THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS PACKAGE TRACKING

The Professional Couriers Tracking

Track one supported The Professional Couriers consignment with the complete number, including its three-letter station-code prefix. A booking record does not necessarily prove physical receipt. Branch, bag, serviceability, delivery, POD, RTO, product guarantees, and claim ownership must be interpreted from the exact event, booked service, and responsible office.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not The Professional Couriers, TPC, TCI Express, DTDC, Trackon, Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, CouriersPlease, or The Courier Guy and cannot invent a station prefix, contact a branch, retrieve POD or DRS detail, stop RTO, file a claim, or issue a refund. Enter one complete supported consignment number including its three-letter station-code prefix. Digits-only values, missing prefixes, merchant order IDs, Ref No. values that are not supported identifiers, DRS values, POD request references, payment references, names, phones, emails, and addresses are not available on this form. Do not guess a station prefix from the city or PIN code. Booking Completed does not prove physical receipt. Bag Received at is not confirmed item-level processing. Out for Delivery is not a same-day guarantee. Delivered is not automatic POD. RTO is not sender receipt or refund.

Track one supported consignment using the complete The Professional Couriers number, including its official three-letter station-code prefix. If the sender provided only digits, do not guess the prefix from the origin city. Ask for the full number shown on the booking receipt, label, or official dispatch record.

A recognised number or Booking Completed event does not necessarily prove that the physical parcel, document, or cargo item was handed to The Professional Couriers. Stronger evidence comes from a pickup, acceptance, origin-station receipt, dispatch, or later facility event.

The Professional Couriers uses a branch-and-hub network. Read booking, station, bag, dispatch, destination-office, delivery-run, POD, and RTO events as separate evidence levels. Do not treat booking as possession, a bag scan as a confirmed item-level scan, out for delivery as a guarantee, delivered as recipient signature, or RTO as a refund.

How to track a The Professional Couriers consignment

Use the number supplied by the sender or shown on the TPC booking receipt.

On 11Tracking:

  1. enter one supported consignment number;
  2. include the three-letter station-code prefix;
  3. review whether the first event is only booking data or physical handling;
  4. read the station, branch, hub, bag, area, date, and time fields carefully;
  5. route the next action to the sender, booking office, current station, destination office, Customer Care, or merchant.

The official TPC website currently exposes four tracking modes:

  • Domestic
  • International
  • Ref No.
  • Mass

Those modes are not interchangeable.

What not to enter

Do not enter:

  • a merchant order number unless the official Ref No. workflow explicitly supports that exact reference;
  • a DRS number as the primary consignment number;
  • a POD request number;
  • a pickup credential;
  • a phone number;
  • a complete address;
  • a payment reference;
  • several numbers pasted as one value.

Use the official plural brand

The carrier's official brand is The Professional Couriers.

Common search wording includes:

  • Professional Courier;
  • Professional Couriers;
  • TPC;
  • TPC Courier.

This page is about the Indian carrier. It is not a generic guide to professional courier services and is not a page for DTDC, Trackon, TCI Express, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, CouriersPlease, or another similarly named company.

What The Professional Couriers is

The Professional Couriers is an Indian courier and cargo company operated by The Professional Couriers Private Limited. Official corporate material says it was founded in 1987.

Its services include domestic documents and parcels, cargo, specialised delivery products, logistics support, and international shipping.

Branch-and-hub operating model

Official materials describe a hub-and-spoke network using:

  • booking offices;
  • branches;
  • sub-hubs;
  • major hubs;
  • regional offices;
  • delivery points;
  • air, rail, road, bus, and vehicle capacity;
  • warehouses and storage facilities;
  • international gateways and associates.

This explains why tracking can show several cities or branches before delivery.

A scan in another city does not automatically prove:

  • wrong address;
  • incorrect route;
  • loss;
  • return;
  • a change of destination.

Booking office and destination office are different roles

The booking office accepted or recorded the shipment.

The destination office handles the destination city, PIN code, delivery area, or local exception.

The office shown by the three-letter prefix can identify the booking namespace or station. It does not necessarily identify the parcel's current location or the office that will deliver it.

The Professional Couriers tracking number

The official FAQ instructs users to enter the consignment number with its three-alphabet station-code prefix.

