How to track an Xpressbees shipment
Use the complete AWB supplied by the merchant or shown in the shipping confirmation.
On 11Tracking:
- enter one supported Xpressbees AWB;
- identify whether the record is only shipment data or physical pickup;
- determine whether the parcel is moving forward, through reverse pickup, or back under RTO;
- read the exact pickup, bag, hub, destination, NDR, OTP, delivery, or return event;
- contact Xpressbees for transport operations and the seller for address, cancellation, refund, replacement, or return eligibility.
What not to enter
Do not enter:
- a mobile number;
- a delivery OTP;
- a payment OTP;
- a full address;
- a merchant login;
- a UPI ID;
- a POD image;
- a reverse-pickup photograph;
- several AWBs pasted as one value.
The official tracker has three personal lookup choices
The current Xpressbees tracking page offers:
- AWB No.
- Order ID
- Mobile No.
These choices do not mean every third-party tracker safely supports all three.
An AWB is the strongest default public identifier. An Order ID belongs to the merchant's order system and may require seller context. A Mobile No. lookup can expose person-linked shipments and may involve authentication.
What Xpressbees is
Xpressbees is an Indian logistics company operated by Busybees Logistics Solutions Private Limited. Its official corporate material says it was founded in 2015 by Amitava Saha and began as a logistics provider to FirstCry.
Xpressbees now operates across:
- B2C e-commerce logistics;
- first- and last-mile delivery;
- reverse logistics;
- COD and digital payments;
- D2C and omnichannel logistics;
- B2B freight;
- fulfillment and warehousing;
- international courier and cross-border logistics.
This page focuses on trackable consumer parcel stages, reverse pickup, and RTO. B2B and international product material is used only where it explains a different identifier, proof, or partner boundary.
Xpressbees and Trackon
Xpressbees officially acquired Trackon in 2023.
That corporate relationship does not make the brands interchangeable.
Do not enter a Trackon number as Xpressbees unless the live carrier record explicitly identifies Xpressbees as the active operator.
Use the carrier named by the seller, label, or official tracking result.
Xpressbees AWB and tracking-number formats
An AWB, or airway bill number, is the main public Xpressbees shipment identifier.
There is no safe universal AWB length
Open official sources reviewed for this page do not publish one exhaustive rule proving that every Xpressbees domestic, reverse, B2B, international, replacement, or historical shipment uses one fixed number length.
Third-party sites publish conflicting patterns.
Do not reject a seller-provided AWB only because it does not match an unofficial 14-digit or 15-digit rule.
AWB versus Order ID
The AWB identifies the carrier shipment.
The Order ID identifies the merchant purchase.
The official Xpressbees tracker can expose Order ID lookup, but that does not prove:
- every merchant order works;
- the value is globally unique;
- the tracking provider used by 11Tracking supports it;
- an order with several packages has one event history.
One order can have several AWBs
A merchant can split an order into several packages.
A forward shipment, replacement, reverse pickup, and RTO can also use separate identifiers.
Track each AWB separately.
Why a number may not be found
Possible reasons include:
- the merchant supplied an order number instead of AWB;
- the record was just created;
- the seller changed the carrier;
- the order was split;
- the number was copied incorrectly;
- a reverse or replacement AWB has not been shared;
- the number belongs to Trackon or another carrier.
Contact the seller before assuming loss.
Xpressbees tracking evidence ladder
A forward parcel can move through these evidence levels:
AWB or shipment record exists
↓
Data Received / Manifest Data Received
↓
Out for Pickup
↓
Pickup Done
↓
Picked / InScan
↓
BagIn / BagInScan / BagOut / BagOutScan
↓
In Transit / intermediate hub
↓
Reached at Destination
↓
Out for Delivery
↓
NDR or delivery condition
↓
Delivered / Delivered (OTP Verified)
A failed delivery can switch into a separate RTO chain:
NDR
→ RTO Notified
→ Return to Origin
→ RTO in transit
→ Reached at Origin
→ Return to Origin Out for Delivery
→ RTO Delivered or warehouse handover
Do not skip evidence levels.
Data Received or Manifest Data Received
Data Received or Manifest Data Received usually means that Xpressbees received electronic shipment information.
