broad homepage or marketing wording does not create a universal guarantee.
Timing can depend on:
- contracted service;
- cutoff;
- origin and destination;
- working day;
- island, special territory, or remote route;
- customs;
- shipment characteristics;
- external disruption.
Is the scheduled delivery date guaranteed?
Not unless the applicable current service terms create that specific commitment.
A date or estimate can change because of:
- late pickup;
- platform processing;
- route capacity;
- address or access;
- customs;
- partner transfer;
- external events.
How many delivery attempts does MRW make?
No universal attempt count was confirmed across all MRW products, franchises, and destination partners.
Do not assume:
- one attempt;
- two attempts;
- automatic next-day retry;
- automatic Point routing.
The exact event, service, sender instructions, and current operator control the next step.
Does MRW always call before delivery?
No universal call requirement was confirmed.
SMS, email, phone, or other alerts can be part of selected services or valid contact data, but the absence of a call does not by itself prove the attempt is invalid.
MRW international tracking and destination partners
Current MRW international services include parcel, economy, box, cargo, mailing, and special transport categories.
The ordinary carrier page is parcel-first. Freight and special-service references should use the relevant official process unless the active provider explicitly supports them.
Are international transit times guaranteed?
Current official international guidance describes transit times as:
- indicative;
- minimum working-day estimates;
- counted from departure from MRW international platforms;
- focused on principal destination cities;
- affected by customs and route conditions.
A quoted number is not an order-date-to-door guarantee.
Does MRW perform every last mile?
No universal destination carrier was confirmed.
Current terms allow transport to be subcontracted through:
- MRW franchisees;
- group companies;
- subsidiaries;
- agents;
- collaborators;
- further subcontractors.
Why can another tracking number appear?
A destination number can be created when:
- the partner is selected;
- shipment data is transmitted;
- a destination route is prepared;
- a local delivery system is created.
It does not prove physical handoff.
What proves partner acceptance?
Look for an event published by the receiving operator, such as:
- accepted;
- received;
- processed;
- inducted at a local facility.
Use separate states:
partner selected
→ number created
→ data transmitted
→ handoff represented
→ partner accepted
For the cross-carrier model, see Handed to a Local Carrier or Destination Delivery Partner.
Why can the destination carrier show more detail?
After acceptance, the destination carrier can control:
- local processing;
- route assignment;
- attempt;
- office or pickup location;
- holding;
- local proof;
- delivery exception.
Keep both the MRW number and verified destination-carrier number privately.
Does one MRW provider cover Spain and Portugal?
Do not assume so.
MRW has official Spain and Portugal environments, but shared branding does not prove:
- one legal company;
- one provider code;
- one identifier set;
- one claim route;
- one partner network.
The active tracking provider must be verified.
What about Andorra and Gibraltar?
These territories belong in the official MRW network context but can involve distinct customs, documents, service availability, proof, and charges.
Do not apply an ordinary Spanish mainland rule automatically.
MRW customs events
MRW, a franchise, or an appointed representative can transport a shipment, present documents, coordinate customs work, and collect eligible charges.
The government customs authority makes the official assessment, inspection, restriction, release, and enforcement decision.

=

Does customs information mean the parcel is cleared?
No.
A customs-related event can confirm:
- documentation created or transmitted;
- invoice or recipient information requested;
- broker processing;
- authority processing.
It does not prove:
- information accepted;
- assessment complete;
- duties paid;
- release;
- physical handoff.
Does customs release mean the destination carrier has it?
No.
The parcel can still require:
- terminal or platform processing;
- broker completion;
- physical transfer;
- destination injection;
- partner acceptance;
- tracking synchronization.
For the general boundary, see Customs Clearance Complete or Released from Customs.
Who supplies customs information?
| Request | Actor that may need to act |
|---|---|
| Goods description, invoice, value, or export documents | Sender, merchant, or shipper |
| Recipient identity or import information | Recipient through a protected official process |
| Carrier record or transport document correction | Sender/account holder and responsible MRW entity or franchise |
| Brokerage action | Named broker or authorized MRW process |
| Government assessment, inspection, or release | Customs authority |
| Missing movement after release | MRW, franchise, platform, or destination partner |
Do not upload identity, invoice, payment, or customs documents to a public tracker.