A safe structural description is:

three-letter station or booking prefix
+
numeric consignment sequence

Example structure only:

ABC123456789

This is not a real tracking number and does not identify an actual station.

Why the three-letter prefix matters

The prefix can help the tracking system distinguish:

  • booking station;
  • regional namespace;
  • consignment series;
  • correct carrier record.

If it is missing, the digits can be ambiguous or untraceable.

Do not guess the prefix

Do not derive a missing station code from:

  • origin city;
  • merchant location;
  • branch directory;
  • PIN code;
  • another TPC shipment;
  • an unofficial tracking site.

A city can have several stations or operational codes, and the booking namespace may not match the city name.

Ask the sender or booking office for the complete number.

Is every number the same length?

No exhaustive official total length is published for every TPC domestic, international, reference, cargo, return, or historical identifier.

Some third-party sites publish fixed digit ranges, but those claims conflict with the official station-prefix instruction.

Use the complete official number rather than an unofficial universal regex.

Lowercase letters, spaces, and hyphens

A copied number may include lowercase letters, whitespace, or separators.

A tracking form can conservatively normalise obvious formatting, but the underlying letter-and-digit sequence must remain unchanged.

Do not add a missing station code.

Order number versus consignment number

A merchant order number identifies the purchase.

A TPC consignment number identifies the carrier shipment.

If tracking fails:

  1. compare the number with the booking receipt or dispatch notice;
  2. check for the three-letter prefix;
  3. ask whether the seller used The Professional Couriers;
  4. request the complete carrier number;
  5. do not assume the parcel is lost.

The four official tracking modes

Domestic

Use the Domestic mode for a supported India domestic consignment.

The number commonly includes the official station-code prefix described in the FAQ.

International

Use the International mode for a supported international consignment booked through TPC.

An international number, route, event history, customs workflow, or partner handoff may differ from a domestic shipment.

Ref No.

The official tracker exposes a Ref No. mode.

Public official material reviewed for this page does not define every accepted reference type.

It can support a business or booking reference in an applicable account workflow, but this does not mean every e-commerce order ID is trackable.

Mass

TPC provides multiple-consignment tracking, including Standard and Premium contexts.

11Tracking's public carrier form is designed for one supported shipment at a time. Do not combine several private or commercial shipment records into one public query unless the product explicitly supports secure bulk tracking.

Tracking evidence ladder

A typical TPC shipment should be interpreted in stages:

Consignment number recognised
        ↓
Booking completed or data recorded
        ↓
Physical pickup, drop-off, acceptance, or origin receipt
        ↓
Origin branch or hub processing
        ↓
Bagging, manifest, or dispatch
        ↓
Intermediate station, branch, or hub receipt
        ↓
Destination branch receipt
        ↓
Delivery-run or DRS-related stage
        ↓
Out for delivery
        ↓
Delivered, unavailable, refused, address exception, or RTO
        ↓
POD, complaint, return receipt, refund, or claim

Each event has an evidence ceiling. Do not infer a later stage from an earlier one.

Booking completed versus physical receipt

Booking Completed or similar wording can mean that a shipment record or booking was created.

It can confirm:

  • a consignment number exists;
  • booking data was entered;
  • a branch, account, or integration created a record.

It does not necessarily confirm:

  • physical pickup;
  • branch-counter tender;
  • origin-station acceptance;
  • dispatch;
  • movement.

Stronger evidence of possession

Look for exact wording equivalent to:

  • picked up;
  • accepted;
  • received at origin office;
  • received at station;
  • physical scan or tender.

The exact runtime wording can vary. TPC does not currently publish one complete public status glossary.

Booking shown for several days

When tracking remains at booking:

  1. compare the sender's promised dispatch date;
  2. ask for pickup or counter-receipt evidence;
  3. contact the sender first;
  4. contact the booking office if the sender says the parcel was handed over;
  5. ask which event proves physical acceptance.

Do not tell the recipient that the parcel is moving without a movement event.

Despatched, received, and bag events

TPC tracking can expose branch or network wording such as:

  • Despatched to;
  • Received at;
  • Bag Received at;
  • similar station or hub events.

