How to track a YunExpress parcel
Use the complete YunExpress parcel number shown in the merchant's shipping notice, order page, or dispatch email.
On 11Tracking:
- enter one supported YunExpress number;
- keep the original formatting unless the form normalises spaces or case;
- review the earliest event that proves physical receipt;
- look for a named last-mile carrier and secondary number;
- switch to the local carrier's official tracker after it records acceptance.
The current official consumer tracker is YunTrack. It asks for a YunExpress tracking number beginning with YT. Use YunTrack when you need to compare the original carrier record or locate a secondary number.
A YT number is not proof of possession
A number can exist before:
- the seller finishes packing;
- pickup occurs;
- an origin partner receives the parcel;
- YunExpress checks it into a facility;
- export processing begins.
The first useful question is not “Does the number exist?” but:
Which event first confirms that a physical parcel entered the YunExpress chain?
Look for wording equivalent to pickup completed, received, check-in, arrived at origin facility, or parcel accepted. Exact English wording can vary by product, translation, marketplace mirror, and partner feed.
What not to enter
Do not enter:
- a merchant order ID;
- a marketplace purchase number;
- an invoice reference;
- a locker code;
- a delivery PIN;
- a customs payment reference;
- a complete address;
- an air waybill unless the tracker specifically supports it;
- several tracking numbers pasted as one value.
When the store shows only an order number, ask it for the carrier tracking number.
What YunExpress is
YunExpress was founded in Shenzhen in 2014 and focuses on cross-border e-commerce logistics. Its legal website operator is Shenzhen Qianhai YunExpress Logistics Co., Ltd., and YunExpress is part of Zongteng Group.
Its published operating model can include:
Seller or warehouse
→ pickup or origin partner
→ YunExpress check-in and sorting
→ export processing and customs
→ international air or trunk-line movement
→ destination arrival and import customs
→ overseas sorting or transfer
→ local-carrier handoff
→ destination delivery
YunExpress can coordinate the route without physically performing every stage. Its official service terms allow affiliates and cooperating third-party carriers to carry out parts of the service, including destination delivery.
YunExpress is not always the doorstep carrier
The final carrier can be:
- a national postal operator;
- a nationwide parcel company;
- a regional carrier;
- a local e-commerce delivery service;
- another provider selected for the product or postcode.
Do not assume one fixed carrier for a country. The choice can vary by product, route, postcode, seller account, capacity, and date.
YunExpress, YunTrack, and Yuntu
- YunExpress is the principal English logistics brand.
- Yun Express is a common spacing variant.
- YunTrack is the official public tracking surface, not a separate carrier.
- Yuntu or Yuntu Logistics can refer to the same brand context in Chinese-language, platform, or community material.
A tracker still needs the verified carrier identity and supported identifier. A familiar brand name does not make every order reference trackable.
YunExpress and CIRRO are not automatically interchangeable
Some regional pages contain text associated with CIRRO or related business templates. That does not establish that every YunExpress parcel, carrier code, tracking number, support route, or delivery record is a CIRRO parcel.
Treat the brands separately unless the exact shipment or official current provider data explicitly connects them.
YunExpress tracking-number types
Several references can appear during one shipment. They do different jobs.
| Reference | What it identifies | Where it is useful | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|---|
YunExpress YT number | Consumer parcel record in the YunExpress chain | Origin, linehaul, customs, handoff, and mirrored delivery events | Physical receipt, product tier, or final carrier |
| Merchant order number | Purchase in the seller's system | Seller support, cancellation, refund, replacement | Carrier tracking |
| Last-mile tracking number | Destination-carrier parcel record | Local acceptance, facility, attempt, pickup, proof, delivery | That the carrier already possesses the item when the number is first created |
| AWB number | Air shipment or consolidated movement | Separate AWB tracking workflow | A one-to-one consumer parcel record |
| Pickup code, PIN, or delivery notice | Destination delivery or collection credential | Official local-carrier workflow | YunExpress parcel tracking |
What does a YunExpress number look like?