Is customs declared value the same as insurance?
No.
Insurance and liability depend on the applicable contract, route, service, value, law, and evidence.
Can MRW hold a parcel for charges?
Current terms can allow retention or non-delivery for eligible unpaid transport, customs, tax, storage, or related charges in specified circumstances.
That does not authenticate a payment request. Verify the actor, amount, and official process independently.
Can MRW override customs?
No. It can support the carrier or broker process but cannot guarantee or override a government decision.
For a longer action path, see Package Stuck in Customs.
Why MRW tracking can stop updating
A scan gap is an information condition.
Possible explanations include:
- shipment number created before handoff;
- pickup booked but not completed;
- parcel awaiting MRW receipt;
- office or Point handover awaiting network scan;
- franchise or platform processing;
- linehaul without public intermediate events;
- customs dependency;
- destination partner selected but not accepted;
- wrong Spain, Portugal, partner, return, Burofax, or freight reference;
- delayed data synchronization;
- actual operational delay.
Do not use one universal waiting period
No universal interval was confirmed across every MRW product, franchise, country, and partner.
Use observable triggers:
- sender claimed handoff, but MRW still shows pending receipt;
- an applicable service commitment was missed;
- an address, access, customs, payment, identity, or delivery exception appears;
- a destination number remains inactive after represented handoff;
- a Point or office deadline may be approaching;
- merchant, payment, insurance, carrier, or legal deadline is running;
- Delivered conflicts with receipt.
For the generic decision model, see Tracking Not Updating or Package Not Moving.
Preserve the raw event
Save privately:
- original wording;
- language;
- timestamp;
- location;
- office, franchise, or operator;
- shipment number;
- destination-partner number.
A normalized status can hide whether the event concerns creation, receipt, platform movement, customs, partner assignment, attempt, Point pickup, delivery, or return.
Delivery, receiver, and proof
Does Out for Delivery guarantee delivery today?
No.
It records a local delivery route. It does not guarantee:
- exact time;
- successful access;
- correct contact;
- same-day completion;
- personal handover.
Use Out for Delivery but Not Delivered if the route does not complete.
What does Delivered prove?
Delivered confirms that the publishing system recorded a completed delivery outcome.
Current MRW domestic and international contract terms can treat delivery as completed when a capable person at the destination address accepts the shipment—even when that person is not the named addressee.
Therefore, Delivered does not automatically prove:
- personal handover to the named recipient;
- correct placement;
- package condition;
- complete contents;
- absence of later correction;
- public signature, photo, or GPS proof.
Possible receiver contexts can include:
- another capable adult at the address;
- reception or business employee;
- an authorized collector;
- an office or Point pickup user;
- a receiver allowed under the destination carrier’s rules.
For the evidence model, see What Does Delivered Mean?.
Can the sender obtain proof?
Current domestic contract terms can allow the sender to request:
- receiver name;
- delivery date;
- delivery time;
- copy of receiver signature
in the stated context.
This does not establish:
- universal public access;
- recipient access in every case;
- photo proof;
- GPS proof;
- one proof format across Portugal and international routes.
Proof can contain personal data and belongs in protected official processes.
Can 11Tracking retrieve proof?
No. It cannot retrieve a signature, receiver name, photo, GPS, identity document, or private delivery record.
What if MRW says Delivered but the parcel is missing?
Check:
- full delivery event and location;
- household members or capable persons at the address;
- reception, business desk, neighbour, office, or Point;
- merchant delivery details;
- responsible MRW office or destination carrier;
- proof route available to the sender or contract party;
- external purchase-remedy deadlines.
Follow Delivered but Package Not Received for the generic process.
Failed delivery, office collection, and return
What does “recipient absent or business closed” mean?
It is an attempted-delivery outcome.
The next action can depend on:
- service;
- sender instructions;
- responsible franchise;
- delivery arrangement;
- office or Point availability;
- destination partner.
No universal retry count was confirmed.
What does “pending collection at destination franchise” mean?
It indicates an office or franchise collection state in the publishing system.
Contact the named office through the official locator and confirm:
- exact location;
- readiness;
- opening hours;
- required ID or authorization;
- applicable pickup rule.
Do not visit a platform or unrelated office.
Does a failed delivery automatically go to an MRW Point?
No.