TPC does not publish one complete official consumer dictionary defining every phrase. Interpret the exact record conservatively.

Despatched to

A dispatch event can confirm that movement was recorded toward a named station, branch, hub, or area.

It does not confirm arrival there.

Received at

A receipt event can confirm arrival at the named operational point.

It does not automatically mean:

  • destination branch;
  • item ready for collection;
  • out for delivery;
  • successful delivery.

Bag Received at

Courier networks can group consignments into bags or containers.

A bag-received event can confirm receipt of the grouped dispatch at a station.

It may not prove:

  • individual item de-bagging;
  • item-level verification;
  • item-level destination scan;
  • pickup readiness;
  • delivery-run assignment.

Use a later item or delivery event when available.

Repeated branch movement

A parcel can move through the same or nearby stations because of:

  • consolidation;
  • relay routing;
  • re-bagging;
  • rail or road schedules;
  • gateway processing;
  • route correction;
  • duplicate or delayed event publication.

Escalate when the parcel cycles repeatedly, moves away from the destination without explanation, or passes the applicable delivery promise without forward movement.

Branch, station, hub, and area meanings

Station

A named TPC operational point associated with a station code or local office.

Branch

A booking, processing, delivery, or customer-service office.

Hub

A larger sorting, consolidation, or transfer node.

Area

A destination or delivery-run area shown in tracking.

An area name is not a precise GPS location or proof of the exact delivery address.

Why tracking shows the wrong city

Before assuming a routing error, check whether the city is:

  • an origin hub;
  • regional sorting point;
  • air gateway;
  • rail or road transfer;
  • destination hub serving a wider region;
  • correction point after mis-sorting.

A scan location does not rewrite the recipient address.

PIN-code serviceability

TPC provides an official Network tool that can search by:

  • PIN code;
  • delivery area;
  • station;
  • station code.

Serviceable PIN does not guarantee every service

A destination can be serviceable for one product but not another.

Differences can include:

  • document versus cargo;
  • Express versus Surface;
  • Air Cargo;
  • premium products;
  • COD or FOD;
  • remote-area delivery;
  • international return;
  • door delivery versus branch collection.

Serviceable does not prove door delivery

A serviceable PIN can still involve:

  • associate delivery;
  • collection from a branch;
  • delivery to a nearby covered point;
  • sender instruction;
  • RTO after an unresolved exception.

Confirm the exact destination office and product before travelling.

Non-serviceable or disputed destination

When tracking or a branch reports an unserviceable area:

  1. verify the complete PIN code and address with the sender;
  2. check the official Network tool;
  3. ask the destination office which product or delivery method is unavailable;
  4. ask whether collection, correction, another delivery arrangement, or RTO applies;
  5. do not rely on an unofficial branch directory.

Out for delivery and DRS

Out for Delivery - Area or similar wording indicates that the consignment entered a local delivery-run stage for the named area.

It does not guarantee:

  • delivery that day;
  • a phone call;
  • a precise time;
  • successful address access;
  • another attempt after failure.

What is DRS?

A DRS number or field can appear in some delivery records or tracking systems.

The official public TPC pages reviewed for this article do not provide one complete consumer definition or confirm universal public access.

It can be associated with a delivery run, delivery sheet, courier assignment, or proof record, but the exact meaning should be read from the official system.

Do not treat DRS as:

  • the primary consignment number;
  • automatic POD;
  • a signature;
  • a public recipient lookup key.

Repeated out-for-delivery events

Repeated route events can result from:

  • a failed attempt;
  • route capacity;
  • branch rescanning;
  • rescheduling;
  • address clarification;
  • a new local delivery run.

The event does not prove whether a courier called or visited. Preserve call logs, notifications, and the exact exception wording when disputing an attempt.

Delivery exceptions

Customer not available

This is a carrier-recorded reason for non-completion.

It does not independently prove:

  • the recipient was absent;
  • the correct phone number was called;
  • the correct address was visited;
  • the recipient caused the failure.

Door locked

This can indicate an access problem.

It does not identify:

  • which entrance;
  • visit time;
  • contact attempt;
  • whether a guard, reception, or secondary entrance was checked.

Party shifted

This can mean the carrier believes the recipient no longer occupies the address.