The official consumer surface tells users to enter a number starting with YT. Common parcel numbers use YT followed by digits.
Open official sources reviewed for this page do not publish one exhaustive rule proving that every historical, partner, platform, AWB, return, or last-mile identifier uses one fixed length.
Use the complete seller-provided number and validate it in the official tracker rather than rejecting it only because an unofficial length rule does not match.
Merchant order number versus carrier number
The store's order number identifies the purchase. YunExpress may never receive it as a searchable public identifier.
When the carrier tracker rejects the value:
- verify that you copied the shipping number rather than the order number;
- ask the seller whether the parcel was dispatched;
- request the YunExpress or local-carrier number;
- do not provide personal identity information to an unofficial tracker.
Last-mile tracking number
A destination-carrier number can appear before or after physical handoff.
It may be:
- created during pre-advice;
- inactive until the local carrier receives the parcel;
- visible in YunTrack or the seller's order page;
- the most useful number for delivery management;
- absent for a limited-tracking product.
Keep both the YT number and the local number. The YT history explains the international route; the local number can become more authoritative for the final delivery.
Air waybill number
YunExpress provides a separate AWB tracking platform. An airway bill can identify an air shipment or consolidated cargo movement rather than one consumer parcel.
Do not assume that the ordinary parcel form supports AWB references.
The YunExpress evidence ladder
A YunExpress journey should be read as a series of distinct evidence levels:
Order or shipping notice
↓
YT number or shipment data created
↓
Pickup requested
↓
Physical pickup or YunExpress facility check-in
↓
Origin sorting and export preparation
↓
Export customs and linehaul preparation
↓
International departure
↓
Destination arrival
↓
Import customs processing and release
↓
Destination sorting or overseas transit
↓
Last-mile pre-advice or handoff
↓
Named local carrier accepts the parcel
↓
Local facility, out for delivery, attempt, or pickup
↓
Delivered, returned, or unresolved exception
Each step supports a stronger conclusion than the previous one. Do not skip directly from shipment creation to “the carrier has it,” or from customs completion to “the local post office has it.”
YunExpress status meanings
YunExpress does not publish one complete public English glossary covering every phrase used across YunTrack, marketplaces, regional partners, translations, and historical products.
The table below groups common wording by evidence family. The exact event text on a live shipment should control.
| Status family or wording | What it can confirm | What it does not confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Shipment information received / label created / order data received | A digital shipment record exists | Physical pickup, check-in, movement, or dispatch |
| Pickup requested | Collection was arranged | Collection completed |
| Picked up / received / check-in / arrived at origin facility | Physical receipt by an origin party or YunExpress process | Export, flight departure, or customs completion |
| Processing / sorted / departed origin facility | Origin network handling | International departure |
| Export declaration / export customs processing | Export formalities are underway | Export release or loading |
| Export clearance completed | Export customs stage completed or released | Aircraft departure |
| Flight information received | Flight plan, booking, manifest, or pre-alert exists | Aircraft departure |
| International flight departed | Recorded linehaul departure | Direct flight, destination arrival, or customs release |
| International flight arrived | Arrival at a published airport or gateway | Final-country arrival, unloading, or customs release |
| Import customs submitted / in progress | Import processing is underway | Clearance or release |
| Customs clearance completed | A customs-processing milestone completed | Local-carrier possession or immediate delivery |
| Destination sorting / overseas transit | Movement after arrival or import | Final-mile carrier acceptance |
| Submitted to service provider | Data or an operational transfer was submitted | Individual parcel acceptance |
| Delivered to local carrier / local courier | A handoff-related milestone was recorded | Named carrier's item-level acceptance |
| Local carrier accepted / received / inducted | The named carrier recorded physical possession | Out-for-delivery or successful delivery |
| Out for delivery | Parcel assigned to an active local route | Guaranteed delivery that day |
| Delivered | Completed carrier outcome recorded | Personal receipt, correct location, or parcel condition |
Shipment information received or processing
Early wording is often the source of the longest disputes between buyers and sellers.
