Track one supported YTO carrier waybill
Use the exact carrier waybill associated with the shipment. Preserve every letter, digit, leading zero, and separator shown by the sender or carrier.
The reviewed official sources do not establish one universal YTO parcel-number length, prefix, suffix, or regular expression across:
- YTO Express domestic China;
- YTO International;
- e-commerce parcel and dedicated-line products;
- country operations;
- destination partners;
- freight products.
Several independent tracking pages publish conflicting YTO number patterns. This page does not repeat those patterns as carrier rules.
Which identifier should you enter?
| Identifier | What it represents | Use in this tracking form |
|---|---|---|
| YTO Express domestic waybill | A carrier reference for a domestic Chinese express leg | Enter only when supported by the current provider mapping |
| YTO International parcel waybill | A reference for an international express or e-commerce parcel product | Support depends on the current provider and product mapping |
| Merchant or marketplace order | A purchase or fulfillment record | Do not assume it is a YTO carrier waybill |
| Taobao or platform logistics reference | A marketplace or logistics-platform record | Separate from the carrier waybill unless explicitly mapped |
| Cainiao reference | A platform logistics identifier | Do not silently treat it as YTO |
| Warehouse or consolidation number | A receiving, storage, or combined-shipment reference | Not automatically a YTO waybill |
| Destination local tracking number | A reference created or exposed by a local delivery operator | Track with the named local carrier when the relationship is verified |
| Master or house air waybill | An air-freight reference | Use the official cargo or freight workflow, not an ordinary parcel form |
| Ocean bill or container number | An ocean-freight reference | Use the official cargo tracker |
| Phone number or address | Personal shipment data | Never use as public tracking input |
| Customs, payment, proof, or claim reference | A protected administrative record | Use only in the relevant official process |
The official YTO International web environment separates express and parcel inquiry from cargo tracking. The existence of a freight tracker does not mean this 11Tracking parcel landing supports air, ocean, rail, road, container, or multimodal references.
Does every YTO tracking number start with “YT”?
The reviewed official sources do not publish one universal rule of that kind.
A prefix or number length can be reused by other providers, platforms, warehouses, or freight systems. A reference should be classified by the issuing system and verified provider mapping, not guessed from a short pattern alone.
Why can a YTO number show no result?
A no-result or empty response can have several explanations:
- one character was mistyped;
- the reference is a merchant, marketplace, warehouse, Cainiao, customs, or freight number rather than a carrier parcel waybill;
- a domestic YTO reference was entered in an international environment, or the reverse;
- the destination local number was entered under YTO;
- shipment data is not yet public;
- the provider does not support that YTO entity, country operation, or product;
- the record is older than the current public-query window;
- the official or provider system is temporarily unavailable.
A no-result response does not, by itself, prove that the seller is fraudulent, the shipment is lost, or YTO never received the package.
Use Tracking Number Not Found for the complete identifier and no-result decision process.
YTO Express, YTO International, and YTO Global
“YTO” can describe related but operationally different environments.
| Name or context | What it is | Tracking implication |
|---|---|---|
| YTO Express | The primary domestic Chinese express carrier environment | Commonly used for pickup and delivery within Chinese Mainland |
| YTO International | A separately listed international express, parcel, freight, and supply-chain company in the wider YTO group | Uses international products, country operations, agents, transport providers, and delivery partners |
| YTO Global | The official international web and operating label used by YTO International | A website or global label, not proof that every shipment uses one universal provider |
| Country-specific YTO operation | A local YTO subsidiary, office, service point, or operating entity | Local products, support, proof, and delivery rules can differ |
| YTO Cargo or freight context | Air, ocean, rail, road, multimodal, warehouse, or forwarding operations | Not an ordinary consumer parcel alias |
| Marketplace or consolidation workflow | A merchant, platform, warehouse, or combined-shipment system | Can create additional references and stages outside the domestic YTO record |
The current official corporate reporting distinguishes the domestic YTO Express group from the international YTO International business. The brands are related, but that relationship does not establish:
- one legal entity;
- one carrier contract;
- one tracking interface;
- one product catalogue;
- one proof-of-delivery rule;
- one claim procedure;
- one final-mile carrier.
