What is SNX / 深南兴?
SNX is strongly established as a current tracking/query label. Current Chinese tracking sources render the same identity as 深南兴. 17TRACK maps both its English SNX page and Chinese 深南兴 page to szsnx.com, while a current independent carrier directory maps SNX | 深南兴 | 深南興 to the same domain.
Recent technical metadata for szsnx.com exposes the Chinese company string 深圳市深南兴国际货运代理有限公司 and the keyword 深南兴. Together with the tracking-source mapping and repeated shipment attribution, that supports a bounded association between the SNX tracking identity, 深南兴, the Chinese company string, and szsnx.com.
The evidence does not establish a verified first-party English legal company name, and readable current first-party HTML was not available to confirm that the Latin label SNX is used as corporate branding. This page therefore uses SNX / 深南兴 as the evidence-safe tracking identity rather than inventing an English operator name.
Available domain metadata is consistent with an international freight-forwarding/logistics role. It references DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, USPS and China Post services, but those references do not mean SNX physically performs those carriers' networks or that any one of them handles every SNX shipment.
How to track an SNX shipment
Use the identifier supplied for the shipment exactly as given.
- Paste the identifier into the SNX tracking identifier field above.
- Keep every letter and digit unchanged.
- If the record resolves, read it as tracking-system evidence rather than a complete custody record.
- If a downstream carrier or local number appears, verify that item directly with the named carrier.
- If no recognizable record exists, ask the seller to confirm the actual shipping provider and identifier instead of assuming that a no-result proves loss or fraud.
If you are unsure which number is the shipment identifier, use Find and Verify a Tracking Number. If the identifier returns no record, use Tracking Number Not Found. If a valid record exists but stops changing, use Tracking Not Updating.
Which SNX tracking identifier should you use?
Public SNX examples reviewed for this page often begin with SNX followed by digits. That is an observation, not a universal format rule.
The reviewed evidence does not establish:
- an SNX prefix that every shipment must use;
- one fixed length;
- a checksum;
- a universal numeric-tail rule;
- a safe regex for identifying SNX shipments.
Use the identifier exactly as the seller or shipment record supplied it. Do not turn example numbers into a format rule.
17TRACK also uses generic labels such as Shipment ID, PRO number and Order ID in its tracking instructions. Those generic third-party labels are not accepted here as native SNX input policy.
What we could verify about `szsnx.com`
Current tracking sources associate SNX / 深南兴 with szsnx.com, and recent technical metadata for the domain exposes 深圳市深南兴国际货运代理有限公司 and 深南兴.
The evidence ceiling is equally important:
- direct current requests to
https://www.szsnx.com/timed out in this research environment; - direct current requests to the historical
/track.aspxroute also timed out; - the timeout is an access ceiling, not proof that the identity or domain is inactive;
- the historical deep route is therefore not presented as a verified current tracking page.
The bounded external destination is the associated SNX site. The primary tracking action on this page remains the 11Tracking form above.
What an SNX tracking record actually proves
An SNX record proves that a tracking system has a record under the SNX identity. It does not, by itself, prove continuous physical possession by SNX.
That distinction matters for cross-border forwarding. Different route stages can involve the seller, an origin warehouse, a forwarding or consolidation layer, line-haul transport, customs, a postal or commercial partner, a destination carrier, and the recipient.
A tracking-system match is therefore not the same thing as item-level custody. The strongest next evidence is shipment-specific: a named carrier, a recognized local number, or that downstream carrier's own item-level record.
Why some SNX tracking histories need extra verification
Several public third-party SNX shipment histories reviewed during this research show unusually repetitive origin/Hong Kong event sequences across different destinations and different shipment periods.
Those public pages do not disclose whether the displayed events came directly from a native SNX system, a seller or reseller feed, a tracking-data provider, or a normalization layer. The reviewed public histories therefore do not establish that the observed histories were fabricated.
The correct public conclusion is narrower: repetition is a material integrity signal that justifies seeking shipment-specific downstream evidence; it is not a fraud finding.
This section is an attributed observation of public third-party tracking histories. It is not a native SNX status dictionary and does not convert community commentary into carrier policy.
How to verify a local-carrier handoff
Some reviewed SNX histories contain the generic event “Delivery to local courier company.” In the examples audited for this page, that event does not name the destination carrier and does not expose a local/secondary tracking number.
Treat those as three separate propositions:
- a generic handoff event exists;
- a specific local carrier has been identified;
- that carrier has item-level acceptance evidence.
The first does not automatically prove the second or third.