What an early digital event proves
It proves that:
- a shipment record was created;
- the seller or platform transmitted data;
- a label or reference may have been generated.
It does not prove:
- that the seller packed the parcel;
- that pickup occurred;
- that YunExpress received it;
- that the parcel moved;
- that the seller's dispatch promise was met.
When to contact the seller
Contact the seller when:
- the merchant's handling deadline passed;
- tracking remains digital-only;
- the seller claims dispatch but cannot identify a physical receipt event;
- the number was replaced or cancelled;
- the order platform shows conflicting tracking.
Ask a precise question:
Which tracking event confirms physical handover or YunExpress facility check-in?
Pickup, check-in, and origin facility events
Origin pickup can involve YunExpress or a local pickup provider.
A useful origin sequence is:
Pickup requested
→ pickup completed by origin provider
→ YunExpress check-in or facility receipt
→ sorting and export preparation
Why check-in matters
YunExpress's service terms use check-in as a material operational event connected to recorded quantity and weight. Consumer wording can differ, but a received, accepted, check-in, or facility-arrival scan is stronger than pre-advice.
What can happen after receipt
The parcel may still undergo:
- weighing and dimension review;
- compliance screening;
- relabelling;
- item restriction review;
- consolidation;
- export-document preparation;
- transfer to an export gateway.
Physical receipt does not mean the parcel is already on a flight.
Why the parcel moves to another Chinese city
YunExpress can consolidate parcels through origin hubs and export gateways. Movement from the merchant's city toward Shenzhen, Dongguan, Hong Kong, or another gateway can be normal.
A city scan is evidence of a network event, not proof of a wrong delivery address.
Flight and international linehaul events
YunExpress can use dedicated freighter capacity, airline partners, charter arrangements, ships, trucks, and other trunk-line services. Tracking wording does not identify the exact transport asset unless the event explicitly says so.
Flight information received
This can mean:
- a flight was planned;
- capacity was booked;
- a manifest or pre-alert was created;
- shipment data was associated with a route.
It does not mean the aircraft departed.
International flight departed
This is stronger evidence that the international linehaul began.
It still does not prove:
- a direct flight to the final country;
- the exact aircraft;
- arrival;
- unloading;
- customs entry;
- local-carrier handoff.
A parcel can travel through a regional gateway before reaching the destination country.
International flight arrived
This confirms arrival at the airport or gateway named by the event.
It may not confirm:
- arrival in the final delivery country;
- completion of unloading;
- import declaration acceptance;
- customs release;
- destination-carrier possession.
Why there can be no scan during a flight
Consumer parcel scans are event-based. A consolidated shipment can move between facilities without item-level public updates. The next visible event may appear only after unloading, customs submission, deconsolidation, or destination sorting.
YunExpress customs statuses
Customs is not one event. Export and import processes have separate stages.
Export customs
Possible stages include:
- declaration submitted;
- export processing;
- inspection or data review;
- clearance completed;
- released for export.
Export clearance does not prove that the parcel has been loaded or that the flight departed.
Import customs submitted or processing
This means a broker or authority is processing the import entry.
The parcel may wait for:
- product description;
- value or invoice;
- recipient or importer data;
- tax information;
- inspection;
- duty or fee assessment;
- authority decision.
Customs clearance completed
This is a completed or released customs milestone in the tracking system.
It does not prove:
- that the parcel left the customs-controlled area;
- that deconsolidation is complete;
- that the destination warehouse scanned it;
- that the local carrier accepted it;
- that delivery will occur immediately.
A normal post-clearance chain can be:
Customs clearance completed
→ customs handover
→ deconsolidation
→ destination warehouse or sorting
→ linehaul to local-carrier induction
→ carrier acceptance
DDP and IOSS
YunExpress markets DDP and IOSS support for applicable products. This does not establish that every parcel has prepaid taxes, that no recipient payment can be requested, or that one customs model applies worldwide.