It can confirm:
- an AWB exists;
- the merchant transmitted shipment data;
- a manifest or order record was created.
It does not confirm:
- the parcel was packed;
- pickup occurred;
- Xpressbees physically received it;
- the parcel moved;
- the promised delivery date is guaranteed.
When the seller says shipped
Ask the seller for the event that confirms physical pickup.
A useful question is:
Which Xpressbees event proves that the parcel was collected or scanned into the network?
Out for Pickup
Out for Pickup means a pickup task or route was assigned.
It does not mean the parcel was collected.
Possible next events include:
- Pickup Done;
- Pickup Not Done;
- pickup cancelled;
- seller not ready;
- shop closed;
- another pickup attempt.
Who is responsible at this stage?
For a forward shipment, the seller or pickup location must make the parcel ready.
For a reverse pickup, the recipient must make the return item available under the merchant's return rules.
Pickup Not Done
Pickup Not Done records an unsuccessful pickup.
Possible carrier-generated reasons can include:
- pickup cancelled;
- pickup not ready with vendor;
- shop closed;
- item unavailable;
- another operational reason.
The exact wording should control.
Forward pickup versus reverse pickup
A forward pickup failure is usually an origin-seller problem.
A reverse pickup failure can involve:
- customer unavailable;
- return not ready;
- item mismatch;
- quality-check problem;
- pickup-agent issue.
Do not assume the recipient caused every failed pickup.
Pickup Done, Picked, and InScan
Pickup Done
Pickup Done or PickDone is stronger evidence that collection was recorded.
Picked
Picked is stronger than electronic shipment data and usually indicates carrier handling.
InScan
InScan can appear as an internal operational event associated with the same pickup or facility entry.
Do not count duplicate system layers as separate journeys
A tracking history can display:
- a customer-friendly activity;
- an internal scan name;
- the same or nearly the same timestamp.
Picked and InScan can describe one operational moment rather than two separate movements.
What possession still does not prove
Pickup or first scan does not prove:
- origin-city departure;
- destination arrival;
- correct parcel contents;
- a guaranteed delivery date.
BagIn, BagOut, and hub scans
Xpressbees can move parcels in grouped bags or containers through service centers and hubs.
Possible wording includes:
BagIn;BagInScan;BagOut;BagOutScan.
BagIn and BagInScan
These can record a grouped bag entering or being scanned into a facility workflow.
BagOut and BagOutScan
These can record grouped dispatch out of a facility.
Bag movement is not always item-level movement
A bag event does not necessarily prove:
- the parcel was individually opened;
- the item was de-bagged;
- an item-level destination scan occurred;
- the parcel is ready for delivery.
A later item, destination, or delivery event provides stronger evidence.
Duplicate bag events
Several labels can appear at the same hub or timestamp because the system publishes friendly and operational layers.
Do not assume the parcel moved twice.
In Transit
In Transit means the shipment remains in a carrier network stage.
It can include:
- BagIn;
- BagOut;
- linehaul;
- an intermediate hub;
- destination transfer;
- forward or return movement.
It does not provide:
- continuous GPS;
- exact vehicle location;
- a direct route;
- a delivery guarantee.
Why tracking can remain silent
A parcel can move between hubs without a new public item event.
Other possible reasons include:
- delayed scan publication;
- route consolidation;
- hub backlog;
- missed public scan;
- misroute correction;
- address or PIN-code issue.
Escalate using the merchant's promised date and the last evidence-bearing event.
Shipment Misroute
Xpressbees uses Shipment Misroute as an operational event.
The current official tracking FAQ explains that a shipment can be diverted because of an incorrect PIN code and then routed through the correct channel.
What misroute does not prove
It does not automatically prove:
- permanent loss;
- fraud;
- inevitable RTO;
- recipient fault;
- seller fault in every case.
What to do
- confirm the correct PIN code with the seller;
- preserve the misroute event and timestamp;
- allow time for the correction route;
- register a complaint when forward movement does not resume;
- ask the merchant to correct the shipment instructions if needed.
Xpressbees says it does not have authority to change the delivery address. The merchant controls that instruction.
Reached at Destination
Reached at Destination means the parcel reached a destination-side service center or operational node.
