RRD PACKAGE TRACKING

RRD Tracking

If your package context says RRD or RR Donnelley, start with the current package-tracking action published by RRD. RRD currently sends “Track a package” users to an ePost Global parcel-tracking portal. That route explains where to look now; it does not mean all current RRD business is ePost Global, and it does not prove that every historical RRD tracking number still works.

Spaces and dashes are accepted.

Independent tracking lookup. 11Tracking is not RRD, ePost Global, XPO, a seller, or a delivery carrier and cannot manage a shipment. Enter one package tracking or reference number from an RRD / RR Donnelley shipment context. The reviewed first-party sources do not prove that every historical RRD number remains compatible with current ePost tracking.

If your shipment, package notice, or older tracking context says RRD, RR Donnelley, or RRD International Logistics, use the package-tracking route that RRD currently publishes on its own Customer Service page. Its Track a package action currently opens an ePost Global parcel-tracking portal.

Official current RRD package action: RRD Customer Service — Track a package Current destination used by that RRD link: ePost Global Parcel Tracking

That routing is important, but its meaning is limited: current RRD and ePost Global are not the same company, and the reviewed first-party sources do not prove that every historical RRD tracking number remains compatible with current ePost tracking.

Where should I track an RRD or RR Donnelley package now?

Start from the current RRD Customer Service page when the package context itself says RRD or RR Donnelley. RRD currently lists several different support jobs—orders, accounts, quotes, package tracking, and other questions—and its package-tracking choice sends the user to the ePost Global parcel portal.

The destination portal accepts parcel tracking numbers, but that alone does not establish a universal RRD number format or guarantee that an old identifier will resolve today.

Use the name on your actual shipment context to choose the right owner:

  • RRD / RR Donnelley / historical RRD International Logistics package context: this RRD tracking guide and the current RRD-linked package action.
  • ePost Global / EPG shipment: use the separate ePost Global tracking guide.
  • Current XPO LTL or PRO freight: use the separate XPO LTL tracking guide.
  • Current RRD print, marketing, packaging, fulfillment, account, or order question without a parcel-tracking job: use the responsible current RRD service or support surface; do not assume it is an ePost shipment.

Why does RRD package tracking lead to ePost Global?

The connection has a documented business history.

RRD's SEC filings show that International Logistics was sold on November 3, 2020 as part of RRD's exit from its broader Logistics Business. Current ePost Global first-party history says its business began within R.R. Donnelley's Express Postal Options (XPO) division and evolved into the present ePost Global network.

That history helps explain why an RRD-labeled tracking job can now lead to ePost Global. The precise statement should stay narrow:

RRD's current package-tracking action routes to ePost Global, and ePost Global documents an RRD / Express Postal Options lineage.

It is less accurate to say simply that “RRD became ePost Global.” RRD still exists today as a separate company and brand, while the International Logistics business was divested.

Is current RRD the same as ePost Global?

No. Current RRD remains a separate present-day company and continues to present its own marketing, business-services, integrated-packaging, print, and related service portfolio.

The current package-tracking link is a routing fact, not an identity merger. If RRD appears on an invoice, print job, fulfillment record, sender field, corporate communication, or another business context, that does not automatically make the record an ePost Global shipment.

For tracking, first establish that the RRD wording belongs to a package or shipment context. Then use the current package action.

What was RRD International Logistics?

RRD International Logistics was part of the broader RRD Logistics Business that RRD disposed of in 2020. RRD's Form 10-K records the International Logistics sale on November 3, 2020. Current ePost Global history separately traces the business lineage through R.R. Donnelley's Express Postal Options operation.

This historical context is useful when an old order, shipment record, merchant page, or tracker still says:

  • RRD International Logistics;
  • RRD International Logistics U.S.A;
  • RR Donnelley;
  • R.R. Donnelley.

The historical name does not create a new present-day RRD carrier network, and it does not establish that every legacy identifier was transferred unchanged.

Does “XPO” here mean the current XPO freight company?

Not necessarily. In the RRD/ePost history, XPO can refer to Express Postal Options. Current XPO, Inc., by contrast, identifies itself as a North American asset-based less-than-truckload freight transportation company.

For that reason:

  • historical Express Postal Options / XPO belongs only in explicit RRD/ePost historical context;
  • current XPO LTL / PRO freight belongs to the XPO LTL tracking guide;
  • a bare XPO label is not enough to move a shipment into the RRD tracking model.

Will every old RRD tracking number work in the current ePost portal?

The reviewed first-party evidence does not confirm that.

The current RRD-linked portal provides a tracking-number input, but the reviewed RRD/ePost sources do not publish one universal historical RRD number contract. Do not assume any of the following are universal rules:

one legacy RRD prefix
one fixed number length
one regex
one checksum
one guarantee that every historical RRD number still resolves today

Third-party trackers may show example formats or old tracker URLs. Those examples are not enough to create a reliable universal rule for this page.

If the current official lookup returns no record, check the identifier exactly as supplied and use the tracking number not found guide instead of changing characters to fit a guessed RRD format.

What does an ePost portal result prove?

A result on the current RRD-linked ePost portal shows only what that tracking surface returns for the identifier you entered.

It does not establish:

  • that current RRD and ePost Global are the same company;
  • that every historical RRD identifier is compatible with current ePost tracking;
  • that the RRD-linked portal and every other ePost tracking surface use identical identifier support or backend semantics.

What if the number is not found?

First confirm that you have a carrier/package tracking number, not an order number, account reference, print-job ID, support ticket, purchase order, or another RRD business reference.

Then:

  1. copy the identifier exactly, including letters and leading zeros;
  2. try the current package-tracking action linked by RRD;
  3. do not rewrite the number to match a third-party format example;
  4. if the current official surface still has no record, follow the tracking number not found guide;
  5. if the real question is which company can act next, use Who Should I Contact About a Package?.

No result is not, by itself, proof that the parcel was never shipped, was lost, or is fraudulent.

Who should I contact?

Use the actor that controls the unresolved job:

What 11Tracking can and cannot do

11Tracking can help you enter a supported tracking number, interpret returned shipment evidence, distinguish RRD from ePost Global and current XPO, and route you to the responsible official action.

11Tracking and USTracking cannot recover a parcel, create or alter carrier scans, contact RRD or ePost Global on your behalf, reroute a shipment, clear customs, file a claim, force a refund or replacement, or guarantee delivery.

Official evidence used for this guide

The public facts on this page are based on current first-party RRD/ePost/XPO sources and RRD SEC transaction evidence, including:

  • current RRD Customer Service and its Track a package action;
  • the current ePost Global parcel-tracking portal reached from that RRD action;
  • RRD's 2020 Form 10-K and transaction-closing evidence for International Logistics;
  • current ePost Global first-party history connecting the business to R.R. Donnelley's Express Postal Options lineage;
  • current RRD corporate presentation showing RRD remains a separate present-day brand;
  • current XPO first-party corporate profile for the present-day LTL identity.

Scope and evidence limits

This page is intentionally narrow. It owns the RRD / RR Donnelley package-tracking question, including historical RRD International Logistics wording. It does not claim ownership of all present-day RRD services, ePost Global/EPG tracking intent, current XPO freight, DLS/TForce freight, merchant order tracking, or generic package problems.

Tracking hosts and support routes can change. If current RRD changes its official package action, the first-party RRD route should control over older third-party instructions.