Because the conclusion can be based on local information, verify the address with the sender and destination office.

Address insufficient or incorrect

The sender generally controls the original shipment address.

Possible next actions include:

  • sender correction;
  • official recipient clarification;
  • branch collection;
  • RTO.

11Tracking does not collect or change full addresses.

Refused

Refusal can involve:

  • recipient decision;
  • wrong parcel;
  • visible damage;
  • COD or FOD dispute;
  • product mismatch;
  • another reason.

Preserve the exact event and contact the sender.

No universal attempt count

TPC's RTO policy mentions failed delivery attempts but does not publish one universal number for every service.

Do not assume:

  • two attempts;
  • three attempts;
  • next-day redelivery;
  • free redelivery;
  • a fixed branch-hold period.

The exact product, destination office, and event control.

Delivered status

Delivered - Area or another delivered event records a completed carrier outcome.

It does not automatically prove:

  • handover to the named buyer;
  • signature;
  • identity verification;
  • correct address;
  • intact contents;
  • absence of misdelivery.

Delivered area

The area field can help identify the delivery operation.

It is not a precise delivery coordinate and does not, by itself, identify the receiver.

Who received the parcel?

The tracking status may not show the receiver publicly.

For stronger evidence, request available delivery details or POD through the official route.

Proof of Delivery

TPC's official Features page says POD is available on request.

Product and consignment conditions can define:

  • requester eligibility;
  • request deadline;
  • written-request requirement;
  • record-retention period;
  • POD format;
  • availability of name, signature, stamp, or other detail.

Do not apply one POD deadline to every shipment

An official Pro EX document states that a written POD request must be made within 30 days of dispatch.

Displayed consignment-note conditions also include time-bound POD and record language.

Those statements can be product-, document-, or version-specific.

Safe action:

Request POD promptly from the official booking office or Customer Care and ask which current conditions apply to the exact consignment.

POD is not guaranteed to be public

A POD request can be available to:

  • consignor;
  • booking customer;
  • account holder;
  • authorised claimant;
  • recipient in an applicable support workflow.

Do not promise:

  • public signature download;
  • recipient name in the tracker;
  • indefinite record retention;
  • universal photo proof.

Delivered but not received

Use an evidence-first sequence.

Immediate checks

Check:

  • exact delivered date and time;
  • delivery area;
  • household members;
  • reception or office desk;
  • security or gate personnel;
  • authorised receiver;
  • sender-provided address;
  • any COD, FOD, stamp, or signature context;
  • local branch notification.

Request stronger evidence

Contact the destination office or official Customer Care and request the available delivery detail or POD.

The sender or account holder may have stronger contractual access.

Contact the sender

For an e-commerce order, ask the merchant to:

  • verify the full TPC number;
  • confirm the shipping address;
  • request POD;
  • open the transport investigation;
  • provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Do not infer misconduct from status alone

A delivered event does not prove theft, fraud, driver misconduct, or recipient error.

Preserve evidence and use the official complaint process.

Damage, wrong parcel, and missing contents

Visible damage

TPC's current Return Policy includes damaged delivery as a return-related case.

Preserve:

  • outer packaging;
  • inner packaging;
  • shipping label;
  • seals;
  • photographs;
  • damaged item;
  • delivery record;
  • booking receipt where available.

Notify the sender and TPC promptly.

Wrong parcel or incorrect shipment

The Return Policy also recognises incorrect shipment delivery.

Possible causes include:

  • merchant packing error;
  • label exchange;
  • branch handling error;
  • misdelivery.

Tracking alone cannot determine which occurred.

Missing contents

Possible causes include:

  • incomplete merchant packing;
  • parcel damage;
  • loss from the package;
  • tampering;
  • split shipment.

Preserve packaging and contact the sender. The consignor or direct customer may need to open the carrier claim.

RTO and return

RTO means return to origin.

TPC's current Return, Refund & RTO Policy lists possible RTO causes including:

  • incorrect address;
  • customer unavailability;
  • refusal;
  • failed delivery attempts.

RTO does not mean refund

The process can be:

RTO initiated
→ parcel moves through return network
→ origin branch receives it
→ sender or customer receives or verifies it
→ refund, replacement, or claim is considered

Each step is separate.