Similar names that are not automatic YTO aliases
Do not silently treat these as YTO Express:
- ZTO Express
- STO Express
- Yunda Express
- YunExpress
- Cainiao
- China Post
- EMS
- a merchant or marketplace logistics provider
- a freight carrier or airline
- an unrelated company using the letters “YTO”
A result from one of those systems requires its own carrier or product classification.
Read YTO tracking as evidence, not continuous location
Public tracking is a sequence of recorded events. It is not continuous GPS and does not necessarily expose every physical handling step.
| Visible stage | What it can confirm | What it does not confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant order | A purchase or fulfillment record exists | A YTO carrier shipment exists |
| YTO waybill created or recognised | A shipment record can be matched in the queried system | Physical pickup or movement |
| Pickup requested | Collection was requested | Courier arrival or successful handoff |
| Pickup, collection, or acceptance | The publishing YTO operator records intake | Contents, value, condition, export, or final delivery |
| Origin facility or processing event | The item was recorded at the named YTO node | Continuous movement or immediate departure |
| Domestic transport event | A Chinese domestic movement stage was recorded | Export, international acceptance, or overseas delivery |
| Delivered to warehouse or consolidation point | The domestic leg reached that receiving point | Delivery to the international buyer |
| Export or customs-data event | An export or declaration-related record exists | Government acceptance, release, or physical departure |
| International transport event | A cross-border transport stage was recorded | Live aircraft location, import clearance, or last-mile possession |
| Destination arrival | A destination-side stage exists | Customs release or local-carrier acceptance |
| Customs release | The responsible authority permits the shipment to continue | Immediate transfer, sorting, or delivery |
| Partner assigned or data transmitted | A partner is expected or has shipment data | Physical partner acceptance |
| Destination-partner acceptance | The local operator records intake | Delivery completion |
| Out for delivery | A local delivery operation or route stage was recorded | Guaranteed same-day delivery |
| Attempt or exception | A delivery constraint or unsuccessful outcome was recorded | One universal cause or retry rule |
| Ready for pickup | The current operator records collection readiness | Collection by the recipient |
| Delivered | The publishing operator records a completed delivery outcome | Named-recipient identity, contents, condition, or independent proof |
| Claim opened | An after-sales process has started | Fault, compensation, merchant refund, or final outcome |
What evidence changes the conclusion?
- A recognised waybill becomes stronger possession evidence after a clearly attributed pickup, collection, acceptance, or facility event.
- A domestic YTO delivery becomes an international-shipment stage only after a warehouse, platform, international waybill, export, or destination record connects the next leg.
- A named partner becomes the current physical operator only after that partner records acceptance or another item-level event.
- A customs-data event becomes a release only after the responsible authority records release or an equivalent decision.
- A local number becomes useful only after the provider or carrier relationship is verified and the local operator begins publishing events.
- Out for delivery becomes a completed outcome only after delivery, attempt, return-to-facility, or pickup evidence appears.
- Delivered becomes stronger identity evidence only when the exact product or current operator supplies reliable signature, photo, pickup, or other proof.
- A claim becomes compensation only after eligibility, evidence review, liability, calculation, and settlement.
Use How Package Tracking Works for the full event-based tracking model.
Waybill creation, pickup, and early YTO events
A recognised YTO record does not prove pickup
A sender, merchant, warehouse, marketplace, or shipping integration can create a carrier record before the parcel is physically collected.
waybill recognised
≠ pickup completed
≠ carrier possession confirmed
≠ shipment moving
This does not prove that the seller is dishonest. The item may still be awaiting handoff, the first public event may be delayed, the wrong YTO environment may have been queried, or the waybill may never be used.
When the record shows no physical event, the seller, sender, merchant, or shipper is usually the best first actor because that party can verify:
- whether the package was prepared;
- which YTO entity or product was selected;
- whether pickup was requested;
- whether a drop-off or collection receipt exists;
- whether another number controls the next leg.
Which event confirms that YTO has the package?
The strongest public evidence is a clearly attributed item-level event showing pickup, collection, acceptance, or processing by the named YTO operator.