It does not mean:
- out for delivery;
- delivery executive assigned;
- same-day delivery;
- arrival at the recipient's street;
- recipient contact.
Parcel is in my city but not moving
The parcel can still be waiting for:
- destination sorting;
- bag opening;
- item scan;
- route assignment;
- address or PIN verification;
- workload capacity;
- NDR resolution.
The next stronger event is usually Out for Delivery.
Out for Delivery
Out for Delivery means the shipment entered a delivery-route stage.
It does not guarantee:
- delivery that day;
- a phone call;
- successful address access;
- OTP acceptance;
- COD payment;
- a second attempt if delivery fails.
Close timestamps
Out-for-delivery and delivered events can appear close together because of delayed publication or bulk synchronisation.
The timestamps are event records, not live GPS.
NDR: Non-Delivery Reporting
NDR records why delivery did not complete.
Possible exact Xpressbees wording includes:
- Customer not available;
- Customer not available at given address and not reachable over phone;
- Customer wants future delivery;
- Address incomplete;
- Customer Refused To Accept;
- Customer Wants Open Delivery;
- Customer denied OTP based delivery;
- Non Verified NDR.
An NDR reason is a recorded carrier explanation
It is not independent proof that:
- the recipient was absent;
- a call occurred;
- the correct address was visited;
- the recipient requested postponement;
- the recipient refused;
- the recipient caused the failure.
Preserve the exact event, timestamp, call log, messages, and complaint number when disputing it.
NDR does not automatically mean RTO
An NDR can lead to:
- another delivery attempt;
- postponement;
- address clarification;
- OTP resolution;
- seller instruction;
- RTO notification.
Customer not available
This event means Xpressbees recorded the recipient as unavailable.
It does not prove the phone number was correct or that the attempt occurred exactly as described.
Disputing the event
Preserve:
- call history;
- incoming messages;
- building access evidence;
- exact status time;
- seller-provided address;
- complaint ticket.
Contact Xpressbees and the seller when the delivery promise or buyer-protection deadline matters.
Customer wants future delivery
This event records that the shipment was postponed under a future-delivery reason.
It does not independently prove the recipient requested it.
Current rescheduling rule
The current Xpressbees FAQ says:
- delivery cannot be moved earlier due to operational limitations;
- a later date can be requested within the current stated limit;
- the user should raise a ticket through official support.
A request is not a guarantee. Shipment stage, seller instructions, and product eligibility can affect the result.
When the status is wrong
Register a complaint, preserve the screenshot, and ask the seller to escalate if the order deadline is approaching.
Address incomplete
This means the delivery operation recorded insufficient address information.
Who can change the address?
Xpressbees's current FAQ says the carrier does not have authority to change the delivery address and directs the user to the merchant.
The merchant or seller must correct the commercial shipment instruction.
11Tracking does not collect or change addresses.
Possible outcomes
- seller correction;
- another attempt;
- destination-center hold;
- RTO Notified;
- Return to Origin.
Repeated address events do not prove one universal number of attempts.
Customer Refused To Accept
This means the carrier recorded a refusal.
It does not reveal why.
Possible reasons include:
- recipient decision;
- unexpected COD amount;
- damaged parcel;
- wrong order;
- open-delivery dispute;
- OTP issue;
- seller cancellation.
Contact the seller before assuming the return or refund result.
Customer Wants Open Delivery
This can mean the recipient wanted to inspect the parcel before acceptance.
Open delivery is not a universal right. The merchant's order terms and product instructions control whether inspection is allowed before payment or OTP completion.
When the order terms are unclear, contact the seller before refusing the parcel.
Customer denied OTP based delivery
This event records a failed OTP-controlled handover.
It can mean the required OTP was not provided or accepted.
It does not prove:
- why the OTP was denied;
- whether the recipient received the OTP;
- whether the person at the door was authorised;
- that the parcel was generally refused.
Do not share OTP remotely
Share a delivery OTP only when:
- the official courier and parcel are present;
- you intend to authorise the handover;
- the order details match;
- the receiver is trusted.
Never enter a delivery OTP into 11Tracking or send it to a remote caller.
Can someone else receive the parcel?