The sender's chosen product, declaration, destination law, and authority decision control.
Suspicious customs-payment messages
A real customs status does not authenticate a payment link.
Verify through:
- YunTrack;
- the named local carrier;
- the seller or marketplace;
- the official broker or customs authority where identified.
Do not send card details, identity documents, tax numbers, or a full address through an unrelated link.
What “delivered to local carrier” means
Wording such as:
- delivered to local carrier;
- delivery to local courier;
- handed over to local carrier;
- submitted to service provider;
is easy to overread.
It can describe:
- a manifest or data transfer;
- movement to a handoff facility;
- a bulk container or bag transfer;
- an intermediary consolidator;
- an operational handoff milestone;
- physical parcel transfer.
The phrase alone may not distinguish these possibilities.
Stronger evidence from the local carrier
Open the local carrier's official tracker and compare its first event:
| Local-carrier event | Evidence level |
|---|---|
| Label created / shipping partner data received | Electronic information only |
| Awaiting item | Physical receipt not recorded |
| Accepted / received / inducted / picked up | Physical possession recorded |
| Arrived or departed facility | Local network movement |
| Out for delivery | Active delivery route |
| Delivered | Completed local-carrier outcome |
A local-carrier acceptance event is stronger than a generic YunExpress handoff phrase.
Why the local carrier says “awaiting item”
The last-mile number can be created before induction. YunExpress or an intermediary may have sent the shipment data while the physical parcel was still:
- at a destination warehouse;
- awaiting deconsolidation;
- moving by truck;
- queued for handoff;
- inside a bulk shipment not yet item-scanned.
This mismatch is not proof of loss by itself.
When the handoff gap needs action
Contact the seller when:
- YunExpress shows handoff for materially longer than the route and promised window support;
- the local carrier still has only data;
- neither tracker identifies physical acceptance;
- the seller cannot confirm the final carrier;
- the shipment has passed the buyer-protection deadline.
The seller or YunExpress account holder is usually better placed to open an origin-side investigation.
How to find the last-mile carrier
Look in:
- YunTrack shipment details;
- fields labelled last-mile carrier, delivery provider, destination carrier, or local courier;
- a secondary tracking number field;
- the merchant's order page;
- the delivery notification;
- the first destination-country event.
Do not identify the carrier from the destination country alone.
Why no universal country-to-carrier table is reliable
The delivery carrier can vary by:
- product;
- postcode;
- parcel size;
- seller contract;
- operational capacity;
- peak period;
- partner availability;
- network change.
A parcel to the same country can use a different carrier from another YunExpress parcel.
Keep both tracking numbers
Keep:
- the original YT number for origin, flight, customs, and handoff history;
- the local number for destination acceptance, delivery attempts, pickup, and proof.
After local acceptance, the local tracker can become the better source for final delivery.
What if no secondary number appears?
Possible reasons include:
- handoff has not occurred;
- the destination number has not synchronised;
- an internal mapping is used;
- the local product has limited public tracking;
- the original number remains valid with the partner;
- the parcel is still with an intermediary.
Ask the seller for the destination carrier and local number when delivery is overdue.
Why YunExpress tracking stops updating
A silent record should be diagnosed from its last evidence-bearing event.
Label-only delay
The seller created a number but physical acceptance is not recorded. Contact the seller after its handling promise passes.
Origin consolidation
The parcel may wait for:
- sorting;
- security screening;
- compliance review;
- customs documents;
- consolidation;
- linehaul capacity.
International linehaul gap
The shipment can move between airports or gateways without a public item scan.
Customs gap
A broker or authority may wait for information, inspection, assessment, payment, or release transmission.
Post-clearance warehouse gap
Customs completion can be followed by deconsolidation, warehouse receipt, sorting, truck transfer, and induction.
Local-carrier pre-advice gap
The local number exists, but the carrier has only electronic information.
Tracker synchronisation gap
YunTrack and the local carrier can update at different times. After physical induction, the local tracker often becomes more current.