The next route can include:
- another instruction from the sender;
- office collection;
- Point collection;
- another delivery arrangement;
- return;
- destination-partner process.
Who controls the next instruction?
Current terms can require the sender to provide instructions when delivery cannot be completed.
The recipient may not hold the transport contract.
Does Return mean the sender has received it?
No.
return instructed
→ reverse route created
→ return transport
→ sender receives parcel
These are separate events.
MRW Devoluciones and ecommerce returns
MRW Devoluciones is a merchant-facing return-management environment, not the ordinary public tracking form.
How can an MRW return begin?
An official return flow can include:
- customer asks the merchant to return;
- merchant or platform authorizes;
- return code is generated;
- customer confirms;
- label is generated;
- MRW collects or receives the parcel at an approved office;
- MRW transports the return;
- merchant decides the commercial remedy.
Does a return code mean MRW has the parcel?
No.
Can I enter a merchant return code into the general tracker?
Only when the merchant or official MRW record identifies it as the carrier shipment number and the active provider supports it.
Does return delivery mean refund?
No.
MRW can record carrier delivery to the return destination. The merchant or marketplace controls:
- inspection;
- eligibility;
- refund amount;
- refund timing.
Can 11Tracking create or authorize the return?
No. It cannot create a label, authorize a return, arrange collection, contact the merchant, or issue a refund.
COD, charges, and payment requests
MRW can offer reimbursement or COD-related services in selected contract and territory contexts.
A genuine MRW carrier record does not authenticate the merchant, order, contents, or payment request.
What can a charge represent?
- transport;
- COD;
- customs;
- VAT, IGIC, AIEM, or another tax;
- brokerage;
- storage;
- excess weight;
- redirection;
- return.
Verify the exact actor and official process.
Can 11Tracking pay or release a shipment?
No. Do not enter card, banking, payment-token, or identity data into the tracking form.
Damage, delay, loss, claims, and liability
MRW claim rules depend on the exact contract and problem.
Important variables include:
- domestic or international;
- online or office/franchise;
- FITMAN, responsible franchise, or INTERLOCK contract;
- sender or recipient role;
- visible damage, concealed damage, delay, partial loss, or total loss;
- road, air, or multimodal transport;
- optional insurance;
- governing law or convention.
Is there one MRW claim deadline?
No.
Current domestic terms use different notice periods for visible damage, concealed damage, and delay. Current international terms use a different sender-focused framework and can defer to a shorter applicable convention or national law.
Do not rely on one number quoted without the correct contract and issue.
Act promptly through:
- responsible MRW office or franchise;
- current official complaint form;
- sender or merchant;
- destination carrier where it controls the local event;
- payment, marketplace, or insurance route where relevant.
Who files the claim?
The recipient can report a problem or make damage reservations without necessarily being the transport contract party.
Depending on the contract, the sender, merchant, account holder, franchise customer, or another eligible actor can control the formal claim or compensation.
Does the public complaint form prove eligibility?
No.
It is an official intake route. It does not, by itself:
- establish the claimant;
- preserve every contractual or legal deadline;
- prove liability;
- guarantee payment.
What evidence should be preserved?
Keep privately:
- MRW shipment number;
- sender receipt;
- merchant order;
- office or franchise details;
- package and labels;
- damage photos;
- evidence of contents and value;
- delivery or attempt record;
- receiver details where lawfully available;
- communications;
- customs and payment records;
- claim submission confirmation.
Do not discard packaging before the responsible party confirms whether inspection is required.
Is compensation always the full item value?
No.
Liability and insurance can depend on:
- contract channel;
- product;
- transport mode;
- route;
- actual value;
- customs value;
- special insured value;
- packaging;
- excluded goods;
- evidence;
- applicable law.
The customs declared value is not automatically the insured value.
For the general process, see Package Claim Guide.
Who should act on an MRW shipment?