The current Xpressbees FAQ says an applicable prepaid shipment can be handed to another person when the intended recipient shares the delivery OTP with the delivery executive.
This does not prove:
- every shipment is eligible;
- COD uses the same workflow;
- all products use OTP;
- the alternate receiver's identity will appear publicly.
Use OTP only when you intend to authorise that person.
COD and digital payments
Xpressbees supports several payment methods at delivery for applicable orders:
- cash;
- UPI;
- debit or credit card;
- digital wallet;
- net banking.
The merchant's shipment instruction controls whether the parcel is prepaid, COD, or uses another authorised payment method.
Payment refusal
Current product material says refusal to pay can cause an applicable shipment to be marked RTO under merchant instructions.
A UPI payment can be legitimate, but a random link is not authenticated
A doorstep UPI workflow can be valid for a booked COD or digital-payment shipment.
A message or link is not genuine merely because it includes:
- the Xpressbees name;
- your AWB;
- the merchant name;
- an out-for-delivery status.
Verify:
- whether the order is prepaid or COD;
- the exact amount;
- the official delivery executive;
- the merchant order page;
- the official Xpressbees support route.
Never provide a payment OTP to a caller.
Delivered and Delivered (OTP Verified)
Delivered
A generic delivered event confirms that Xpressbees recorded a completed delivery outcome.
It does not automatically prove:
- the named buyer received it;
- OTP was used;
- the parcel was delivered to the correct person;
- the parcel contained the correct goods;
- the contents were intact.
Delivered (OTP Verified)
This is stronger evidence that the carrier recorded completion through an OTP-controlled workflow.
It still does not prove:
- the correct item was inside;
- the seller was legitimate;
- the parcel was undamaged;
- the recipient personally entered the OTP;
- no authorised alternate receiver accepted it.
Delivered does not settle a seller dispute
Product quality, wrong item, missing contents, cancellation, refund, replacement, and return eligibility remain seller or marketplace issues under Xpressbees's current terms.
Proof of Delivery
Proof can take different forms depending on the product.
Possible evidence includes:
- generic delivered event;
- OTP-verified delivery;
- electronic signature;
- B2B ePOD;
- business dashboard record;
- international partner proof.
Do all domestic B2C parcels have public POD?
No universal public recipient download is confirmed.
B2B product pages market instant or electronic POD, and the international last-mile product describes electronic signature or OTP. Those product claims must not be applied to every domestic consumer parcel.
Who may have stronger access?
The seller, merchant account holder, or Xpressbees business customer may have stronger access to:
- delivery record;
- OTP confirmation;
- proof;
- NDR details;
- RTO reconciliation.
11Tracking cannot retrieve restricted proof.
Delivered but not received
The current official Xpressbees FAQ directs users to contact the carrier so a complaint can be registered.
Immediate checks
- read whether the event is generic delivered or OTP verified;
- check the timestamp and destination location;
- ask household members;
- check security, reception, gate staff, mailroom, or neighbour;
- confirm whether another authorised person had the OTP;
- verify the merchant's delivery address.
Complaint and commercial remedy
Contact Xpressbees for the operational investigation.
Contact the seller or marketplace for:
- refund;
- replacement;
- wrong item;
- missing contents;
- buyer-protection action.
OTP-verified but missing
OTP verification is stronger evidence, but a dispute can still exist if:
- the OTP was shared with another person;
- a caller obtained the OTP by deception;
- the wrong parcel was delivered;
- contents were missing;
- the seller or order was fraudulent.
Preserve all evidence.
RTO: Return to Origin
RTO means the shipment is being returned toward the origin.
It can result from cancellation or non-delivery reasons such as:
- customer unavailable;
- incomplete address;
- refusal;
- payment failure;
- unresolved NDR;
- merchant instruction.
RTO is not one event. It is a lifecycle.
RTO Notified
RTO Notified means the system recorded an intention or notification that the parcel may enter return processing.
It does not prove:
- physical return movement began;
- the parcel left the destination center;
- the seller approved a refund;
- origin received it.
Return to Origin
Return to Origin or an RTO initiation event means the parcel entered the return process.
It does not mean the return is complete.
Can an RTO event be reversed?
An early RTO marker should not be treated as automatically irreversible.