Limited-tracking product
Some economy or partner products can expose fewer public milestones. A missing scan reduces certainty but does not prove that the parcel stopped moving.
Address, declaration, or restricted-item problem
An incorrect address, postcode, telephone number, value, item description, tax reference, or restricted item can interrupt the route. The seller usually owns the original shipment data.
Peak-period delay
Capacity, flights, customs, holidays, and peak volumes can extend the route. YunExpress's published terms treat estimates as reference rather than a universal commitment.
How long does YunExpress delivery take?
There is no single reliable worldwide answer.
YunExpress publishes different product families, including:
- Priority Express;
- Standard Express;
- Economy Express;
- category- or route-specific dedicated lines.
Delivery depends on:
- product purchased by the seller;
- origin pickup and check-in;
- export cutoff;
- destination;
- remote-area treatment;
- international capacity;
- customs;
- destination sorting;
- last-mile carrier;
- delivery attempt or pickup outcome;
- peak period.
Start the clock from the right event
A merchant may count from:
- order date;
- label creation;
- warehouse dispatch;
- YunExpress check-in;
- international departure.
These are not equivalent.
For carrier-transit analysis, the first physical acceptance event is a more useful anchor. For buyer protection, also preserve the seller's promised dispatch and delivery dates.
Estimates are not guarantees
YunExpress's published terms state that estimated arrival information shown in websites, systems, quotations, or documents is for reference and is not a representation, warranty, or commitment.
Use an estimate as planning information, not proof that the parcel is lost the next day.
Remote areas and local delivery
Some official product materials exclude remote postcodes from standard ranges. The local carrier can also add time for remote delivery, islands, pickup points, or address correction.
Delivery attempts, pickup, and address changes
After local acceptance, destination-carrier rules control most recipient actions.
Delivery attempts
YunExpress does not publish one global attempt rule. The local carrier and product determine:
- number of attempts;
- safe-place delivery;
- neighbour delivery;
- mailbox or reception delivery;
- pickup-point routing;
- storage period;
- return process.
Do not assume two attempts or a fixed holding period.
Pickup point or locker
The local carrier determines:
- whether the parcel is eligible;
- which point is used;
- when it is ready;
- identity and code requirements;
- holding deadline;
- non-collection outcome.
A pickup-point selection or routing message is not proof of readiness. Wait for the carrier's deposit or available-for-pickup event.
Address correction
For an international parcel, the seller or YunExpress account holder usually controls the original address data.
After handoff, the local carrier may offer:
- delivery-day change;
- address correction;
- safe place;
- neighbour;
- locker;
- pickup point.
Availability is shipment-specific. 11Tracking cannot make the change.
Wrong or missing phone number
Recipient phone data can affect:
- customs communication;
- delivery notification;
- local-carrier contact;
- pickup codes.
Ask the seller to correct it through the official shipment relationship. Do not submit a phone number to a public tracking page.
YunExpress says delivered
A delivered event is a recorded carrier outcome. It does not identify one universal delivery method.
The parcel may have been recorded at:
- doorstep;
- mailbox;
- reception or mailroom;
- parcel room;
- safe place;
- neighbour;
- pickup point;
- locker;
- local office;
- another authorised recipient.
The strongest detail often sits with the destination carrier.
Delivered status versus proof of delivery
A useful evidence hierarchy is:
Delivered event
< recorded place, person, or delivery method
< local-carrier proof, photo, signature, GPS, or code where available
< merchant investigation using order and address evidence
YunExpress privacy materials show that proof, parcel pictures, and delivery-location data can exist in the service ecosystem. They do not establish universal public access.
Immediate checks
Check:
- the local carrier and secondary number;
- exact delivery time;
- mailbox and entrance;
- reception, concierge, security, or mailroom;
- household members;
- neighbours;
- parcel room, locker, or pickup point;
- seller-provided address and postcode;
- local proof where available.
Contact sequence
- Contact the local carrier when it recorded acceptance and delivery.