Because the reviewed official consumer sources do not publish one complete English status dictionary for every YTO product and territory, this page does not invent a universal phrase or code.
Read:
- the exact event;
- the publishing operator;
- the location;
- the timestamp;
- the product or tracking environment.
A pickup request is not the same as completed collection. A facility event can be stronger possession evidence than a generic created-record message.
Use Carrier Received Package for the complete possession boundary.
Domestic YTO tracking can cover only the China leg
A cross-border marketplace order can use YTO Express for an upstream domestic journey such as:
seller or merchant
→ YTO Express pickup
→ Chinese domestic network
→ marketplace or consolidation warehouse
After the warehouse receives the parcel, a separate process can create:
warehouse or platform reference
→ YTO International or another cross-border number
→ destination local number
Does “Delivered” in China mean the overseas buyer received it?
Not necessarily.
A domestic YTO delivered event can record delivery to:
- a marketplace warehouse;
- a consolidation center;
- a fulfillment facility;
- another business receiving point;
- the domestic recipient named on that leg.
It does not automatically prove:
- export booking;
- international acceptance;
- customs clearance;
- destination-carrier possession;
- delivery to the overseas buyer.
Check the event location and the named receiving context. Then look for:
- warehouse acceptance;
- consolidation status;
- an international shipment number;
- an export event;
- a destination-carrier number.
Why did tracking stop after delivery to a warehouse?
The domestic leg may be complete while the next leg is not yet visible under the same number.
Possible missing stages include:
- warehouse intake;
- order consolidation;
- re-packing or labeling;
- export order creation;
- customs-data preparation;
- international carrier acceptance;
- destination-carrier mapping.
The marketplace, merchant, warehouse, or international shipper can be the correct first actor after a domestic warehouse delivery.
The domestic carrier should not be blamed for the absence of a later international number unless the evidence shows that YTO still controlled that stage.
YTO International products and tracking environments
YTO International operates more than one international service family.
| Service context | Main tracking object | Important boundary |
|---|---|---|
| International Standard Express | International parcel waybill | Published route times are reference information, not universal commitments |
| E-commerce Parcel / dedicated-line products | Cross-border parcel or product-specific waybill | Consolidation, customs, and destination partners can vary |
| Country-specific parcel operation | Local or international YTO reference | Local support, proof, attempts, and claims can differ |
| Air freight | Master or house air waybill | Not an ordinary parcel waybill |
| Ocean freight | Bill of lading or container reference | Separate cargo workflow |
| Rail, road, or multimodal freight | Freight or forwarding reference | Milestones are not consumer parcel scans |
| Overseas warehousing and distribution | Warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution reference | Warehouse movement is not automatically parcel delivery |
| Customs service | Declaration, document, broker, or shipment case | Carrier service does not replace government authority |
The parcel landing should remain focused on supported parcel waybills. Use the official cargo tracker for freight references.
Are YTO International delivery times guaranteed?
No.
The official international product page describes route-specific times as reference information rather than commitments. Actual performance can depend on:
- origin and destination;
- product;
- pickup and cutoff;
- consolidation;
- transport availability;
- customs;
- documents and payment;
- destination partner;
- address and access;
- operational disruption.
This page does not publish one worldwide YTO delivery-time table or universal “normal” range.
International handoffs and local tracking numbers
An international YTO parcel can involve:
merchant or warehouse
→ YTO International acceptance
→ consolidation
→ export processing
→ international transport
→ import customs
→ YTO country operation or destination partner
→ local delivery
The commercial shipment can remain associated with YTO International while different physical stages are performed by a subsidiary, airline, transport provider, customs broker, postal operator, commercial carrier, warehouse, or service point.
Three different handoff states
Keep these states separate:
partner identified
→ a planned, assigned, or data relationship exists
handoff announced
→ the record represents a transfer stage
partner acceptance
→ the destination operator records physical intake
Therefore:
partner name
≠ physical possession
local number created
≠ partner acceptance
data transferred
≠ parcel transferred
Use Handed to Local Carrier for the complete cross-carrier handoff model.