The latest exact event controls. Operational correction or another delivery event can sometimes appear after an RTO-like status.
Contact Xpressbees and the seller immediately when the current outcome is unclear.
RTO in transit
This means the return is moving through the network toward origin.
The underlying history can include:
- BagIn;
- BagOut;
- intermediate hubs;
- return linehaul.
It does not prove seller receipt or refund.
Reached at Origin
This means the return reached an origin-side Xpressbees node.
It does not prove:
- merchant warehouse handover;
- seller reconciliation;
- return acceptance;
- refund approval.
A friendly Reached at Origin label can appear alongside an internal bag event. Do not count them as two independent returns.
Return to Origin Out for Delivery
This means the return was assigned for final origin-side handover.
It is not completed return delivery.
RTO Delivered
RTO Delivered is strong evidence that Xpressbees recorded return completion.
It is still not proof that:
- the merchant reconciled the parcel;
- the return met seller conditions;
- refund was approved;
- the buyer was paid.
Warehouse handover
A warehouse-handover event can appear in reverse operations.
The exact meaning depends on the live carrier record and merchant process. It should not be treated as a public refund status.
Reverse pickup
Reverse pickup is different from RTO.
Reverse pickup
The merchant initiates a return collection from the customer.
RTO
The original forward shipment was not completed and moves back toward origin.
Official reverse-logistics process
Xpressbees describes a process that can include:
- merchant return request;
- pickup scheduling;
- inspection or verification;
- secure return transit;
- warehouse reconciliation.
Quality checks and photographs
Applicable merchant workflows can allow a pickup executive to inspect the item and capture photographs.
That does not mean every reverse pickup includes an open inspection.
Reverse pickup completed does not mean refund
After pickup, the seller may still need to:
- receive the item;
- inspect it;
- match it to the order;
- approve refund or replacement.
Xpressbees performs the logistics step. The seller owns the commercial decision.
Reverse pickup status problems
A reverse shipment can use familiar events such as:
- Data Received;
- Out for Pickup;
- Pickup Not Done;
- Pickup Done;
- Picked;
- InScan;
- In Transit;
- warehouse handover.
Identify the shipment direction before interpreting the status.
Item collected but status not updated
Preserve:
- pickup OTP or receipt;
- pickup time;
- agent details;
- photographs;
- return AWB;
- merchant return request.
Contact both Xpressbees and the seller.
Do not accuse the carrier or agent of theft without evidence.
Seller versus Xpressbees responsibility
Xpressbees controls transport operations. The seller controls the sales relationship.
Xpressbees can control
- pickup;
- origin scan;
- hub movement;
- destination processing;
- delivery attempt;
- NDR;
- OTP handover;
- RTO movement;
- reverse pickup;
- complaint registration.
Seller or marketplace can control
- cancellation;
- delivery-address instruction;
- refund;
- replacement;
- product quality;
- wrong item;
- return eligibility;
- buyer protection;
- order account.
Problems needing both parties
- delivered but not received;
- damage;
- tampering;
- missing contents;
- wrong parcel;
- reverse pickup mismatch;
- RTO dispute.
Address changes
The current Xpressbees FAQ says Xpressbees does not have authority to change the delivery address.
Contact the merchant.
Do not send a complete corrected address to a public tracking website.
Delivery rescheduling
The current FAQ says Xpressbees cannot move delivery earlier because of operational limitations.
A later date can be requested within the current allowed range through official support.
This remains shipment-specific and is not guaranteed.
11Tracking cannot submit the request.
Damage, tampering, wrong item, or missing contents
Tracking can show movement and delivery. It cannot show what the seller packed.
Preserve evidence
Keep:
- outer packaging;
- label;
- seals;
- opening video or photographs;
- damaged item;
- delivery OTP record;
- seller order page;
- reverse-pickup evidence.
Contact roles
- Seller: refund, replacement, product dispute, return eligibility.
- Xpressbees: transport investigation, handling events, delivery complaint.
- Merchant account holder: formal carrier claim under the shipping agreement.
Claims and compensation
Current public Xpressbees materials reviewed for this page do not publish one simple universal consumer compensation amount or claim deadline suitable for every shipment.