- Contact the seller to confirm the address and request proof.
- Ask the seller for replacement, refund, or formal carrier investigation.
- Use marketplace or payment protection when unresolved and within its deadline.
Do not claim theft, fraud, or carrier misconduct from the status alone.
Damage, missing contents, or wrong item
Tracking can show movement and delivery events. It cannot determine what the seller packed.
Visible transport damage
Preserve:
- outer packaging;
- labels and seals;
- photographs;
- delivery record;
- all internal packing;
- parcel weight if displayed.
Follow the local carrier's damage-reporting process and notify the seller promptly.
Missing contents
Possible causes include:
- merchant packing error;
- damage;
- loss from the parcel;
- tampering;
- split shipment.
Tracking alone cannot choose between them.
Wrong item
An intact parcel containing the wrong item is usually a merchant fulfilment problem. Contact the seller rather than asking YunExpress to identify the product.
Claims, compensation, and refunds
A recipient can report a problem, but the formal YunExpress relationship is commonly held by the seller, merchant, or shipping account holder.
Who owns the YunExpress claim?
YunExpress's terms define the customer as the party that submits shipments, receives quotations, pays service fees, manages abnormal orders, applies for re-delivery, and receives compensation under the applicable commercial terms.
Therefore:
The seller or shipping account holder commonly owns the formal YunExpress investigation and compensation route, even when the recipient provides evidence.
Compensation is product- and contract-specific
Compensation can depend on:
- product;
- route;
- effective quotation;
- declared value;
- insurance;
- investigation result;
- account-holder compliance;
- applicable law.
Do not rely on an unofficial universal compensation amount or claim deadline.
Carrier compensation versus buyer refund
These are separate processes:
- YunExpress compensation follows the transport contract;
- local-carrier compensation follows its applicable contract;
- seller refund or replacement follows the sales relationship;
- marketplace protection has separate rules;
- payment disputes have separate deadlines and evidence.
A carrier paying the seller does not automatically refund the buyer, and a seller refund does not prove carrier liability.
Who to contact
| Situation | First useful contact | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Number created but no physical receipt | Seller | The seller controls handover evidence |
| YunExpress facility receipt and origin delay | Seller or YunExpress account-holder route | The account holder can open an operational investigation |
| Customs document problem | Seller, importer, broker, or official customs route | Declaration and authority action control |
| Handoff shown but local carrier awaiting item | Seller first; YunExpress account-holder route | Local physical acceptance is not recorded |
| Local carrier accepted the parcel | Local carrier | It controls destination operations |
| Delivery attempt or pickup | Local carrier | Local product rules control |
| Delivered but missing | Local carrier plus seller | Delivery detail and commercial remedy are separate |
| Damage or missing contents | Seller, with local-carrier evidence | Merchant and transport investigations may both be needed |
| Refund or replacement | Seller or marketplace | YunExpress does not own the sales contract |
| Formal YunExpress compensation | Seller or shipping account holder | Contractual standing commonly controls |
Returns, redelivery, and disposal
YunExpress does not publish one universal consumer return or redelivery rule for all destinations.
Regional service terms show that outcomes can vary widely by:
- destination;
- product;
- local carrier;
- overseas warehouse;
- sender instruction;
- storage window;
- fee;
- restricted-item rules.
Return to sender is not a refund
A return event proves movement toward an origin party or warehouse. It does not prove:
- seller receipt;
- inspection;
- refund approval;
- replacement;
- payment completion.
Keep tracking the return where a return identifier exists and contact the seller.
Redelivery
A redelivery application can require the YunExpress customer or account holder to act after notification. The recipient may need the seller to submit the instruction.
After local-carrier acceptance, use that carrier's official redelivery options when available.
Storage and disposal risk
Some route-specific services can store, return, dispose of, or otherwise handle an unresolved parcel when the account holder does not respond within the applicable period.
Because no global period exists, contact the seller promptly after a failed delivery, overseas-warehouse return, or sender-instruction event.