Why did a second tracking number appear?
A second number can be:
- a YTO International waybill;
- a marketplace or consolidation reference;
- a destination postal number;
- a commercial last-mile number;
- a freight reference;
- an internal route number.
Preserve both the original YTO reference and the second number.
Before using the second number, verify:
- who issued it;
- whether the issuing company is the current parcel operator;
- whether that operator records acceptance;
- whether the number produces current item-level events.
A second number does not automatically prove that YTO handed the parcel to a local carrier.
Does YTO always deliver the last mile?
No universal last-mile carrier or delivery model was confirmed.
Depending on the country, postcode, product, contract, and route, the last mile may be handled by:
- a YTO country operation;
- a postal operator;
- a commercial carrier;
- a local delivery partner;
- a service point or pickup network.
The operator that publishes the latest accepted or delivery-stage event usually controls the next operational action.
YTO customs events
YTO International offers customs-related logistics services and business declaration tools. That does not make YTO the government customs authority.
YTO, carrier, or broker
=
transports, presents, coordinates, transmits, or collects eligible data and charges
customs authority
=
makes the government inspection, assessment, release, restriction, or enforcement decision
Customs data does not mean customs release
Keep these boundaries visible:
declaration or data submitted
≠ customs accepted the data
documents uploaded
≠ documents approved
payment requested
≠ charge verified
payment made
≠ customs released
customs released
≠ destination carrier possession
destination carrier possession
≠ delivered
A repeated customs event can reflect different stages, actors, corrections, document requests, or data synchronization. Read the complete wording and identify whether the publisher is YTO, a broker, a terminal, the marketplace, a destination carrier, or a government authority.
Who should act on a customs request?
The responsible actor depends on the request:
| Request or issue | Possible responsible actor |
|---|---|
| Missing commercial or goods information | Sender, merchant, shipper, or account holder |
| Recipient identity or import information | Recipient through the verified official process |
| Declaration correction | Shipper, broker, marketplace, or carrier as specified |
| Duty or tax assessment | Customs authority or authorized declarant |
| Carrier handling or disbursement charge | Current carrier or broker |
| Prohibited or restricted goods | Customs authority and shipper |
| Release not reflected in tracking | Broker, current carrier, terminal, or destination operator |
11Tracking cannot upload customs documents, calculate duty, verify a private assessment, pay a charge, contact customs, or obtain release.
Use Customs Processing and Package Stuck in Customs for the full customs decision paths.
Why YTO tracking can stop updating
A public tracking gap is an information condition, not an automatic diagnosis.
Possible explanations include:
- waiting for physical pickup;
- delayed publication of the first event;
- warehouse or consolidation processing;
- a long transport stage without public intermediate events;
- customs or document dependency;
- transfer between YTO systems;
- partner data not yet synchronized;
- a destination local number not yet active;
- wrong identifier or wrong YTO environment;
- unsupported product or country operation;
- a real operational delay.
The same visible gap can therefore represent normal processing, missing data, or a problem. The record alone may not distinguish them.
Do not use one universal waiting period
The reviewed official sources do not establish one global rule such as “wait 24 hours,” “wait 48 hours,” or “contact YTO after ten business days” across domestic YTO, YTO International, e-commerce parcel, warehouse, freight, customs, and destination-partner routes.
Use observable triggers instead:
- the sender’s promised handoff passed and no collection evidence appears;
- the official product commitment was missed;
- an explicit exception or document request appears;
- a stated handoff occurred but the destination number remains inactive;
- the expected delivery date passed;
- a marketplace, payment, carrier, customs, or insurance deadline is running;
- the delivery record contradicts what happened physically.
Use Tracking Not Updating for the complete escalation model.
Preserve the raw event
When contacting an official actor, preserve privately:
- exact event wording;
- original language;
- timestamp;
- location;
- publishing operator;
- original YTO waybill;
- any verified second number.
A short normalized label such as “In Transit” can hide whether the event concerns pickup, domestic warehouse movement, export, customs, destination arrival, or local acceptance.
Out for delivery, delivery attempts, pickup, and proof
Does Out for Delivery guarantee delivery today?