The merchant or account holder commonly controls:
- carrier contract;
- declared value;
- SLA;
- claim process;
- POD access;
- RTO reconciliation.
The recipient should report promptly and preserve evidence, but may not own the formal transport claim.
Do not rely on a third-party universal claim amount.
Delivery times
There is no single Xpressbees delivery period.
Official product pages market:
- same-day delivery for selected products and locations;
- next-day delivery for selected routes;
- broader standard B2C services;
- specialised quick-commerce services;
- separate international last-mile timing.
Timing depends on:
- product;
- origin and destination;
- pickup completion;
- air or surface movement;
- hub route;
- misroute;
- destination capacity;
- NDR;
- OTP or COD;
- address correction;
- customs;
- partner carrier.
Promise date
A carrier-generated page can display a promise date.
Treat it as planning evidence, not automatic proof of a guarantee or compensation.
International Xpressbees tracking
Xpressbees provides international courier and cross-border services.
A typical route can include:
seller or warehouse
→ Xpressbees first-mile pickup
→ origin facility
→ export documentation
→ customs
→ airport or seaport
→ international linehaul
→ destination customs
→ partner or Xpressbees last mile
→ delivery
Single AWB
Xpressbees markets single-AWB visibility for applicable international services.
This does not prove:
- one physical carrier handles every stage;
- no secondary tracking number exists;
- every partner publishes the same events;
- original AWB always updates after handoff.
Customs
Xpressbees can support documentation and customs handling.
The customs authority controls release.
A customs event does not prove:
- all charges paid;
- warehouse exit;
- last-mile acceptance;
- immediate delivery.
International last mile
Current international product material describes applicable services with:
- time-slot scheduling;
- pickup-point delivery;
- electronic signature or OTP;
- a product-specific estimate of 1–5 business days after customs clearance.
Do not apply those claims to every international or domestic parcel.
Partner and secondary number
There is no confirmed universal country-to-partner table.
Look for:
- named partner;
- secondary tracking number;
- handoff event;
- partner acceptance;
- partner delivery proof.
Keep the original AWB.
Xpressbees app and business portal
Xpressbees has an official app listed under Busybees Logistics Solutions Private Limited.
The current listing appears connected to operational pickup and delivery workflows.
Do not assume it gives every recipient:
- all-order discovery;
- address change;
- rescheduling;
- public POD;
- live driver map;
- claim filing.
The Xpressbees Shipment Portal is a business-account environment, not a public recipient account.
Support and complaints
Use the current official Contact Us page for:
- chatbot or X Bee;
- complaint registration;
- customer support;
- current phone and email;
- current staffed hours.
Some official marketing pages use broad 24/7 language, while the current Contact page publishes staffed hours.
Do not assume 24/7 human support. Check the live page.
When to contact Xpressbees
Contact the carrier for:
- pickup status;
- hub delay;
- misroute;
- NDR;
- delivery attempt;
- OTP-delivery issue;
- delivered-not-received complaint;
- RTO movement;
- reverse-pickup operation.
When to contact the seller
Contact the merchant for:
- wrong or incomplete address;
- cancellation;
- refund;
- replacement;
- return eligibility;
- wrong item;
- quality problem;
- formal carrier escalation through the shipping account.
Fraud and authentication
Fraudulent messages can imitate:
- delivery fee;
- COD balance;
- customs payment;
- address correction;
- OTP request;
- customer support;
- franchise opportunity.
A real AWB is not enough
A scammer can know:
- AWB;
- phone number;
- merchant;
- approximate tracking status.
Verify through:
- the official Xpressbees site;
- the original merchant order;
- the current official Contact Us page;
- the known payment state;
- the parcel and delivery executive at the doorstep.
Never disclose an OTP to a remote caller.

Using 11Tracking and USTracking
11Tracking can display supported public Xpressbees events for one supported shipment.
It can help you:
- preserve the AWB;
- distinguish electronic data from physical pickup;
- identify forward, reverse, or RTO direction;
- interpret pickup, bag, hub, destination, NDR, OTP, delivery, and return stages;
- route the next action.
USTracking can help organise supported tracking records and observe later public updates.