Cancel an order
Cancel through the seller. YunExpress transports the parcel but does not control the buyer's purchase contract.
Refusal at delivery depends on the destination carrier and seller instructions.
Privacy and safe tracking
Shipment information can include personal and customs data.
Official privacy materials describe data such as:
- recipient name;
- address and postcode;
- telephone number;
- routing and status;
- delivery location;
- parcel pictures;
- proof of delivery;
- customs information.
This does not make all data public.
What 11Tracking should collect
Only the supported tracking identifier, unless the verified tracking service requires another safe shipment field.
Do not enter:
- full address;
- name;
- telephone number;
- email;
- passport or tax number;
- payment card;
- customs document;
- pickup code;
- signature;
- delivery photo.
Cross-border data sharing
YunExpress can share necessary shipment data with:
- affiliates;
- transportation providers;
- customs brokers;
- last-mile carriers;
- IT and operational processors.
That sharing supports the route. It does not authorise an unrelated website or message sender to collect the same information.
Fake YunExpress, customs, and local-carrier messages
High-risk messages can use real carrier names or a real YT number.
Warning signs include:
- a small customs or redelivery payment through an unfamiliar link;
- a request to confirm the complete address;
- a demand for card details;
- a request for a passport, tax number, or delivery PIN;
- a fake local-carrier message before any local acceptance event;
- a paid support service pretending to be YunExpress;
- a domain unrelated to YunExpress or the named local carrier.
Verify safely
- Open YunTrack manually.
- Compare the exact event.
- Find the named local carrier and secondary number.
- Open the local carrier's official tracker manually.
- Contact the seller through the original order platform.
- Verify customs requests through an official broker or authority.
- Never share a pickup PIN, delivery code, or identity document with a public tracker.
A valid YT record proves that a shipment record exists. It does not prove that the seller, message, payment link, or delivery request is legitimate.
Using 11Tracking and USTracking
11Tracking can display supported public events for one supported YunExpress shipment at a time.
It can help you:
- preserve the original YT number;
- compare the international and last-mile stages;
- recognise a customs or handoff milestone;
- identify a secondary number when the tracking response exposes one;
- route the next action to the seller, local carrier, or official customs channel.
USTracking can help organise supported tracking records and observe later public updates.
Neither service can:
- create a carrier scan;
- confirm physical possession without an event;
- identify a guaranteed last-mile carrier from the country alone;
- access a private YunExpress account;
- retrieve restricted proof;
- contact a driver;
- change an address;
- submit customs documents;
- book redelivery;
- file a claim;
- process a return, refund, or replacement;
- guarantee delivery.

Frequently asked questions
What is YunExpress?
YunExpress is a cross-border e-commerce logistics and freight-forwarding operator. It can coordinate origin pickup, warehouse processing, international linehaul, customs, and handoff while another carrier performs the destination delivery.
Is YunTrack another carrier?
No. YunTrack is the official YunExpress parcel-tracking surface.
Are YunExpress and Yuntu the same?
Yuntu or Yuntu Logistics can refer to the YunExpress brand context. Use the current verified carrier identity and supported tracking number rather than relying only on an alias.
Are YunExpress and CIRRO the same carrier?
Do not assume so. Related regional templates or group relationships do not establish universal interchangeability of carrier identities or tracking numbers.
What does a YunExpress tracking number look like?
The official consumer tracker asks for a number beginning with YT. Common parcel numbers use YT followed by digits, but open official sources do not publish one exhaustive length rule for every identifier family.
Can I track with my order number?
Usually not. The order number belongs to the seller. Ask for the YunExpress or last-mile carrier number.
What is the AWB tracking platform?
It is a separate official surface for airway-bill references. An AWB can identify a consolidated air shipment and is not automatically the consumer parcel number.
Does Shipment information received mean YunExpress has my parcel?
No. It confirms a digital record. Look for a pickup, received, check-in, accepted, or origin-facility event.
What event proves physical receipt?