Return requested before delivery

The policy says a customer can request return before actual delivery subject to applicable terms.

This does not establish that every recipient can intercept a parcel.

The booking customer, sender, or authorised account holder can control the request.

RTO and return charges

Return transport, handling, or RTO charges can apply under the pricing plan or service terms.

Do not assume return is free.

Direct TPC refund versus merchant refund

The current policy describes applicable refunds after the returned shipment is received and verified, with credit to the original payment method within a stated business-day range.

That is a direct courier-transaction context.

It does not guarantee that an online buyer will receive a merchant refund on the same schedule.

Shipping charges

The policy says shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to courier error, subject to applicable terms.

The commercial order refund remains the merchant's responsibility.

Delivery times and product guarantees

TPC publishes different services with different timing claims.

Express

Official product material describes next-day priority delivery for eligible destinations.

This is not a universal next-day guarantee.

Air Cargo

Official material describes 24–48-hour delivery in the applicable Air Cargo context.

It does not apply to Surface Cargo, remote areas, customs, or an unidentified product.

Dawn to Dusk

This is an eligible same-day product with booking and service conditions.

It is not the standard timeline for all TPC parcels.

ProPremium

The current ProPremium page advertises a time-bound service and product-specific 100% Money Back Guarantee wording.

Pro EX and Pro-Guaranteed

The official Pro EX document describes separate product terms and a double-courier-charge refund under a named guarantee.

Why the guarantee language differs

Possible reasons include:

  • different products;
  • different versions;
  • different routes;
  • different booking conditions;
  • separate premium schemes.

Do not combine them into one TPC guarantee.

Before relying on a guarantee

Verify:

  1. exact product on the booking receipt;
  2. eligible origin and destination;
  3. promised delivery date;
  4. exclusions;
  5. current written terms;
  6. direct-paying customer or claimant;
  7. complaint and claim deadline.

Liability and insurance

TPC's official Features page says transit insurance can be arranged on request for non-insured goods.

This does not mean every shipment is insured.

Liability amounts are not universal

Displayed general consignment conditions and the Pro EX product document contain different liability wording and limits.

Do not publish one universal amount because the applicable result can depend on:

  • product;
  • document version;
  • declared value;
  • insurance;
  • direct customer contract;
  • nature of the goods;
  • applicable law.

Who can claim?

The consignor, account holder, direct-paying customer, or merchant often holds the booking receipt and contractual relationship.

The recipient can report the facts and supply evidence but may not automatically own the compensation claim.

Who should contact which office?

Sender or consignor

Best for:

  • missing station prefix;
  • proof of physical handover;
  • booking receipt;
  • product identification;
  • original address;
  • declared value;
  • insurance;
  • formal claim.

Booking office

Best for:

  • booking record;
  • origin acceptance;
  • dispatch;
  • product terms;
  • consignment-note conditions;
  • sender-side complaint.

The official FAQ specifically routes detailed delivery-status questions to the customer-service cell at the place of booking.

Current station or hub

Useful when tracking identifies a named station and the parcel is materially delayed there.

Use only official station details.

Destination office

Best for:

  • local serviceability;
  • delivery area;
  • failed attempt;
  • branch collection;
  • address clarification;
  • destination hold;
  • delivered event;
  • POD routing.

Corporate Customer Care

The official Customer Care page provides separate actions for:

  • registering a complaint;
  • tracking complaint-query status;
  • feedback.

Parcel tracking and complaint-query tracking are different systems.

Merchant

Best for:

  • order cancellation;
  • refund;
  • replacement;
  • wrong item;
  • missing contents;
  • seller-owned carrier claim.

TPC GO

TPC GO is an official app listed under The Professional Couriers Private Limited.

Official materials support shipping, tracking, and shipment-management context.

Do not assume it provides every private function, such as:

  • automatic recipient parcel discovery;
  • public POD;
  • redelivery booking;
  • address change;
  • driver map;
  • branch chat;
  • claim filing.

Use the current official app listing and in-app options for live functionality.

International The Professional Couriers shipments

TPC's official international material describes global services, gateways, alliances, and business associates.