Neither service can:
- search by personal mobile number;
- collect an OTP;
- create a carrier scan;
- confirm possession without an event;
- change the address;
- reschedule delivery;
- stop RTO;
- approve reverse pickup;
- authenticate a courier or payment link;
- retrieve private POD;
- contact a driver;
- file a complaint or claim;
- clear customs;
- issue a refund or replacement;
- guarantee delivery.
Track more easily
Keep all your deliveries in one place
Add packages from different carriers to USTracking, return to active shipments faster and get plain-language help with unfamiliar tracking events.
Frequently asked questions
What is an Xpressbees AWB?
It is the carrier shipment identifier used to retrieve the tracking record.
Can I track by Order ID?
The official Xpressbees tracker offers Order ID lookup. A third-party tracker may not support it, and one order can have several AWBs.
Can I track by mobile number?
The official tracker exposes Mobile No. lookup. Because a mobile number is personal and can be linked to several shipments, 11Tracking does not request it.
What does an Xpressbees number look like?
Open official sources do not publish one universal length or format for every shipment type. Use the complete AWB from the seller.
Is Trackon the same as Xpressbees?
No. Xpressbees acquired Trackon, but Trackon remains a separate tracking identity.
What does Data Received mean?
It usually means shipment information entered the carrier system. It does not confirm physical pickup.
What proves Xpressbees collected the parcel?
Pickup Done, Picked, InScan, or another clear acceptance event is stronger evidence.
What does Out for Pickup mean?
A pickup task was assigned. Collection is not yet confirmed.
What does Pickup Not Done mean?
The pickup did not complete. Read the exact reason and identify whether it was a forward or reverse pickup.
What does BagInScan mean?
It can describe a grouped bag entering a hub workflow. It may not be an individual parcel scan.
What does Reached at Destination mean?
The shipment reached a destination-side operational node. It is not yet out for delivery.
Does Out for Delivery guarantee delivery today?
No. It indicates route assignment, not successful completion.
What is NDR?
NDR is non-delivery reporting. It records why a delivery did not complete.
Does an NDR prove I was unavailable or refused?
No. It is a carrier-recorded reason. Preserve evidence and dispute it through official channels when necessary.
Can Xpressbees change my address?
The current FAQ says Xpressbees cannot change the address and directs users to the merchant.
Can I postpone delivery?
The current FAQ allows a request for a later date within the stated current limit, but approval is shipment-specific.
Can another person receive a prepaid parcel?
For an applicable prepaid shipment, the current FAQ says another person can receive it when the intended recipient shares the delivery OTP.
Should I share the OTP before the courier arrives?
No. Share it only when you intend to authorise the physical handover.
Can I pay Xpressbees by UPI?
UPI can be supported at the doorstep for an applicable COD or digital-payment shipment. Verify the order and do not trust a random payment link.
What does Delivered (OTP Verified) mean?
It is stronger evidence that the delivery was completed through an OTP-controlled workflow. It does not prove correct contents or seller legitimacy.
Can I download POD?
Universal public B2C POD access is not confirmed. The seller or account holder may have stronger access.
What does RTO Notified mean?
The system recorded a possible return-to-origin transition. Physical return movement is not yet proved.
What does Return to Origin mean?
The shipment entered the RTO process. The return is not complete.
What does Reached at Origin mean?
The return reached an origin-side carrier node. It does not prove seller receipt or refund.
What does RTO Delivered mean?
Xpressbees recorded completed return delivery. Merchant reconciliation and refund remain separate.
Can an RTO be reversed?
An early RTO-like event should not be treated as automatically final. Use the latest exact event and contact Xpressbees and the seller.
Is reverse pickup the same as RTO?
No. Reverse pickup is a merchant-authorised collection from the customer. RTO is an undelivered forward shipment returning to origin.
Does reverse pickup mean my refund is approved?
No. The seller still controls inspection, return eligibility, refund, or replacement.
Who handles a delivered-but-missing complaint?
Contact Xpressbees for the operational complaint and the seller for refund, replacement, or marketplace protection.
Does Xpressbees provide international tracking?
Yes, for supported international services. Partner and secondary-number behavior remains shipment-specific.
Can 11Tracking change delivery or stop RTO?
No. It displays supported public tracking events and guidance only.