No.
It records entry into a local delivery operation in the publishing system. Delivery can still fail because of:
- address or access;
- recipient availability;
- identification or signature;
- payment;
- route capacity;
- weather or disruption;
- operational return to facility;
- service-point or pickup routing.
Use Out for Delivery when the question is about the generic status, and Out for Delivery but Not Delivered when the expected outcome did not occur.
How many attempts does YTO make?
The reviewed sources do not establish one worldwide attempt count.
The rule can depend on:
- domestic or international product;
- country operation;
- destination partner;
- address and access;
- payment or signature;
- service point;
- local law and contract.
Follow the exact notice from the current delivery operator.
When is a YTO shipment ready for pickup?
Keep the stages separate:
pickup point selected or assigned
→ parcel routed to the point
→ point receives the parcel
→ ready-for-pickup notice
→ identity, code, payment, or authorization check
→ collection
Therefore:
point assigned
≠ ready for pickup
ready for pickup
≠ collected
Use the exact notice and official local process. Do not publish a universal holding period.
What does Delivered prove?
A delivered event records a completed delivery outcome in the publishing operator’s system.
Delivered
→ carrier-recorded completion
≠ named recipient personally received
≠ correct contents
≠ undamaged condition
≠ independent legal proof
Depending on the product and destination rules, delivery may be recorded to a household member, reception, authorized agent, warehouse, business receiving point, service point, pickup location, or another permitted recipient or place.
Is signature, photo, or proof always available?
No universal proof type was confirmed.
Proof can depend on:
- service;
- country;
- current operator;
- signature option;
- delivery location;
- account or contract;
- local privacy and access rules.
11Tracking cannot retrieve a signature, photo, driver note, GPS coordinate, identity record, or protected proof document.
Use Delivered, Delivered but Package Not Received, and the current carrier’s official proof process.
Address changes, redirection, returns, and claims
Can I change the delivery address?
The research does not support one global recipient right to change a YTO shipment.
Separate the stages:
change requested
≠ request eligible
≠ request accepted
≠ parcel intercepted
≠ route updated
≠ delivered to the new address
Authority can belong to the sender, merchant, shipper, YTO account holder, marketplace, YTO operation, customs authority, or destination carrier.
11Tracking cannot submit or confirm a change.
Can a domestic YTO shipment be changed after pickup?
The answer depends on the domestic product, contract, current location, account permissions, and official process. The public tracking record cannot establish eligibility.
The sender or contract holder is often the best first actor.
Can an international YTO shipment be redirected?
International correction or redirection can be further limited by:
- export completion;
- customs;
- security;
- destination-country rules;
- destination carrier;
- product;
- payment;
- return status.
Use only the current official YTO International or destination-carrier process.
Does Return mean the merchant has the package?
No.
return requested
→ request exists
return accepted
→ reverse process authorized
return movement
→ parcel is travelling back
return delivered
→ receiving operator records completion
merchant refund
→ separate purchase remedy
A return event does not prove merchant acceptance, inspection, refund approval, or payment reversal.
Who can file a complaint or claim?
Eligibility can depend on:
- domestic or international product;
- shipper or account holder;
- merchant or marketplace;
- payer;
- sender or recipient;
- country;
- evidence;
- loss, damage, shortage, or delay category;
- current contract terms.
Domestic insurance or compensation wording must not be generalized to YTO International or destination-partner shipments.
Opening a claim does not establish carrier fault or compensation.
Use Package Claim Guide and the current official contract process.
What evidence should be preserved?
Preserve privately:
- original and secondary waybills;
- order confirmation;
- shipment description and value;
- packaging;
- photos of damage or shortage;
- delivery record;
- messages and notices;
- customs or payment records;
- timestamps;
- proof of handoff where available.
Do not upload those documents to a public tracking page.