A completed pickup, YunExpress check-in, parcel received, accepted, or origin-facility receipt event is stronger evidence. Exact wording varies.
What does Flight information received mean?
It can mean planning, booking, manifest creation, or pre-alert. It does not prove that the aircraft departed.
Does International flight departed mean the parcel reached my country?
No. It confirms a recorded linehaul departure. The route can include another gateway before the final country.
Does Customs clearance completed mean the local carrier has it?
No. The parcel can still require handover, deconsolidation, warehouse receipt, sorting, trucking, and carrier induction.
What does Delivered to local carrier mean?
It records a handoff-related milestone, but the wording may not prove item-level acceptance. Check the local carrier's own tracker for an accepted, received, or inducted scan.
Why does the local carrier say awaiting item?
Its number may have been created during electronic pre-advice before the physical parcel arrived for induction.
How do I find the last-mile carrier?
Check YunTrack details, the seller's order page, destination events, and any secondary tracking-number field. Do not infer the carrier from the country alone.
Should I use the YT number or local number?
Keep both. Use the YT number for origin, flight, customs, and handoff; use the local number for acceptance, attempts, pickup, proof, and final delivery.
Why did YunExpress tracking stop after customs?
The parcel can be undergoing customs handover, deconsolidation, destination sorting, truck transfer, or local-carrier induction.
Why did YunTrack stop after the handoff?
The destination carrier may now hold the more current record. Compare its official tracker.
How long does YunExpress take?
There is no universal period. Timing varies by product, destination, customs, linehaul, remote area, and local carrier. Published estimates are reference information rather than guaranteed commitments.
Will YunExpress attempt delivery twice?
Not necessarily. The destination carrier and product control attempts, safe place, pickup, storage, and return.
Can YunExpress change my address?
The seller or shipping account holder usually controls international shipment data. After handoff, the local carrier may offer shipment-specific options.
Can I get proof of delivery?
Proof may be held by the local carrier, YunExpress account holder, seller, or marketplace. Universal public access is not confirmed.
What should I do if YunExpress says delivered but I received nothing?
Identify the local carrier, check its delivery details and possible delivery locations, contact it for operational evidence, and ask the seller for proof, replacement, refund, or a formal investigation.
Who files a YunExpress lost-parcel claim?
The seller or shipping account holder commonly owns the formal YunExpress investigation and compensation route. The recipient should preserve evidence and report promptly.
Does a return status mean my refund was issued?
No. It confirms return movement, not seller receipt, inspection, approval, or payment.
Is a customs-payment message genuine?
Do not trust it from the tracking number alone. Verify through YunTrack, the local carrier, seller, broker, or customs authority using official channels.
Can 11Tracking contact YunExpress or the local carrier?
No. It displays supported public tracking events and guidance. It cannot contact carriers, alter delivery, retrieve private proof, file claims, or guarantee delivery.

Sources, scope, and review
This page was researched from current official YunExpress corporate, tracking, product, service-terms, privacy, regional, customs, API, network, and Zongteng Group materials accessed on July 28, 2026.
It covers consumer cross-border parcel tracking where YunExpress is the identified origin, forwarding, linehaul, customs-arrangement, or handoff operator. It does not define every YunExpress product, seller contract, destination carrier, customs law, storage period, return rule, compensation amount, insurance condition, claim deadline, or local delivery process.
YunExpress does not publish one complete public English status dictionary covering every wording observed across YunTrack, marketplaces, APIs, partners, translations, and historical services. Status examples on this page are evidence families rather than a promise that every parcel will show identical text.
Product names, route coverage, estimates, customs policies, last-mile partners, proof availability, return handling, service terms, and tracking-system behavior can change. The live shipment, current official tracker, sender contract, destination carrier, and customs authority control.
The page does not diagnose a live parcel, identify a guaranteed local carrier from the destination country alone, collect a complete address or identity document, retrieve proof, contact a driver, submit customs information, file a claim, issue a refund, or guarantee delivery.