A typical international route can include:

Indian booking office
→ origin station or hub
→ international gateway
→ export handling
→ airline or linehaul
→ foreign gateway or associate
→ customs
→ destination partner
→ final delivery

Service reach does not mean direct final-mile delivery

TPC can arrange service to many countries while an associate or partner performs later stages.

Do not infer the final carrier from the country alone.

International tracking mode

Use the official International mode when the shipment was booked as an international consignment.

Domestic and international identifiers or events may behave differently.

Secondary tracking number

A destination partner may use another number, but current official public materials do not confirm that every international shipment receives one.

Look for:

  • partner name;
  • handoff event;
  • secondary identifier;
  • destination acceptance;
  • partner facility scan.

Keep the original TPC number.

Customs

The responsible actor can be:

  • sender;
  • recipient or importer;
  • TPC;
  • broker;
  • international associate;
  • partner carrier;
  • customs authority.

11Tracking cannot submit documents, pay duties, or release the shipment.

Payment and fraud safety

TPC publishes a specific warning about delivery-charge requests.

Mobile links and UPI

TPC says it does not request delivery charges through mobile links or UPI methods.

Treat an unexpected request through those channels as suspicious.

Legitimate COD, FOD, or customs payment

The same official notice acknowledges that applicable:

  • COD;
  • FOD;
  • customs duty;

can be collected at physical delivery.

Therefore:

unexpected UPI or mobile-link delivery charge
→ suspicious under TPC's current warning

verified COD, FOD, or customs amount at physical delivery
→ can be legitimate for an applicable shipment
→ confirm against the order and official record

Verify a payment request

  1. enter the number on the official TPC site;
  2. verify the order with the sender;
  3. check whether COD, FOD, or customs applies;
  4. use official contact details;
  5. do not use an unofficial branch number;
  6. do not share bank credentials or one-time passwords.

Official contact safety

TPC warns that branch or regional numbers found outside the official website may not be authentic.

Use the current TPC Network, Contact Us, and Customer Care pages rather than copying a number from a directory, complaint site, or map result.

A real consignment number does not authenticate a caller or payment link.

Using 11Tracking and USTracking

11Tracking can display supported public tracking events for one supported TPC consignment.

It can help you:

  • preserve the full station-prefixed number;
  • distinguish booking from stronger possession evidence;
  • interpret branch, station, hub, bag, area, delivery, and RTO events conservatively;
  • identify the responsible office or commercial actor;
  • find current official actions.

USTracking can help organise supported tracking records and observe later public updates.

Neither service can:

  • invent a missing station prefix;
  • create or correct a TPC scan;
  • prove physical possession without an event;
  • provide live driver GPS;
  • contact a branch or courier;
  • change the address;
  • book redelivery;
  • obtain a private DRS record;
  • retrieve a signature or POD;
  • stop an RTO;
  • file a claim;
  • approve compensation;
  • issue a refund or replacement;
  • authenticate a payment link;
  • guarantee delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Is the official name Professional Courier or The Professional Couriers?

The official brand is The Professional Couriers. Professional Courier is a common singular search phrase.

What is TPC?

TPC is a common abbreviation for The Professional Couriers.

What does a TPC tracking number look like?

The official FAQ requires a three-letter station-code prefix followed by the consignment sequence. No exhaustive universal total length is confirmed.

Can I track with digits only?

Do not rely on digits alone. Ask the sender or booking office for the complete station-prefixed number.

Can I guess the prefix from the city?

No. Use the prefix printed on the official booking record.

Can I track with my order number?

Usually not in the ordinary consignment field. The official site has a separate Ref No. mode, but it does not mean every merchant order ID works.

What does Domestic tracking mean?

It is the official mode for supported India domestic consignments.

What does International tracking mean?

It is the official mode for supported international TPC consignments.

What is Mass tracking?

It is TPC's multiple-consignment tracking workflow. It is separate from one-at-a-time public tracking on 11Tracking.

What does Booking Completed mean?

It can confirm booking or system entry. It does not necessarily prove physical pickup or branch acceptance.

What proves TPC physically received my shipment?

Look for pickup, accepted, received at origin office, station receipt, or another event explicitly showing physical handling.