Do not guess USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, or another carrier from the destination country. A downstream carrier becomes actionable only when shipment-specific evidence supplies a named carrier, a recognized local number, or the carrier's own item-level record.
For the status distinction, see Handed to Local Carrier. To identify a shipment-specific downstream provider, use Find the Last-Mile Carrier and Local Tracking Number. If the carrier is identified but its record remains silent, use Local Carrier Not Updating.
SNX says Delivered but the parcel is missing
The audited public examples often end in a generic Delivered event. In those examples, the visible history does not provide a delivery address, postcode, photo, signature, named last-mile carrier, or independent item-level final-carrier scan.
That means a generic SNX Delivered state establishes that the displayed tracking feed recorded a Delivered event. It does not, by itself, prove:
- that the named recipient personally received the parcel;
- where the parcel was left;
- which carrier performed the final delivery;
- that the seller owes or does not owe a refund;
- that a marketplace dispute or payment remedy has been decided.
If a named downstream carrier and recognized local number exist, verify delivery evidence in that carrier's own system. If no downstream carrier is identified, ask the seller for the named final-mile carrier, local tracking number, and delivery evidence for the specific order.
For the recovery workflow, use Delivered but Not Received. If a carrier can be identified, see Proof of Delivery, Photo, or Signature.
Is SNX a scam or fake tracking?
SNX is a real current tracking label in major tracking ecosystems. That fact does not validate an individual seller, purchase, or transaction.
Public delivered-not-received complaints, repeated-looking histories, and algorithmic website-risk scores are different evidence classes. None of them alone is an authoritative finding that SNX is fraudulent, and a seller's use of an SNX tracking record does not establish that the seller is legitimate.
Likewise, a delivered-not-received complaint does not prove that the underlying tracking history was fabricated. The reviewed public shipment histories do not establish fabrication; their provenance remains unresolved.
If the tracking record appears real but you are unsure whether it belongs to the order you paid for, use Fake or Unrelated Tracking Number.
Is SNX the same as China Post?
Do not treat SNX and China Post as interchangeable identities.
One reviewed public Q&A shows a user confusing an SNX shipment with China Post; the response attributes the shipment to the SNX-associated Chinese operator instead. Separately, indexed metadata for szsnx.com references China Post parcel services, but that does not mean every SNX record is a China Post shipment or that a China Post handoff occurred.
Require shipment-specific evidence before naming China Post or any other postal/commercial carrier as the downstream provider.
Who should you contact?
The reviewed evidence did not independently verify a current first-party SNX support phone or email from a fresh readable first-party surface. This page therefore does not republish aggregator-listed contact details as verified official support.
Use the actor that controls the missing evidence:
- No named final-mile carrier: ask the seller or merchant for the actual downstream carrier, local number, and delivery evidence.
- Named downstream carrier with a recognized local number: use that carrier's own tracking or support channel for final-leg evidence.
- Delivered but missing: preserve the order and tracking evidence, follow the seller/marketplace process, and use carrier-side delivery evidence when a carrier is identifiable.
- Unclear next actor: use Who Should I Contact About a Package? or the Official Carrier Support Directory.
- A carrier claim may be relevant after the responsible carrier and eligibility are established: see How to File a Package Claim.
11Tracking can help interpret public tracking information and route you to the responsible actor. It cannot create scans, verify private custody, contact SNX or the seller, identify a hidden carrier without shipment evidence, reroute a parcel, clear customs, recover a parcel, retrieve private proof of delivery, file or approve a claim, force a refund, or guarantee delivery.
What the current evidence does not confirm
The reviewed evidence does not establish:
- a freshly readable first-party SNX tracking interface;
- a verified current dedicated native tracking route;
- a current native SNX result schema or status glossary;
- a verified current first-party support phone or email;
- one universal SNX tracking-number format;
- a fixed prefix, length, checksum, or regex;
- generic Shipment ID / PRO / Order ID support as native SNX policy;
- one universal last-mile carrier;
- a destination-country rule for identifying the final-mile carrier;
- continuous physical custody by SNX across every route leg;
- that a generic local-courier handoff event equals item-level acceptance by a named carrier;
- that a generic Delivered event equals named-recipient possession;
- that repeated-looking public histories prove fabrication or fraud;
- an official first-party English legal name for 深圳市深南兴国际货运代理有限公司.

SNX / 深南兴 is referenced only to identify the reviewed tracking identity. 11Tracking is an independent tracking helper and is not presented as SNX / 深南兴 or its official support service.
Tracking events and delivery estimates come from connected tracking services and carriers. Updates may be delayed, incomplete or revised. 11Tracking does not transport packages and cannot change a delivery.
After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