Who should you contact about a YTO shipment?
| What the evidence shows | Best first actor | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant order exists, but no YTO waybill | Merchant or marketplace | A carrier shipment is not yet confirmed |
| YTO waybill exists, but no pickup or acceptance event | Sender, shipper, merchant, or account holder | That party can verify physical handoff |
| Domestic YTO accepted the parcel, then movement stopped before warehouse delivery | YTO Express and the domestic contract holder | Domestic YTO controls the recorded stage |
| Domestic YTO shows delivery to a consolidation warehouse | Marketplace or warehouse | The domestic leg may be complete |
| No international number appears after warehouse processing | Marketplace, warehouse, or international shipper | They create or expose the next leg |
| YTO International accepted the parcel, then movement stopped | YTO International and shipper/account holder | The international operator controls the stage |
| Freight number was entered in the parcel form | Freight forwarder or official YTO cargo tracker | The wrong tracking environment was used |
| Customs asks for documents | Actor named in the verified request | Sender, recipient, broker, carrier, or customs may control it |
| Partner is named, but the partner has no event | YTO International and shipper | Physical partner acceptance is not confirmed |
| Destination operator records acceptance | Destination carrier | The local operator controls attempts and delivery |
| Address problem appears before pickup | Merchant or shipper | Sender-side shipment data may still be correctable |
| Address problem appears after local acceptance | Current operator and contract holder | Local product and permission rules apply |
| Out for delivery did not complete | Current destination carrier | The local route did not complete |
| Delivered, but the parcel is missing | Current delivery operator and merchant | Delivery evidence and purchase remedy are separate |
| Parcel is damaged or contents are missing | Preserve evidence; contact merchant, shipper, and eligible claimant | Contract and product determine the claim |
| Return is in progress | Merchant, shipper, and current operator | Return and refund are separate |
| A payment or address message appears suspicious | Independently opened official YTO, carrier, merchant, broker, or customs channel | The message does not authenticate itself |
| An old YTO number no longer appears | Shipper and official support for the correct YTO environment | Public retention and system scope may matter |
Use Who to Contact About a Package for the complete cross-carrier actor model.
Verify YTO messages and payment requests
A real shipment reference does not authenticate a message.
real YTO waybill
≠ authentic sender
correct event
≠ official payment link
YTO logo
≠ official domain
local carrier number
≠ legitimate customs or redirection request
A suspicious message may claim:
- unpaid customs;
- unpaid tax;
- address-correction fee;
- redelivery fee;
- storage;
- freight or handling;
- identity verification;
- release payment;
- insurance;
- urgent account confirmation.
Safer verification sequence
- Open the official YTO Express, YTO International, marketplace, destination-carrier, broker, or customs site independently.
- Enter the waybill in the official tracking field.
- Identify the product and current operator.
- Verify the charge or requested action in the shipment-specific official workflow.
- Contact the merchant separately for the purchase contract.
- Do not provide a password, one-time code, identity document, payment card, customs file, or full address to an unverified link.
- Preserve the suspicious message privately.
Use Fake Delivery Message for the complete scam-verification workflow.
Protect YTO shipment data
Treat the following as sensitive:
- original YTO waybill;
- international or destination local number;
- merchant or marketplace order;
- sender and recipient names;
- phone number and email;
- complete address;
- identity document;
- item description and declared value;
- invoice and customs documents;
- payment information;
- signature, photo, or proof;
- warehouse or pickup information;
- complaint or claim case.
The official YTO International privacy framework can involve sharing shipment and recipient data with end-of-line delivery companies to complete international delivery. That operational sharing does not make the data safe for public posting.
This 11Tracking page needs only a supported carrier waybill. Do not place raw shipment data in a public post, screenshot, URL, title, metadata field, analytics event, JSON-LD example, or AI prompt.
Frequently asked questions
What is YTO Express?
YTO Express is the primary domestic Chinese express carrier environment in the wider YTO group. It commonly handles pickup and delivery within Chinese Mainland.
What is YTO International?
YTO International is a separately listed international express, parcel, freight-forwarding, customs, warehousing, and supply-chain company related to the domestic YTO Express group.
Is YTO International the same as YTO Express?
They are related but not interchangeable. They can use different products, tracking environments, country operations, partners, proof rules, support routes, and claims processes.
What is YTO Global?
YTO Global is the official international web and operating label used by YTO International. It does not prove that every international shipment uses one provider, number format, or last-mile carrier.