What does Despatched to mean?

It records dispatch toward the named operational point. It does not prove arrival.

What does Received at mean?

It records arrival at the named station, branch, or hub. It does not automatically mean out for delivery.

What does Bag Received at mean?

It can mean a grouped courier bag or container was received. It may not prove individual item processing.

Why is my parcel in another city?

TPC uses hubs and several transport modes. The city can be a sorting, consolidation, gateway, or transfer point.

What does Out for Delivery - Area mean?

It means the consignment entered a local delivery-run stage for the named area. It does not guarantee delivery that day.

Does the courier have to call me?

No universal call requirement was found in the reviewed official material. Preserve your call log and contact the destination office if an attempt is disputed.

How many delivery attempts does TPC make?

No universal number is published for every product. Follow the exact event and destination-office instructions.

What does Door Locked mean?

It is a carrier-recorded access exception. It does not prove which entrance was checked or whether a call occurred.

What does Party Shifted mean?

It indicates the carrier believes the recipient moved from the address. Verify the address with the sender and destination office.

Can I collect from the branch?

Possibly, but collection eligibility, office, ID, deadline, and product rules must be confirmed before travelling.

What is DRS?

It can be associated with a delivery run or record, but TPC does not publish one complete public consumer definition. It is not the primary tracking number.

What does delivered prove?

It proves a completed carrier outcome was recorded. It does not automatically prove named-recipient signature, correct address, or intact contents.

How do I request POD?

Request it promptly through the official booking office or Customer Care. Ask which current product terms, deadline, retention, and requester rules apply.

Is POD always available online?

No universal public POD access is confirmed.

What should I do if tracking says delivered but I received nothing?

Check the exact area and time, contact the destination office, request available POD, and ask the sender to open the investigation and commercial remedy.

What is RTO?

RTO means return to origin. It is return movement, not proof of sender receipt or refund.

Does RTO mean my merchant refund has started?

No. The sender or merchant must receive and process the return under the sales relationship.

Can I stop RTO?

Do not assume the recipient can stop it. Contact the sender and official TPC office immediately.

Does TPC guarantee next-day delivery?

Only eligible products and routes can have time-bound claims. The carrier does not make one universal next-day promise.

What is the ProPremium guarantee?

The current ProPremium page uses product-specific 100% Money Back Guarantee wording. Verify the exact booking and current terms.

What is the Pro EX guarantee?

The official Pro EX document describes separate product terms and a named double-courier-charge guarantee. It should not be merged with ProPremium.

Is every shipment insured?

No. Official materials say insurance can be arranged on request.

Who files a claim?

The consignor, account holder, direct-paying customer, or merchant often owns the formal transport claim.

Does TPC ask for UPI payment?

TPC says it does not request delivery charges through mobile links or UPI.

Can COD, FOD, or customs payment be legitimate?

Yes, for an applicable shipment at physical delivery. Verify the order, amount, and official carrier context.

Can 11Tracking contact TPC or obtain POD?

No. It displays supported public events and guidance but cannot contact branches, retrieve private proof, file claims, or change delivery.

This page was researched from current official The Professional Couriers tracking, FAQ, network, station, contact, complaint, operations, domestic and international service, Features, TPC GO, Return Policy, Disclaimer, privacy, website and consignment conditions, ProPremium, and Pro EX materials accessed on July 28, 2026.

It covers supported domestic and international TPC consignment tracking, station-prefixed identifiers, booking and physical-receipt evidence, branch and hub movement, PIN-code serviceability, delivery events, POD, RTO, product timing, claims, and payment safety.

TPC does not currently publish one complete public status dictionary, one universal consignment-number length, one universal attempt count, one universal branch-hold period, one universal POD deadline, one liability amount, or one guarantee for every product. Runtime event wording, DRS fields, international partner data, secondary numbers, and product eligibility can also differ.

The exact consignment record, booking receipt, current product terms, official booking office, destination office, Customer Care, merchant contract, and applicable law control.

The page does not diagnose a live consignment, invent a station prefix, collect a full address, retrieve private POD or DRS records, contact a branch, change delivery, stop an RTO, file a claim, issue a refund, authenticate a payment link, or guarantee delivery.
