Official Carrier Support Directory

Find verified official tracking, support, missing-package, claim, proof-of-delivery, delivery-management, and service-alert routes for major carriers.

Use only the carrier-owned links below for the exact country, business unit, and action you need. Tracking, missing-package reports, claims, proof of delivery, delivery changes, service alerts, and telephone support often use different pages.

A number or tool listed for one division must not be applied to another division. The most important example is DHL: DHL Express and DHL eCommerce use different support models.

Every directory entry below was opened on an official carrier domain and verified on July 22, 2026. Telephone numbers are shown only when the exact carrier, country, business unit, and purpose were confirmed.

This directory verifies official channels. It does not establish that the carrier has the parcel, that you are authorized to use a tool, that a claim is eligible, or that the carrier is responsible for the remedy you need.

Not sure which organization should act? Start with Who Should I Contact About a Package?.

Before using the directory

Identify four things first:

  1. Carrier — the company named on the official tracking record.
  2. Country — the country page and telephone scope you need.
  3. Business unit — parcel, express, eCommerce, freight, postal, or another division.
  4. Action — tracking, missing-package report, claim, proof, delivery change, or service alert.

Do not use a number copied from a text message, forum, maps listing, social post, or third-party contact directory. Open the carrier’s official site independently.

Official routes

Official consumer-support model

For many DHL eCommerce consumer issues, the official U.S. FAQ directs the recipient to the merchant or online shop that arranged the shipment. This can include:

  • missing tracking ID;
  • delayed or missing shipment;
  • address questions;
  • damage or missing contents;
  • claim initiation.

This is a verified merchant route, not an incomplete directory entry.

Important limitations

  • DHL Express and DHL eCommerce are separate business units.
  • Do not borrow the DHL Express phone for an eCommerce shipment.
  • Destination tracking, proof, and delivery actions can depend on the service and final-mile carrier.
  • A merchant may have business-account support that is not available to the recipient.
  • No universal recipient claim or proof portal was verified for every DHL eCommerce U.S. shipment.

What the capability labels mean

Official public route

The carrier publishes a direct page that can be opened without an account. A tracking number or shipment detail may still be required.

Login required

The route is official but requires an account, authenticated shipment, or business relationship.

Shipment-specific

The tool appears only for a valid eligible shipment.

Eligibility-dependent

The route exists, but the service, event, user role, country, or shipment may not qualify.

Shipper-restricted

The sender or carrier account holder can prevent a recipient from using the action.

Merchant route

The carrier directs the consumer to the merchant or online shop because the merchant controls the carrier contract or investigation.

Not publicly verified

No sufficiently current official route was found. The field is omitted rather than filled from an unofficial source.

How these contacts were verified

Each published entry was checked through this chain:

carrier identity
→ country
→ business unit
→ carrier-owned domain
→ exact action page
→ current access
→ material limitations
→ verification date

A search result, familiar logo, toll-free format, or maps listing was not accepted as proof.

Telephone numbers received stricter review. Each published number had to match:

  • carrier;
  • country;
  • business unit;
  • purpose;
  • current official source.

A missing field is safer than a plausible but unsupported contact.

Phone and scam safety

Do not call a number copied from:

  • an unsolicited delivery text;
  • a customs-payment message;
  • a forum or comment;
  • an unofficial social account;
  • a maps listing;
  • a third-party contact directory;
  • a sponsored or lookalike website.

Open the carrier’s official site independently and verify the country and division before calling or submitting information.

Never share through an unknown caller or message:

  • one-time codes;
  • account passwords;
  • payment-card data;
  • full tracking or order numbers;
  • shipping labels;
  • addresses;
  • customs documents;
  • identity records.

Use Is This Delivery Text, Email, Fee, or Tracking Link Fake? when the contact request itself may be fraudulent.

What this directory does not establish

An official route does not prove:

  • the carrier has item-level possession;
  • the recipient is the eligible claimant;
  • the support agent can override shipper restrictions;
  • proof includes a photo or signature;
  • the package can be rerouted;
  • a live agent is available;
  • the telephone call is free from every network or country;
  • the carrier owes the buyer a refund;
  • the claim will be approved;
  • every local disruption appears on the alert page.

Use Who Should I Contact About a Package? to decide which organization controls the next action.

Keep carrier and support context together

USTracking can help you save shipments, identify visible carrier names from public tracking, organize recorded events, monitor later public updates, and open official carrier links:

USTracking cannot call or chat with a carrier, reach a live agent, open a support case, verify a caller on your phone, change a delivery, retrieve nonpublic proof, submit documents or payment, file a claim, or guarantee resolution.

Maintenance and review policy

This directory is a living reference.

  • Official links, redirects, domains, and page titles should be checked monthly.
  • Telephone numbers and digital-support entry points should be compared with current carrier sources monthly.
  • Every carrier entry and action route requires human verification at least quarterly.
  • A carrier rebrand, division split, phone change, support redesign, wrong-country redirect, material scam incident, or broken link requires immediate review.
  • If a number or route cannot be reconfirmed, it should be removed or marked unverified rather than preserved from memory.

Scope and limitations

This first directory release covers eight verified carrier and country entries. It is not a complete global carrier list.

Country pages, divisions, phones, login requirements, claim authority, delivery tools, and support routes can change. This page does not decide legal liability, collect shipment information, diagnose a live parcel, publish unofficial escalation methods, or replace the carrier, seller, sender, customs authority, marketplace, insurer, or payment provider.