Is YTO the same as ZTO Express?
No. YTO and ZTO are separate carrier brands and must not be silently mapped to each other.
Is YTO the same as YunExpress?
No. YunExpress is a separate logistics provider. Similar search wording or a number prefix does not make it a YTO shipment.
What does 圆通速递 mean?
It is the Chinese brand name used for YTO Express.
Which YTO number should I enter?
Enter one supported carrier waybill supplied on the shipping label, official dispatch notice, or verified carrier record. Do not assume a merchant order, Cainiao number, warehouse number, customs reference, or freight number is a parcel waybill.
Does every YTO tracking number start with YT?
The reviewed official sources do not establish one universal prefix. Use the issuing carrier and current provider mapping rather than a guessed pattern.
Can I track YTO by phone number or address?
Not on this public carrier page. Phone numbers and addresses are personal data and belong only in protected official workflows where required.
Can I enter a Taobao order number?
Not unless it is explicitly identified as the carrier waybill. A Taobao purchase or logistics reference can be separate from the YTO carrier number.
Can I enter a Cainiao number?
Do not assume a Cainiao logistics number is a YTO waybill. Cainiao is a separate platform environment.
Can I enter a master air waybill or container number?
Not as an ordinary parcel waybill. Use the official YTO International cargo tracker or freight process.
Why does my YTO number show no result?
The number may be mistyped, not yet public, issued by another system, entered in the wrong YTO environment, unsupported by the current provider, older than the public-query window, or temporarily unavailable. No result does not prove fraud or loss.
Does a recognised YTO number mean YTO has my package?
No. It confirms a matching record in the queried system. Look for a clearly attributed pickup, collection, acceptance, or facility event.
Which event proves YTO picked up the parcel?
A clearly attributed item-level pickup, collection, acceptance, or processing event is stronger evidence than waybill creation. Exact wording varies by product and territory.
Why did YTO tracking stop after delivery in China?
The domestic leg may have ended at a marketplace or consolidation warehouse. The next stage may require warehouse acceptance, consolidation, an international waybill, export processing, or a destination-carrier number.
Does Delivered in China mean the overseas buyer received the parcel?
Not necessarily. Check the event location and receiving context. It may be delivery to a warehouse or business receiving point.
Does a domestic YTO number track the whole international journey?
Not always. A later platform, international, or local-carrier number may control the next leg.
Why did a second tracking number appear?
It can be an international YTO number, marketplace or warehouse reference, destination postal number, commercial-carrier number, freight reference, or internal route number. Verify the issuer and events before deciding what it means.
Does a local tracking number prove the parcel was handed over?
No. Number creation or partner assignment is weaker evidence than the local operator recording physical acceptance.
Does YTO always deliver the last mile?
No universal last-mile operator was confirmed. YTO can use its own country operation or a verified postal or commercial delivery partner.
Why does the local carrier show more detail?
The destination operator can publish local acceptance, route, attempt, pickup, or delivery events that do not flow back immediately to the origin timeline.
Should I keep both YTO and local tracking numbers?
Yes. Preserve the original carrier reference and every verified secondary number until delivery, return, claim, or merchant resolution is complete.
Does a customs event mean the parcel is delayed?
Not automatically. It can represent declaration, review, documents, assessment, inspection, payment, release, or data synchronization. Read the exact event and responsible actor.
Does customs data submission mean the parcel is cleared?
No. Data submission does not prove government acceptance or release.
Does customs release mean the local carrier has the package?
No. Terminal handling, broker completion, physical transfer, domestic injection, and local-carrier acceptance can still follow.
Who should provide missing customs documents?
Follow the verified request. The responsible actor can be the sender, recipient, merchant, shipper, broker, carrier, or account holder.
Are YTO International delivery times guaranteed?
No. The official product page describes route times as reference information, not commitments.
How long should I wait for the first YTO scan?
No universal waiting period was confirmed. Use the sender’s handoff promise, exact product, possession evidence, official commitment, exception, and any external deadline.
Does Out for Delivery guarantee delivery today?
No. It records a local delivery operation, not an unconditional same-day guarantee.