Use the actor controlling the latest confirmed stage.
| What the record shows | Best first contact |
|---|---|
| Merchant order, no MRW shipment number | Merchant or marketplace |
| Shipment number created, pending MRW receipt | Sender, merchant, or responsible MRW office |
| Pickup booked, no collection | Sender and responsible franchise or office |
| Submitted at office or Point, no later event | Responsible office/franchise and submission location |
| MRW or franchise accepted, then stalled | Responsible office/franchise and sender |
| Platform named in tracking | Responsible office—not an unverified visit to the platform |
| MRW Point named, no readiness message | MRW/current office |
| MRW Point ready | Named Point or office using official ID/authorization/PIN rules |
| Delivery arrangement needed | Official Concertar entrega process or responsible office |
| International partner named, no acceptance | MRW and sender |
| Destination partner accepted | Destination carrier |
| Customs documents requested | Specifically named sender, recipient, MRW/broker, or authority |

| Delivered but missing | Delivery operator, sender/merchant, and official claim route |
| Visible or concealed damage | Preserve parcel/evidence; responsible MRW contract route and merchant |
| Return label only | Merchant or return platform |
| Return delivered, no refund | Merchant or marketplace |
| Suspicious attachment, SMS, link, or phone number | Independently opened official MRW and merchant/payment channel |
For the generic actor model, see Who Should You Contact About a Package?.
Verify MRW messages, attachments, and phone numbers
MRW’s official fraud guidance warns about:
- phishing;
- smishing;
- malicious attachments;
- fake websites;
- phone impersonation;
- false phone numbers in search results;
- premium-rate calls.
A real shipment number does not authenticate a message.
Safer verification sequence
- Open
mrw.esormrw.ptindependently. - Use the official shipment tracker.
- Find the responsible office through the official MRW office locator.
- Open the official delivery, Point, claim, return, or customs action independently.
- Do not open an unexpected attachment that claims it is required for delivery.
- Do not call an unverified premium-rate or high-cost number.
- Do not disclose an SMS code, customer password, pickup PIN, card, identity document, or customs file through an unverified channel.
- Confirm the merchant separately.
Tracking ambiguity does not prove fraud, theft, false attempt, franchise misconduct, driver misconduct, or customs seizure.
See Fake Delivery Message or Tracking Scam for the wider process.
Protect MRW shipment and identity data
Treat these as sensitive:
- shipment number;
- merchant order;
- destination-partner number;
- office number;
- customer number;
- password;
- phone;
- SMS access code;
- WhatsApp consent;
- pickup PIN;
- name;
- email;
- complete address;
- ID, passport, or residence permit;
- authorization;
- signature or proof;
- customs documents;
- declared value;
- payment;
- complaint evidence.
Use only the supported shipment number in the protected tracking form.
Do not place raw shipment or identity data in:
- URLs;
- titles;
- canonicals;
- metadata;
- Open Graph;
- JSON-LD;
- public screenshots;
- forum posts;
- analytics;
dataLayer;- logs;
- AI prompts.
Official MRW systems may require more information to verify identity, arrange delivery, or release a parcel. That does not make those fields appropriate for an independent tracking page.
Frequently asked questions
What is MRW?
MRW is an Iberian parcel and logistics network using group companies, independent franchises, offices, MRW Points, platforms, subcontractors, and international partners.
Is MRW one company?
Not for every shipment. The contract can involve FITMAN, a responsible MRW franchise, INTERLOCK EXPRESS, or another entity depending on the channel and service.
What is FITMAN?
FITMAN, S.L. appears in official MRW website, tracking, privacy, data-coordination, and selected online domestic contract contexts. It is not automatically the carrier for every office or international shipment.
What is INTERLOCK EXPRESS?
INTERLOCK EXPRESS, S.A. is named in selected official international online contract terms. It should not be treated as the universal company behind every international MRW parcel.
Is an MRW franchise independent?
Official MRW privacy material says franchises can be independent data controllers for their own customers. The responsible office or franchise can therefore matter for support and claims.
Is MRW Spain the same as MRW Portugal?
They share the MRW brand and public web architecture, but the exact entity, provider mapping, office network, terms, and claim route can differ.
Is MRW the same as Correos Express, SEUR, CTT, NACEX, GLS, DHL, or DPD?
No. These are separate carriers or networks. One can appear as a partner without becoming an MRW alias.
Is an MRW Point the carrier?
No. It is an associated establishment for supported deposit or collection workflows.
Can I collect at an MRW logistics platform?
Do not assume so. Official MRW office information says platforms and logistics centres do not provide public collection or delivery service.
Which number should I enter?
Enter the supported MRW shipment number shown on the official receipt, merchant shipping notice, or MRW record.
Does MRW use one fixed number format?
No universal official format was confirmed. Do not identify MRW from length or prefix alone.
Can I enter my merchant order number?
No, unless the merchant explicitly identifies it as the MRW carrier shipment number.
Can I track using my phone number?
Not through this independent page. Mi MRW can use phone and SMS verification in its protected official workflow.
Can I enter an SMS code?
No. An SMS code is an access credential, not a public shipment number.
Can I enter my MRW customer number and password?
No. Those are subscribed-account credentials.
Can I enter an MRW Point pickup PIN?
No. A pickup PIN can enable collection. Keep it private.
Can I enter a return code?
Only when it is explicitly the carrier shipment number and the active provider supports it.
Can I track MRW Burofax here?
Not as an ordinary parcel. Use the official Burofax process.
Does a correct MRW number mean MRW has the parcel?
No. The official tracker can say the correct number is still pending receipt by MRW.
Does booking a pickup prove collection?
No. Booking is a request. Look for a collection or receipt event.
Does an MRW Point deposit prove final network acceptance?
It confirms the stated submission workflow, not every later platform, customs, partner, or delivery stage.
What confirms MRW received the parcel?
Look for an event clearly showing collection, receipt, acceptance, or processing by MRW or the responsible franchise.
Does MRW tracking show exact GPS?
No current official evidence reviewed supports a public continuous-GPS promise for ordinary parcel tracking.
Does In Transit mean the parcel is moving now?
Not necessarily. It can cover processing, linehaul, customs, partner movement, or return.
What does recipient absent or business closed mean?
It is an attempted-delivery outcome. It does not establish one universal retry or Point-routing rule.
What does pending collection at destination franchise mean?
It means the parcel is in an office/franchise collection process. Confirm the exact office, readiness, hours, ID, authorization, and pickup requirements.
Does an office or Point name mean the parcel is ready?
No. Wait for an explicit readiness event or notification.
Is the shipment number enough to collect?
Not always. Official pickup can require ID, authorization, or PIN.
How long does MRW hold a parcel?
No universal current office or Point holding period was confirmed. Follow the exact notification and responsible location.
Can someone else collect my parcel?
Possibly under the named location’s official authorization and identity rules.
Can I change the address or delivery date?
Possibly through the official Concertar entrega process or responsible office, depending on service, stage, sender authority, and operator.
Does submitting a delivery request guarantee the change?
No. Request, acceptance, route update, and completion are different stages.
Can 11Tracking arrange the delivery?
No.
Does MRW always deliver in less than 24 hours?
No. Service timing depends on the purchased product, route, cutoff, day, customs, and exceptions.
How many delivery attempts does MRW make?
No universal attempt count was confirmed.
Does MRW always call before delivery?
No universal call obligation was confirmed. Alerts depend on service and valid contact data.
Does MRW deliver every international last mile?
No. A destination partner or subcontractor can perform the local leg.
Does another carrier number prove handoff?
No. It can be created before physical acceptance.
Are international transit times guaranteed?
No. Current official guidance describes them as indicative and counts them from platform departure to principal destination cities, subject to customs and route conditions.
Is MRW the customs authority?
No. MRW, a franchise, or a broker can coordinate customs work. The government authority makes the decision.
Does customs information mean clearance?
No. It shows a customs-related process, not completed release.
Does customs release mean the local carrier has it?
No. Physical transfer and destination-carrier acceptance can occur later.
Is customs declared value the same as insurance?
No. Customs value, insured value, and compensation are different concepts.
Why is MRW tracking not updating?
The shipment may await MRW receipt, office or platform processing, customs, partner acceptance, Point transfer, or system synchronization. The reference may also belong to another system.
How long should I wait?
No universal interval applies. Use exact events, contracted service, exceptions, Point readiness, and external deadlines.
Does Out for Delivery guarantee delivery today?
No. It records a local route, not a guaranteed outcome.
What does Delivered prove?
It proves that the publishing system recorded completion. Current terms can allow delivery to a capable person at the destination address even if that person is not the named addressee.
Can the sender get the receiver’s name or signature?
Current domestic terms can allow sender-facing name, date, time, and signature proof in the stated contract. Access and format are not universal.