How many delivery attempts does YTO make?
No worldwide attempt count was confirmed. Follow the current operator’s exact notice and local process.
When is a YTO package ready for pickup?
Only after the current operator records pickup readiness and provides the official location or process. Assignment to a point is not the same as readiness.
Does Delivered prove the named recipient received the package?
No. It is a carrier-system outcome. Product-specific proof and local rules determine whether a named recipient, authorized person, reception, warehouse, or pickup point was recorded.
Is signature or photo proof always available?
No. Proof depends on the service, current operator, country, contract, and delivery method.
Can 11Tracking retrieve YTO proof of delivery?
No. Protected proof remains in the official YTO or destination-carrier process.
Can I change the address through 11Tracking?
No. 11Tracking cannot submit, approve, or confirm an address change.
Can the recipient redirect a YTO shipment?
Not universally. Eligibility and authority depend on the product, current stage, sender or account holder, customs, destination carrier, and local rules.
Does Return mean the merchant has refunded me?
No. Return request, reverse movement, merchant receipt, inspection, refund approval, and payment reversal are separate stages.
Can the recipient file a YTO claim?
Not in every product or country. The eligible claimant can be the sender, shipper, merchant, account holder, payer, or recipient under the applicable contract.
Does opening a claim mean YTO accepted responsibility?
No. It begins an evidence and eligibility process. Liability, compensation, and merchant remedy remain separate.
Can a real YTO tracking number appear in a scam?
Yes. A real or plausible waybill does not authenticate the message, sender, domain, payment request, or requested action.
Can 11Tracking contact YTO, clear customs, redirect, retrieve proof, or file a claim?
No. It displays supported public tracking information and links users to the responsible official process.
Keep YTO and local-carrier updates together in USTracking
After identifying the correct YTO waybill, domestic or international environment, latest event, current operator, customs stage, and any verified second number, USTracking can help you:
- save a supported YTO waybill;
- organize available public YTO events;
- preserve the original and verified secondary tracking numbers;
- monitor later public updates;
- compare YTO, customs, warehouse, and destination-carrier milestones when the data is available;
- receive tracking notifications supported by the app.
USTracking cannot determine a private product from an unsupported number pattern, access protected marketplace or carrier accounts, locate a live vehicle, aircraft, or warehouse item, contact YTO, a merchant, customs, or a destination partner, redirect or intercept a shipment, submit identity or customs documents, pay charges, retrieve proof, file a claim, recover a package, or guarantee delivery.

Scope and limitations
- This page explains YTO Express and YTO International parcel-tracking evidence and responsibility routing. It does not diagnose a specific shipment.
- The public form is intended for one supported carrier waybill at a time.
- The reviewed official sources do not establish one universal YTO parcel-number prefix, length, suffix, or regular expression.
- Domestic YTO, YTO International, country operations, marketplace references, warehouse numbers, local-carrier numbers, and freight references are not interchangeable.
- The page is parcel-first and does not promise air, ocean, rail, road, container, multimodal, customs-case, phone, address, claim, or proof lookup.
- A recognised waybill does not by itself prove pickup or physical possession.
- A domestic delivered event can represent delivery to a Chinese warehouse or business receiving point rather than to an international buyer.
- Partner assignment, data transmission, a second number, and physical partner acceptance are separate states.
- No universal last-mile carrier, first-scan waiting period, delivery time, attempt count, pickup holding period, proof type, address-change right, claim window, claimant, or compensation rule is published.
- Carrier and broker customs services do not replace the responsible government customs authority.
- Official international route times are reference information, not delivery guarantees.
- YTO products, websites, support routes, country operations, provider mappings, privacy terms, query-retention windows, and partner relationships can change.
- 11Tracking and USTracking are not YTO Express, YTO International, a marketplace, warehouse, broker, customs authority, or destination carrier and cannot act on the physical shipment.
- Verify high-stakes deadlines, fees, eligibility, documents, and contact routes through the current official source before acting.

After you track a parcel, its number is added to the page address so the result can be refreshed or shared. Anyone with that link can use the number, so share it only with people you trust.