Can 11Tracking retrieve a signature, photo, or GPS?
No.
What is MRW Devoluciones?
It is a merchant-facing return-management service, not the ordinary public parcel tracker.
Does a return code mean MRW has the parcel?
No. Authorization, label generation, carrier acceptance, merchant receipt, and refund are separate.
Does return delivery mean refund?
No. The merchant or marketplace controls refund eligibility and payment.
Is there one MRW claim deadline?
No. Domestic and international contracts use different rules, and issue type, channel, transport mode, and law matter.
Who can file the claim?
The sender, merchant, account holder, recipient, or another actor may have different reporting and compensation rights depending on the contract and event.
Does the complaint form guarantee payment?
No. It is an official intake route, not proof of eligibility or liability.
What evidence should I keep?
Keep the shipment number, receipt, order, packaging, labels, photos, value evidence, delivery record, communications, and claim confirmation privately.
Can a real MRW number appear in a scam?
Yes. A real number does not authenticate an email, SMS, attachment, payment link, merchant, or phone number.
Does MRW send attachments that must be opened for delivery?
MRW’s fraud guidance warns that an unexpected attachment claiming it must be opened for delivery is likely fraudulent.
Can search results show fake MRW phone numbers?
Yes. MRW warns about false phone numbers and premium-rate calling schemes. Use the official MRW site and office locator.
Can 11Tracking contact MRW, change delivery, clear customs, retrieve proof, or file a claim?
No. It displays supported public tracking information and helps organize the evidence only.
Keep MRW and destination-partner updates together in USTracking
When a supported MRW shipment later exposes a verified destination-carrier or return shipment number, USTracking can help preserve the available public records and monitor later updates.
Use it as a tracking companion—not as MRW, an office, a Point, a customs broker, merchant, return platform, or claims service.
USTracking cannot:
- contact MRW or a franchise;
- identify a private courier;
- reveal continuous GPS;
- use phone, SMS, account, or pickup credentials;
- arrange delivery;
- change an address or date;
- authorize collection;
- submit customs documents;
- pay charges;
- retrieve protected proof;
- create a return;
- contact the merchant;
- file a claim;
- recover a parcel;
- guarantee delivery.

Scope and limitations
This page provides an evidence-based explanation of MRW parcel tracking across the Iberian franchise network, offices, Points, logistics nodes, group companies, customs, subcontractors, and destination partners.
It does not diagnose a live shipment without attributable events, establish one universal MRW legal entity, identify a private courier, expose exact GPS, determine legal liability, publish one universal claim or customs rule, or guarantee delivery.
Material limits:
- MRW is a franchise, group-company, office, Point, subcontractor, and partner network.
- FITMAN, an MRW franchise, and INTERLOCK can apply in different official contract contexts.
- Shared branding does not establish one provider or physical operator.
- The public tracker accepts a shipment number, but no universal MRW number format was confirmed.
- Merchant orders, account credentials, phone/SMS codes, pickup PINs, return authorizations, Burofax references, partner numbers, and freight records are different.
- A correct shipment number can exist before MRW physically receives the parcel.
- Booking, submission, receipt, processing, customs, partner acceptance, delivery, and return are separate evidence stages.
- An MRW Point is an associated establishment, not automatically the carrier.
- A Point or office name does not prove readiness.
- Platforms and logistics centres are not public pickup locations.
- Protected delivery and identity workflows belong only on official MRW surfaces.
- Domestic service timing and remedies are product-specific.
- No universal delivery-attempt or holding-period rule was confirmed.
- International transit guidance is indicative and customs-sensitive.
- Partner assignment does not prove physical acceptance.
- MRW, a franchise, or a broker does not replace the government customs authority.
- Customs data submission is not release; release is not destination-carrier acceptance.
- Customs declared value is not insured value.
- Delivered can involve a capable person at the address other than the named addressee.
- Proof availability and access are contract- and route-specific.
- Return movement is not merchant refund.
- Domestic and international claim rules differ.
- No universal claim deadline or compensation amount applies.
- A real shipment number does not authenticate an email, SMS, attachment, payment link, merchant, or phone number.
- 11Tracking and USTracking cannot contact MRW, arrange delivery, use protected credentials, clear customs, retrieve proof, file a claim, recover a parcel, or guarantee delivery.
